We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel done by Sunset tile and bath. They are very detail oriented and thought of things that even we hadn't thought of when planning our project. We were not in Arizona when the work was completed, but we were very confident in the team to do the work while we were away.

I called because I saw the good reviews on yelp. However, I completly disagree. I found them to be very uneducated on the topic of remodeling. He seemed confused at everything I showed him I wanted done. We will be moving forward with another contractor. The cost is also way above what it should be. Very diasapointed since many yelpers gave such high reviews.

Thank you . Marcus did a great job on my bedroom floor and when their were issues with the grout he came back and fixed and it looks great . Outstanding attention to detail !

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

I just had my kitchen remodeled by Shower and Bath and I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Lon and his team are terrific. Lon helped me with product choices and has a great eye for detail The team came on time and finished on time - something that not all contractors do. This is not the first time I used Shower and Bath for my remodeling. Lon also remodeled in the past both my bathrooms and all my floors. He stands by his work and I would use them any time and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable contractor who does excellent work.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. I used this company to remodel my house kitchen and bathrooms. They did a superb job on time with a very reasonable price. I dealt with Tyson one of the company's principals and he was great to deal with and was very responsive to all my questions as the work progressed.

Enjoyed working with Irving he was always on time. He's very responsive and makes sure to get the job done on time. Any issues or go back around I had on a project he took care of and made sure met my expectations. He worked some long days at my house that's for sure. Even on Sundays he would be there. Photo updates every step of the way something was done. Saving little more cash to use him for next round of stuff I want done

We found Sam randomly on Yelp, read the reviews, contacted him and a couple more contractors. Sam gave us the best quote among other contractors. We remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom, installed new tile, demo 3 walls, relocated our air handler to build a laundry room(our laundry was in the garage and the air handler sat in the middle of the house). We added more stuffs down the road like adding more electric wire, AC work, installing water softener, repainting the whole house, and Sam is very patient and professional.  The whole project took about 5 weeks, as promised. Our project was completed in August 2019 and everything is in good shape so far. Sam is very talented in designing the new floor plan that works best for our limited space. He listened to what we want, made suggestions based on his experience, and he always gave great advise. Other thing we loved about Pelleco is that they carry the most trendy and quality products. We walked through MANY model houses before we decided to remodel our house in stead of buying a new one and relocating. We also visited showrooms from other contractors before we signed the contract with Pelleco. Everyone in his team are very talented and professional. There were still minor issue down the road, but we think every house remodeling would go through some sort of frustration at some points. The important thing is the end result. We LOVE our new house. Our family and friends all LOVE it. It is amazing how it turned out at the end. Special thanks to Sam, Alex the painter, and Leon the plumber for all the extra work you guys put into our house.

Recently used Vetsbuilt Contracting to do some remodeling in my home of 29yrs. Remodeling while living in your home is not an easy process, however DJ and his crew were so easy to work with. The work was done promptly and efficiently. 1500 sq ft. of wood look ceramic tile layed perfectly. They also turned my upstairs loft into an in home office space.   I am so happy with both. The transformations are quite impressive. The office looks like it has always been there. I highly recommend Vetsbuilt. I originally went with them because they support our troops. Thinking it would be a good thing. Totally a win win. Thank you Vetsbuilt!!!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

We needed a new gate for our backyard/alley.  Jonathan came out and gave us an estimate to build the gate and we decided to have him do the work.  When it came time to get materials, the lumberyard did not have the product we needed available.  (Jonathan and I both had previously talked with them about the product and they assured us they had it.)  Since the lumber was not available, we were going to have to postpone the project however, Jonathan went above and beyond, found out who the supplied the lumber yard, drove to the supplier and purchased the lumber!  Furthermore, because he got a late start, he was here until almost 8 pm that evening to finish the job which turned out absolutely awesome.  Will definitely have him back and wish I could give 10 stars!

Dion met with us and discussed our scope of work. He submitted an estimate in a timely manner.  THEN he disappeared. He didn't respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Finally when he did answer his phone he told me that he was a busy person and that he would reply to me when he got around to it. Three weeks later and I still have not heard from Dion. My job was a $130,000 remodel. Unless you want to be treated like you are just a nuisance, then stay away from D and D Construction.

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling! Excellent quality work and customer service. The contractor showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were always very professional and courteous. The workmanship was excellent and their bid was very reasonable! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend BBR!

We used Retro Pro for a guest bath remodel in 2013 and were so pleased that we used them again for the master bath and, as before, we were really satisfied with the results and the whole process. Eric and Angela met with us initially at our home and then again for a design consultation at their showroom. Angela was very helpful both in the design process and during the construction. The work encompassed
a total tear out of the existing bathroom, removal of a sunken tub, and a dividing wall. Two narrow windows were replaced with a single window involving the reworking of the stucco exterior. A new bathtub, tile surround, tile floor, new lighting and cabinets were installed. Nestor, our project manager, and the crew were professional, competent, very accommodating and polite. Eddie did a great job with the tile work as
he had done for the guest bath. It is nice to see a lot of the faces that were with the company four years ago. Communication was excellent and the project was finished on schedule. Although they are not the cheapest in town, the quality and peace of mind was well worth it and we highly recommend them.

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.
