Charles responded immediately.  He came by to inspect and bid the next morning with a very competitive quote.  Charles and Gilberto came back the following day and had my drywall job finished within hours, looking just great!  I recommend Charles for your job.  I would not hesitate to call on him again.

I scheduled an appointment with iCrown for my home. Got a call on the day of the appt to have it rescheduled which was no biggie. On the day of the rescheduled appt the guy never showed up. I called to see what happened and never got a call back. Horrible first impression and way to do business. I can't imagine what would happen if I had issues with their product down the road.

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

Our neighbor's bathtub above us cracked (we live in a condo) & caused major flooding in our bathroom. Although scheduling with this company was completely out of my hands, I am SO glad Rodriguez Remodeling was chosen to fix our ceiling. They were able to get me in sooner than the original scheduled date due to a last minute cancellation. They were very considerate, respectful & prompt. They even protected my carpet while transferring supplies during the repair. We've gone through quite a few companies with repairs in our unit & none of them compare to this one!!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I hired Sonoran Peak to renovate my kitchen and turn the living room/dining room into a home theater. The work included cutting through the slab to move a gas line and downdraft vent, removing a sliding glass door to widen a header and install French doors, adding a wall to enclose the home theater, building soffits, adding 3 dedicated 20 amp circuits in the theater and a 220V line in the garage and reinforcing the ceiling to hold the projector, among other things. I also added an HVAC vent in the theater and two more returns.  Some of the planning was done by an acoustician and required a lot of precision and attention to detail as well as some unusual methods and materials.

Sonoran Peak did a great job and worked closely with me to get just the result I was looking for. They have a solid knowledge of structural as well as fine carpentry, were neat and clean and showed up on time every day. The company principals were there a few times a week making sure everything was going according to plan. Very happy with the work.

Beth Martinec, our kitchen designer, had the creativity , vision and expertise to exceed our expectations. This company's skilled staff is meticulous in project specifics including measurements, installation and clean up. Affinity Kitchens offers a best in class product and design service.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

I have been building/buying/selling commercial buildings for 30 years. The solution to mold that GPS offers me today - I only wish their technology had been available to me all those years ago. A REAL solution to mold? THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.

While doing renovations at my condo, I happened upon Pelleco based on the excellent reviews on Yelp. Happily, the yelp reviews were correct, the team at Pelleco is great to work with! Sam made the product selection very easy and we had our new kitchen counters and undermount sink installed within less than 10 days! On top of that, the total cost of the job was significantly less than the quotes we got from the big box stores as well as other companies. Pelleco also came out quickly to address some issues that we saw with the install. Great experience overall!

Very professional and timely. They put me at ease with my new tiles. They were very patient with all my questions. They helped me understand the whole process. They finished before the agreed deadline!

I will be using them for my kitchen needs in the very near future.

This is additional information regarding our review of SkillSet dated 7/28/2019. Please do your research about this company. Their recent rebuttal to our review is false. They were fined $500 by the ROC for poor workmanship and incomplete work. That's the maximum amount they can be fined by the ROC. However, the ruling provided us with up to  $30,000 to remediate the issues. That money comes out of the recovery fund. The project manager at SkillSet is not a manager at all. She never visited the job site once. Her bookkeeping was a joke and she was very nasty when we raised any concerns. This is the company that had to remove all the travertine tile they put up because it was installed incorrectly. The water proof backing was missing and the shower drain was also installed incorrectly. These are not just cosmetic issues, it speaks to the infrastructure of the work, things we cannot see, etc.

It's not worth the problems. Don't be fooled by price.

This team was amazing. They listened to what I wanted, they were timely and always communicated any changes or updates. I have actually requested them to work on additional projects.

This contractor installed French doors at my house and they now leak.  When I called the owner he told me he is kind of not in business any more. I am sure he would be in business if I would have been calling with a new job for him.

This is mostly for the fianceing side of the business which is trebbile , never got an interest rate after asking multiple times thru several people , told 6 , 8 ,9 which we could have dealt with , when it went through it was 17 percent on a 7500 balance,if we would have known that I would not be writing this , then they said it's an insecure loan and there higher , tell me that in the first place and I wouldn't have done it , the bathroom turned out nice although shower head leaked a week later, the people we're nice friendly and knowledge able , all said and done still feel like we got scammed , now we have to go find a better loan because 17 percent is BS.

Horrible horrible deceitful company I would never do business with again. They replace my roof it doesn't last more than one storm and now created more damage to my house they only did a fraction of what the insurance company paid them to do they claim they have a 10 year roofing warranty but it didn't even last one storm and they would not even fix the issue the insurance company paid them over $10,000 with my deductible and not even a 10th of the work that was paid for was done and the work that was done was shoddy at bestThey are not accredited from the Better Business Bureau because I tried to make a claim and they didn't respond adequately they just said that they wanted to finish the work not make amends or do right by the customer. Do not sign the form that lets them negotiate with the insurance company directly it will burn you in the end.
