Ryan and Scott were beyond professional. They showed up on time as stated and completed the work with accuracy. He said my projects would take a days time to complete and held true to that.

I can't thank them enough for getting the projects done!! Do not hesitate to use them. I have even referred my parents to him for their projects.

List of items I had done:
Remove and hang new bathroom mirrors
Mud, tape and texture patio ceiling
Fix 2 doors that would not close
Install 2 bathroom lighting fixtures
Move an electrical socket
Patch and texture a few holes

I will post pictures once we are done painting.

Oh, it started out so good which seems to be the pattern with handymen.  

Since our first terrific experience, my husband has sent several emails and voicemails with  no return communication.  Disappointing.

ARIZONA BEWARE OF THIS HANDYMAN! Ryan was hired to fix items on a home that were identified in an inspection report.

Where do we begin.

Let's start with the fun part:

Ryan spilled paint in the driveway and on a Rolls Royce! Then CHARGED to clean up the paint and did not pay to fix the car. The Rolls Royce is a rag top. Keep in mind he charged for cleaning up his own spill.

Ryan was supposed to fix the ceiling. Ryan fixed the ceiling but then painted it the WRONG COLOR! The paint was not even remotely close. He was instructed to match the paint and did not do that at all. It now needs to be redone completely.

What else.. Oh yes. Ryan promised he would begin on a certain date... He did not begin for three days after he promised.

At the last second he suddenly only took cash...which he said was going to be 2k. He left early and did not finish all items that were supposed to be fixed. He had to be stopped and sent back in to finish  

Ryan refused to write a receipt. Or itemize what was done.

Ryan is not to be trusted and will only leave you in worse shape than you were to begin with.

AZ Family...BEWARE!

Used in the past and recently contacted with no return communication. No recent posts on yelp so I think this business might not be open anymore.

I called and left a detailed VM three days ago... no call back.

These guys were able to come out quickly when an outlet quit working, Jim & Steve were professional yet even entertained my toddlers w duck noises and just showing my 3yo their tools. Great guys - thanks for the help!

Highly recommend! Ryan has visited my home three times - first to repair some drywall in my laundry room, and two recent visits to install a faucet, towel bar and mirror in my updated master bathroom.  He always provides an honest assessment of the work to be performed, and has a great deal of knowledge, experience, and advice to offer. Plus, my dogs love him - and I trust their intuition :)

I called about a plugged sink drain which Ryan immediately fixed (doing several tests to make sure there were no leaks when all was put back together). He went
the extra mile and ensured that the dishwasher was plumbed correctly.

Came out to my house, seem very genuine, promise to email me a quote the following week, never heard from Ryan again. I called and emailed him....Oh well, I'll find somebody better.

Ryan is fantastic!  Reliable, creative, professional, great communicator, and does amazing work.  He is helping us fix up an older home we just purchased.  We gave him the punch list off the inspection and he just went to work.  He always comes when he says he will, is reliable and trustworthy.  I have no qualms whatsoever having him let himself in and locking up when he is done.  He does a great job at estimating how long each job will take him, he is fast and efficient and has a ton of real-world knowledge and experience.  He knows what will and won't work, and knows the building code inside and out.  He always tells me up front what is worth spending on and what details are just a waste of money.  

He has done small jobs like helping me hang drapes and fix light switches, all the way up to creating a new wall and door to wall off an area creating a guest room.  His work is so awesome that I could swear that wall has been there all along - the texture finish on the wall matches perfectly and he lined up the trim so you can't even tell it is newly constructed.  He also took down a wall that had some water damage, photographed the small area of mold and texted it to me so I could see the problem, treated it and replaced the wall so I could never even tell it was there!

To give a quick example of his creative solutions, I like to hang dry some of my clothes and asked him off hand if he had any thoughts about how to create a hanging area in my laundry room.  In about 15 minutes he created two brackets from some parts he had in his truck, painted them, and created a perfect drying rack above my washing machine.  

Ryan is a gem!  We are so lucky to have found him!

Excellent service. Ryan, the owner, is a former homebuilder, licensed and bonded.  I have called in emergency situations as well as for general handyman services....including, plumbing, electrical, indoor/outdoor lighting, and even curtain rod hanging.  I provide their name at the security gate, provide them with a code to my garage and they let themselves in, do all the work and leave an invoice.  I've even left a blank check behind for them to fill in as payment.  As reliable and as great a quality of work as you will ever get from a handyman/contracting service.

I used Ryan for a long time until for no reason he stopped calling me back. To this day I have no idea how I could have offended him so badly.

They fixed our builder installed out of warranty upper cabinets from coming crashing down on us. Give them a call. (Or two)
