I've had the pleasure of working with this team extensively through and office and clubroom renovation in 2019. They've been exceedingly responsive, honest and transparent. Vladimir brings a cool, collected and calm energy to the projects he's managing. I'm a very type A client and he handled my questions concerns and ideas with tact, poise and professionalism. You cannot get any better than Rodriguez Remodeling. This may sound dramatic, but they have literally saved me from a nervous breakdown and a near walk out of my own home. We suffered a plumbing disaster--yep, the worst you could get: collapsing sewer lines throughout the ground of our foundation and into the backyard. We were recommended a horrid company called Bingham & Murray Restoration--I won't get into it, but they are the worst. Fortunately, after all the new plumbing was relaid, (and mind your, Rodriquez/Roland did the concrete cutting as well, SUPERIOR work) Rodriquez came, yet again, to the rescue. Roland, Claudia, David, Alfonso and ALL STAFF are kind, responsive, communicate so well, AND they SHOW up and do fantastic work. It goes beyond just their physical work; they walk you through everything that can make your head spin (get that head screwed back on with kindness) and help you to get what you deserve from insurance. Everything is BEYOND & quality. I cannot say enough fabulous things about them. Thank you, to all at Rodriquez for literally helping me to get my life back again.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I hired Sonoran Peak to renovate my kitchen and turn the living room/dining room into a home theater. The work included cutting through the slab to move a gas line and downdraft vent, removing a sliding glass door to widen a header and install French doors, adding a wall to enclose the home theater, building soffits, adding 3 dedicated 20 amp circuits in the theater and a 220V line in the garage and reinforcing the ceiling to hold the projector, among other things. I also added an HVAC vent in the theater and two more returns.  Some of the planning was done by an acoustician and required a lot of precision and attention to detail as well as some unusual methods and materials.

Sonoran Peak did a great job and worked closely with me to get just the result I was looking for. They have a solid knowledge of structural as well as fine carpentry, were neat and clean and showed up on time every day. The company principals were there a few times a week making sure everything was going according to plan. Very happy with the work.

My new kitchen's design is absolutely lovely and very functional.  The kitchen looks so pretty from the rest of the house.  And I love cooking in there.  The sliding shelves in the cabinets, full pull out drawers and lazy susan give me so much more storage despite losing some cabinet space with the remodeling.  You wouldn't believe how pretty this back splash is, especially at night.  When I'm in there, it's like I'm cooking surrounded by jewels.  As my designer Debbie Miller predicted, the higher countertop at the penninsula is the best workspace for cooking.  I am so delighted with my new kitchen.  It's everything I wanted.  Debbie's design is fabulous, and she helped lead me to the best choices on flooring & countertops & glass.  Plus she and Affinity Kitchens were right there throughout the entire remodeling process to give me the very best service.  They have my highest recommendation.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

I would recommend GPS for all of your remediation needs!

What started as a roof leak, ended in a hole in our bedroom ceiling and a long battle with the HOA and Insurance company on who was going to fix it.  The one shining star through the whole process was working with Global Prevention Services!  Michael and his team helped to ease my anxieties, making phone calls to whomever was necessary in order to get the job done.  I fully believe they went above and beyond what any other company would've done to make sure we were taken care of!

All that being said, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the actual work.  You would never be able to tell that there had ever been a problem.  Flawless.

As far as what other reviewers were saying, we did get multiple quotes and GPS was aligned with what other companies were quoting.

Absolutely amazing! So far we've looked at the materials and I've gotten the quote and the contractor/owner is absolutely fabulous!

Sam came out to the house and gave me a rough estimate. Said he would have the kitchen design on Monday. Wednesday came around, nothing. So I reached out. Said it would be available Friday. Friday came around, nothing. So I reached out again. Finally came in a week later. So I was very interested and reached out again. And once again, nothing. No response.

Why do all that work, and waste my time and yours?

Imagine how bad the communication would be AFTER he had your money.

From start to finish, Victor and Mario were responsive and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help us get our floors(laminate planks) done when we were in a pinch. Our schedule changed and they made it work. They did a great job on demo and installation. We are already talking about having them install tile in our entry. We would definitely recommend them!

This is additional information regarding our review of SkillSet dated 7/28/2019. Please do your research about this company. Their recent rebuttal to our review is false. They were fined $500 by the ROC for poor workmanship and incomplete work. That's the maximum amount they can be fined by the ROC. However, the ruling provided us with up to  $30,000 to remediate the issues. That money comes out of the recovery fund. The project manager at SkillSet is not a manager at all. She never visited the job site once. Her bookkeeping was a joke and she was very nasty when we raised any concerns. This is the company that had to remove all the travertine tile they put up because it was installed incorrectly. The water proof backing was missing and the shower drain was also installed incorrectly. These are not just cosmetic issues, it speaks to the infrastructure of the work, things we cannot see, etc.

It's not worth the problems. Don't be fooled by price.

Do NOT use this company!  Not only did they NO SHOW, for the 10am apt at our home today they DIDN'T CALL to even reschedule or postpone!  By noon, my husband had waited 2-hours so he called, left a message and it's now 6pm.  NO return call, NO excuse or apology.  NOTHING!  Thank you Erika, for wasting our time and the time of another company we could've booked in its place.

This contractor installed French doors at my house and they now leak.  When I called the owner he told me he is kind of not in business any more. I am sure he would be in business if I would have been calling with a new job for him.

Re-Bath replaced a bathtub with a beautiful walk-in shower. Drew and his team are the best!  This company is very professional and we highly recommend Re-Bath.

Horrible horrible deceitful company I would never do business with again. They replace my roof it doesn't last more than one storm and now created more damage to my house they only did a fraction of what the insurance company paid them to do they claim they have a 10 year roofing warranty but it didn't even last one storm and they would not even fix the issue the insurance company paid them over $10,000 with my deductible and not even a 10th of the work that was paid for was done and the work that was done was shoddy at bestThey are not accredited from the Better Business Bureau because I tried to make a claim and they didn't respond adequately they just said that they wanted to finish the work not make amends or do right by the customer. Do not sign the form that lets them negotiate with the insurance company directly it will burn you in the end.
