As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.  We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

I just want to thank Sam and his co-worker for the great job of installing the bird guard around our new solar system. Sam showed me the material used and how it is attached to the solar system. He also showed me before and after pictures of a bird nest they had to remove before installing the bird guard. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Solar Restore. Hands down best and easiest company to work with! And extremely reasonably priced too! They kept me informed every step of the way. Our energy bill was literally $80 compared to $575 the same time last year. My only regret is not hiring this company sooner!

Mesh Bro Enterprises did a great job re-installing our solar system after we had our house re-roofed.  They were on time and worked well with our roofer on assuring that the proper materials were used for our long term roof warranty

Steve always kept in communication with us throughout the process from signing the contract to installation. Steve's installation company was very professional and they met my requests on how I wanted the solar panel system installed at my home. Redline Electric is AWFUL. They cut so many holes in our ceilings and walls it looked like Swiss cheese. We found beer cans on the premise while they were working and they left insulation all over the house even though they know we have small pets.

Absolutely awful, dishonest, company that does terrible work.

Recently I had a solar energy system installed on my home in Scottsdale AZ.  I had debated whether to proceed with this investment for a number of years.  As I was planned to purchase my system, my greatest concern was whether the payback period justified the upfront cash outlay.  Over the years, I interviewed a number of solar contractors as to the optimum size and costs to satisfy my needs.  Over this  period,  I kept going back to Southface Solar Electric Company because I felt that they had an interest in me and were not just trying to sell me a solar system, .  They patiently answered all my questions and developed any number of different options based on various Kwh output and projected my return on investment. Being that this is the busiest time of the year for RV service, I found D & R's professionalism unmatched by most big shops in the Phoenix area. I had options as many of do, but if you want a boutique shop, this is the best option. Basically, Ron-owner, makes it a point to personally review and quality control the overall service. To me, his genuine interest to deliver the highest level of service and quality is my experience. I highly recommend this shop...

What a horrible horrible experience. Don't get solar installed from SunRun or through its distributor, EC Power. Been waiting on next steps/feedback since September and have gotten no where to rectify my situation. Unfortunate. Disappointing.

Run from this company, they will lie, cheat and steal your money, that's what they're great at nothing else. Run Run Run and fast from them for your mental well being !!

A rep came out 2 days before Christmas and expected us to plunk 23K on our solar and reroof project. Never left his estimate or design plan. Got a call this past Wed. from SolarX. I told them I already had a solar company out and got a rough estimate. SolarX said it wouldn't be a problem....Only a 20 min. estimate for Sat 9. Jan...Never called or showed up. On Mon. 11 Jan a sales rep from VisionSolar shows up unexpectedly at 1:15pm. The 20 min estimate took 2 hours and now cost $25k. The sales rep called her boss who tried to pressure us into a 25yr, 25k commitment. When my wife and I said no he swore at us...Many f-bombs. Then insulted us repeatedly. We asked the rep to leave. The guy continued to argue with us while his rep walked to and out of the front door. Never call or use this company ever!!!!

We were told that Jason Odle would pay for the gutter that was damage from the roofing company. We make calls to the company they very disrespectful don't return calls. We have heard from Jason that the check is in the mail still waiting. Next time we call about the check he didn't know what happened so he was going to over night it to us, well that has been a couple weeks now and still waiting, made more calls leave messages and no return call yet. I would not do business with this company. Buyers you been warned.
