Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

We used Go Green to have a solar tube installed last week. This company knows what they are doing. We are pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish. Best prices, knowledgeable, clean work and courteous. Don't look anywhere else for your solar needs!!

Fully willing to educate and I did not experience high-pressure sales. They were more interested in making me understand the benefits of going with their company than pressuring me to buy to make a sale.

I feel this business is not very truthful.  Sales person Steve came out to our home. He gave us his pitch and we fell for it and we also chose this company because of the good online reviews and "A" rating with Better Business Bureau.
We signed up and got our  installation 3 months later. Steve said  Solar Topps would provide bird barrier after install. Bird barrier is one of the main reasons we chose this company. Two months later after solar panel install, no bird barrier. Couple calls to the company regarding it and everyone we talked to "beats around the bush" about it. Emailed Steve about bird barrier but No Response. On another note, we have home surveillance cameras outside our home and 3 days of install, workers were not acting professional. They were shoving the ladder and trashcans at each other and also trying to hit each other with card board boxes. Seeing the horse play was very disappointing. Unfortunately, they got our business and it seems we are nothing to them now. As far as the new solar panel performance, we are still paying high bill to APS on top of the solar loan. I would not recommend  Solar Topps to family or friends or anyone because they did not come through with what they said.

I wanted special, complex, ceiling lighting installed in our home. Nick Mulderig of Fox Valley Electric evaluated what I needed, ordered the correct lighting, and then he and his partner spent a whole day crawling through our attic and installing it. It came out even better than I had hoped.  Ask for Nick.

Kevin and team are the consummate professionals.  Their work is impeccable,  follow up thorough and always available.   They did our Generac installation.  They did such a great job we had them do some lighting work,  then some sound installation.  These guys are definitely ones to keep in your contacts.

We used Sandy to install our unit Oct, 2020 and could not be happier.  From first contact to present, we are still receiving great customer service.  In the spring, when everyone was getting ready to turn air conditioners on, Sandy and her team sent out a helpful email with video to ensure we would get the most out of our solar system.  So glad that she did since I had forgotten about just setting the thermostat to one temperature and leaving it there.

Amazing, these guys were on time and got to work right away. Kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommend! Even gave me an unexpected military discount at the end.

I just wanted solar! ZENERNET CANNOT DELIVER - Run away!!

I entered into a contract with Zenernet Solar, in March of 2021, to install solar panels and a battery backup system on my home in Fremont, CA. They sent a subcontractor from Fresno (3 hours from my home) to start the job on July 26th of 2021.
The subcontractor, EcoBright Solar, "completed" the job in August. However, their work never passed city inspections and was never approved by PG&E for switchover to my solar gear. It turns out that they filed incorrect plans, left my new break box empty, and never connected the solar system to my existing utility service.
EcoBright has since been brought up on numerous fraud and embezzlement charges in the Fresno area. There are multiple accounts of them doing exactly what they did to me.
Meanwhile, nearly 18 months after I signed a contract, Zenernet has never been able to get my system approved by the City of Fremont or PG&E. I have demanded that they remove the equipment that was installed by EcoBright and start again. they refuse.
I could have torn down my house and rebuilt it in 18 months. These clowns have failed at every juncture, and have left me holding an worthless pile of non-functioning solar equipment.
So do yourself a favor and practice the ABZ's of Solar - ANYBODY BUT ZENERNET!

RUN from this company.  Glenn Williams is a fraud and lacks even a shred of integrity.  Glenn sold me an off grid solar system that was inadequate per his own engineer.  The Engineer told me that Glenn's system would ruin my brand new HVAC unit!    Glenn even admitted to me that he did not do his own due diligence before he sold it to me, but that he would not take it back even though the system hadn't been used.  Makes me wonder if the batteries Glenn sold me were outdated and he knew it.   Glenn proceeded to call me names when I would try and reason with him.  I have been flexible with offering a payment program.  People like this shouldn't be allowed to hang a shingle on their door.  Beware, he writes his own positive reviews.
