HISTORY

Established in 1991.
In 1981, Jetta Corporation began as an outdoor spa manufacturer. Four years later, Jetta began manufacturing whirlpool baths as an additional product line. In 1988, Jetta started shifting their product mix towards bathtubs. In 1991 Jetta Corp. began opening factory direct stores, and in Arizona Jetta Whirlpool Baths soon became Jetta's largest dealer. Jetta Corp. has long been considered a leader in innovation and creativity. Jetta was the first manufacturer to insulate its bathtubs and the first to offer upper body jets for the neck and shoulders. Today Jetta Whirlpool Baths & More offers soaking, air ,whirlpool, combo, custom jetting, freestanding and walk-in bathtubs.

Jetta
Horton, was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. He even went beyond to help me understand my dilemma, and what needed to be done. He also stayed until he figured out the parts that we needed and to make sure that they were in stock. He stayed after business hours to make sure that he had everything figured out for us. Jeff also chimed in to help with the solution. Knowing that Horton has been in business for 25 years + and Jeff for over 20. They will be my go to people for all future sink and bathroom solutions.

Initially was leaving Costco across the street and as we pulled out we couldn't help but see. No appointment, just a walk in to get an idea of the showroom, products and more. Friendly rep when we entered and gave us a great 30 sec intro. Circled back before leaving and discussed a few things with us.

Awesome selection of tubs of all sorts (freestanding, drop in, whirlpool or soaker) They even can custom jet to your specific body type, truly a unique showroom!

Went in without an appointment and was able to figure more out in this stop than 2 other places we'd stopped! Ryan was so helpful in his information and trying to help us zero in on what is important to us in our new home. He let us know of options available and was fantastic about printing out the specs so we walked away with all the information that was needed. There was no pressure! Jetta has many options and ideas available!

Do not shop here, they will happily take your money, but will not back up the products they sell, or refund your money, one of the worst experiences I have had. Stay away

This place is amazing for kitchen and bathroom remodel concepts. They had everything we ever wanted on display. The manager is also super knowledgable and friendly. I wish we would have found this gem before we built our new home!

Five years after the air tub was installed it stopped working. Since the switch was easy to remove I brought it in to the shop to see if that was the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't and they suggested that it might be the control box and gave me a replacement to try.

That wasn't the problem which only left the blower. So, I disconnected it and brought it into the shop. Yep, there's a Murphy's Law that says the problem will always be the last thing you check. There should be another one that says that thing will be the most difficult to remove. They gladly handed me a new blower and I went on my way - installed it and everything is working fine.

I was impressed with their customer service when I bought the air tub and I'm even more impressed with the way they handled this problem after five years.

I'm thankful for their product knowledge, patience and showroom . Horton had the ability to help find the perfect freestanding tub that met our criteria, quality faucets and sinks that were in stock and delivered as promised which made our stressful renovation, much less stressful.
Personal follow up and follow through are rare in today's online world.

Great showroom, but really disappointed to see one of their employees walking around the showroom with customers without a mask. They do have reminders in the door that their is a mask mandate and that everyone must wear a mask to enter. We do not feel comfortable returning since this is clearly not enforced by the management.

I've purchased 2 custom bath tubs from Jetta and let me tell you, the customer service is top notch. I first purchased an $1,100 bath tub from this place back in Nov of 2017 but the tub was damaged due to my negligence. When I called them today to reorder the same tub again, I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jeff. I advised him what had happened with the first tub and that I needed to purchase the same bath tub again. Without me even asking, he had sympathy for me and offered me a very nice discount. It is very rare that a company offers a sympathy/empathy discount but he went above and beyond and had mercy on my situation with the first bath tub.

As the CEO of a large company, this is the type of role model I will start expecting from my employees.

I will be writing other positive reviews on BBB, Yelp, and Facebook. You deserve a raise as I will now be referring others your way.

After 18 years my JETTA tub (with 14 jets) is still working as good as new. Quality product, highly recommended for anyone building a new home ir remodeling one.

Have ordered several things from Jetta over the course of our remodel - two (ironically non-jetted) tubs and a custom solid surface shower pan. Salespeople were uniformly patient and knowledgeable; we definitely took our time sitting in all their showroom tubs (and there are a lot - I've never seen such a selection available to sit in) - ended up I could fit in a much smaller tub than I expected which opened up some key remodel options. Pricing was good, too.

Had some issues with the shower pan; first pan cracked in transit (not Jetta's fault). Jetta recognized and reported the damage prior to delivering to us & were helpful in getting the replacement expedited - although it did extend our remodel timeline significantly.

I emailed them with just a super general message about my tub being inop, and maybe an appointment for repair. I received a detailed reply with instructions, details, everything except a person to come fix it. Absolutely amazing. Super prompt, informative, and helpful. Most companies want to just charge for everything first. They had no problem helping me out, and as such, will win my referral for everyone I know. Thank you so much for your help.

Purchased a Jetta jetted tub in 2004 during a master bathroom remodel. We were just realizing today that we have never ever had a problem with it. Stills hold the heat just like the day we got it. Can you believe 14 years and it is still just like day 1. We do the very occasional bleach treatment and that is it! Oh, I learned about this company from a home improvement radio show. After driving all over town trying to find a tub I could try out, what a relief to find out Jetta had them all on display.
