I wanted to thank Frank our salesman for taking his time in explaining what they were going to do to make our master bath ADA for my disabled husband. Mostly, I want to thank the two men Kevin and Justin for coming every day when they said they would, they were very professional and respectful to our needs.   They were amazing working on our project. They left the area picked up and clean when they left each day and cleaned up completely when the project was done. All this in 117 degree weather.  And the bathroom looks amazing.

LastIy, I want to thank Larry for being very professional while I ranted for various reasons not in his control. He made everything right with me. I will refer this company to anyone looking to remodeling their bathroom.

I set up an appointment the guy was super nice over the phone that is Manager or supervisor he said call back to verify the information wasn't very nice asked if my significant other was going to be available I said no and he said we wont be there and HUNG UP! Wth? So unprofessional

It's amazing to read all the reviews on here and not one time did the owner recognize the low star reviews all I need a five star I guess that just goes to show they don't give a shit

My wife called this business to set up a visit for a bathroom remodel quote. We have a pretty firm idea of want we want, but they simply refused to come out to check the house without me present. Sure, it's a major investment, but we aren't making any binding decisions the day they come out anyway. Regardless, she and I are on the same page, and I trust her to let any contractor know what our vision is. It's absolutely ridiculous that my wife has to deal with this in this day and age.

This company is absolutely amazing! They remodeled my bathrooms and let me tell you what just beautiful! The work they did was fantastic they communicated great through the process and I couldn't be happier with everything!

I just wanted to say my shower is amazing. I can get in and out and feel safe. They did just what I was told at there first visit. I would recommend to every one. Can't beat there prices and quality

Never showed up for consultation they made at home show the day before.Never called or left message letting us know what's going on

Was looking to redo my master shower, which included ripping out the original shower (from 1974), tearing down a wall, building into the closet behind the shower, and putting up a new wall. I haven't actually used the shower yet because I'm still looking to hire people to finish the flooring, but will update if any problems occur!

Timeline:
From the initial quote, it takes about another month for them to get the materials and start actually remodeling. Since ours required more labor, the actual shower remodel took about 5 days (From 8 am-4pm ish everyday). About 3 weeks later was when another guy came out to install the shower doors which was done same day (probably around 1-2 hours).

Pros:
- Cheapest quote I got! ($11,069)
- During the quote process, you get to choose materials and style so you get an idea of what it'll look like in the end
- Super personable people
- transferrable lifetime warranty
- Wall material is easy to clean. It's one sheet made to look like tile without the annoyance of cleaning grout, but it's nice and smooth like tile too!
- Considerate of my requests (I asked for them to wear booties since I had carpet and they also wore masks for the most part)
- Overall satisfied and would recommend/use their service again!

Cons:
- Some messes left behind but honestly not a big deal
- Painting new wall and finishing up the flooring is not included, although I knew this ahead of time! They actually said they could do this but it would be an extra charge, so I'd be better off doing it myself or hiring a separate contractor. This isn't a big deal to me, but good to note.
- Materials for the shower and the door got delayed for shipment so shower installation and door installation actually started a few days later than initially planned. Again not a big deal to me, but noting this could happen if you're on a tight schedule.

Things to Note:
- Keep in mind that the smell from the products is pretty strong, so some days during installation we'd sleep in a different room.

I can't rate how well their work is because they canceled my appointment and then no-showed when the new appointment was rescheduled.  I had scheduled them to come out to my parents condo to quote a new shower remodel.  They called me a day before, but since my voicemail box was full, they weren't able to leave a message.  My fault.  I called back the same day at 3 PM and left them a message, but didn't get a reply back. My appointment was for a Tuesday morning and I took the day off work for it.  When they didn't show up after waiting for 20 min, I called them.  They apologized and told me whoever set the appointment forgot they had a monthly meeting every first Tuesday of the month.  I rescheduled the appointment for a Friday night that week and they called me on Wednesday to confirm an appointment for Thursday.  You mean, Friday?!! Guess what...NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!

4 months later and our shower is still not finished with no end date on the books. What was supposed to be an 8-12 week project turned into 5+ month deal. Subpar internal and external communication and broken promises. We had a great experience picking out our new shower with Doug. He was transparent and let us take our time. What followed after that initial visit could have been a lot better on the back end. I hate to leave this, because Doug and the owners were so nice responsive, but this is truthfully what happened so here goes...We know the pandemic threw a wrench in the supply chain, we knew there was an 8-12 week wait for our shower. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of communication and flip flopping. We were told (and I verified this by repeating it back to her) that our shower would get to their warehouse for inspection on a certain date. When I called on that date she told me something completely different and that it hadn't even shipped from the manufacturer. Another 2 week wait. Finally I called 2 weeks later and was told it would get in on a truck that day and I could expect a phone call within 24-48 hours to schedule installation. That call never came. I called 4 days later and their phone lines were disconnected (huge scare since we put thousands down on this shower already). I called Doug and found out he had left the company a month ago (another red flag). He kindly helped us and apologized on behalf of his old employer, getting in touch with them himself. Apparently they were moving and their phones were disconnected. Shouldn't they have called me the day before like they were supposed to and let me know? Why tell a customer that you'll call by a certain date and for that customer to follow up if they haven't gotten that call, on a day when you knew phones would be disconnected? When I finally got in touch I was told they are short staffed and made some excuses about why I haven't been communicated with, which is something a customer should never even hear. I was told their lines were being connected as we speak and I can expect a call from the scheduler asap. I had to call again and talk to an owner who then told me they won't reach out to schedule our installation until the following week and that it will be another 2 weeks until it's installed. She told me our shipment was in and everything appears to be ok (no breaks or parts on back order) not even 10 minutes later I get a call from the installation manager that they have NOT inspected the shower at all. I asked the manager why I was literally just told that everything appeared fine and now he's telling me no one even looked at it and he does yeah they get me in trouble doing that. Doing what? Lying? Having shelled out thousands of dollars up front, this lack of communication causes a great amount of distrust and quite honestly, anxiety on my part, which should never happen. A week later we got the shower measured for the door. Initially, we were told the door gets installed 2 weeks after the shower. Well we were just told the door will take close to 2 months before we can get it installed. The pushed back schedules, the lies, the broken promises left a horrible taste in our mouths over this experience. This process was supposed to be easy and instead I'm getting a total run around and there's almost no communication between management and staff and contracted companies. Its not a great sign when one of their top salesman, someone revered on feedback and who believes in the company's great product, quits because of poor management. We went with a top dollar, reputable company to avoid exactly this.

Although this remodelling did not start out as a five star review it at least ended as one. Had a remodelling scheduled with this company. Went two weeks longer than expected and was very frustrating to work with one member of their staff. At least at the end of the day the bathroom looks great, the owner personally came out to apologise about everything that went wrong on the job and made it right

I needed a redo of 2 showers.  Larry came out to look over the jobs and detail the options available.  I was so excited by what they were offering that I signed up on the spot.  After measurements were taken, the materials were ordered. Kevin then came out to do the demo and installation.  Everything was completed in 5 days and it looks spectacular.  Kevin worked his tail off.  Additionally, he was a stickler for details (he knew I was very particular).  Could not be happier.

Well, when you have the owner of the company call you on a Saturday to apologize for a missed appointment because the person conducting the appointment was sick.... that says a great deal for the company and their ethics. Impressive to know that they care so much. Means... they will care about the project! Yep... I am highly impressed!

Need the bathroom remolded at in a very old home for my grandmother. Larry came to do the estimate. He was honest and fair. Started work as soon as possible. was spot on about the time it would take to complete and that was spot on. Also was always available to answer any questions. Lester, the young man that did the work was very professional. He worked quietly, did quality work. Both men we worked with were honest and made sure everything was done to my grandmothers and the families liking. I could not be more grateful!!!

Horrible management!! Fucked me over with my money. I will NEVER EVER refer this company to anyone. I got this contact through Seat Covers Unlimited and I should have known that this place would be just as bad as Seat Covers!! Who lets this man into their business without making sure he is competent?! Fuck you! This is going on Facebook as well.

Brett was our installer of our new tub to shower conversion. It turned out great!  He was such a hard worker and highly professional. We are extremely happy with the results

I had a very positive experience with Kasey. She came out and did a fantastic job explaining the company, how the product works, and she made things so easy and simple, which was just what I needed. Another thing that was great was that the owner of the company has over 35 years of experience remodeling bathrooms, so they are so knowledgeable! We were able to remodel my bathroom in one day and I absolutely love it! It came out better than expected. You won't be disappointed!

Home Concepts gave us a bid on removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower.  They knew we had a tight time schedule because we were leaving town in two weeks.  They promised to do the work in time and they did.  Everything went perfectly.  Workmen arrived when they said they would, they called to say they were on their way, the time estimate of the job (2 days) was correct, the workman cleaned up after themselves and were careful about the rest of the bathroom when they were working.  We think the shower looks great and is just what we contracted for.  The work comes with an unconditional guarantee.  Our experience with Home Concepts was terrific and we would recommend them with reservation.  Kevin and Bryce did it right and Larry responded to our questions and concerns.

Home Concepts remodeled our bathroom.  We installed a tile shower and it turned out beautiful!  They also installed new countertops and matching backsplash.

Had been shopping around for a contractor for my bathroom for a while. Came across Home Concept Customs and was very pleased with the professionalism and pricing. Larry made the process so easy from start to finish! He worked around my busy schedule, spent the time to explain all my options, then made the paperwork super simple!  Was very impressed with the quality of work at the end! Will highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Very precessional and timely. They did my bathroom and kitchen upgrade. Came to my home and gave me a quote on the spot. Construction is always hard to forecast but they kept true to their timelines. Would recommend these guys to anyone seriously interested in home Improvemts.

I just purchased a new home and I needed my bathroom remodeled, I went to a home show and that where I met Kasey. I explained to her my needs, showed her a couple of photos of what I was looking for, we then scheduled a free home estimate. At this point I had received two other quotes and I was not happy with the pricing.  Larry the sales representative arrived on time and provided me with a quote that suited my financial needs as well as my lifestyle. I haven't been in AZ very long so I was very pleased with my first remodeling experience.
