I contacted a few companies about cleaning our upstairs (2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) carpet. AZ Carpet & Restoration had the best price and the friendliest service. Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.
WOW! What a difference! Our carpet looked fantastic and smelled wonderful! With such wonderful prices and service I will have my carpets cleaned far more often and I am definitely a life time customer of AZ Carpet & Restoration.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I hired European Granite and Remodeling to install granite countertops, their prices are very good, Marian was very good to deal with and he's the owner of the business. The have a set per sq ft price, no hidden fees or surprises. I'm very happy with the work they did.

Because i am relatively handy with home improvements, i try to save a buck and to most of our home improvements myself. EXCEPT electrical. i have gotten shocked far too many times to realize i don't understand how electrical re-wiring works, so when i came upon a home improvement coupon from Weforia for 3 hours of work, i jumped on it to have some kitchen pendant lights installed.

Douglas handled all the coupons and he did the work on our project. He arrived promptly and laid out protective coverings on our countertops and floors. he did not seem the typical home improvement handyman....usually they say things to you making you feel like a complete idiot. but douglas was extremely polite and professional. in 3 hours, he had cut new holes in our ceiling, re-routed the wiring, and installed 3 wonderful pendant lights in our kitchen. AND he even cleaned up everything after he was finished.

he is back today to preview our next project, installing a range exhaust fan. unfortunately, he informed us he is leaving Blue Rose, but the owner, Jareed, will be doing our install. too bad because Douglas is everything a professional home improvement expert should be.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

I've been slowly renovating my home, making it a little less "1970s" inside. AJ Home Improvements did a combo of framing, insulating, and drywalling an interior brick wall, and removing some old carpet and laminate flooring to lay down a new tile floor. They weren't my cheapest bid for the work, but I chose them because of Jorge's response time & demeanor when providing the quote and their good reviews online. I wasn't disappointed. Jorge & Armando did a great job with the craft work, and they were professional and incredibly conscientious during the 5-day project. I will definitely hire them again for future projects (if they aren't already sick of my steep driveway and old house that has no straight edges, haha!).

Awesome job, awesome customer service. I would recommend and hire again. I'm very happy with work and price!

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

We renovated both of our bathrooms. John, the owner, was professional all the way even though things took a little longer due to Covid-19. Our bathrooms look amazing and the work done by Allure has increased the value of our home tremendously and has added to the comfort we feel living in our home. We came across Diamond Granite & Remodeling at a Home and Garden Show in Feb/March of 2020.  From there we requested a quote on the kitchen.  We needed new cupboards and countertops.  The display at the Home Show was almost perfectly what we wanted.  Jason M showed up at the house just days later and looked over the project.  He was EXCELLENT to work with. I am so glad it was Jason that we got.  He kept in touch throughout the whole process and made more than one trip out to make sure everything was going well.   He met us at the stone company and made sure I knew exactly what was available and found the stone we needed.  Each person from the company that came to the house for measuring, demolition, and installation were professional and easy to work with. I have no reservations recommending this company.  
Having said that, anyone considering using this company should know that no matter how many questions one asks, one always forgets something.  My mistake was assuming this company would disconnect the plumbing and any electrical outlets that were in the way of demolition and then reconnect when the install was completed.  To be honest, I don't recall exactly when in the process I found out that things could not proceed until someone took care of the disconnects etc.  I don't recall being told before the start, that this had to be done by someone else.  To this day, I'm still a bit confused.  Did the company say they would do all that at an additional charge or do they not do it at all.  Anyway, the point being, make SURE you know those details that I missed.  I just took it for granted that you can't remove the sink, countertop, cupboards, etc.  unless the disconnects are done.  Why on earth would that not be part of the job.  Other than that error on my part, I guess, I am extremely satisfied and very happy with the kitchen. ESW Designs are scam artists! I recently lost my husband of 33 years, and we always did our own remodeling. He'd been sick for a couple of years, so after he passed I had to hire someone to remodel my bathroom. They came in like they really cared, but it was all an act! I paid them $7700 to remodel my bathroom, but the work they and their contractor did (which they won't tell me his name) was so bad! You can't believe how many nights I've cried myself to sleep, thinking my husband would be so upset with the work they did!! Does anyone not take pride in their work anymore?
