Phenomenal service. They fixed everything so good that I couldn't tell there ever was a water leak. Also, each of the guys was professional, prompt, cordial, etc.  Top marks for ACR.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We were referred to Mario from our neighbors. We are so glad we called him.  His workmanship is awesome, pricing is very competitive.  He and his crew take great pride in their.  Mario listened to our needs and referred us to Arizona Tile to pick out our quartz countertops.  He finished our kitchen yesterday and will be retrofitting our two baths vanities next week.  You won't be disappointed with their workmanship.  Plus Mario is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend European Granite and Remodeling.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

I cannot say enough good things about the work Jorge and Armando did on my house!  My husband and I recently purchased a home that we wanted to make some cosmetic changes to.  I came across AJ Home Improvements via Yelp while searching for a good company to complete tile work.  Since they had 5 stars, I decided it would be worth reaching out.  Jorge came to my house that evening (I think it was a Wednesday), sent a quote a few hours later and they began work on Sunday!  They demo'd our the old kitchen back splash, replaced the dry-wall, re-tiled the entire area and tiled our new fireplace.  Half way through the job, we also asked them to demo a small piece of our master bathroom back splash and replace that drywall.  On the last day of the job, they also reinstalled 4 of the sinks in our house (kitchen, bar area and bathrooms).  Having worked with/hired so many different companies lately (painters, texture/dry-wall company, granite installers, roofers, etc.) I have to say our experience with AJ Home Improvements was the best.  I am very particular (almost obsessive compulsive!) with the work done on my house and Jorge and Armando were clean, quick and did fantastic work!  Had I found them sooner, I would have used them for more than just the demo, tile work and plumbing.  We will absolutely be using Jorge and Armando in the future!  Whatever work you might need done, as long as AJ Home Improvements is able to do it, I would highly recommend hiring them!

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

They deserve zero stars but yelp won't allow that.

So, I go through yelp to make an appointment. They refer me to their website where I can make an appointment online. Awesome, I thought. I notice an appointment  for the very same day... awesome, I thought. I make the appointment only to be told he can't make it because he's not feeling well. But I should make the appointment for the following Tuesday (2/4/20) @ noon. So I make it appointment and all is good, right?

No! I am in a meeting and get a call one hour before the appointment. Takes about a minute to say that his personal schedule doesn't match with his work schedule and unless I can meet him @1130am (a half hour from when he just called) he wouldn't be able to make it because he has to drive all the way back to the east side of town for the doctors office.

So, in the meeting, after I listened to the voicemail through an earbud, I text him to say I can make it. I leave the meeting early and arrive @ 11:25am. Him? No show. No call. No nothing.

You referred to the time to meet.
You called to move the appointment up.
You failed to meet even the basics of business - your word.

This is exactly why nobody likes to deal with contractors. Undependable.

How you handled this tells me everything I need to know as to how you would have done with the job.

Look elsewhere for a real contractor with his stuff together.

Edit: They couldn't let me know they couldn't make it but they send a nasty response where they blame everything but themselves for the lack of communication.

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

Quick update: you'd think after a almost $5k purchase with a company, they'd follow up and ask about the final product. Nope, no contact, no email, but they definitely pulled their money from our account on time.   Now, I have some concerns about the product but I'm not sure who to contact since no email or text has been replied to since signing the dotted line on the project. Very disappointing.

Esw designs literally brought my dream to a reality! I was soo shocked when I walked in and seen my new place!!! Thank you guys for your reliable professional amazing service ! If your looking for a designer/ home stager go with them!
