These people are very unknowable and overpriced. There are better choices in Surprise. They couldn't even measure my dining room correctly. What an absolute joke.

Where do I start. Horrible Horrible work.  They were hired to do a complete gut in an older house.  This was a big job and the remodel was to many of the rooms.  I have some building experience so I checked their work as they went, and some of what I found was very scary.  First, the electrical work was not done to code.  A kitchen island was wired with 15 ga. wire to a 20A breaker. Other outlets were wired the cheapest way, but not as code required. The water faucets used were cheap faucets from China, and many started leaking soon after they finished.  The tile floor was not put in level in some places and the grout has cracked in many areas. The tile work in some areas is not straight, other title work is good, but it just depends on who did the work. Some of their workers dis a good job, while others did a horrible job.  

Few of the workers spoke English, and worse, they had very little respect for our front or back yards. Nightly we had to pick up all the trash they left, and their fast food wrappers from their lunch would often blow into the neighbor's yards. The granite had some problems, and the cabinets, while the installer did a good job, were cheap, and hinges and hardware broke months after.  

I guess I could go on and on, but if you are looking for consistently high quality work, you won't find it here. They use unlicensed tradespeople, who are often rushed to get the job completed as quickly as possible, and the final job shows it.

Today I will be replacing their junky faucets that last 6 months at best.  My advice is pay slightly more and get a quality job. Otherwise, you WILL be sorry.

They helped us a bunch throughout the process, were always open for ideas, answered questions and requests promptly, gave us a fair estimate, and never tried to nickle and dimed us. I have heard horror remodel and contractor stories - this is not one of them. FIVE40 transformed our home in the place we want to be. I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

I recently called and spoke to Bill about obtaining a quote for replacing two exterior doors on my home.  He told me it would be an expensive proposition and that I should go on their website and fill out the intake form.  I told him I had already done business with this company a couple of times before and shouldn't have to be put through the screening process again.  I found Bill to be rather off-putting and blunt in how he handled the matter.  Long story short, I wound up hiring a different company to do the work.

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

Gurr Brothers has done a decent job repairing issues caused by our flooded sink area...though not completed yet. There was some miscommunication: some items didn't get resolved as discussed, such as refinishing the exterior of the cabinet doors. Also, our issue occurred in October and it is only now, February, that the repairs are being addressed and taken care of. This may not have been totally Gurr Brothers' fault as they were booked solid leading up to Christmas and beyond with pre-scheduled jobs.

Despite some of these problems, certain individuals at Gurr Brothers have been particularly helpful. A young man named Ivan did an incredible job with his portion of the plumbing area and the painting of the kitchen and family room. He was extremely nice, conscientious and meticulous in his work. His assistant, Andrew, also did a nice job with his share of the painting and furniture-moving. Erin, who is the point person for setting up repair schedules, has also been a great help, as was Bradley, who originally came out to provide an estimate for the repairs.

We just want this done and over with so we can have our sink area back to normal!

Alex and his crew tiled our large shower and garden tub area. The job was a very challenging task of 250 sq ft of porcelain tile, marble shower floor tile and decorative stone. Great communication and very informative and valued input. Reasonable price and quality work. Highly recommend.

Our project was a renovation of our kitchen. Our cabinets were 20+ years old as was the lighting. Bobby and  his crew demolished the cabinets, installed new cabinets which are more modern than the originals. Painted the walls, upgraded the electric outlets, including one I that I requested with USB. Also new LED lights were installed. Also new counter tops and backsplash all around the kitchen. The 4 four man crew was very professional, and paid attention to detail throughout the renovation. 2 of the crew did the demo work, the same 2 installed the cabinets and painted the walls. The third member installed the tile, while the fourth did some electrical, some plumbing and also did the grout work. The kitchen brand new, with new appliances whch the crew also installed. We have 2 more projects the Atelier 507 will be doing and I look forward to working with them again. Bobbi who is an archetect and designer was on site everyday to review the days  work with the crew and to review the progress with me and my partner. Again they were all very professional.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

Joe and his team are wonderful. Joe came out to install French doors in our home and they turned out wonderful. He also installed a bedroom solid wood door that turned out perfect as well. The next project I am looking to have Joe do is remodel our bathroom shower, he had wonderful ideas to make the job go as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Joe for your future construction projects.

They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. They have remained available even after the job was complete for any questions. If you want knowledgeable and top quality, these are your guys!

This is the second time I've used Aqua Therapy.  My first job was having Dereck build a walk-in shower for my elderly mother in November, 2015.  Dereck and his team were wonderful, shower works perfectly, and the shower is well built.  This 2nd job is installing the walk-in Ella hydrotherapy tub for myself.  If you look at the Ella website you can see the manufacturer is here in the USA and they stand behind their product (as does Dereck).  After being scammed by another walk-in hydrotherapy tub company, I went directly to Dereck as he is professional, trustworthy and honest, and he makes sure everything is safe especially the electrical that was dangerously compromised by the prior walk-in tub company I originally used.  Aqua Therapy Tubs is the only company (and Dereck the contractor) that I trust and have complete confidence in. I'm always 100% satisfied with the results.  The new tile job is beautiful and really accents this beautiful walk-in tub.  The Ella tub is the Cadillac of other walk-in therapeutic tubs being sold out there and at a reasonable price.

He patiently worked with us through many iterations until we settled on a design and price that was suitable for us. All things considered, the project was executed well--on time, within budget, and meeting our expectations on design and visual appeal. Bret, Skyler, and their team were very professional and responsive. Follow-up items on the punch list were handled expertly by Skyler. Based on my experience, I recommend Rise Above Remodeling without any hesitation.

Mike and his team at Peak One completed a major remodel of our 1970's home last year. They were patient, professional and courteous every step of the way. The team expertly guided us through several complex issues that arose. We couldn't be happier with our forever home!
