This place is the best. I was speaking to Mario, and he was the most helpful person I have dealt with since I started my project on my new home. Me and my fiance have been looking for a reliable company since we moved to AZ. We went trough a few bad experiences before finding the right person to give our business to.

He took care of all of our projects from start to finish, we can't emagine ever going anywhere else. We both highly recommend them, they are the best.

They remodeled our kitchen and everything from floors to ceiling. Again highly recommend.

We used PHX Floors to redo the flooring and baseboards in our entire house. Mario and Victor were very responsive and did quality work. They showed up after hours and on the weekend to ensure the job was done correctly. We are very happy with the final result and everyone who walks in our home compliments our floors. They work with quality vendors and suppliers to get all their product.

All the guys at PHX Floors are very professional. They were considerate of my time and my roomies time and space. The flooring in my two bathrooms was done in 9 hours. I was so surprised they were able to get so much done in that amount of time. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring work. I had found this business from Yelp and Google reviews and all the positive feedback is true.  I had spoken to Victor on the phone to see if they may have the color wood flooring and price point I needed. I came in the next day. I must say that their store front is very well organized and displayed- the best I've seen ( been to 8 other places this month). I took quiet a long time looking around and Victor was very kind and helpful. At one point, I asked if they happen to have bottle water so I could feed my infant. He had another gentlemen go to a near by store to grab us water. Phenomenal customer service!
Definitely contact Victor if needing any construction services too! I'm saving his business card for when work is needed.

Victor and Mario were a pleasure to work with. While our job was a little smaller than they were probably used to, the experience was great. They helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs and followed us to our place to measure and provide their professional opinion. They worked with us on the schedule to finish before painting and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend working with them on any flooring project.

The boys did such an amazing job on our little girl's nursery! They did the floors and stunning accent wall. That wall is literally my favorite part of the nursery. They had great communication and their work was fast and clean. Thank you for making our nursery so beautiful!

I would not recommend Phx Floors/Phx Reno to anyone. I added a renovation budget to my mortgage for some updates to be done to my home - new floors and an updated kitchen. I was provided a total project estimated duration of 3-4 weeks. The floor was first and it took them almost 2 months to complete it. I ended up having to involve my mortgage company in order to get them to even communicate with me and finish my baseboards. Only at that point was I then informed that my kitchen cabinets had not even been ordered (even though I was told they had been for quite some time) and had a lead time of at least 2 months. At that point I fired them. It is now almost 4 months later and because of having to deal with this company, Sean the owner specifically, I still don't have an updated kitchen and I am back to square one trying to find a contractor who is willing to pick up the work and complete it with the money that is left. Do not hire this company. I did everything that I could to be accommodating and understanding and in the end I was repaid with dishonesty. I couldn't be more disappointed with how it all played out and because of this company a happy home purchase has been turned into a massive headache.

PHX Floors & More did a great job with our projects. They were professional, timely and so easy to work with. They provided updates and kept us in the loop on the projects. We initially hired them for one project and added on 4 more. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future. Our flooring, quartz and tile work all look great!

We called Mario and team for the rescue for a failed DIY flooring project. Mario came for an estimate timely and the team was there to rescue us within the week and finish the work in 2 days! They are professional, timely, and the work was incredible! They also ensure the house is all cleaned up. I will definitely work with them again for my future house projects! Thank you!

Viktor and Mario are fantastic. They did an excellent job replacing our hardwood floors with wood-look vinyl plank, taking care of every last detail, and referring us to a reputable and affordable painter to do some additional work around the house. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

They replaced our carpet to vinyl and did an excellent job. In just about 5 hours everything was done nicely and they cleaned they finished. We are very happy with the work.

A year later and now I'm finally doing my review as I've gotten a lot of compliments on my vacation home. As a out of state homeowner I was nervous hiring contractors to work on my home. Victor & Mario met me in person after viewing the property I just bought and gave me a bid. They were very flexible with my constant changes and adapted to my vision. I replaced old carpet with "hardwood" tile flooring, took out a tub and shower in the master, they even found matching tiles to convert it to a huge walk in shower system in the master. Threw out the gold shower doors and ugly brown tiles, replaced them with something more modern. Brand new frameless shower door too! The work didn't stopped there. I removed glass blocks walls and reframed a couple area to be more inviting to my guests. As a realtor in Seattle I will say you are in good hands with these guys. I trusted them with my home being farther away knowing things will get finished and not have contractors flake out on you. I've referred clients to PHX Floors already.

This company did a wonderful job hired this company to do flooring for my brother who just bought a house and moved to AZ. They had so many options to choose from and Mario was very diligent in explaining the whole process to me from start to finish. Thank you Mario for tge amazing work and great customer service. We have used PHX Floors & More (Victor and Mario) for two home renovations. My in-laws have also used them for their current house and for their old house that they sold for over ask. My parents are using them now for their house. They are great guys, very accommodating, respectful and timely. We recently used them again for a pocket door install and the gentleman who put it in was so kind and professional.

I have needed flooring services for multiple projects throughout my and my relatives house. After the first project and working with both Victor and Mario, they became our go to vendor for flooring. The hard work, expertise, and dedication they put in when starting a project is absolutely incredible!

PHX Floors provides outstanding work at a reasonable price with people who are responsive and great to work with! I was referred to Mario and Victor while looking to install flooring throughout my home.  From the beginning, Mario and Victor were great to work with.  They came to my house to provide an estimate and gave their opinion as to what would work in the home (which I found refreshing as other contractors I met with simply said they would do what I wanted, but did not give any guidance as to what the samples would actually look like in the entire house).  They also took the time to  answer all of my questions.  They were able to start right away and kept me informed of their progress throughout the project.  They completed the entire floor in the agreed time and it looks amazing. I am happy to have worked with Mario and Victor, I am thrilled with my flooring, and I will definitely work with them again in the future.
