Interiors by Thomas just finished a major remodel at our home in Sun City.  Our remodel consisted of enclosing the laundry room that was open in the garage.  This gave us a large utility room with a closet, sink and storage. We also moved a wall, giving us a larger dinning room and a separate TV room, replaced a glass sliding door with a single French Door. They also replaced the tile and carpet with Luxury Vinyl Flooring, installed ceiling fans and can lights.  All doors and casings were replaced and painted along with the whole interior of the home.  
The office staff was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We really appreciated Lindsey's suggestions when picking out countertops and stain for the laundry room cabinets.  
Per our contract timeline all the work was done in the time frame presented to us.  The work crews always informed us on what they would be working on each day.  They were presentable, friendly and polite.  You could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. Our experience from start to finish was what we expected.  If you're considering a remodel, big or small I would recommend Interiors by Thomas.  You will not be disappointed!

In a little over two months Tom and his staff and crew have transformed my house.  (New tile floors, completely new kitchen and two totally remodeled bathrooms, and gallons and gallons of paint).  Workers were at my house everyday, all day.  I could not be happier.  Highly recommend if you want a top notch job.

We have had Interiors By Thomas (IBT) to our home for three different home improvement projects!!   Two bathrooms and most recently crown molding have been done.   WE ARE OVER AND BEYOND SATISFIED WITH THE  PROJECTS AND FINAL PRODUCT. Projects started on time, workers were there on time and when they said they would be there, everyone was friendly and extremely considerate and conscious of our needs, workers kept their projects as clean and neat as possible, Office staff is friendly and helpful and Tom and Randy are knowledgeable and demonstrate the highest levels of business integrity.  Well done IBT!  We hope we can think of another project for our home.  We would love to have you all back!

They set an appointment on the date of estimate two and half months ago but I heard nothing from them prior to an appointment so I called them and checked if they made the appt. They did not find my appointment in their system at all. I am very disappointed!  Please do not trust them to set up an appointment.

For 6 years I have been looking at ugly popcorn ceilings in three rooms and finally made the call to Interiors by Thomas.  Why Interiors by Thomas????  In 2017 they updated my 2 bathrooms, did a great job and removed a cabinet in the kitchen so I could get a taller frig in that space.  Another great job.  Again they didn't disappoint.  Did a great job.  It was messy, yes, but the cleanup was great and I am so happy with my new ceilings.

I can't say enough great things about this company! Tom and his son Ronnie have an incredible eye for design and they were able to bring our wishes to life. Peggy in the office is great fun to work with and has a great eye for details. The craftsmen that work for them are very pleasant to work with, punctual, and immensely talented. We had all of our flooring replaced, a wall removed, a wall extended, and a grand kitchen remodel. I now have the home of my dreams. I couldn't be happier! Thank you

Had an appointment on 5 oct for an estimate.  Since then then we haven't heard anything back from them.  Now we lost 2 weeks we are looking for a new company.

We couldn't be happier with our Media Wall just completed by Tom and his crew. They came everyday,provided dust control, cleaned up the worksite every day. and finished in a timely manner. The crew was geat and friendly. The guy in charge, Alvor was very knowledgeable, kept us updated as the job progressed, and answered all of  our questions. Tom came to the job site almost daily  and implemented all our small changes.
They are perfectionist when it comes to finishing off their project ,touch up, cleanup (they even cleaned and mopped the tile floor) and followup.
They took our ideas and created a "master piece"

Thomas Interiors handled our kitchen reno. Not a huge job but complicated by a long time line with a big hole in the middle of it due to our travel schedule.  
Time lines and budget  were met or beat and the final product met our complete satisfaction.  The advice and suggestions  were all value added and touch up issues at the back end of the project were eagerly and promptly attended to.
Skilled craftsmen handled every aspect of the work and were, without exception, very happy to be employed by Thomas Interiors.

This is the prototypical family business that's well run and looking well positioned for a hand off to the next generation.  A great role model for anyone wanting to build a successful small business in any industry.

I have always believed in hiring close to home.  Big mistake thinking like that!   I should have researched Interiors by Thomas more thoroughly and his workmanship and hands on way more carefully.  The whole time the new cabinets were being added and painted, never once did Tom come out and check his crew or even call to see how things were going. Yes there were major problems and it took 2 weeks to get corrections made.  Unsatisfactory business sense and attitude from Thomas.  No, I will not recommend this business, I truly feel he needs to learn how to deal with people and to sit with the client before said project is started so items can be corrected in the beginning.

Thanks to Interiors by Thomas my house has been transformed!  Granite in kitchen and baths, tile throughout, oak cabinets painted, fresh paint everywhere!  This is a family owned but fully professional team and I am delighted with the results. How can I give more than 5 stars!!!

We had several contractors for bids to update our kitchen and bathrooms and out of all of them, Interiors by Thomas was the only one that had a detailed description with the line by line itemization of the cost. After discussing our final options we chose this company and even though we have not yet started our project, the customer service we have received from Tom, Ronnie and Lindsay has been excellent. After our project is completed, I will do another review but I think it will also be a 5 star!

We are redoing the floors in our home and putting cabinets in a spare bedroom to create an office/craft room. We expect to spend $20,000-30,0000  I had to call 3 times before I reached someone (no one returned my calls)  Then I was told they charged $75.00 to come and look at the job and give an estimate. I live 18 miles away. I have had lots of people to our home and this is the only one that charged to come "this far".  Very disappointing

I highly recommend Tom and his crew for any job. He helped me out during an extremely difficult time after the loss of my husband. They showed incredible empathy through the whole process, were flexible in services I needed, gave me a great price, followed through on all they promised as well as disposed of some things I was not able to take. Words cannot express my gratitude. I will definitely use them in the future and hope anyone that needs their services will as well.

We moved to Sun City West, form Washington state, about a year ago, where we quickly found a house we liked that we could make into the home of our dreams.  Interiors by Thomas was recommended by a friend, who had preceded us in this same move, and we couldn't have been more impressed.  No mater what kind of project we came up with,Tom and his crew could handle it. One thing that always bothered me with the contractors we hired in the past is that they would disappear for several days at a time.  I don't think there was one day that Tom didn't have someone working on our house. Since then we have hired Thomas for sever other small projects we came up with.  No matter how big or small the project, they have always done the job in a professional and timely matter.

Although we've only known Tom and his team for a little over a year, we consider them our friends and I guarantee that if you hire them, you will to. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project you have.

We had water leaking from our downstairs ceiling. Our upstairs bathroom had a pipe issue. Who do you call? Well, we called on the amazing team at Interiors by Thomas and we were NOT disappointed! They managed to come over to deal with our urgent matter and worked far into the night hours to stop the leak and open up the ceiling to let it start to dry out. They came back and fixed us up like new. I would highly recommend the professionals at Interiors by Thomas.

Interiors by Thomas did a major remodel for us including the entire kitchen and both bathrooms which included granite countertops throughout, new lighting, new tile flooring, floor to ceiling tile in our new showers and new vanities and lighting in both bathrooms. They estimated the work would take 6 weeks which is exactly what it took. Tom was very helpful in making suggestions and helping pick out materials. He oversaw every aspect of the job. His people are very professional and very respectful of our home. Alvaro is Tom's lead man and a jack of all trades as well as a delight to be around. Carl, his tile man is a perfectionist and a real craftsman. Ray his paint supervisor does excellent work and the office staff is helpful, knowledgeable and communicate well with customers. I'd recommended Thomas to my family and I'd do the same to anyone else.

We moved here a year and a half ago to a beautiful home, that I truly did love, but it had blue and pink tulip wall paper on the kitchen walls. that just had to go! And, the color of the cabinets didn't match the color of the granite counter tops. After getting several quotes, none of which would do it all (remove wall paper and paint, add crown molding, paint cupboards), Interiors by Thomas gave me a turn key quote, which was even lower than some of the other bids for just part of the job. They were here a week and made magic happen in my kitchen! Every crew member was professional, polite, and skilled. Tom was involved in every part of the job, from helping me choose the colors to work with my granite, to coming to inspect the finished job. I'm beyond thrilled with the quality of their work and will definitely use them again for any other home improvement projects! Thank you Interiors by Thomas!

I called him, and he gave me some price quotes for painting some doors, and the prices seemed fine. I was really considering hiring him. I also asked about painting my kitchen cabinets. No quote mentioned because he stated he needed to come assess the current condition first. Sounds fair and understandable. Then I asked him if he can come over and look to give the price quote. He said the appt would be free of charge when I asked him if it would have a cost. Sounds great. He asked where I lived. I told him. Suddenly, he cut our phone conversation very short and said he will call me back later to schedule a time. He never called me back.

We couldn't have ask for better quality work or service. Thomas takes a personal interest in each phase of the work. He and his crew went above and beyond to fix things that were not on the original bid with no extra charges. Anyone would be foolish not to use his company for any work needed around your home. I guarantee you will be pleased if you give him the opportunity to do your work. Thanks to the whole team.

I used the handyman services through Interiors by Thomas and was very disappointed in their pricing.  I want to warn anyone who uses this service to ask for a written estimate.  They sent out and charged for two handymen to pull the cartridge in my shower.  I felt the charge varied from the verbal estimate but was unable to challenge the bill because I did not have a written estimate.  They were very nice and I am very satisfied with the work they performed but am still perplexed at why it took two handymen instead of one.  I discussed the issue with this business but was left with paying the higher charge.
