In 1977, Anthony Salcito, Sr. and his family moved to Arizona to be closer to their extended family and in 1978, he started Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd. in the Pinnacle Peak Shadows of North Scottsdale. Since that time, the Salcito's have completed more than three hundred one-of-a-kind luxury custom homes, as well as several high-end commercial buildings and tenant improvements. The stability of the company has remained consistent and so has our satisfied client base. Our repeat business consistently accounts for approximately 15% of our total annual sales.
