I live in Chandler AZ and I wasn't a big fan of solar with the leasing part of the deal but with this company they really did there part to show me the difference of leasing compared to owning the solar. I've been using solar for about 8 months now and I couldn't be happy with the results of my bill. Thanks to the Ultra Energy! You will not be disappointed with saving so much money in the summer. Can't thank you guys enough.

I Selected Gleason to fix the leak I had. Chose them because of their professionalism during the quote process. After that though, I constantly had to email them inquiring about the scheduling, I was told it would be the next week, which turned into the week after. Never was I called or emailed with updates, I had to inquire.
Once they showed up the work was completed within a few hours, but when asked about billing, the crew performing the work had no idea. The next day I received an invoice with no directions on how to pay. I had to call the office to ask. I was then told they could send me another invoice for using a credit card to pay, but they would charge a 2.9 % fee. 2.9?? This added $43 to my bill. Even after receiving the new invoice, there were still no directions on how to pay. In this day and age where customer service is king, I would expect them to be better suited.

I had a really great experience with Nation Sun and David with the whole solar process. He have me very thorough information, multiple options and always answers in a very timely manner when leaving messages. In addition, he ensures that you are all set up in the right electricity plan, checks in at installation and follows up afterwards. We actually almost went with another company, but David stuck with us in our comparisons and was able to meet our goals.

James McCormick is an absolutely outstanding solar contractor. We got our solar from him in 2019 when he was with another company. He was super easy to work with and he did everything he could to get us the best deal on the panels that would work best for us and not just the most expensive to line his pockets. Even though he left the company for a more reputable solar company he still calls to check up on the panels and to make sure they're working as he promised. The last time he checked on us we told him that Solar Topps didn't hold up their promise to birdproof our solar if we started to have issues with Pigeons. When James found out about this he called the company to try and get that remedied and they wouldn't honor it for him either. He asked us how much we were getting charged and when it was getting done in passing when we talked next. I told him everyone was quoting us $1700-$1800 but that I had found a company here that is Veteran owned and he was doing it for $1300. I was happy with this outcome because saving $500 was huge to us at this time due to COVID.

James showed up at our house that day and gave us HALF of the money! This man no longer has to deal with us because our solar has been up for 9 months now AND he isn't even with that company anymore BUT he decides to show up and give us money. Talk about going above and beyond. If you are looking to get solar than I promise you this is the man you want helping you. I can't even explain how selfless that is and I can guarantee you finding someone like James is one in a million! Thank you so much James!!!!

I work with Adam and Kira on their solar procurement and design. They are fabulous people to work with! They offer the best deal I've seen, have a very transparent process by involving the homeowner in the procurement of the equipment, and always complete amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area looking to go solar!

In Dec 2017, I hired AZ Clean Solar to clean my solar panels.  Before cleaning, they performed an inspection of my roof, which included photos.  After their inspection, I discovered that the previous two different companies I hired to install bird netting on my solar panels and to clean up bird mess and box eves on my roof, did not perform their jobs properly or completely, but they did collect their money for a job they did very poorly.  Eric and Scott of AZ Clean Solar spent over 7 hours correcting their mess.  They replaced the bird netting on the front and sides of my solar panels with black rubberized netting, which looks wonderful and properly reinstalled, after first removing two bird nests, the existing netting on the backside of the solar panels properly so that birds could not nest underneath.   Removed netting from one of the eves and cleaned out the bird debris and area which was netted previously without first removing the debris and cleaning it.  Then replacing the old netting with the black rubberized netting which is almost invisible from the street.  I love it!  Broken tiles and a barrel cap was replaced and my entire roof cleaned.  I do not want anyone to go thru what I have gone thru when it comes to bird proofing your solar panels, eves or cleaning bird debris from your roof.  AZ Clean Solar will do the job right the first time.  It will look very professional and they won't cheat you.  Thank you so much, AZ Clean Solar.

I used pro Solutions again and the service was great.  I was first on the list for the day which was nice cause it gave me the rest of the day to enjoy my self. The tech was very thorough. He covered everything.

We have had our sunrun solar panels for 3.5 years on our house in Gilbert. We have only saved money on our electric bill maybe 11 months(non-consecutively) in that time.  Every other month we have not only paid $183 to sunrun, we have also paid upwards of $200 to APS as well! We hate sunrun. They have been unresponsive to our requests to up the production of our system. Additionally, the system has gone out a couple of times o er the years. We would love to get rid of it. Take our advice and DO NOT  go with them! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Someone from this company did a cold call at my front door.  I explained to her that we were indeed looking for solar panel for our house, but because of a terrible past experience we researched companies before we asked them for a bid.  She assured me that Senergy was a reputable, professional company with excellent product.  With reservations, I allowed her to make and appointment for a sales person to come to our house to talk to us on the following Saturday at 10 AM.  No one ever showed up.  When I tried to call the company on their web site, the number would not connect.  I tried to use their online chat, no one ever responded.  I then emailed them, but got no response. Is this company a scam just to get our personal information???  I am furious.  We wasted and entire Saturday sitting at home waiting for someone to come to talk to us and no one ever did.

Do not use Fusion Power when purchasing solar. Back in September we were approved for financing with Fusion Powers finance company and all was good to go!! Here it is now November and no solar and now not approved through finance company anymore.

With repeated phone conversations and text messages with our salesman Luke could never get reasoning as to why? Finance company kept wanting my husbands W-2s. Come to find out finally, the reason for not approving was because my name was put on the credit application first and my husbands second. I do not work and the salesman put my husbands income for me- showing I made the income.

Bottom line- it shouldn't take repeated phone calls to finance company, Luke at Fusion Power, and text messages to Luke to see what is going on. Company is not on the ball with when it comes to customer service. I even texted last night 11/10/2020 Luke our salesman wanting the owner of the company's name and number!! Still no response.

After reading other reviews on Fusion Power, I am glad we didn't end up getting the solar installed. Company seems to have issues with salesmen and customer service!!

The gentlemen stopped my husband on a walk with our dogs in our neighborhood and asked if he could stop by later to talk to him about solar.  My husband responded and said no.  They continued to talk to my husband about "grandfathering" in for solar.  So, my husband had to leave for a meeting and they asked if the sales person could stop by.  My husband responded, "sure, whatever".  So, around 6:00 p.m. the young salesperson, Ryland, came by.  No brochures, no direct information, just a t-shirt that said he worked for Vision Solar, and they just wanted our information.  We listened for a while, and he had a lot of stories and sales tactics to prolong the sales pitch as he was suppose to be waiting for his company to give him a quote.  An hour goes by and we have told him we are not interested at least 6 times.  He still would not leave.  We told him he should work for a different company, because the only way he gets paid is if his company gives us a quote.  He even said he has had guns pulled on him before as he is waiting for his company to respond to him.  We finally asked him to leave one more time, and he said he needed to call his company so we could talk to them about his visit.  The salesperson handed my husband his phone. We told "Brian" we were not interested and have asked his salesperson to leave many times and he wouldn't leave.  Then our salesperson started yelling at my husband to give him his phone back, and my husband walked outside, and Brian told him to give the "f-ing" phone back.  We got him to leave by walking outside with his phone.  Absolutely the worst scenario we could image.  All for them to come back with a quote to save us $60 per month.  No thank you!

I am an attorney in Arizona and am the Power of Attorney for my cousin and her husband who are in their early eighties.  Both do not have legal capacity to enter into contracts.  I have their Power of Attorney.  They employ 24 hour care givers and it is obvious that both are impaired.  When I discovered that Freedom Forever (hereinafter "Freedom") "sold" them on a $42,000 plus solar system, installed new doorbell, thermostat and complex security system I was in physical shock!! Somehow the security company must be in collaboration with Freedom.  When I asked my cousins had no memory of paying a $13,000 plus deposit, giving Freedom their banking information and entering into a contract with individuals with NO capacity to enter into a contract.  The HOA has not approved and may not allow. No one can figure out how to use the thermostat so my relatives are boiling in 85 plus degree heat or freezing cold.  The anxiety from this is causing health issues and they just want "the old stuff back".  Why would a Company think that older people who are at the end of their lives will benefit from this.  I am certain Freedom's business practices would qualify as elder abuse.  If I were not here to be a legal advocate for them, well, I shudder to think.  I called and am lost in the system so I will have my law clerks find out who the Members and Managers are.  This Company has an LLC that is filed in Arizona as a foreign entity.  There are a number of branch Companies around the US but ultimately there will be a parent LLC so I can determine who the Directors, Officers and Members are.

I am so upset that I suggest we as a group get together so we are able to form a class which will give us more power as it appears from the reviews there are a number of us who want refunds, the equipment returned etc.  I will file with the Attorney General and Arizona Fraud alert.  I feel compelled to protect other elderly persons.  I am planning on paying for a full page ads in the Arizona Republic, the New York Times, the La Times and then I will get my marketing department on to social media so we are able to put Freedom out of business for good to protect unsuspecting potential customers..  I will also file similar actions in every state they do business in the United States.  

I am worried about my Cousin and her husband's health as this has made them physically and mentally ill.  They are living in a home with extreme heat and cold and their health was already at risk.  So now this is not just a matter of money but of health!  I am worried about them as, with their impaired mental capacity this has made them afraid, anxious and physically suffering.  Both were just recently in the hospital.
