Jacquie is not only a fabulous designer with great taste but also easy and fun to work with. I met Jacquie last year when we just purchased our retirement home that we planned to use part time between renting to snowbirds.  She had a hand in designing almost every room with the furniture and window coverings as well as the details that really make the difference between a nicely decorated room to a stunning room!

Jacquie took my stye and thoughts into consideration, but she also knew when to push a bit to consider decor we might not have chosen on your own - and of course she was right each time!  From the beginning of our new house build, Jacquie joined us at the design center to make some significant decisions.  One of them was the drop lighting in the café, which is a unique feature to our model which most people didn't choose it.  Jacquie encouraged us to see the long-term value and the elegance it brought, and she was spot on.  When we put the house on the rental market, 2 days later, it was rented for 13 months!  I highly recommend Jacquie and her services.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. If you need to contract someone for Sheetrock, you could not find anyone better than Elvis of King of Sheetrock! We hired Elvis to retexture our entire interior home--a big and daunting task for us because of how invasive resurfacing can be and what a nightmare if not done right. I spoke to a number of Sheetrock contractors over two years before circling back to King of Sheetrock when I was ready. Elvis was excellent: he is smart, very precise with his applications from padding and protection through his level of finish, professional, timely, good guy and easy to work with, takes pride in his work, and is very well priced. His work completely transformed our house and was, without a doubt, well worth the investment. He made astonishingly little dust (because he takes pride and care in application) and was kind enough to send photos of his progress along the way. If you are on the fence about whether or not his work is worth the investment, I'd say IT IS, and if you are wondering who to go with, book Elvis.

I would like to recommend Jake Watzke (480-277-2856) of Patterson Homes to anyone in need of a home repair or remodel, large or small. We had an insurance claim in which flood damage occurred to our living room ceiling. We also had to replace flooring in the upstairs bathroom directly above the living room. Jake worked with us and our insurance company to secure adequate funding to repair the damage to new original condition. We were kept advised thru-out the process and included in discussions in how to proceed. The project was completed to our utmost satisfaction. Special thanks to his professional crew Rubin and Juan.

TERRIBLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS.  Never started our project, won't communicate, having to sue him for our unused money back, name-calling, and overall terrible experience.  RUN FAST AND FAR!  Filing suit in Maricopa if you want to search records for more details.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street-then stopped showing up for a week. I had to call THEM to ask what was going on 5 days later, they were aware no on was showing up but no one reached out to us because we were scrambling to find you a new contractor before we reached out. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!
