Small business run with big talent!

I hired Dynamite for a bathroom remodel. They replaced a walk in tub, all new tile shower, new vanity, etc. Very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

Meticulous work, prompt, creative and reasonably priced. These workers showed up for an emergency situation exactly when needed. I hired them for another job and they again did not disappoint. For me they did a ceiling and wall repair that had been water damaged. They then installed cabinets for me and finished them off beautifully. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any other job around the house.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I hired Sonoran Peak to renovate my kitchen and turn the living room/dining room into a home theater. The work included cutting through the slab to move a gas line and downdraft vent, removing a sliding glass door to widen a header and install French doors, adding a wall to enclose the home theater, building soffits, adding 3 dedicated 20 amp circuits in the theater and a 220V line in the garage and reinforcing the ceiling to hold the projector, among other things. I also added an HVAC vent in the theater and two more returns.  Some of the planning was done by an acoustician and required a lot of precision and attention to detail as well as some unusual methods and materials.

Sonoran Peak did a great job and worked closely with me to get just the result I was looking for. They have a solid knowledge of structural as well as fine carpentry, were neat and clean and showed up on time every day. The company principals were there a few times a week making sure everything was going according to plan. Very happy with the work.

We just went through a very difficult, long drawn out remodel.  The brightest spot of this whole process was working with Affinity Kitchens.  I am not compelled to write very many reviews, but the service, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and follow-up by Affinity Kitchens was over the top!!  Beth Martinec was a our salesperson/advisor and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most accommodating as we worked through all the renovation issues.  If we were to move and/or build again, Affinity would be my go to company and hopefully Beth will still be with them. Just wanted to give them a shout out and say THANK YOU for your patience and true concern that we were happy customers.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really.  It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality.

Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

Ellen, Cheryl and her team were a pleasure to work with and left us with a bathroom we are now proud to show off. The open line of communication was excellent and I felt as if my voice was heard throughout the design and build process.

We needed our job complete by a certain date, and the White Builder team had no issues accommodating the quick turnaround. I've had some companies take several months to get a project off the ground but from the first point of contact on Yelp to the finish of the project, it only took a couple weeks here. We were pleased enough that we've already started our second project.

While doing renovations at my condo, I happened upon Pelleco based on the excellent reviews on Yelp. Happily, the yelp reviews were correct, the team at Pelleco is great to work with! Sam made the product selection very easy and we had our new kitchen counters and undermount sink installed within less than 10 days! On top of that, the total cost of the job was significantly less than the quotes we got from the big box stores as well as other companies. Pelleco also came out quickly to address some issues that we saw with the install. Great experience overall!

Viktor and Mario are fantastic. They did an excellent job replacing our hardwood floors with wood-look vinyl plank, taking care of every last detail, and referring us to a reputable and affordable painter to do some additional work around the house. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

poor service. Not sure how a company operates with customer service so poor. These guys have just as poor work ethic as they do attitude

Rosa came out for a property tour. She was a much better talker then she was a listener. She talked continously, speaking over us as if we weren't in the room. She was rude to say the least. I believe that she does not like men because she constantly spoke over me. She knew how she was going to remodel my home. She didn't care for any input.
She said she would get us an estimate by Friday, October 15. As of October 18 we have not heard from her. Not a very good business practice but probably a blessing.

Our home was damaged by a water heater leak. The owner of Nor'easter determined early on that we were a small job. We learned later that what he meant was that we were low priority. Several weeks later (he admitted that the job took longer then it should have) we have a home repair job that ran well into 5 figures that seems to have been done properly and looks nice.

Communication is definitely not the strong suit of this contractor. And anytime that we the consumer are positioned between a contractor and an insurance company you can rest assured that the process will be confusing. I still don't have the numbers sorted out!

Fake presentation! The salesman showed us an actual cross section of what our new shower wall will look like. More specifically, I was looking at their proprietary outer wall layer (acrylic?) material. When it was time to actually select the color of the wall material, the samples material were quite different in thickness and composition. The samples were very thin and flimsy plastic material. The salesman could not explain the drastic differences between the materials. He promised to drop off a sample of the actual material they will use. Three weeks later not a word, I am still waiting and not holding my breath!

Horrible horrible deceitful company I would never do business with again. They replace my roof it doesn't last more than one storm and now created more damage to my house they only did a fraction of what the insurance company paid them to do they claim they have a 10 year roofing warranty but it didn't even last one storm and they would not even fix the issue the insurance company paid them over $10,000 with my deductible and not even a 10th of the work that was paid for was done and the work that was done was shoddy at bestThey are not accredited from the Better Business Bureau because I tried to make a claim and they didn't respond adequately they just said that they wanted to finish the work not make amends or do right by the customer. Do not sign the form that lets them negotiate with the insurance company directly it will burn you in the end.
