Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

We used Go Green to have a solar tube installed last week. This company knows what they are doing. We are pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish. Best prices, knowledgeable, clean work and courteous. Don't look anywhere else for your solar needs!!

Fully willing to educate and I did not experience high-pressure sales. They were more interested in making me understand the benefits of going with their company than pressuring me to buy to make a sale.

I feel this business is not very truthful.  Sales person Steve came out to our home. He gave us his pitch and we fell for it and we also chose this company because of the good online reviews and "A" rating with Better Business Bureau.
We signed up and got our  installation 3 months later. Steve said  Solar Topps would provide bird barrier after install. Bird barrier is one of the main reasons we chose this company. Two months later after solar panel install, no bird barrier. Couple calls to the company regarding it and everyone we talked to "beats around the bush" about it. Emailed Steve about bird barrier but No Response. On another note, we have home surveillance cameras outside our home and 3 days of install, workers were not acting professional. They were shoving the ladder and trashcans at each other and also trying to hit each other with card board boxes. Seeing the horse play was very disappointing. Unfortunately, they got our business and it seems we are nothing to them now. As far as the new solar panel performance, we are still paying high bill to APS on top of the solar loan. I would not recommend  Solar Topps to family or friends or anyone because they did not come through with what they said.

Waste of time. Scheduled an appointment for 11-1. They said there is a $75 troubleshooting fee. I asked if they do free estimates. She said she would waive this fee and the technician would find out the problem and let me know how much it would cost to fix it. Also was supposed to get a call or text 30-60 minutes before. Got a call at 10:45 saying no one was home. They asked to reschedule. I said no and would be there in 45 (time it takes to get home). Got home and showed him what the problem was. He said ok it will cost 174 for him to troubleshoot and fix it. I said that's not what I was told on the phone. He said it's a misunderstanding in their company. I told him I'm not paying that and got other quotes for 100 and he left. Drove all the way home for him to text on his phone and give me a high estimate. They were there for two minutes.

One Way installed a security system for our business. Everyone from the Sales team to the installers were great. Everyone was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire system. Would highly recommend them for your security needs.

After over a year in the "solar sandy family", I must say, I'm extremely satisfied!  Our bills have been reduced to almost ZERO!  Even with my EV being charged at home, my electricity bills have stayed very consistent.  My ONLY complaint?  Sandy is unable to chase the clouds away (especially during Feb 2023) & allow the sun to shine!

Blue Plumbing came today and installed a new bathtub-shower for us. They arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. They were even able to provide the bathtub shower as they had it in stock, so we did not have to wait for delivery from a store. Shower head, bathtub faucet, and sink faucet look great as well! They also quoted us a fair price on a kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal install.

I started searching for a trustworthy, reliable Solar Installation company 8 months ago. My situation is  'non-conforming' i.e. a Concrete Tile roof. Zenernet was the only company who assured me that they could install on the Concrete tiles without replacing (doing a comp) with asphalt tiles. After 3 months, a change in the representative personnel, and weeks of phone silence, they finally sent me a preliminary plan of what it may look like, with our energy savings attached. It was not cheap. The price they gave me was a large investment. I decided it would be worth it in the long run. They pushed for me to sign, and after some negotiations on procedural checkpoints, I did. Phone silence. A notice that the project manager had changed, and then phone silence and another project manager change. In short, they never came up with a complete plan, sent a representative out with a picture that wasn't our house, who was expecting to install that day, without a permit or final plan authorization, or any panels or equipment on site. Even shorter, the process was rife with dis-information, obfuscation, non-communication, inexperienced staffing, and the corporate push to 'SIGN SIGN SIGN" and then we'll leave you hanging. Oh, they also said they had a crew of installers in Southern California, which at that time, they did not. They are not allowed on the property.

RUN from this company.  Glenn Williams is a fraud and lacks even a shred of integrity.  Glenn sold me an off grid solar system that was inadequate per his own engineer.  The Engineer told me that Glenn's system would ruin my brand new HVAC unit!    Glenn even admitted to me that he did not do his own due diligence before he sold it to me, but that he would not take it back even though the system hadn't been used.  Makes me wonder if the batteries Glenn sold me were outdated and he knew it.   Glenn proceeded to call me names when I would try and reason with him.  I have been flexible with offering a payment program.  People like this shouldn't be allowed to hang a shingle on their door.  Beware, he writes his own positive reviews.
