We bought our shed over 25 years ago and it still looks great! We have never had to repaint it and there is no rust anywhere. One of the wheels fell off the sliding door and we stopped by the business to ask how to replace it. Butch explained it was an easy fix. Juan is the repair guy but he had just left for the day. Butch called him and he returned to the shop to make us a new bracket with two new wheels. Unbelievable service! It took him about 5 min and we were on our way! Thank you so much Butch and Juan! It was a great experience!

I had the worst phone conversation ever with these guys. I asked if they could give me a quote for motorcycle parking structure and the guy acted like I was bothering him. want to send someone over to quote me. I had a sheet had a price sheet for the home and garden show and his prices were higher. They not seem interested in understanding my needs and was simply concerned with selling a box.

Bought one of their 4 x10 sheds about 14 years ago and recently decided I could use some more storage. I called Butch up and they were able to put up another matching shed.  I'm amazed how well my first shed has held up over the years and thankfully Butch found my old order he had sold me that many years ago. Hard to tell the difference between the old and the new unless you look real close.

I ordered a project just under $5k and they charged me in full, up front, with an estimated completion time of 5 weeks...but hopefully less. 5 weeks came and went and no contact, no update, no communication. I phoned them and they denied they ever said 5 weeks...said it is 6 weeks...blaming Covid and not connecting any dots that made Covid relevant to the delay.

I explained my frustration with the lack of communication. The gentleman apologized, and promised to keep me updated. He was supposed to call me Monday to update me on the process...7.5 weeks from the original order date.

Of course, he didn't call. I called this morning and left a message...no call back. I called back just now and I got the same gentleman who acted like he was checking on it...then the phone got silent...he hung up on me!

I called back and was put on hold. A completely different gentleman spoke to me and I explained I was hung up on and the follow up was not provided as promised. He was cold and monotone in his response...and no apology whatsoever.

I'm still waiting for a call back.

So, if you like handing over thousands of dollars to a business who doesn't keep their promises, doesn't return your calls, treats you with disrespect, and doesn't provide the product you paid for...this is the business for you.

I have been very pleased with my shed.  It is very sturdy and will last many years.  I spent quite a bit of time researching sheds online and went to a few of the big stores.  Fortunately, one of my neighbors ordered a shed from United Aluminum and let me see his unit after it was installed.  Then, I discovered another neighbor had one and loved it.  It was apparent this was the best option for me.  

The staff were very easy to work with.  The quote was reasonable and the quality is the best you can ask for.  Further, the installer had the shed up in no time, cleaning-up before he left.

Update to my original review...  I was contacted by United Aluminum as a follow up call some time after my last conversation with them. I explained my situation again to a very understanding representative. He apologized for the problem and said the company would take care of the leaks. They scheduled an installer to come out and seal the entire shed. It was done the right way by moving the shed applying the sealant and then reconnecting the shed. Looks great and the communication was excellent this time. Restored my faith in the company. Sometimes, you do not know how good a company really is until a problem arises and they respond. The way a company responds after they have your money really says a lot about them. United Aluminum came through.

No hassle and quick quality service.  I called them after seeing them at the home show.  I gave them a description of what I wanted and within a week their guy was out here installing the shed on the side of my house.  It came out beautiful and was better than expected.  Door slides very easy and the window was a great addition to let air in.  I would highly recommend this company!

These guys are great to work with.  I stopped in and they answered all of my questions, didn't feel rushed at all.  Also responsive by phone and also to changes to my order (said no problem up to a week before install).  They are busy but only a few weeks out when I scheduled.  I had their concrete guy pour a foundation for my shed, which is more expensive than the wood foundation.  He did a great job but if you're on a tight schedule I might recommend someone else.  You can make lots of customizations and the build quality is great.

I have used them before and would not choose anyone else. They need a great job just like they did on my other shed. I would highly recommend them.

Met Butch at the Home Show and he walked me through their aluminum sheds.  I stopped by their brick and mortar location on Indian School Road and see more of their products.  Rich was easy to work with and got my shed specifications and set up an install date.  Nice a friendly people.  Juan showed up at my house early in the morning and banged out the install.  He did a great job, paid attention to details and was very friendly as well.  Very happy with the shed quality and service side of United Aluminum.  I recommend them to anyone looking for a storage shed.
