We looked around to find a reasonable yet quality drive through gate for our hose we are renovating. Hectors Iron was the only responsive company, and they were reliable! Not only that, but our gate looks amazing! I'm very happy with their work. Extra bonus, they are a family owned business!! Gotta love that!!

I needed a new side gate to meet city code, as we're having a pool put in. I received several bids and Hector's was one of the best. He came out to measure and the gate was ready 3 days later! Hector Sr. & Hector Jr. came and installed the gate in a little over an hour. They made sure everything fit perfectly and the self-closing spring was adjusted properly. They installed the door lever and deadbolt that I supplied. It's obvious they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

We had old wooden gates that had been through the ringer. It was time to update them and found Hector through offer up. His response time was very quick and he was very informative. I got quotes from a couple other companies and Hector's was the best without sacrificing quality. He was able to come and take measurements the same day. Told us it would be about two weeks for the gates and one week later they were installed! I was worried about one of the doors because the cinder blocks had shifted and weren't even but they custom made the gate and it looks FANTASTIC! The wife and I are very happy with this nice family run business and how the gates turned out!

Had a new fence installed and needed to replace the passage and RV gate. They made and installed a beautiful gate (composite slates) with Kickplate and S scroll top for $1000 less than the other competitors. Thank you.

Amazing Gates!

We found Hector's Iron on OfferUp where provided us with a reasonable quote, installation included. A few days later he stopped by to take measurements and gave the final quote with deadbolts and handles. It was absolutely worth every penny! The outcome was three beautiful solid composite material and iron gates.

Hector is one-of-a-kind!!!  He is so polite...something you don't often experience these days!  His prices are more than fair - and his finished product is beautiful!!!  Hector is an excellent communicator and his follow-up is outstanding!  I feel so lucky to have found him!!!

Hector's was quick to respond to emails and text messages.  Within a few messages and some great pictures we were able to agree on what my wife and I wanted.  He was very patient with questions and additions at the last minute when we asked for handle and lock.  Also recommended different type of installation than I was expecting but gave more room to get RV in and out.  Also came back quickly to repair a slat that had warped and cracked unexpectedly.  I highly recommend.

Hector was referred to us by one of our friends for a gate in our backyard.  He responded literally IMMEDIATELY when I messaged him (on a Sunday morning, no less!) and was out the very next day to get measurements.  Within a week we had our new gate installed and was just as he promised it to be.  He even shot a picture of it after it was built at his shop.  That kind of communication and quick response time is VERY rare among contractors.  We're thrilled he was referred to us and we will absolutely be sharing his info with our friends, clients & neighbors!

Hector came showed us gates, we picked the ones we like and expected a good job.  Well, we got more then a good job, the gates looks so much better then the pictures he showed us and the large iron gate we purchased is just incredible!  We could not be happier with Hector, his products and his team.  They came and installed the gates and were done in less then 4 hours.  Hector showed up on time (which is not usual these days) and we were very pleased.  His crew is professional and his prices were extremely good!

Excellent work at a fair price! We just moved to Mesa and we have 3 sons and 1 on the way, when I first spoke to Hector's son Marco, he immediately recognized  how concerned my wife and I were to get a fence and gate installed around the our pool. Being that we just moved price was obviously a concern but quality and security of the utmost  importance. He quoted what the job would cost and and a 2 week time line they had to squeeze my project into.  That was the 8th of this month. They showed up this morning and did exactly what the said they would do. Hector and his crew are super busy I assume because of how quick, clean, and professional they are.....so much so I'm hiring them again do build and install new RV gate for us.Great work guys, we couldn't be happier with it!

I reached out to Hector to replace a broken gate immediately.  He responded right away with a quote and estimated timeline.  He was able to custom build our gate and complete the install in a matter of days.  We are extremely happy with the quality and the appearance of his product.  It far exceeds anything we found at major box stores. He's now our go-to guy for iron/gate needs.  Highly recommend!

It's hard to rate the work of Hector's Iron, since they do not want your business.  I called to offer a job, and received a text saying that he would call back.  Never called back.  So I submitted a detailed RFQ to the website, nothing.  Reached out again and was asked a few questions about my job over text.  No follow-up.  Reminded him over text that I submitted an RFQ on the website, got am email back asking what I wanted.  Submitted pics, specs, details, etc - never heard back.  Apparently these guys are either so busy that they don't need work, or they cherry pick the jobs that they want, and don't get back to the ones that they don't.  Either way, it's terrible business.  If this is the way that this company treats potential new customers, I cannot IMAGINE what they would be like  to work with on a $3-4K job.  After my experience, I would never trust them with a project like this.

This company sucks! Zero stars. Trying to contact Hector, he never answered my calls  Or texts regarding a job I had for him. Went by his shop also numerous times and no one there knows anything about anything! Company phone was disconnected his personal phone, mailbox full cannot leave messages! Very bad customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware of shady characters!
