We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

We've been wanting to remodel our small kitchen ever since we bought our house 8 years ago.  We've talked wtih probably a dozen differrent contractors over the last couple years and some you could tell weren't interested because of the size.  I want to give call out Nordic Improvements as one of the best we dealt with.

Stein and his partner Jeff are two class act individuals who took a genuine interest in our project regardless of size, were extremely responsive and flexible on requests to meet, very generous with their time, had a lot of great ideas and in the end provided us a very thorough and well laid out bid.  Great customer service needs to get recognized!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Tyson was recommended from a friend.  He turned a den into a bedroom for us.   Framed a wall, closet, and door.    Overall the price was great, job was done quickly, and no complaints on the workmanship.   He did take a little awhile to get back to me and had to schedule the job a few weeks out, sounded busy, but I take that as a sign of a good contractor.   Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Jim's group is excellent. The entire team takes pride in a job done right. Jim and his team are very responsive. They answer phone messages and address your questions promptly.  I would not hesitate to use them again and would definetly refer them to friends or family.  The team is trustworthy and honest.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

Creative Spaces by KB is the best in designing home remodeling. Kris is very professional and know the business as well as anyone. She is friendly and professional and listens to the client to insure the end result is what the customer wants. We have used Creative Spaces by KB several times and our satisfaction is outstanding.

So 8 yrs ago a contractor added a bathroom onto my home. They used Arizona Shower Door for the shower door. The contractor took so many shortcuts in the remodel that it cost me thousands more to fix after the fact as it was past the 2 yr warranty. Therefore I will not even deal with them anymore. Now another one of their bad decisions has come to haunt me. The shower door. I have a renter in this room so this issue was never brought to my attention. But during a move out it was just brought to my attention a little too late. The magnet that holds the door closed is rusted beyond belief. So I called Arizona Shower Door and was told that they don't even know if the door is theirs. Or if the contractor installed it or they did. Which would void warranty. They wanted me to remove the whole side bar and bring it in. I am a 60 yr old disable lady and that wasn't happening. They told me that them coming out wasn't happening either. Exact words. I also asked why is the shower even have any metal on it that would rust to begin with. This isn't an install issue it is a manufacture issue. Once again, the contractor chose subpar products for my additional bathroom. I am beyond frustrated. They gave me the name of a company who could come out and possibly take care of it. I'm sure hundreds of dollars later. They won't even take responsibility for a their poorly made product.
