We were dreading tackling an out of state renovation on a family investment property. After interviewing and securing bids from seven contractors, we took the leap and decided to go with Ignite Construction. Was just a hunch. Two and half months and a full renovation later, a friend who's in the flipping business asked me, "Ok, tell me all your contractor horror stories!". I looked her straight in the eye and said, "None. I don't have any. Marie was absolutely phenomenal. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. And we are thrilled with the final product." My friend couldn't believe it. "That NEVER happens!". It's true. Marie and Ignite Construction were consistently professional, organized, transparent and thorough. Communication was prompt and clear. She helped us prioritize our budget and set clear deadlines. Her team delivered. And ahead of schedule, to boot. To top it all off, she's a just really nice person who loves her job. A genuine pleasure to work with. We had a lot going on back here in CA, so it was an incredible gift to know that we were in good, ethical, professional hands and the job was on track. We cannot thank her enough for helping us get this property finally up and running and back on the market. Ignite Construction exceeded all expectations and we cannot recommend them more highly!

I would highly recommend DJ's Custom Remodel and Design for any project! They far exceeded all of our expectations! DJ is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. They completed a full house remodel for us and went above and beyond. Work was completed in an extremely timely manner. They only work on one job at a time and their pricing is reasonable. So thankful we used them for our project!

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

After a FLOOD I was in desperate need of a plumber to isolate and fix the problem, which the guys at Copperstate did in no time! Once my plumbing issue was solved, it was on to the next can of worms. I needed drywall work, electrical, and an entire kitchen! Vince from Copperstate sat down with me and addressed all my needs during the design process and when it was time to get everything repaired and installed Copperstate blew me away again and had my entire kitchen remodeled in an efficient and timely matter! Took these guys a week and they know what they are doing! The proof is in the pudding! I'll definitely be contacting them in the future!

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

After interviewing (getting estimates) from 5-6 different companies, I liked Palmer's the best. From the initial estimate, to the last finishing touches to my bathroom remodel, they were professional, efficient and communicated every step along the way. I couldn't have asked for more. Their workers are very experienced in their craft and have different workers that specialize in each area. They treated my property with respect and always cleaned up before leaving for the day.  Derrick took special care to schedule all the work to flow smoothly and it was a treat to have such a great experience with a great company.  I have more work to do in my house and I will definitely be be calling Palmer's!!! I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

We came across XLT Construction through the Home Advisor website. They have excellent reviews, other websites do, as well as the few on Yelp. Based on other reviews, we decided to go with them. While I'm certain they have hundreds of satisfied customers, unfortunately we are not one of them.

We hired XLT Construction Inc. to remodel our children's upstairs small bathroom and the initial estimate was competitive. Leonel was helpful in picking out plumbing parts (non-diverter tub spout, wall diverter, on/off valve & trim) needed two weeks in advance of the project. He stated that all the plumbing parts will be ordered and be ready prior to the start date. On the first day of the remodel, the workers did not have the parts with them, and we had to explain to them the three exact parts needed. Since Leonel didn't order the parts ahead of time, we couldn't get the designer tub spout we wanted in time.

They installed the decorative tile and grout the same day and ended up making the tiles uneven. We had to make them do it a second time. The second time, they did it right. See photos.

The workers' carelessness while working on plumbing caused smelly water to leak thru to kitchen ceiling downstairs and affected the base of new vanity wood panel that they just installed! The workers initially offered to paint over the ceiling, but I insisted they cut and replace the ceiling's dry wall as it left obvious stains. See photos.

Some welding had to be done outside the house and we now have permanent stains in the driveway. The worker asked for detergent and made an attempt to clean it, but the spots are still there. See photo.

After install of the new sink and cabinets, they did the plumbing. They tested them and said everything was fine. After they were gone, we did our own tests on both sinks, and both had leaks. At this point, we had enough of his workers and told Leonel we'll get someone else to fix the leaks. The workers contacted us and said they'd come back and work on it a second time. When they worked the right side sink, they changed one pipe part. Since they didn't have it in black, they installed a white component!? The left sink leak wasn't properly fixed the second time too, so in the end, the other guy decided to use pipe cement and made the pipe joints permanent?! Any adjustments to the pipes in the future requires cutting of pipe instead of simple removal, all done without informing me. I would have said NO to the pipe cement. We informed Leonel we'd get back to him after using the new bathroom for a couple of weeks. As of now, we still have a slow leak under the right sink. At this point, we are debating whether to let them come back and try again, or hire someone else since they already have tried twice to fix the right sink. See photos.

There were some discrepancies between the estimates and actual work needed; area needed to be tiled was more than stated in estimate; pricing of the decorative tiles would have been cheaper had I bought it myself. Before signing the contract Leonel said he would produce receipts at the end of the job. When I asked to see receipts, Leonel refused and told me there is no lowering of tile pricing. He stormed out of my house, slammed the door and drove away quickly; that was very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

We then realized that when I had signed off on the first estimate on Leonel's iPad, the 2nd and 3rd adjusted estimate had my initial digital signature on all of them. Apparently, my digital signature was captured on Leonel's iPad and he was able to duplicate it on other paperwork that I didn't sign for.

On many websites its obvious XLT Construction has many positive reviews, however, our experience was a very frustrating and disappointing one.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.
