Best Solar Panels in Arizona

First of all,  I am from Chicago and thought a screen is a screen!  I called to get 2 windows re-screened and was told there was a 4 screen minimum which was fine because I had 1 more window that could use a screen and another needed a frame and screen.  And was quoted 4 screens re-screened for $40 each which I thought was expensive but there were coming to me.  When the technician showed up, he said that price was for a bug screen not a sun screen which was $60 each and I thought it was a bait and switch!  I did have him make a new patio screen door $280 and re-screen the patio door $170 plus 3 more windows.  

And the total bill all of the sudden was $725.   I did ask for the other windows to get done and not till he left I just felt like I was ripped off consider he was at my place just over an hour!

If I had to do it again I would have taken my screens to a place that could do it then have them come to me!

A sun screen is a sun screen!

Expense lesson I learned!

I can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of this company.  They installed my solar hot water heater and it is neat and they left their work space completely clean.  My hot water is great and I am saving money!

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

From the beginning to the end of our quest for cleaner energy this company has been communicative, thorough and most of all did all they said they would. I would recommend solar from this company to any of my friends or anyone asking about solar companies. As we learned the hard way NOT all solar companies are alike.

Went through the same nonsense with them about not being able to get Govt money.  My install (9/26/12) was 13 months after the contract date on 8/11/11.  Solar worked great for a year (10/9/13) after install when SRP pulled my inverter and left me a message to "call installer, bad voltages on the non-billing meter socket".  There is a 5 year warranty on parts & labor, but that does you no good when they are out of business.  There is a 10 year warranty on the inverter, so will have to use that and find someone to fix it which I'm assuming won't be that cheap, much less finding someone who will repair what they didn't install.   I had been trying  to reach Salt River Solar & Wind  for 5 days, no return call, and then I found this site and the warning lights went on.   I've missed the "funding" payout, so may not be able to recoup anything, but I am filing a complaint against them all by name.  Since Federal money was involved, I think they should have a Federal suit brought against them for fraudulent practices. They had their license pulled 20 days after my install was finished, so you know they knew where they were headed when they finished mine and got their final payoff from me.

This company is a scam! They sent my fiance a check for $300, that bounced. This was supposed to suffice for what????? For the inconvenience of his solar panels not being installed correctly and materials not delivered as promised, the service not set up completely, the contract not being properly recorded, and for never contacting him back. I have seen so many reviews on this company, it is disgusting. I will do everything I need to to ensure that this company is looked into and shut down. Veteran owned, yet scamming REAL VETS!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTH! I am over it. Look on facebook and check reviews before using this company! They do not deserve to have an LLC!

I contacted Edmundo with I Am Solar and made an appointment for a Saturday.  I was talking to several companies checking out prices and promotions if any. Edmundo didn't respond to my text asking questions about his company, nor did he confirm our Saturday appointment.  So 10 minutes before our appointment I text again and was told he was on his way. Well needless to say he never showed up but he did send someone else without any notification and he was very late.
His name is Max, he did do a great representation but I  didn't go with this company for several reasons, 1. Edmundo didn't respond to my text letting me know if he was even going to show up. Then he did respond said he'd be there and he never did show up somebody else showed up and nobody let me know that there was a change.
2. I am big on customer service very big and that pretty much proved to me he was too busy doing whatever he was doing to respond to a potential customer.
3. When I let them know that I was not going to go with them and the reasons why I wasn't going to go with them both Max and Edmundo called me childish and I believe even once stupid because I chose not to go with them because their customer service sucks and their prices were higher.

As childish as they might think it is when you tell somebody customer service is an extremely big thing for you to choose a company and they give you lousy customer service and then call you childish doesn't sense to me. Badmouth your potential customers and expect them to go with you. Glad I didn't use them.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

Ok.  So now it is August 4th.  Performance of the solar panels.
770 kwh in January
840 kwh in February
918 kwh in March
1069 kwh in April
1153 kwh in May - highest performance
1112 kwh in June - less performance than May while higher temperatures in May
1026 kwh in July - less performance than May or June and hotter temperatures than May or June but according to the service department, my system is good.  So when the temperatures get higher, the system produces less???????
I still cannot get the service department to come out and look at my system.  I keep my one star.  Will keep updating this review until I get this system "fixed".  Will keep you posted.
