Jacqueline is awesome! I'm SO glad we found her on Thumbtack. We recently blended our homes and were feeling overwhelmed and wanted the advise of a professional. Merging his and hers can be a difficult and sensitive process. In addition, I had difficulty trying to merge the color scheme of our blended items. I struggled to put it all together without seeing it visually. We needed someone to give us their expertise so that we could proceed. I contacted Jacqueline and she was able to squeeze us in for a consultation . She is VERY personable and professional. We love how she is no nonsense and did not give us fluff- She is direct and to the point during the consultation and very patient with all my questions. We plan to use her throughout our process for guidance. I am delighted that she seems as interested in creating my home as I am. She has been in contact with ideas since our consultation via text answering any questions I have.

Waed and his team are outstanding! I learned about him after he did a fantastic job remodeling my neighbor's place. He did some work in my kitchen and completely remodeled my wife's old place that she still owns and now rents out. We couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend him.

Joe has been such an asset to have to take care of my home improvement needs.  I have used him and continue to use him for all of my home improvement projects.  He is very presentable, trust worthy and reliable.  It is nice to have someone you can that shows up on time and does the work right the first time at a very reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend using him for any projects you might have.

We called Lumby several months after we had some work done by an inferior company that we had taken out. I explained the problems we had with the first company and Travis listened and was understanding of our concerns. He promised he could do much better than the first company we hired and explained how he would do it. Their company reviews are fantastic so I had confidence they could do the job correctly. The price was fair and their reputation preceded them. They completed the work when they said they would and were professional in all aspects of the job. The crew was polite and they cleaned up any residue from the work. The cement looks fantastic! It really looks good. Recommended!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Don't underestimate Elvis' abilities!

Elvis saved my tail!  I hired a highly rated Yelp* contractor and had to let him go.  Elvis came in and saved the day!  He isn't only the King of Sheetrock, he is the King of Carpentry and Concrete!

I was remodeling a 19' x 22' room.  Ultimately a $40K+ job.  Problem was, it was originally a patio that was closed-in and converted into an addition to the house.  It was originally done on the cheap and it looked terrible!  The slab on grade floor that had sunken 3 inches on one whole side.  Using self leveling concrete would have added 4,000 lbs to the foundation (not good on a steep hillside). So, Elvis mixed wood stringers and plywood along with self-leveling concrete to reduce weight and delivered a floor that even surprised the owner of the hardwood flooring company who saw the original floor and didn't think it could be leveled with the perfection achieved by Elvis.

I'm the son of a building contractor and grew up on job sites.  This job had me really worried!  Unlike my initial contractor, Elvis spoke with confidence, backed by experience.  Furthermore, his work was exacting.  He takes pride in his work, the sign of a true craftsman!

The floor was only the foundation of his work.  Once leveled, he also re-framed and expanded a laundry area, installed a solid staircase and landing (to code), removed and sealed off an unnecessary exterior entrance door (interior drywall, insulation and new exterior siding), installed a wider door to the garage, and of course installed drywall and texture throughout.

Elvis listens closely and follows your directions.  Most of all, he is honest, hard working and inventive.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!  You can't go wrong is you hire The King !!!

We had Patterson do a pretty large remodel ($135k)  on our home and yard.  Darren was the super and he was good while in the project.  However it took a lot longer than estimated - was supposed to get done in 2018 but was not done until late May 2019. After the project was done there was NO follow up. we could not get Darren to respond. I noticed in August if 2020 there were some issues with the work that was done so i again reached out to Darren with no response. again, and no one foloowed. Patterson EVER followed up with us.

A few weeks ago the new pool pump they installed quit working so i reached out to Patterson Homes and they sent someone out, but they thought it was for an estimate. He said yep those are warranty issues but i need to talk to my boss who will have to talk Ryan the owner. The Estimators Boss called me and said it is Ryan's issue.  I asked that Mr Patterson call me. He has not. So I called the office and asked for him to call me. He has not.

oh, and they never registered the pool equipment with the manufacturer. They didn't tell me to register it either.

I also learned  that Darren quit/got let go right after my project was done. No one ever thought to follow up

I googled Mr Patterson and it looks l like he has some other issues he may be dealing with.

I would not recommend them to anyone. You spend that much money and no follow up, no return calls, not honoring they warranty.    That is poor business. and it
looks like there are ethics issues also. I would not give them any stars.

Please DO NOT USE LECKIE INVESTMENTS for your projects he does not pay the people that do the work for him. Getting any money out of him is like pulling teeth. I was working on a project with him in Tempe  that was 80% completed when I was struck with leukemia. I've been in the hospital for 2 months fighting for my life and he continually refuses to pay the last bill which is $10,000 dollars. I've emailed him, I've called him, I've texted him but he ducks and blocks every single request. All that I want is to get paid and go on with my life and pray for a bone marrow transplant. What a heartless human being he is when I'm laying in bed trying to save my life and he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me please please do not use this company!!!!

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work,  was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story.  I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with  at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!
