Completely impressed with the work that Tru Builders did for us, whole house flooring. They helped me and my wife pick out the flooring, baseboard and paint. They made the whole process so easy. They have a handy online system that kept all of our job information in one place, they even had photos uploaded to us everyday of the process! Very user friendly. They showed up in a timely manner, even finished a couple days ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for with Tru Builders, their quality of work and professionalism is unbeatable. It was difficult to find a re-modeler that we could trust, Max and his team showed top quality work, can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to working with them again in the future on our bathrooms.

Leonel was easy to work with and made communication extremely simple. Manny and Enrique did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel  and we couldnt have been happier. The whole bathroom process took about 10 days from start to finish.

We recently purchased a new home in Paradise Valley which had not been updated since the 90's. We needed a total update to the windows, flooring, kitchen and bathrooms.  FIVE40 came highly recommended from a friend who had an addition built last year so we looked them up. My husband and I were really impressed that the owner of the company, Shannon, actually showed up to the initial appointment. He walked our home with us and gave us suggestions and advice about our options as we explained our vision. Unlike other contractors we've used in the past he actually gave us honest advise about what was and was not possible. He didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. This was a major project which took several months to complete but Shannon and his team worked diligently throughout the renovation and kept us informed as change orders arose. They were great about providing us with options whenever possible.  I can honestly say it was the smoothest renovation we have ever been through (take that for what it's worth). All and all the team at FIVE40 put together a beautiful custom kitchen with a large island and plenty of seating.  Shannon was able to install our gas cooktop in the island using a vent system that goes under our floor and outside!  Our master bathroom is a dream! We couldn't be happier with the multi valve steam shower and the floating shower bench! Hopefully this will be our last major project for a long time but if we need a great general contractor in the future or if anyone asks for one, FIVE40 Remodeling will definitely be the first to know!

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

We wanted to do a kitchen remodel in our townhouse that involved removing two walls. In addition to the kitchen remodel we had a atrium removed, enlarged the utility room, added shelves and tile all floors. We also had the bathtub removed in the guest bathroom and they built us a beautiful tiled walk in shower like they did in our master bath.
Janson the owner of BBG worked direct with us and had so many suggestions which helped us very much when we didn't know what would be best.
This was a very positive experience from start to finish. When they left each night they totally cleaned the work area. (Better then I would have done myself). They were polite, prompt, kept us informed of the schedule and any changes that needed to be made.
We found their work to be outstanding so much that we had them remodel our master bath recently.
Lisa in the office was a joy to work with and always answered our questions and relayed information to us almost daily.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Just wanted to note my appreciation for the Gurr Brothers Construction employee or owner that treated me to my lunch at the drive-thro at Chick-Fil-A (Dobson Riverview) earlier today while trying to grab food before my next call & before it got too busy. Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element.  Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

Joe and his team are wonderful. Joe came out to install French doors in our home and they turned out wonderful. He also installed a bedroom solid wood door that turned out perfect as well. The next project I am looking to have Joe do is remodel our bathroom shower, he had wonderful ideas to make the job go as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Joe for your future construction projects.

They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. They have remained available even after the job was complete for any questions. If you want knowledgeable and top quality, these are your guys!

I called Aqua Therapy to get an estimate on a shower kit remodel.  I talked with Derek, and he was extremely professional and sent over an estimate pretty quickly.  After receiving the estimate, I called him to discuss what options would save money.  He quickly sent me a new estimate and we scheduled a date for him to come out.  The job came out perfect.  I can definitely say that Derek is a man of his word, his reliability and service were well above par.  His costs were in-line with what was quoted.  I am planning to hire him for my next shower remodel.

We had the pleasure to work with Peak One Builders and had a fantastic experience. My husband was hit while serving in Afghanistan and sustained a traumatic brain injury and loss of both legs below the knees. Remolding a home could have a nightmare....but with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors and Peak One Builders this was the easiest experience for us.

Mike Christensen of Peak One was professional, reliable and made sure that the job was done right. The way that Mike had reconfigured our home was outstanding. He was extremely creative, thinking outside the box for my husbands special needs to make sure our home looked normal and not like a handicap section. The house feels open, clean, spacious, and luxurious. Basically, the house looks like it was built for a King!

I love seeing the look of pride in my husband when we are at home, he has full access to everything and there are no obstacles. Now we BBQ and hang out at our fire pit almost every night! If there is ever a question we had, Mike is always available to help. After the whole experience, I feel like we gained a great friend too. Thank you Mike and Peak One!

On the 17th of March, my wife and I were returning from basha's to pick up groceries for saint Paddy's dinner. Traveling back there was a back home operator east bound in front of me, I cleared the inbound traffic, changed lanes to pass the back home, as I started to pass the operator made an improper left hand turn. Forcing me to make a sharp left turn off into the field, causing damage to the left fender and bumper. To date there insurance and the company have made no restitution for the damage to our vehicle. They have absolutely have no integrity.
