Bill is truly remarkable! Recently, I encountered a bit of a predicament when my garage ceiling sustained water damage from a broken shower neck on the 2nd floor. After posting the job on both Yelp and Craigslist, I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill. With his keen eye, he assessed the situation and assured me that it was mostly just water stains. I was confident that he was the right person for the job. Today, as promised, Bill completed the task with impeccable precision. He repaired the ceiling with great care, and went above and beyond by prepping, painting, and covering up all damages with remarkable texture matching. I cannot thank Bill enough for saving the day!

It's no wonder why Bill has a 5* rating on Yelp. I had the misfortune of some drywall damage after an AC repair technician added an unexpected, gravity-induced 4' vent into my attic. I called up Drywall Perfection, got the job scheduled and completed on time and on budget. He was incredibly professional, clean (drop cloth and masking EVERYWHERE, which I appreciate more than I can express) and the repair quality is perfect. My house has some small drywall cracks due to settling that I'm going to have Drywall Perfection address as well since the work on the ceiling repair was done so well.

We hired Bill to remove our popcorn ceilings. Bill was prompt, reliable, and a good value. Everything was wrapped in plastic during the removal, which made for no mess for us. My husband and I, both, highly recommend Bill!

This week Drywall Perfection came out  to repair five holes in the ceiling of our home that the fire department made because there was a fire on our driveway.

Seriously - stop looking for a drywall company now.  This is who you want to use!!  We had ceiling damage from a leak a while ago and had the ceiling repaired by someone else.  It was 'ok' at best.  Then we had another leak recently so I looked for someone else to repair the ceiling.  I found Bill and every time I described the issue, he assured me that his fix would be perfect.  He was absolutely right.  His work is PERFECT!  He communicated well with me, he was friendly, he arrived when he said he would, and he did a PERFECT job.  I will never look for a drywall company again.  Thanks Bill!

Bill is great at what he does! He is experienced, having spent 21 years in the drywall business. He is   fair in his pricing and explained everything so well as he was working, that we got an education in drywall repair.  Not only that, he is reliable and very  friendly.  We highly recommend Bill!

Bill showed up on time, explained every step of removing popcorn ceilings, and was very thorough in protecting every surface with plastic sheeting. We are very pleased with the end result - ceilings look great and he also repaired and textured several drywall holes around the house. Highly recommend.

Bill is a nice guy who is knowledgeable about his craft. His prices are fair, too. His work is in high demand, so be patient when you are waiting for a response, and treat him well if you are lucky enough to have him take on your job. If you send him measurements along with pictures of the space, he will give you the quote through Yelp, saving the step of a trip for the estimate. You will need to do your own painting and reattach any lights or electrical outlet covers, etc.

I enjoyed working with Bill and look forward to having him come back out to remove the popcorn ceiling in a room in our house.

Bill was prompt and professional. Treated our house w kid gloves while he taped/textured the drywall around our new windows/doors.  Above all that he is amazing at matching the texture, which is very hard to do.

I had some repairs needed, I called Bill and asked him about getting a quote. He made it very easy for me and asked me to send him pictures of the damaged walls. He gave me a quote the same day and sent someone the next day. They did a great job! I'm saving his number for future use.

I 'am a local home repair contractor, I have worked with many contractor over the years. Bill was referred to me by a fellow friend as being top notch. The opportunity came up to use his service. I was very pleased, he was prompted his price was reasonable and his work was exceptional,  Very clean and methodical. Thank you Bill, My Customer was extremely happy.

Fantastic work for a great price! Bill was awesome, he communicated with me every step of the way and even asked if it was okay if he came 15 minutes early. He told me what to expect and what to do before painting. I would highly recommend giving them your business you will not be disappointed.

Bill gave me a very reasonable quote just by me sending him some pictures over text. I talked to him on a Friday, he sent Shane out the following Monday. Shane did a phenomenal job. Our ceiling is textured and he was able to make it look like it was never worked on. I would highly recommend Bill and his workers.

Long story short, the condensate pan under my air handler in the attic rotted through and on a very humid Tuesday afternoon I found my bathroom ceiling and 2 feet of blown insulation on the floor. Wednesday morning I replaced the pan and later in the afternoon started getting quotes on the drywall repair. On Thursday, after narrowing it down to 3 companies I went with Bill (Drywall Perfection) because of his 7 five star Yelp reviews, his personality on the phone (I felt comfortable with him), AND the fact that he was willing to come out the next day and get the job done. Well, now Bill and Drywall Perfection has 8 five star ratings! I was very impressed with Bill's attention to detail, from the initial prep work (tenting the area so no dust would get outside the work area), to the clean up, where you couldn't even tell he was there (except for the repaired ceiling). The texture matches and blended in beautifully. Bill went above and beyond by gathering up all the insulation that had fallen during his repair and the insulation I had bagged while cleaning up on Tuesday and sending his helper up into the attic to redistribute it over the repaired area. I highly recommend Bill. You will not be disappointed.

We noticed several cracks in the ceiling that was a cause of settling of our house.  William and Drywall Perfection did an excellent job of repairing the drywall. William walked me through the detailed process that he was going to do to reinforce and repair.  His technique was more complete than any of the other contractors we contacted.  We booked and completed the job and it within a week.  Drywall Perfection is a great resource and I highly recommend them.

Responsive, friendly, and does great texture matching for repairs.  I had two areas that needed fixing and both areas look great.

Needed a somewhat small repair after some a/c water damage.  These guys gave a very fair price and did excellent work.  They were able to schedule the work quickly and completed the job quickly.  I highly recommend them for your drywall needs.  The workman prepped the job to prevent damage and did a great cleanup after.

I had very large patches on my ceiling and wall done. They did an awesome job!- you can't even tell where the holes were- they matched the texture perfectly. The price was very reasonable. Two men came and taped off the whole room. There was absolutely NO MESS!

I guess when you're an adult, you can get paid to play with mud. Drywall mud. And oddly enough, when I offer to pay adults to do just that, they jump at the opportunity, only to not show up. Not these guys - they were on time (okay, maybe a few min early), professional, friendly, and efficient. I went from useless bathroom that was a lesson learned in DIY land to a near finished bathroom for a reasonable price, all in a day's work. I'm super impressed with Bill and his team and I'll be sure to use him again on the rest of my house!

Drywall perfection did an outstanding job at fixing the drywall on my ceiling. During a kitchen renovation project we had to relocate some recess light that were right against the cabinets. The relocation required to tear down the entire part of the ceiling located by cabinets in order to remove the old boxes. I'd like to consider myself a pretty DIY type of person so I attempted to patch the drywall myself. This was not an easy task considering the location, and very close to a bullnose corner, so after a failed attempt I decided to give Bill a call as he was referred to me by a co-worker. Bill sent one of his guys and within a few hours he had my drywall, repaired, and textured to match the existing walls. They did an amazing job, and were very professional. Covered up my appliances and cleaned up after the job was done.

I will recommend Drywall Perfections for any drywall project from now on. I can't say if his prices were competitive because I did not compare other prices, but what they charged me was very reasonable considering the complexity of the job.

The real deal, we are actual homeowners that would highly recommend Drywall Perfection. Let me tell you why. Our house had major damage from upstairs plumbing. Ceilings had to have drywall replaced and texture applied. DP wasn't even the first company we called, but because of their quick availability we decide we would give them a try. I sent Bill pictures and measurements with all the issues and work that needed to be done in the spare bathroom. He responded in a couple of days with a reasonable quote, which was great considering the storms we've had and how busy contractors are right now. I saw their van at one of my neighbors houses so I ran down and asked to get a quote. Bill walked down the street with me and gave me a very reasonable quote. Since they were waiting on a plumber at my neighbors, he said they could start immediately. I took them up on the offer and they did an amazing job. Beautiful and quick work with no hassles. Very pleased.

I really don't like giving bad reviews, but when I am made to feel like I am being blown off its really aggrivating. I contacted Drywall Perfection initially on March 1st for a quote on some drywall repairs. I did get a response back same day asking for my address and stated they would see what they could do. I provided my address with no response. A week later on March 8th I followed up to see if they could still provide a quote. I received a response someone could head over right then, but I was not available until later that day. Their response was they can have someone stop by in between jobs to give a quote. I asked to schedule an appointment as my repair was not an emergency but was told it was just a two man crew that are very busy and do their best to make it out. Their page says by appointment only, but they wouldn't schedule one. I am unable to wait home every day waiting for them to swing by in between jobs. I didn't hear back from them after March 8th after requesting a follow up on when they could come out. Its amazing to me they are so busy, but don't have time for potential new customers. I ended up finding someone else who wanted the work.

Called on a Thursday night & left a message asking for a return call for a quote to repair a 3x4 hole in our ceiling from a water leak.  Received a  call back immediately & a great quote.  Carlos was out the next morning at 9am & did a great job!   Other companies had quoted between $800-1700 but Drywall Perfection charged $250 and were in & out in 2 hours.  We are very happy with their work & will be using them again on a few other projects.   Highly recommend them.

Drywall perfection did a wonderful job. We initially contacted Bill looking for someone to add a wall to a pre-existing room to separate it into two rooms. He gave us the contact information of someone to do the frame work and said he would do the drywall once that portion was complete. The guy he recommended  for the frame was extremely responsive and did a great job. We initially didn't have an appointment for Bill and his crew to come until the following day but he was able to fit us in and we got the entire wall built, frame and drywall, in one day! We were so happy to have it done so quickly and thankful that Bill was so professional and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and the time frame was amazing. We would definitely use drywall perfection again.

UMMM yeah. Who in their right mind ever thought that popcorn  on the ceilings was a good idea 50 years ago and why???? I've lived in the same home for 30 years, and never got the popcorn removed due to the idea of dust and dirt everywhere until today.

I finally took the plunge and decided to have the popcorn removed from about 800 SF of ceiling. And I was lucky and smart enough to hire Drywall Perfection, as they were absolutely outstanding in every way.

from the time I first called them, to completion of the job, they were exceptional in their communication with me and plan of action for what I assumed would be a humongous mess.

Bill (owner) and his crew gave me an exceedingly generous bid and was able to perform the job in a timely manner (within about 2 weeks of initial contact and within 7 hours of actually showing up) . Not only that, but they dry
walled over pre-existing swamp cooler vents in 4 rooms that have been non- functional for at least 10 years.

Bill and his men were extremely thorough and diligent in masking off every single surface that could have become dusty/ dirty during the popcorn removal was sealed off or covered.

They competed 4 large rooms of popcorn removal and  left me  with no mess, no fuss, and profound wonder why I didn't hire them earlier.

they moved all my furniture back strategically and logistically (even though they didn't have to!!)  to allow  for progression of a minor re-modeling project.

First off my husband and I are picky we both have experience with home repairs and countless contractors.

Bill and his crew just completed multiple drywall repairs and skim coating of our entire house. The work is far superior to our previous contractor, Bill and crew were so meticulous that he ripped out previously repaired areas to make it right- we didn't ask him to do it,he did it because no matter how hard he tried it didn't look right (previous contractor used incorrect materials).

His pricing was extremely reasonable in fact it was the best out of three bids. He and the crew showed up on time each day, covered and protected all of our furniture and fixtures.

Out of all the people I've hired so far in our townhome update, I think Bill has probably been the best. The drywall in our bathroom looks great and the texture matches very well. The kicker is that Bill was extremely quick and his rate was super reasonable. I regret even wasting time thinking about doing the repairs myself.

This company rocks! We collected several drywall estimates and Bill at Drywall Perfection was not only the best price but he seemed the most knowledgable of all the companies we met with. We had knocked down a pony wall and then extended it to a full wall and needed the texture done to match the other half of the wall. We also wanted him to redo the texture that one of the previous owners had done themselves and did not match the rest of the house. Bill came out and took a look at it and gave us a fair estimate. When we decided to go with him he was able to schedule us a few weeks out and then was able to move us up when another job was rainchecked do to a family emergency. On workday Bill and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were all very professional and kind. Even though we had not moved into the house yet and didn't have much furniture in they still laid down tarps and made sure everything was covered. They were able to finish the work in a day and man did they do a nice job. They matched the exsisting texture, made seams and cracks disappear and really made our new wall look like it was a part of the original build with how professional the texture looks. Bill gave us advice on what kind of primer to use so that the texture would set well and last long. The thing we loved the most about Bill is that he is a family man first and a drywall guy second. He was happy to show us pictures of his daughters and talk about their accomplishments. We really appreciate someone who doesn't just live to work but works to live. So, if he doesn't call you back right away, don't sweat it. He will and he will do an awesome job, he's probably just at one of his daughter's dance recitals. Bill and the crew at Drywall Perfection are worth the wait.

My experience with Drywall Perfection was amazing!  It started with requesting quotes on Yelp, and Bill, the owner, contacted me within an hour.  He did a great job of using texted pictures to get a sense of the job and prepare before arriving, and his communication was clear and responsive.  We were mid-project before the holidays, and our drywall needs had been unanticipated...but Bill worked us in quickly.  He and his team of two showed up late afternoon (after completing another job), finished in two hours, and charged us a rate so low I thought I had misunderstood.  They were professional, and their work looks FANTASTIC!  He was also able to share a referral for an awesome concrete specialist.  A+ experience!

I am fairly new to AZ (bought a house in Buckeye in 2017) and I don't know too many good service companies, so I usually just call around based on Yelp reviews.  I called about 10 different drywall companies, and a half of them weren't willing to come out to Tartesso (rural subdivision in Buckeye) for a fairly small residential job (repair a ceiling crack).  I was happy to discover Drywall Perfection, as they were quick to reply and were willing to come out.  They were also much cheaper than the other two companies will to come out (by hundreds of dollars).  Not only were they willing to come out and cheaper than competitors, but Bill and his worker did a fantastic job fixing the ceiling.  They cleaned up well and did a fantastic job with texturing the repaired ceiling to match the existing ceiling.  We won't bother calling anyone else, the next time we need a drywall company.  Highly recommend.

I just had Bill and his crew work on my ceilings yesterday and today. Totally pleased with the results, but also all other aspects he does business. He communicated clearly and worked in a timely manner and with an exceptional level of care and cleanliness. He only took payment once project was completed and I was able to give my complete approval. His crew were very nice, respectful, and just as good as him when they did the texture unsupervised for a couple of hours. I regret not calling them the first time, but Bill was so helpful to ease if not erase the trauma by repairing and resurrecting my ceilings. Oh, and when his buddy told him that I was outside having problems starting my car, he offered me to take his truck so I can drop my son off to school. I cannot thank him enough for his business and kindness. I have more projects in the future that I want him to work on.

The owner of Drywall Perfection provided me an estimate for drywall repair in my garage based on texted photographs --very convenient! He was responsive and the estimate was competitive.

He had a worker perform the work. The worker was personable, and did a good job. The need for bull nose rather than angled corners was not clearly communicated to the worker (he didn't have the bull nose). I caught this after the worker installed the 90 degree angle corner. Not a big deal. I was more disappointed when another contractor was in within two weeks and pointed out nail pops near the ceiling that he said should have been done as part of the painting preparation.

Even with the two issues, I would still contract with these folks again, I would just review the details before the worker started (one can't assume anything). It was the first time I had someone do drywall repair. I now am more versed in how to oversee the job.

We had Bill out today to repair a hole that our ac guy made repairing a leak in the wall. We are happy with the quality of work and the overall price to patch. Bill was friendly and left a clean worksite. I have high expectations being that I am a business owner and work in the service field. Bill met those expectations and is someone that I would not hesitate to refer to anyone that I know.

These guys are amazing! We've unfortunately had to use them several times (toilet leaked twice in same spot, redo of fireplace to modernize house and fix patches in holes from moving stuff) and will continue to use them! Super friendly, showed up on time, price was very reasonable and work is AMAZING!! Highly recommend and will continue to use!

If you need popcorn ceiling removal or drywall work done, I highly recommend this company. We had 1600+ sq feet of popcorn removed and drywall repaired where wood paneling used to be. They were on time both days and worked late till the job was done.  We couldn't have asked for more professional and quality work.

I'm beyond happy with Drywall Perfection!   In the middle of a kitchen remodel and a little bit of drywall work turned into Oh, crap, I need to find someone to do this!  Bill was able to get the work scheduled quickly.  TJ came out and did an excellent job, patching multiple holes, and rebuilding half a wall.  He skinned it and textured it, matching the existing pattern perfectly.   TJ was thoroughly professional, and left the place cleaner than when he started.  Excellent work at a very fair price.   I'm very happy to have Drywall Perfection on my vendor list!!

We moved from California to Arizona. We had just had gas lines ran through the home we had just purchased. We are new to the area (Surprise) and saw his sign on his truck. So my husband gave him a call.  The repair work needed consisted of the Formal living room, (next to where the gas lines come into the house), Kitchen, and Laundry room. We asked Bill if he would provide us with a estimate in order to have some work done.  Bill showed up as scheduled, told us how much, we asked if he could do the work and it was able to complete it the same day. I had a guy (who was highly recommended) come to my house to do a bid. I had severe termite damage to my arched window sills. The first guy who came out (the other four never even showed up) told me about Drywall Perfection because he felt they could do a better job than he could. I called DP on Tuesday and they showed up, on time, on Thursday morning. The employee was T.J. He was respectful and polite. He got the job done in two days. This was intricate drywall work and it came out amazing. I was so excited about the results of the windows that I asked T.J. if he could also do some trim work for me. He agreed to it immediately and spent the next two days (Saturday and Sunday) doing more work in the house. I'm a full time Realtor so I tend to be extra picky about this stuff. I will refer this company out to all my clients and all other Realtors. One more thing...Their prices were highly, highly competitive.

Found great references on yelp and wanted to add our own.  Thought we were calling a business at 10 PM and leaving a message, but Bill picked up and was able to send one of his guys (TJ) the next morning.  Was able to speak with and text Bill to get it all lined up.  TJ did a great job and worked around all the craziness going on in our kitchen at the time.

When I moved into my house I inherited some really ugly wallpaper.  Luckily, I found Drywall Perfection on Yelp and they were able to help!  Bill was friendly, worked my project into his schedule quickly, and was helpful in recommending a painter in the area.  My wallpaper was removed quickly and for a fair price.  The best part is Bill paid  attention to details and left behind no mess! I would definitely call Drywall Perfection!

Top notch work! quick and on time! I highly recommend and will use them again.

We were recently in the process of painting our house ourselves, and our drywall patio and front entry ceilings needed some major help due to pretty bad flaking and peeling. We figured it was not a good idea to try to patch these up ourselves, because we basically had no idea what we were doing.

I called one drywall contractor with great ratings on line, but his price was a bit out of our range.
 
Then I checked Angie's List Best Contractors of 2013 for the Phoenix area and one of the ones listed was Drywall Perfection. I called Bill who sounded very courteous and professional, and his price was quite reasonable and more in the range of what we could afford. Plus he gave us a nice senior discount!

When the day came, Bill (who arrived early) and his assistant Carlos covered everything with plastic, took great care to scrape every last bit of loose stuff off the ceilings, and re-finished them till they looked like brand-new again!  Then they picked up all the plastic and -- ta da! -- no mess! Great job!

We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drywall work because they are indeed....you guessed it....Drywall Perfection!

I had this company out to my house before and they did such a great job. When I needed more drywall repair done I called and had them back out. They are amazing at what they do. Always top notch work and customer service. I would never chose another company so I hope they are around for a long long time. I have more work that I need done and I will definitely call them when I am ready.

When you are this good... there isn't much to really say..... they took a wall that had 2 removed layers of wall paper, and frankly make it look so good ( and I am fussy in a way you would not believe!!!!) that I still can't believe that it is the same room.....and the price was unbelievable ......look no further....on time, clean beyond belief , and professional, fast,  well you get the picture... part of anyone's serious attempt to recapture your home....

The name says it all Drywall Perfection.  Bill came out with Carlos to repair my drywall damaged fro a water heater leak.  I called Bill Friday and sent him pictures of the damage, and he gave me a quote over the phone.  He then called me back and said he could get it repaired that same day.  They got the job done and the finish is perfect!!!   I woild highly recomend Drywall Perfection to anyone that wants a quality finish.  Thanks Bill

Bill was a pleasure to work with.  He was true to his word every step of the way and is just an all around nice person.  They went way above and beyond protecting the house and furnishings from any dust and debris.  The walls and ceiling look great and now that it is dry, the painter will be here soon.  Thanks a ton Bill!

I used Dry Wall perfection when I bought a 1974 patio home that had to be gutted, reconfigured, and popcorn ceiling had to be removed. They gave me a quote, showed up early, not late. They finished early , not late. They did a great job and i would highly recommend them. Debra in Sun City
