The Storage Doctor

I winter in San Tan Valley, and saw the ads from the Storage Doctor. With the price listed, I figured there must be a catch. The price seemed so low that I was sure there had to be something wrong, so I ignored it.

Then I went to a house to visit, and I complimented him on his storage cabinets. He said he had them done by the Storage Doctor. I looked up the number and called the next day.

He came out, looked at my garage, and we determined that the special he was running on the ads would do fine. We set a date, and the installer was here at 7:30 am with a truck loaded with the materials. He promptly put everything together, cleaned up his mess, and was gone a bit after 10:00.

Everything looks great, and the shelving supplied was much thicker than I expected. I'm very happy with the whole transaction.

I'm really happy with my cabinets once they got installed but unfortunately, during the saleI had plenty of correspondence with Dave. Once the sale was done cabinets were installed he never replied back to getting the screws dropped off at my house, the ones that have to be screwed into the plastic parts that hold up the shelves. We were not told about this and when we loaded stuff on the shelves we had a major collapse. Once we got the screws install that we had to purchase at Ace Hardware they seem to be sturdy, heavy, and at least the shelves are good quality.  Dave for you not calling me back or texting me back, I will not refer your business I thought you were more of a standup person, peoples words go along way.  CRIKETS!  I should've stayed with your competitor!
-------On a positive note, the gentleman that did install the cabinets busted his chops and did a great job.

So I have these cabinets put up Friday and Santa saysay I was disappointed it had rained the day before there was water damage every door is warped to top it all off I asked for 21 inches deep cabinets instead of the normal 20 or 24th and they installed 20 and even worse I was told by the salesman they use three-quarter inch material when I measured it was only 5/8 thick I'm sorry but I would not recommend this company to anyone

Received a great deal on garage cabinets. They worked with me on the right size and on the day I wanted them installed. They showed up early in the morning as they said they would and were finished in the timeframe they said. Can't ask for anything more.

I had this company install 16 feet of wall cabinets in my garage.
I voice my disappointment during installation on how his doors have a center piece filler on 1 of the pair of doors on each cabinet.  I have had several sets of cabinets in my garages and this is the first time I saw this filler piece on one of the two doors.  The filler prevents you from closing both door without the door with the filler closing first.  You need to open both doors in a certain order for them to open or close.  Crazy system.
I do not recomment this company.

Awesome job! Loved the work you did in our garage adding cabinets, workbench and epoxied floors so much we had our front and back patio floors epoxied and it's so easy to clean. Thank you, from the Woytus family in Queen Creek Station!!!

They not only were the best price but they did a great job! My cabinets look great. I'm impressed with how heavy duty the shelves are. I highly recommend them.

Terrible company!  Find someone else to get your cabinets from.  David installed my garage cabinets and within a week I had door closure issues.  It took him a month to come out to fix one of them.  Then a week later we noticed some of the other doors would not close.  Have left numerous messages and he will not return any calls.  Terrible way to do business.  Just filed a complaint with the BBB.

Just had these guys install 15 feet of cabinets and epoxy both of our garages.  We had also used them in our previous home.  I was going to do the epoxy myself and I am glad I didn't.  David does great work...way better than I could have done.  Great prices, on time, and a great product.  Will use them again if we happen to move agin.  Thanks David and Brandon!

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!! David, promised to come out to the west side to do my garage cabinets on Sept 12th. After no call backs on the supposed date, he then called back with an excuse about some tooling problems and that he would call me back after it was repaired... Well, you guessed it, NO CALL BACK. I had to bang on him just to find out that he still wouldn't be out to the west side until the first of October. Today is the 22nd of October and I've still not heard from him. So I decided to call him and he said yeah, I can do your cabinets next week. Yeah right! What a horrible way to do business although no business was ever transacted... I'm glad, because I can only imagine the problems had we done business. RUN AWAY from this doctor, he'll only make you sick of his BS!

My cabinets and epoxy are amazing.  I get tons of compliments on them and two neighbors were so pleased with the quality of work they called Dave and had their garages done.   Great prices, great quality and superb service.  I love these guys!

It wasn't a great experience. The cabinet they put in is so shallow you can't even put a homer bucket in it. One of the drawers is way unleveled to the eye. Obviously the installer didn't put a level on it. I'd pick a different company if I were you

Recently we hired The Storage Doctor to install garage cabinets after reading the reasonable price in The Clipper.  The owner, David, arrived on time to give us his quote.  We chose his special of 14 feet of cabinets and added 3 upper cabinets for a reasonable additional amount.  His assistant, Brandon, installed the cabinets.  He is an earnest, professional young man who did a fine job.  He answered all questions politely and adequately.  He arrived promptly at 8:00AM and was finished before 2PM.  Our cabinets look really pretty...like a nice piece of furniture in our garage!  It is so relaxing to see an organized, clean garage.  Thank you David and Brandon.

I shopped around quite a bit before purchasing cabinets last year. He had the best quality for the price. I purchased the grey cabinets for 2 of our garages and they look fantastic. The service was great and they were installed on time as promised. We are still happy about our purchase a year later- our garage looks great!

I can't comment on the finished product because I can't even get Dave to come out and give me an estimate.  After 2 missed appointments, with the excuse, I forgot, he obviously doesn't want my business or need the money.

Great job! I researched a handful of companies and received bids for comparison. Very pleased with sales and the installation. They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell. Go with Storage Doctor - you won't be disappointed. No deposit required and full payment due after installation. Prefers check payment.

Did an awesome job on our garage cabinets. He kept his word with everything he said he would do. Cabinets look great and very professional - would recommend him to any of our friends or family. Great job, cabinets and floors look great.  Customer service was on point, timely communication and completed quickly.

The cabinets turned out ok except he forgot to bring some of the shelves. Said he would come the next day but nooo. Came back 2 days later. Also, I always pay cash but didn't have the exact amount. He said he would bring my change when he brought the missing shelves. But NOOOOOO, it's been a month an I still haven't received my change. He doesn't like credit cards so if you are going to use this person, make sure you have the exact amount or pay with check. I am a senior and didn't expect to be taken advantage of. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Our garage cabinets and epoxy floor coating turned out awesome !! So reasonably affordable and done in a timely manner..  totally worth it !!  our garage is stunning!! thanks storage doctor!!
