We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I originally had an issue and posted a review. Once the company received my information, they quickly reached out and resolved my issue. Very professional.

One of the most honest and best contractors one could work with.  Only problem is that there are not enough Glenn's to go around.  I highly recommend Glenn and his team.

We signed on with Nordic Improvements to completely redo our master bath.  this included complete removal of everything in the bathroom.  Our design included a corner spa jet tub, a marble tile shower with rain head and jets and complete new flooring and double vanities. 

Stein, the owner and GC, was excellent from the beginning.  Tremendous with communication from day 1.  We asked for specific tile and design and Stein was very accommodating.  The workmen that came to do the tile work were fastidious and hard working.  Everyone was on time every day and they became part of the family.  We were able to look at the work each evening to make sure it met our specifications.

There were a lot of people in and out of the house so that can be daunting, but plumber, electric and stucco were all coordinated by Stein masterfully.  We got a text each morning with the plan for the day and time of arrival-this was very helpful since my husband and I both work from home and work around various meetings.  Even when there was a slight issue with the vanities, Stein made sure it was corrected and retouched. In fact, every time we asked for an adjustment, Stein made it happen.  

We would highly recommend Nordic Improvements for your bath or kitchen projects.  After a very detailed and labor intensive project, we are SO happy with our bathroom.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

This company is fantastic! Great experience all around. The salesman was on time, professional, honest, and knew how to answer all my questions. (Which has not been the case with every company I've had a quote from). They have a great selection of products to choose from and are very competitive with price. Jim's group is excellent. The entire team takes pride in a job done right. Jim and his team are very responsive. Very nice owner. I had broken roof tiles fixed, home side slab concrete patched in a few places, and roof leak sealed. Quality work and efficient with time. Prompt, honest, and respectful. Reasonable with pricing and good communication. Recommended and will use in the future.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

Creative Spaces by KB is the best in designing home remodeling. Kris is very professional and know the business as well as anyone. She is friendly and professional and listens to the client to insure the end result is what the customer wants. We have used Creative Spaces by KB several times and our satisfaction is outstanding.

We were planning to order a glass shower door through Lowes and unfortunately this is the company they use. When they called to schedule the estimate the guy was super rude. When I asked for a more flexible time to come out to fit around my work schedule he rudely said, We do 40 estimates a day, everyone works. I get that but a little flexibility and not being a jerk would have been nice.

It took about 10 mins for the estimate and the guy was not friendly. I tried to talk to him and he seemed annoyed at me so I left the room, which means I couldn't get questions answered. I started to ask him a question as he walked out the door and he interrupted me and said Lowes will call you.

Then I get a message from Lowes the next day that said sorry they won't install a glass door because you have glass tile. They didn't offer any workarounds. We've talked to other people with glass on glass so I know it can be done.

They were so rude I don't want to give them my business anyway.
