I cannot say enough good things about Debbie and the whole team at Home Makeover Creations. They have just completed a complete renovation of my master bathroom, and I am absolutely delighted. The room is beautiful, functional, and totally what I had originally envisioned.

Having worked with many contractors in various states on the succession of homes I've owned over the past 40 years, I can say without hesitation that this has been the best experience I've ever had. During our first meeting Debbie listened to me and quickly grasped my vision for the space. She also heard very clearly my budget constraints and promised to develop a line item budget proposal. This way I could see where I could cut some costs and also where I might want to step it up a bit.

This company distinguishes itself by focusing on ROI, and as a business person as well as homeowner I truly value that. Debbie worked with me to use my existing cabinetry which was in excellent condition and just needing a professional paint job. Same thing with the existing custom mirrors, updating the frames with paint.  We saved the top quality toilet as well.

The bathroom was transformed with custom tile work. The craftsmanship is incredible. A new deep soaker tub was installed along with the walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. It is amazing. My neighbors come over and take pictures!

A few other things made this experience so pleasant:  
1). Everything was ordered and all work scheduled before a single bit of demo began. All special order items were in hand at the start of the job.
2).  Communication was excellent. Every day I was contacted to advise which workers would be coming the next day and approximate arrival time. Workers showed up on time and as scheduled. What joy!
3).  Debbie was here just about every day to check progress and make sure everything was going as planned. She was always accessible.
4).  The workers cleaned up thoroughly every day at the end of their day. This included vacuuming -  every  day!

In closing, let me say that I highly recommend Home  Makeover Creations.  They are professional in every way, their prices are fair, and the quality is top notch.

While working with Home Makeover AZ, I'd like to acknowledge Tom for his quality workmanship, cleanliness, professionalism and honesty.  When we needed repairs done to our our home in Phoenix, Tom did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and educating us on what needed to be done and why - while being mindful of our budget.

I purchased a condo in 2014 in Scottsdale as a second income property. I reached out to get estimates from a couple contractors, but I clicked with Debbie right away. They understood what I was trying to do.
I needed to make some big aesthetic changes to the condo to get it rented quick, but just enough to bring up the value. I felt like the other companies that quoted me were trying to pressure or trick me into spendy upsells. I never once felt that from Debbie and team.
Some of the improvements I thought I needed to put money into, these guys actually talked me out of putting money into those places. I was kinda shocked. The cool part is that Debbie is actually has a background in real-estate, so she wasn't just trying to make things look pretty. She knew what improvements were needed to make a big impact to my renters.
We ended up doing the kitchen - cabinets, backsplash, granite, and new flooring. The lighting they did really made a big difference too.
The cool thing was that Debbie recommended renting the place for $200 more than I was originally going to rent it for. I'm glad I trusted her on that part, because I ended up renting the place within the week.
Anyway - it was really easy working with them. I thought it would be a lot of work on my part - managing people and stuff - but really I just checked in now and then. It was easy.
Highly recommend!

Can't say anything about their quality of work because no one bothered to show up to our first appointment. When my husband called he was told that the man he initially talked to sometimes doesn't write his appointments down and we could call him directly.  He was already 20 minutes late. No way am I calling him. It's his responsibility to inform me if he is running late.

Honestly, WHY would I spend 20-30 thousand dollars on a company that doesn't even show up to the first appointment? Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy in my eyes.

We have young children and pets, and the team was able to make accommodations to limit the impact on our family routines, while still finishing the job on time and budget- a HUGE bonus for this mama!

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Tom, Debbie and team. They truly transformed my house into my home.

Home makeover completed our kitchen remodel 2 years ago the entire job from start to finish was done within two weeks. They were thorough, reliable, friendly, and even worked on Sundays. Not only that, but they provided the best rate and most detailed bid in my opinion. Debbie had great recommendations and suggestions as far as selecting finishes that would be cost effective and look great. She took the time to meet with me in person on multiple occasions and was proactive about making sure everything was in place for the project to kick-off. They kept to the timeline I needed and went out of their way to squeeze my project in with their already busy schedule. I was somewhat nervous about such a big project, but Debbie kept me in the loop with everything that was going on from day to day which was wonderful!
