Burdette Cabinets has such an artistically beautiful custom kitchen that everyone will want to hang out in (or closet or dining room or office or anywhere!). Design is subpar, I paid for a cabinet I had to remove because it was so close to the sink it was getting splashed and there was no elbow room.  Coffee maker was put in so high it can't be used.  They installed drawer fronts that when you open it up there is only an inside drawer on the left side - it looks like a kindergartener built it.  When I asked, Cortny said its supposed to look like that lol.  Original kitchen layout they marked off for my electrician was all wrong and I had to redo my electrical which cost over $2,000.00.  They knocked a 4'x4' hole in my kitchen wall which cost drywall repair.  They want a deposit before starting another 40% on delivery (which everything was not delivered only about 70%) which gets them up to 80%-90% paid and then don't show up to install.  They left the cabinet doors leaning against a wall in my room for so long several were warped and had to be remade.  They would show up and install one or two items and I wouldn't see them again for weeks and weeks and could not get a response from them about when they planned to return.  They have delayed my project by months, they are unreliable, you can't get an estimated timeframe from them for anything.  They avoid avoid avoid.  Then when they say the project is done they are DESPERATE for money and threaten not to come fix warranty unless they are paid in full even though they are really not done and hung up a door they knew was warped just to get a check.   I could go on but I think the point is made.

Please note - I've known the owners for decades and this is what I've gotten -RUN!

These people are horrible and nasty!!  My contractor worked with them and we had nothing but problems.  Cabinet stains didn't match, pieces didn't fit, cabinets were put in upside down, I can't even get into all the issues.  I spoke with someone there who was supposedly in the family.  I think her name was Kourtney and she was so rude and arrogant.  After that, i never talked with them again and my contractor did but he said he would never use them again.  He deducted some money from the job and they threatened to sue us and sent a lien letter.  All of their incompetence caused our whole project to be delayed.  I can't even describe how much I hate them all.

This locally owned family company is full of good people. I was amazed at how easy it was to work with Burdette. The owners interacted on my kitchen with me a made me a d my job feel special, personal...everything handmade, color was custom, based off My description  and I couldn't have asked for it to have come together more beautiful. I love my cabinets and my kitchen, it makes the entire home a home. I highly recommend Burdette for jobs big and small.

We have a custom home with beautiful Burdette cabinets throughout our house. Our kitchen is exceptionally beautiful and appeared in Phoenix Home magazine when first built.   Remarkable cabinetry. We are not the original owners. I needed a replacement part for one of our kitchen cabinets.  I visited Burdette Cabinet Co for the first time last Friday.  They were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful.  They had exactly what was needed for the repair.  I highly recommend Burdette!!  [review by John]

Very talented and professional! They refinished our jewelry cases and did an amazing job. They are known for their stellar custom cabinets, but obviously no task is beyond their capabilities. Highly recommended.
