I had a few things going wrong at my place - a leaking faucet in the bathroom upstairs which led to a bunch of water damage on the ceiling below! After a while the damage just got to be too much and I knew I needed to get in contact with a plumber. I found Ryan's company on Yelp and gave them a call and am so glad I did.

The handyman was quick at his job. Asked all the pertinent questions on arrival and was very courteous not to wake up a sleeping guest on my couch! He looked over the faucet and came back with some equipment and got it fixed that day. Same with the water damage, a super clean and quick fix for this company.

I would recommend calling them today if you've got something you need fixed around your house. I've never worked with a better handyman.

I had one of those jobs where I needed someone to paint some pillars on a building I manage and I didn't want to hire a painter because it was a smaller job. But at the same time I needed someone who understood how to deal with painting over rusty metal and use the right products.  Ryan fit the bill as he not only understood what needed to be done but he took the time to get the right matching paint color and get a specialty primer that would prevent rusting in the future. He was careful to do the job at night and not disturbing the tenants. He communicated with me during the whole process so that he understood what I wanted to have done.  He also offered a big discount on the paint due to his contractor licence which was nice.  He was quick to finish the job and took photos to show all the steps he did.  His prices were reasonable for the time and care he took to do the job correctly. The last time I had these painted they only lasted 2 years.  I believe that this job will be lasting me for much longer period of time and I would not hesitate to use them again for any handyman related services in the future.

I guess they weren't interested in my business because no one returned my call about an estimate for some work on my home. Moving on.

Well these guys continue to give stellar service. I am renting out my condo, & they do all the maintenance through my property manager. They have quickly fixed the issues that have come up & for excellent prices.

They are good at their job & respectful. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that Ryan & Shane will take good care of my home, even when I am not around.

Ryan is the best!  We had a fridge go on the fritz, and after reaching out on Facebook I got Ryan's phone number from a property management contact.  He answered the phone right away, took plenty of time on the phone with me and squeezed me into his busy schedule.

Once here with his partner Shane, they quickly narrowed down the repair options and presented me with my options.  No hard sell or bs, just my options.  I decided to go for the repair and they returned when promised with the part for a successful repair.

I would recommend Ryan to anyone in need of handyman or maintenance services!  ARMS rocks!

I'm with Phil P.'s review on these guys. I can't review their work since they didn't return my call. Business must be outstanding for them if they can afford not to call people back. I'll give my $4000 job to someone else. Very poor way to run a business.

Our property management team has pegged Ryan and Arizona Rapid Maintenance Services as a preferred vendor.  We have had a working business relationship with ARMS since 2010 and have utilized Ryan and his team for countless services.  Response time is stellar, professionalism is top notch, invoicing is easy to read and timely.  You can count on affordable and reasonable quotes for services and reliable workmanship from Arizona Rapid Maintenance Services.

I found them on yelp. Ryan called me back right way. He is friendly and professional on the phone. After determining that maybe I should call a plumber and buy a new dryer, he did not even charge me for the time he spent. That is above what I expected. I will be using them in the future.

Called them in a couple of weeks for water heater replacement. Ryan was again responsive and fair on the price.

These guys are very personable. The first time I called them it was with a simple electrical job. They fit me into their schedule the same day. Ultimately, they were not able to fix the problem, but rather than make matters worse, they simply stated that they couldn't figure it out and that I should call and electrician, which I did. The electrician fixed the problem in 5 minutes.  That said, I've got an appointment scheduled for another job. This time I couldn't get on their schedule for two weeks. The price they quoted me for this job was a fraction of what other contractors were charging.

Left a message on 1/7/2013.  It's now 1/21/2013 (two weeks later), and I haven't heard back.  I don't suppose I will get the call returned at this point.  When I'm looking for a reliable contractor or handyman one call is all it should take if they want my business.

These guys are great.  Personable and great with communication - and they came in with an estimate at about 50% of two other quotes.  They were able to do the work needed, without pressuring me to take care of other things that could wait to be done at a later date.  I wll definately re-use for future jobs and will recommend to anyone that wants to hear.

I had some issues with a rental property in Phoenix, and being in CA I searched, researched, and pretty much left it Faith's hands with AZRMS.

New to the business of Property Management it was vital that everything ran smoothly, rental property issues fixed and resolved, tenant happy, but most of all the owner not being disappointed and knowing she pick the right person for the job with having only her best interest in mind.

Yay! I found handymen I can count on. I called these guys after reading their other reviews. Completely professional, smart, kind, and just all around great. They set a time in the not so distant future, arrived exactly on time, and did nothing but work. They cleaned up, even dusting an area where a TV they put up had once sat. I've now got them on my speed dial. And costs are very reasonable. They also did some minor faucet work, which was great; I definitely didn't want to call a plumber unless I had to. No worries about that now.
