Best General Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

An office in my home was flooded in August 2012. I called ACR since they had previously cleaned my carpets. Their response was immediate. They did a  professional and thorough job of removing my carpet and ruined drywall. They also treated the room for mold. The workers kept me informed of every step of the process and interacted with my insurance adjuster to get the job done. I feel they went above and beyond what was required to do the job. They were always available by phone and provided useful suggestions along the way.I would definitely recommend this company not only for carpet cleaning but especially in those stress filled times of home damage.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was a little wary at first finding a business who's company wasn't reviewed on yelp yet. However, there must be trailblazers. So after finding some pictures on facebook of this companies work, I moved forward with them.

I could not find a fault with how Mario runs his business. Low overhead, quality service,  fast turnarounds and an impressive worker.

I had the lava classic granite put in my kitchen and it's gorgeous. The colors are fantastic and the finish work is beautiful.

This is one of the better companies I've worked with period. They gave me a price per square foot and didn't come out and start tacking on extras. Everything was included in their price. I was able to get a way nicer material for less dollars a sq. ft. than a cheap salt and pepper variety granite from other companies that quoted lower and came out and starting adding charges for everything.

100% satisfied. You'd do well to work with them.

Called this company based on a referral, and I guess he is too busy to make time for a new client.    No courtesy calls, nothing.  I know I don't treat my customers this way, if not interested, just say so.  Too bad this company has good reviews, I only experienced no no call backs.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

I contacted AJ a few weeks ago about a bathroom remodel (mainly bathtub to shower conversion).  A meeting was setup for a couple of days later.  Meeting went well and I was told I should expect an estimate soon.  Being new to the process, I figured I'd get an estimate within a week or so.  Never received a response.  I even contacted and left a message for them a little over a week had past.  No response.  I figured they weren't interested in the job for some reason but I would have preferred them to just say so instead of no response at all.  If they needed longer for the estimate, that would have been fine also.  However, no response. No worries though.  I'm just going in a different direction.  Just unexpected from all the reviews I've read and the work I've seen in the pictures.

Awesome job, awesome customer service. I would recommend and hire again. I'm very happy with work and price!

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. I never personally met any of the people from Diamond Granite because I was away while my home was being renovated.  However, they were all very polite and professional and got the job done as promised.  They were having a special offer on Dallas White granite so I feel I got a good bargain for such a beautiful product.

ESW Designs are scam artists! I recently lost my husband of 33 years, and we always did our own remodeling. He'd been sick for a couple of years, so after he passed I had to hire someone to remodel my bathroom. They came in like they really cared, but it was all an act! I paid them $7700 to remodel my bathroom, but the work they and their contractor did (which they won't tell me his name) was so bad! You can't believe how many nights I've cried myself to sleep, thinking my husband would be so upset with the work they did!! Does anyone not take pride in their work anymore?
