Jason and his guys just installed a new outlet and installed a vanity mirror with LED lights and everything was quick and easy! They responded promptly and were easy to schedule with, showed up on time and everything looks great. Would highly recommend JM Electrical.

Okay, so I'm a believer in honest reviews. I wanted to give Joseph 5 stars because overall he did a good job and was FAR cheaper than anyone else around, however there's two things to be aware of:

1) They do not patch up the work when it's done so you need to get your own drywall guy or plug up the wall yourself if he's drilling through your wall.

2) The communication could improve. We spoke over the course of a couple weeks and there were a couple times he said he'd come over, but didn't make it until the following day.

That said, he fixed a whole bunch of issues with the house and did it at a phenomenal price! Would use their services again.

I had concerns over some home electrical work I had previously done and wanted a professional option on if it was done correctly and to code. Jason responded to my request for help via Facebook and quickly offered to discuss the work over the phone to determine if an in person inspection was warranted. After discussing the work I had done, James was honest and advised he did not need to inspect in person which would have resulted in a likely fee. He continued to offer support for my questions via text and was very responsive in making suggestions on what to buy and why it was recommended. I would highly recommend his service based on his honesty and knowledge. Thank you so much Jason!!

Scheduling this business to come put for a repair was not the easiest. I had to call 2-3 times before receiving an answer. I finally was able to schedule someone to come onto my property, they were late. I had to call them and ask what's going on before they notified me they were running behind. I don't mind them running late, but I do mind not being notified about it. They had to come a second day to finish repairs, in which they were also late on that day. They did not call me to tell me the issues they found and how they repaired them, which I would have appreciated. Lastly, I had to contact them to figure out what was done and how much it was going to cost in total. They did successfully do the repairs, which I suppose matters most and I appreciate that. However, they have a lot of room for improvement in the communication/punctuality department.

Professional and very responsive if I had questions or requests. My lighting was beautifully installed and I am very pleased with everything. Thank you to Joseph and his team. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with the service we received from JM Electric. They managed to install multiple can lights in the ceilings throughout the house with minimal drywall repairs needed. Another company we received a quote from warned us there'd be a lot of drywall damage but they kept it to a minimum. They also had the lowest price among the quotes we received so it was a win win. I'd definitely use them again and refer them as well.
