I was shocked to see the bad reviews!  Of course there were a few hiccups with our kitchen counter install but what project goes 100% smoothly?

We have a tricky window configuration that turned beautifully!  (We originally had custom ordered laminate from Home Depot and the installer refused to do the job after we paid for the product, so I was pretty nervous) Diamond Granite did an amazing install on this area

Not ALL the seams are as perfect as I would like, but only being this this because some are totally undetectable

BUYER BEWARE: Just finished having new granite kitchen counter tops installed by DIAMOND GRANITE, biggest mistake EVER. The salesman: is truly a fake, nice while selling, then rude, condescending and untruths once the sale is made. The Off Mgr and the fabricator absolutely the same MO.
Install was the only decent part, Seams are rough and ratty, looks like their cutting tool is old, and hidden costs... when I called to ask them to COME BACK and seal/cleanup the seams, they sent "Mr Quality Control", who exhibits the same Diamond Rude, Condescending MO, and literally got into my husbands face when B called them on their completely schlocky business and unprofessional behavior...
DO NOT USE THEM, and be sure and read all reviews... all of this info about them is in other reviews, wish we had read!!

We are sending this out to everyone considering using them. Oh, and when we talked to 4 Granite Cos and I tile Co, all of them confirmed this is their MO!!

They removed old laminate kitchen countertops and installed granite. The whole experience was very professional and easy. Their quote was half of what I was quoted by other granite companies, and they came out very quickly for a consultation. I just contacted them to help with my bathroom remodel.

Replaced our laminate countertops and lowered the breakfast bar.  From demo to install of the project, plus plumbing, all crews were outstanding.
Beautiful quartz and such a wonderful upgrade.  I'm anxious to have them do my backsplash and 2 other bath

Save your money and go elsewhere. Everything was good until install. Installer was late, rude and unprofessional. The countertops are not as perfect as hoped. Had ugly joints and seams and a few other bad cuts. They left my house a mess as well. The plumber they use is worse. I had to reduce over half the work he did that I paid a ridiculous amount for. When I reached out to multiple people in the company was completely ignored. Only gave 2 stars because they did at least show up the days promised.

If I could give zero stars I would...let's start there. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY even if they are on the list for Arizona Granite and Tile. They do not deserve your business and they really don't give a s**t about you or your project.

Purvis was our salesperson. My gut told me to be careful with him, but I decided to push those feelings away because my partner seemed to connect with him, especially over music. In hindsight, I should have been more verbal regarding my sense of unease as this salespe made several mistakes over the course of this remodel...two bathrooms/four sinks. Granted, we did consider a change part way through due to the allure of a beautiful (and therefore, more expensive/cost prohibitive stone) but we quickly got our heads out of the clouds and went back to the original plan/quote.

All along we explained to Purvis that we wanted unpolished stone, often referred to as honed. It's a bit more work to take care of, but we liked the look and decided to go for it...plus Purvis told us that the installers would seal the stone initially after installation, with us resealing it every couple of months after that ourselves.

We chose marble, Negro Marquina, and he gave us a quote based on that. Since we'd already been to Arizona Tile twice to see the small selection of what we wanted, we gave Purvis permission to hold a slab for our project. He texted us several days later to tell us that he'd taken care of that.

My gut kicked in again and I decided to send him a text asking a simple question, "Honed, right?" Thank goodness I did because he'd forgotten and had purchased a polished slab instead. And since Arizona Tile had no honed slabs, he was going to check out their Tucson location. The very next day he found two in Tucson, BUT if we wanted honed, the price was double. Even though the original quote was supposedly for honed anyway. We were not happy, to say the least.

At this point, I mentioned my concerns to my partner. Should we trust this company? This man? I had serious doubts, but we decided to move forward. BIG MISTAKE!

To make a way too long story a bit shorter, I'll highlight the rest:
1. We chose a different stone instead of paying double: an unpolished, honed granite.
2. We'd originally signed a quote with Purvis that included a plumber to take out the four sinks the morning of the installation, and return that afternoon to install the new ones. The quote was $750 for this service. It seemed high but we agreed. He called us later to tell us that he'd made a mistake. It was $750 TWICE, or $1,500 for the plumber to take out the four sinks and reinstall them. We told him we'd find our own plumber (who did it for $500.) Plus he charged us for his own sinks even though we'd already bought ours from Mexico and shown them to him. So we re-signed a corrected quote.
3. The person from Diamond who came to prepare templates for fabrication with our new sinks (I'm sorry....I forget his title) arrived with the wrong information. I explained the project to him myself and as I walked away I heard him mutter under his breath "typical Purvis" which only reinforced what I already believed about this company.
4. Given that ours was honed granite, very prone to fingerprints and staining, you'd think the installers would be wearing cloth gloves. NOPE. Nothing of the sort. Just their grimy hands. They quickly put some kind of finished product on it at the end (Was it sealer? We'll never know) but when it dried, the counters were covered in marks and fingerprints that we cannot get out. And they weren't caused by the plumber, as I covered the counters in old sheets when he came back the next morning. (so as not to make things even worse.)
5. Multiple calls have led us nowhere. No followup. No effort at helping us solve this except to suggest we buy a new sealer on Amazon.
6. Neither Purvis nor his company, Diamond Granite, has taken any responsibility for the issue. Thousands and thousands of dollars later and our new countertops look worse than the old ones we ripped out.
7. AND, the installers left the most unbelievable mess! It took me over an hour to clean up after them as they tracked everything up and down the carpeted stairs and through the house.

Moral to this story? DO NOT HIRE DIAMOND GRANITE! Had I only read the reviews first, I'd not have selected them either. Shame on me. They simply cannot be trusted to do the job right, OR to fix any mistakes after the fact.

We used Diamond Granite for our kitchen update - we bought pure white quartz countertops - luckily they were fabricated according to specs with no hiccups.  The installers we had (Obver and Jose may have been Juan) did an expert job of installing them - the seam was as best as you can get it joining quartz to quartz and they took great effort to make it as invisible as possible.

I owned at one time a Corian Fabrication and Installation Company so I know that the outcome is only as good as the template taken, fabrication and installation, all three have to be spot on for a flawless outcome.  In my job...it was!  I also bought a stunning Carrerra Marble backsplash that had to be installed - Diamond granite sent their sub contract installer - they were super experienced and did a great job for us, the backsplash I bought was not easy to install.  All the installers took great pains to wipe down the countertops and backsplash to get the adhesive off (which I appreciated) they also cleaned up everything - when they left it was like they were never there.

I did read reviews on this company before I engaged them - it was a 50/50 shot that I would get top notch service - in my case, I did.  I did feel they were overpriced but, because they did such a great job, I was fine with the cost.  I just hope I don't have any issues down the road - if I do, I would hope that they would resolve them.

One more thing...they did not cut the two faucet handle holes big enough - my plumber got there the next day and could not hook up the fixtures but, I called and they had an installer (who was excellent as well) there a few hours later who cut the holes to the correct size (took 5 minutes) and the plumber was able to come back the next morning and do his thing - they did jump on that super fast for me.

All in all we had a really good experience with them, they were there the day they were suppose to be, on time and worked like dogs most of the day to get the best outcome for us - I was impressed with this team of installers - if I ever do anything else in my home...I would specifically ask for Obver and his partner to do the install.

TERRIBLE! The OWNER of this company will take and and take money. They took one of my sinks that I purchased to use as a template, brought it back broken and then wanted me to purchase another sink from THEM for $500 more dollars after I just spent over $6000 have granite installed. It's been over a month now and I can't find anyone willing to work on the granite that they RUINED on the underside with their "specialty" cuts. It's. All great until there is even a slight hiccup YOU are going to "pay".  TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!! And if you give them a bad review and tell the truth about the owners shoddy business practices he will mark your review as "FUNNY". If you read the reviews he will states that the CUSTOMER was unprofessional yet the OWNER is unprofessional and will take ZERO responsibility for his screwups. As soon as I can I'll post pictures of their second install. There are "smudge marks" all the way across a 12 foot backsplash that can't be removed. As a post script to my very first review (it was positive) I'm now seeing a large "raw" stone area on the front of my kitchen sink and the seam in the middle of the countertop is very visible and ugly. Shoddy, unprofessional, rude and on and on. Believe it when they show you how half hearted they are about their work!!!!!

We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. The door was locked and no one answered the phone. After viewing their Yelp reviews maybe it was a blessing.

Thank you for responding. However, we chose a different company to do our remodel.

We did not go to the door that was on the left titled "Employees Only". Why would we do that?  We went to the showroom door on the right for customers. We assumed no one was there for our scheduled appointment when the door was locked. We stood in front of the showroom door and called your number that went to voicemail after 4 rings.

After calling several granite business I decided to go with diamond granite. They made it really simple. Jason , was fabulous. He answered my call every single time.
They did laser template which was very accurate. Not the usual wood templates. The appointments were all kept and they called me ahead of time to remind me of our appointments.
I definitely recommend this company. Before you decide on a granite , just make sure you ask the right questions.
What is the quality of the granite , are there extra fees for extra electrical outlets , how long will it take to have it installed ... etc.
I am really happy with the service.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop  which had several complex angles involved, wasn't fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose' who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over, and we were very pleased in our choice.

I would NEVER use Diamond Granite and Remodeling ever again.  After laying our granite countertop we were told to apply a specific sealer every 6 months which we did religiously.  After 2 years, we noticed significant darkening in the areas most often touched.  We called. They dispatched a rep., who told us we should have been using the "super" sealer becuase the stone was porous.  Told us to purchase a sand mixture and apply to small areas to see if it pulled out dirt.  Took pictures and was to get back with us about the bigger dirt stain.  NEVER DID.  We called, got answering machine. NEVER called back.

Hired a company to deep clean the granite for $500.  Didn't help a bit.

We decided to replace ($3,000 stone) and move to Quartz. Called them back and asked for a bid and an "adjustment" based on their advice and lack of follow-through. NOPE.  And, gave us a bid for $5,500.

NO WAY DIAMOND GRANITE!  Not going to pay you when you lack the service, follow-through and provide the wrong sealer product.  "Not a Fabrication/Installation error."  Really, that is the way you handle customers who you want to spend $8,000?

09/16/2020 UPDATE - The response from Diamond Granite fails to address their technician who came to the house to first investigate the dark staining and who said "we should have used the super sealer" and then took pictures to share with management on a possible solution, but then never got back to us - even after we called to follow-up.

No one said the sealer was sub-standard.  I'm sure the sealer was a good brand, obviously we bought it and applied based on the instructions of the installer.  But, I guess we should have used Bulletproof, a brand mentioned by the mysterious disappearing technician who reviewed our claim.  We're not granite experts and can only follow the instructions we are given...$3,000 later unfortunately and the solution is to spend another $5,500 from the same company - NOT!

09/30/2020 - UPDATE UPDATE - Don't use Diamond Granite.  Use a fabricator like GARCIA STONE.  Diamond Granite is like a General Contractor and they sub all the work out to a "fabricator," then to an "installer," all the while increasing the cost you pay.

We decided on a Fabricator and saved $2500 off the Diamond Granite quote.

I like to shop locally in Tucson and tried hard to pick a local Tucson Company. Well after receiving quotes I got worried because Diamond Granite & Remodeling was lower by a significant amount to not be ignored or matched. I was wondering what I was missing. So I actually went by price, signed contract and crossed my fingers. Still expecting  the surprise bill or add on cost for something. There were no additional charges and they arrived at scheduled dates and times for measuring and install. Came out beautiful. Their installers were very knowledgeable and respectful, they actually had to stay extra time to get everything just right as if it were their house they were installing at. Highly recommend this company and will do business again with them when needed.

Wish I could leave a positive review.  Came out as scheduled, very pleasant and viewed my bathroom remodel and was supposed to provide an estimate.  When we actually moved in a couple weeks later we still had not received anything.  E-mail the lady that set the appointment and she said she would reach out to the person to made the call.  Still no response.  I let her know that I had to move on with another company.  Don't understand.  I gave them plenty of opportunity to follow up with a bid.  Large job that got even larger.  Can't speak to their work.  I know everyone in this area is busy but that is all you have to say.  Very quick and easy and polite.

They were on time and did a great job.  I was having a problem finding someone to cut, fabricate and install a small piece of granite.  They did all the work in my yard from a larger piece I had stored.  The rough edge I wanted on the granite was done by hand.  Very impressive job.  I will definitely be using them for my next bathroom remodel.

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs. When leaving the job site each day the workers cleaned up and stored the material out of the way. We highly recommend them. Thanks, Ben, for your thoroughness every day.

I never personally met any of the people from Diamond Granite because I was away while my home was being renovated.  However, they were all very polite and professional and got the job done as promised.  They were having a special offer on Dallas White granite so I feel I got a good bargain for such a beautiful product.

The company did call back and scheduled a follow-up of the granite which we did appreciate. My husband resealed the granite days later and the problem was taken care of.  There is one stain that came with the granite that has yet to lift, but it's not too noticable. As I mentioned before the installer's were great and the granite looks really nice. My original rating solely came from the fact that the granite had stained instantly and I was asked to leave a review. If I had would have had no issues I would have definitely gave a 5 star.I changed my rating to a 4 because I do love the look of the Granite and it was installed very nicely.

Update: yes we did hire an attorney and yes we have filled a complaint with the ROC and the state. You don't take full job amounts upfront, lie and try to get more out of someone! You will have your time to explain things to the ROC about your business practices and don't be surprised if you get an audit do to doing shady business! Please all customers check them out carefully and NEVER give them more than a 50% deposit and that came straight from ROC and yes and attorney. Oh by the way Daniel I was a state prosecuting Attorney for 27 years so I know alittle something about law and ethics!

I had an estimate scheduled with Diamond on Aug 16th!
Started off good enough and in less than 2 minutes took a wrong turn.

I was getting an estimate on replacing a bathroom vanities. I took the estimator to look at the master bath vanity.
I explained we wanted the cabinets replaced and a granite top and would like to center the sink in the new vanity. He took a quick look under the sink and started with that can not be done unless we move the plumbing! My reply was no it does not need to be moved and I have other estimates all of them said it could be done no problem.
He then stated the left cabinet would hit the plumbing. Again I stated it did not need to be moved Again he said it had to be moved.
The vanity is 52.5 in wide wall to wall
He started saying to put a 48 in vanity in he has to start with a 2 in filler strip and a 12 in 3 drawer cabinet then a sink base and the 12 in 3 drawer would hit the plumbing.
Again I stated I have other estimates for the same work and that I was unhappy that he was starting to upsell me before he measured a thing. He said he was not trying to upsell me and he knows because this is what he does. I replied how can you tell  plumbing needs to be moved before taking a single measurement.
At this point he starts trying to back pedal saying he said "maybe"it needs to be moved!
I replied no you said it won't work unless the plumbing is moved. Now he tells me "I don't know if you are just having a bad day but I'm sorry you are"
My next words are " we are done here! I'm not going to be lied to or deal with his attitude after I called BS on him"!
Ok Mr Business owner understand some of your potential customers are not stupid and may have other estimates before they call you and are already well aware of what can and can not be done.
What you guy did not realize the time since we did not get far into things was
There was a second bathroom for cabinets, a complete shower, a tub and surround and tile in both bathrooms. You lost all of this!
I as a customer and or potential customer have the right to question anything you say and you have the obligation to explain yourself.
The fact I told your guy I have other estimates and it will work and that he has not measured anything were his chance to say yes let me measure it instead of wanting to argue his case!
I now have 2 very nice bathrooms done by someone else and will use them for the bathrooms and kitchens  on my 2 rental properties!
Thanks for not measuring anything because I am very happy I did not use your company!

Very disappointed with the service. I called to book an appointment for tile installation and windows. They said they could do that since they are a general contractor they can do mostly everything in a home.
I wait a week for my appointment only to get a call 30 min prior to the appointment to cancel because "the project that I am doing they are not interested in".
That is not an appropriate excuse, specially since after my window and tile project I want to remodel my kitchen granite counter tops and I would have been calling them for my second project too.

Poor service, wasted a week waiting for this company when I could have move on with someone else.

I contacted them to give me a quote on a new countertop. Met with Ben. Liked him and the price he gave. Looked into them after a bit and saw a lot of bad reviews which made me really skeptical. Expressed this with Ben who listened and talked me through and I gotta say I'm very happy I went with them. Great price and the install went smoothly. Love my new countertop! Only thing: I was going to have them supply and install a sink. After doing research I found same exact model for $200+ cheaper on my own so be sure you are diligent on that front. But overall I'm very glad I went with Diamond and Ben was great!

I was really impressed with Daniel and the Diamond Granite team.  I made an appointment and Daniel was our salesperson.  He explained our options and how the process was.  It was a no pressure sale.  We agreed with the price and he set up a date for a template to be made and a date to install granite.  He also made an appointment at a local granite slab company to meet us to pick out and for him to inspect the slabs.  The installer were on time and were polite and engaging.  They let me know to move my vehicle to keep dust off of it when grinding the granite outside.  I also asked for the extra granite for a cutting board which they forgot but with one call they made it and delivered it within hours.  Great customer service and product.  I used them as a referral from my daughter.

My husband and I bought beautiful counter tops from here. We also purchased a kitchen faucet from here. First one we got was already used, when it was suppose to be brand new. They delivered a new one that wasn't even the same one and we've been using it for a week, we just don't like it at all and haven't been happy with it. We contacted the guy who has been helping us and he says we can't return it because we didn't use THEIR plumber; which wasn't even offered to us or even brought up at the time of purchase! So now we have to try to sell this faucet because they won't take it back or refund us our money.  Don't buy faucets from this company!

Update as of March 9th, 2019: Rachel helped my husband and I and was kind and helpful through the process of the return of the faucet. She explained that the employee did not know that merchandise CAN be returned but countertops CANNOT. We received our refund check in the mail and did return the faucet.

Well, hello eager readers.
It has been over one year and three months since the cluster bunch exited my house.  The only reason I am writing this is to protect any unsuspecting person from using a contractor that does shoddy work.
I still sit on the throne and look at door trim that was cut too short at the bottom and they tried to use caulk to fill the gap.  I have gone through most of the other reviews and see so many things that I also experienced.  One of the selling points (that is a lie) from Danny was "all our trades people work directly for us".  We liked Danny in the beginning, slick salesman.  To be fair, they were no different than other contractors in tying up half the cost of the job up front.  We signed the contract at their office but did not have a checkbook.  There was a 3 percent charge for plastic.  Pressure was applied to get money to them by the end of the day.  As we lived 60 miles from their office, I went home and ran a check over to Danny's residence in Queen Creek.

Our job consisted of demoing the shower and tub in our master bath to make room for a large walk in shower.  We also pulled up the old floor tile  and carpet in the master bedroom.  We had ample time to shop for plumbing, tile, etc.  During that process, we got around to many retail shops, Flor Decor and Imperial Wholesale being two of them.  We were told by Danny that they did not like dealing with either of those companies.  WARNING HERE, shop for and purchase your own materials.  Flor Decor and Imperial had not heard of Diamond because their prices are so reasonable that Diamond can not Jimmy the prices.  Diamond does not like to work with the new and improved grout because the tile setters can't move as fast, which turns out as a gimmick to squeeze another $600 extra out of us when we insisted on using it, twice as much as another contractor bid.  (Who we should have gone with).

I could turn this into a book but don't know if Yelp would approve.  Tile setter Fred,  (fast Freddie) for the shoddy work that he did and the two kids that may have had three years combined experience between the two, set the floor tile (plank).  They were so fast that they did not bother cleaning the tile set from the gaps and let it set up in many places thereby not allowing ample room for the grout itself.  ($600 extra, remember).
The jack of all trades carpenter, plumber guy roughed in the pony wall for the walk in.  The bottom of the niche in that wall does not drain properly, but why should I worry, the floor in the shower does not drain properly either,  even after fast freddie and his boss, the sub owner, came back twice to fix stuff, but hey! thats what a squeegee is for.  Diamond was too cheap to bring the plumber back out, so jack of all trades installed the shower fixtures.  He could not figure out why the water would not come on.  I looked at it and said "do you think it might be these two set screws that need to be backed out to allow the water to flow",(amazing why you have a person called a plumber).  I have caulked the shower and fixed other things myself because I refused to allow these clowns back in my house.  On his last trip out to ask for final payment, without the job being completed, the owner bragged about them having 13 jobs coming up.  I got angry and stopped payment on the check after he left.

Remember folks, quantity, not quality, when you see it, run the other way and don't make the phone call.

They did a beautiful job on my kitchen, I love it!  Everyone was super nice, on time and did a good job.  The only issue is, I was shocked and disappointed that no one called to ask us how we liked our kitchen, if we had any questions or concerns and if we were happy with the job. They have no idea how the job turned out.    Once they are done and get their money, they are done with you.  We spent a lot of money and expected a little better customer service and caring. I would probably recommend this company, but would let them know their customer service is not very good.

Diamond put in Granite counter in our kitchen.  The counters turned out great.  The install team cleaned up everything once they were done.  Ben gave us an estimate before measuring that was right on the actual cost.  Great counters!!

Lets see what happens, we had tops measured, signed a contract, gave them money up front, we had a great experience. Now had them call back 3 days before installation and tell us they got the measurements wrong and now it will be thousands more to complete the job.
In the mean time, the template maker had destroyed my existing tops, I now have non functional counter tops.
I was told if I canceled, because of their mistake, I would be charged numerous fees and I needed to pay over a thousand dollars more for them to finish the tops we contracted for.
I have given them the opportunity to make this right and have not heard back , lets see if this is a deceptive business or an honorable company...
I will keep you posted.

We asked for a quartz install quote from Diamond for a remodel project, one of 4 companies we got quotes from. Diamond came over and measured it up, we chose a type and color, and he produced a quote on the spot.

Unfortunately once all 4 quotes were gathered, Diamond was twice the price of the second most expensive quote. Thinking maybe there was a calculation error, I sent a courtesy email to them to double check the numbers since it appeared to be the lone outlier compared to the other 3 companies who were all within 10-20%.

No response. Decided to eliminate them from contention and did not do business with them.

From the start of our kitchen remodel, my wife and I both had some negative experiences with a few granite company's and the seemingly careless, flakey way they handled business.

It wasn't until we sat down with Alex Bores at Diamond Granite that we felt like we had found a reliable, reputable company to work with. The first thing we noticed was that Diamond Granite had pricing and transparency in the buying process. Not one of the other companies we met with, were willing to, or could give us pricing. We knew from the moment we selected our materials, what the cost would be.

We then had to select our actually slabs, and that was something that was not in Diamond's control. We went to Arizona Tile and Bedrosian's to find the 2 different materials we needed. I can honestly say that Bedrosian's knows how to treat customers, Arizona Tile could give a crap about you. I have reviews for both of them on Yelp as well.

Alex was there through every step in the process, making sure our needs were met and that his team was doing everything to our satisfaction.

His crew was able to get in days ahead of schedule when the carpenter had finished the cabinets install ahead of schedule. They were fast, efficient and extremely courteous.

In the midst of the week between template and install, my wife had a change of heart in the island. No problem. Alex stopped everything, help us get the different material and the slab was changed with no stress. This wasn't an easy task as we required a super sized slab for the island 128" x 56". But again, Alex and Diamond Granite came through for us.

Install day came and the guys did a fantastic job. The kitchen was really shaping up.

Our only complaint (and it's small when looking at the big picture). The backsplash tile installers were clearly in a hurry and did sloppy work the first day. They left chipped glass all over our driveway and kitchen counters. Once again Alex stepped in. On day 2 they came out, removed the tiles that didn't meet ours or Alex's standards and completed the job beautifully.

If you want transparency in the process, great customer service and AWESOME follow through, you want to work with Diamond Granite. We will and have already recommended them to others.

Chris was good for showing examples and help in ordering our quartz countertop. The price was for a complete installation.  Next a man came out and laid out a template of the countertop. The day of installation was great. They came took out the old and installed the new top. They cut out for the sink. The plumbers came , this was bad . We had a leak. They came back 5 times and couldn't find it. I wrapped baggies on the lines and found it for them.
Next the back splash installer, Henry couldn't speak English and Caesar left him with us. He ran out of grout supplied by Diamond Granite. I rent to Home Depot and bought more since no one could be raised at Diamond Granite. Rachael called back 2 days later that our contract was for one bag, I told her a whole bag was not delivered. She said the grout was on me.
It was minor but between leaks and non English speaking tilers, and short material I can only rank them 2 stars.

Requested an estimate and was provided a date for the estimator to arrive. Diamond had an ad for $29.99 per square foot for granite counter tops.  I told the estimator that I did not want to see a seam on the counter and that I preferred one piece of granite. Estimator said he would do his best to do that but couldn't guarantee it. He also stated that it would be hard to transport one piece that it may break. Decided to get the granite after was given the estimate that seemed reasonable.  Soon after, I received a detailed drawing inline from Diamond. Reviewed the drawing and had to make corrections on the corners from 1/4in radius to 1in radius and a north and south seam. The team did a fantastic job installing the granite and we are very happy about their work. They even reinstalled the sink which I didn't expect. Of course I reconnected the plumbing. Great job Diamond!

The guys that installed my kitchen countertops did a great job but when they unboxed the sink, I told them it was the wrong sink. I told the sales person twice that I wanted a specific sink and I ended up with the wrong sink. The woman in the office told me I was stuck with the wrong sink and that I should have read the contract. When I told her that I was almost blind she responded by saying I should've had someone there to read it for me. She also said to me that she didn't see anywhere in the paperwork that I was blind. And I told her that the salesman knew I was blind and that should be enough. They refused to fix the problem unless I wanted to pay another $500. So after spending $2500 I am stuck with the wrong sink.

We came across Diamond Granite & Remodeling at a Home and Garden Show in Feb/March of 2020.  From there we requested a quote on the kitchen.  We needed new cupboards and countertops.  The display at the Home Show was almost perfectly what we wanted.  Jason M showed up at the house just days later and looked over the project.  He was EXCELLENT to work with. I am so glad it was Jason that we got.  He kept in touch throughout the whole process and made more than one trip out to make sure everything was going well.   He met us at the stone company and made sure I knew exactly what was available and found the stone we needed.  Each person from the company that came to the house for measuring, demolition, and installation were professional and easy to work with. I have no reservations recommending this company.
Having said that, anyone considering using this company should know that no matter how many questions one asks, one always forgets something.  My mistake was assuming this company would disconnect the plumbing and any electrical outlets that were in the way of demolition and then reconnect when the install was completed.  To be honest, I don't recall exactly when in the process I found out that things could not proceed until someone took care of the disconnects etc.  I don't recall being told before the start, that this had to be done by someone else.  To this day, I'm still a bit confused.  Did the company say they would do all that at an additional charge or do they not do it at all.  Anyway, the point being, make SURE you know those details that I missed.  I just took it for granted that you can't remove the sink, countertop, cupboards, etc.  unless the disconnects are done.  Why on earth would that not be part of the job.  Other than that error on my part, I guess, I am extremely satisfied and very happy with the kitchen. GREAT JOB, Diamond Granite.
Special Thanks to Jayson M for being the best support through the whole process.  Jason, you are THE MAN.

The sales person Danny, was easy to work with and if it wasn't for him the bathroom remodel would have never came close to be finished. There were a few cleanup items that I had to take care of like taking up the paper and tape from the carpet which was embedded, clearing out garbage from the garage, hanging the mirrors, etc. Someone was supposed to come back to do it but no one came back.
Communicating with the receptionist and owner was exasperating and frustrating. Rachel is condescending and rude. Daniel has to always be right and does not care about customer service or the client. I spent way too much time just trying to communicate with Daniel (as he was the project manager and I was instructed that I no longer needed to interact with Danny). It's a good thing that I didn't listen to that direction. Emails after emails were exchanged in an effort to understand what was scheduled, who was scheduled, and what was to be accomplished daily. The whole process was painful and unorganized. There was no communication or specific work details given to the subcontractors so in some instances work had to be redone. I was told that everyone would be actual employees of Diamond Granite and that was far from the case. I think all but 1 person was a sub- contractor. Some workers were subs of the subs.
With Danny's help I was able to get this project looking close to what I had envisioned. He came on site to inspect and make things right. Much appreciated Danny, wish you must success with your new company.
Daniel is quick to take money before the job is complete. Daniel informed me "Contract not based upon completion". Do not contract with him to receive money when "he" thinks the job should be done. Make sure that you have the ability to declare the job complete and you are satisfied with the work. Once he collects your money he feels that you have no recourse to get things done. He hit my credit card in the morning before his workers were on site. The money was collected when the shower door was not hung, the counters were not installed, touch ups to tile and grout, plumbing issues, etc. If you pay by check he will ask for postdated checks so he has access to your money. Think twice! I would not recommend any company that is not focused on the satisfaction of the client. Unfortunately I read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website too late. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

The remodel started on April 1 and on May 13 I emailed you to see when the outstanding issues were going to be scheduled.  3 weeks? Danny was on site multiple times. How many times was the project manager? Danny did not respond via email, he either contacted me via text or phone call. Don't blame him or me for this review. It just relates the actual facts not fiction. We will agree to disagree and end the communication.

Quick update: you'd think after a almost $5k purchase with a company, they'd follow up and ask about the final product. Nope, no contact, no email, but they definitely pulled their money from our account on time.   Now, I have some concerns about the product but I'm not sure who to contact since no email or text has been replied to since signing the dotted line on the project. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Paid top dollar and work was badly done, incorrectly measured, the workman cut off a strip 1/2" wide too much and glued it back on again, chips and other damage to the granite, plaster badly damaged, delays in any remedial work which is still not finished, Daniel Dubei continues to ignore our request to finish the job despite a summary letter to him and request for completion, also his promise to call me on July 15, and another reminder to him. He writes in response to other criticism "Communication is 100% important" to him. That's a joke. We have a complaint against him with AZ ROC in hand, will write again and to say how it went.  They skipped off the job.

Update: At last we received a response.  The owner sent a workman around on Monday, August 29, to repair the wall.  He came around to check the next day and advised that he had received multiple complaints, similar to ours, and had let the crew go who did the work.  He now has new installers.  It's a pity it took all this to get to closure but at least we did in the end.  Many thanks, Yelp.

Had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday with Chris between 11 & 12 and Chris never showed up. I called the main office number at 12:30 and left a message to see if he was still going to show up and I still have yet to receive a call back. They lost my business to a much more customer service oriented one.

If you're expecting competitive pricing, excellent communication and quality installation for your granite project.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Once you've signed the contract, you will not receive any communication, I had to prod information from the sales representative Tina. We were never told what to expect, ever. I upgraded an island edge myself after the original quotation that added to the cost, never was it recommended by the sales representative. Now at this point I am questioning their professionalism and became concerned.  I checked their pricing and they were higher than two other quotes I received.  When I asked if they would price match, I was told by the owner Dan that I could cancel the contract for a $300 cancellation charge and at the time they had not spent a penny on the project yet.
The template maker either failed to make correct templates or the cutters did not follow the templates as the sections were off by 1/2" at the joint and they just filled it with caulking, unreal!!!
I had to give quality an F because the installation was so sloppy, one of the installers washed the epoxy they used to install the sink off of his hands with acetone and pored it all over my new floors. I informed the sales representative about the stains on my floors and she said she would tell the owner Dan, I have not heard a thing from Dan, nor do I expect to. The caulking all had to be redone and a section was missed completely. There was epoxy left all over the tops and sink, that I had to clean off. The installation crew has no process for covering up anything and really did not care at all. The granite fabricators do not deserve this score however, their work was fine.
This company does not care about you as a consumer, read their other reviews, I only review excellent or awful experiences. This was an awful experience. When I asked about the negative reviews and his employees lack of enthusiasm, communication, and quality of workmanship, I was told by owner Dan "we're only human, we make mistakes"
What a cop out Dan, everything we experienced could be corrected with leadership!

UPDATE

The nightmare continues, on New Years Day our sink fell down, I had asked the installers if they were going to use the factory installation brackets provided by the sink manufacturer and they said they use epoxy and have never had one fall off.
I read the installation process for correctly installing our very expensive Blanco stainless steel sink and epoxy was no where in the instructions. I had to do the installation from under my sink, and although very difficult to do this way, it is done correctly. Dan will reply with apologies and say he stands behind his work, I however choose not to have them ever return to my home for anything,
Please people: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My experience was excellent! I had my mind set on quartz. However, after seeing their warehouse and the amazing selection (I had no idea of the colors and patterns!), I found the perfect piece for my counter tops and island.
The installers showed up at the appointed time. They were not only skilled and experienced, they were also personable, efficient, and left my kitchen and their work area clean!
I had not idea what a difference granite would make and encourage you to check out Diamond Granite & Remodeling.

I used this company for the large remodel. The company employees are great and do quality work. The problem, however, is when subcontractors get involved. The plumbers and tile company subcontractors were unreliable on their start times and the quality of their work was lacking. Parts of their work had to be redone. You can only imagine how happy they were about that!  Whew!  Glad that project is done. Too bad the subcontractors drag this company down.

I do have the correct company....Check out their reviews on Angie's List.

Isn't it odd that so many reviews involve an estimator by the name of Alex when the company has several estimators?

Although I hesitate to write this review, I think it's important for others to know, as I looked at reviews when choosing a company.  Initially, I was very pleased with the service from Diamond.  I spoke with an associate and felt like he could really tell what I was looking for and I scheduled an appt for him to come out to measure and draw up a kitchen design for me for cabinets (counter tops to follow).  At the end of the appt (on a thursday), he said "give me until early next week to get you a quote". I expressed that we were under a tight timeline, but that it was no problem.  By mid to the end of the next week, I started following up, looking for the quote, as I was trying to get cabinets ordered when I had my brother in law in town to install them.  All of a sudden, it became one excuse after another.  Initially, it was "oh yes, I haven't forgotten about you - will get you something", even though it was a week after we had met and several days past the deadline he had set for himself.  No mention of the fact that he had told me one thing and wasn't delivering.  Then it was "oh, i'm having computer troubles", then it was "I'll try to get something to you by ____ date", then it was, "I'm going to be in the office tomorrow at 2:30". Listen - I'm in sales too.  If you are busy or can't get something done, just tell me!  Don't keep giving me timelines that you can't hold up to.  After the last excuse, I stopped following up and he just never got back to me and COMPLETELY blew me off.  I never got the quote he promised and spent over an hour working on at my house and never heard from him again.  Meanwhile, that took up over 2 weeks of my already super tight timeline, I had to start the whole process over again with another (FAR BETTER) company, and I wasn't able to get my cabinets when I had extra help to install them.  Long story short - I would absolutely not trust this company to do any work for me or my clients, based on the experience I had with them.

Before I start this sad story I would like to say that My bad experience comes pretty much soley because of the installers this company uses.   So picking my granite and so forth went nicely.    It appeared to have been installed nicely when I noticed an extra seam which looked like some miss measured a cut and just glued in an extra piece.   I was a little disturbed that this happened especially since no one even told me.

I felt like someone was covering up their mistakes.   I took pictures and said that I wanted it done right.   So the installers were had to buy a new piece and reinstall the miscut section of granite.   Easy fix right??   Nope.  I wasted a whole day waiting around for these guys to fix this and in the process they damaged one of the good pieces of granite.   Luckily I caught it and confronted them asking what are you going to do about these chips?   The installers said they would fill it in.   I said no I want a nice straight seam.   Then they began to complain because they would have to remove the island which looked and was very difficult.   Finally we agreed to grind the edge.  I said okay.   So my house gets dusty which I'm okay with it's getting done right.   Only the next day the light reflects on the opposite edge that was fixed and I see chunks of granite missing which were filled in.   Really??    Now I'm getting a little mad.   I took pictures and sent them to the rep and explained that this whole project is getting delayed because the installers are trying to hide mistakes.  All I asked was for it to be filled in correctly because I was ready to install my backsplash.   So the installer comes a third time 2 hours late again and fills it in.   It still looks like crap but I just don't want these people around anymore.  It makes me feel awkward.   Now a week after all this my sink which sits under the granite is leaking between the granite and sink edge.

I'm absolutely livid now because I paid thousands of dollars for a "professional" installation when in fact I probably could have done a better job myself.   If you're going to use these guys beware of the installers they use.   They flat out suck!!!

I hired Diamond Granite to install new granite in my kitchen in Scottsdale.  The owner of the company came out to measure and give me guidance on what kind of granite would look the best and also referred one of his preferred vendors who we hired to re stain our cabinets who did an amazing job!  The owner then meet me and my wife at Arizona Tile to personally help us pick out the granite and approve the slabs.  On installation day they sent out two installers who meticulously removed the old slabs and installed the new.  Needless to say the kitchen looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't have done it without all of there help.  I would haughty recommend using Diamond Granite when doing a kitchen remodel.

Diamond Granite and Remodeling did a wonderful job on my kitchen counters. Ralph was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get the best fit, at the lowest price because I needed a LOT of material.  The guys who did the install were fantastic and stayed late to get it just right. I really appreciated the great customer service all around! I would (and have) recommend them to anyone needing stone countertops.

These people are not good business people. Read and believe the negative reviews. I asked for them to come give a quote on a new kitchen countertop area. Ryan came out, talked ill of the manager, calling her a woman with the need for control and because of that he was not allowed to give a price until she looked it over. After several calls and no quote I hired another company (Discount Granite). They did a beautiful job and confirmed that they get a lot of "repair" work from DGR. Due your research folks!

We chose Diamond Granite & remodeling to build brand new bathroom cabinets, laundry room, linen closets, and granite countertops! From the first interaction with our sales representative, Tina, we were immediately impressed. She was always very on top of our large project! We were so happy with the outcome we referred them to my brother in law. He was very happy as well. We recently contacted Diamond again to build a brand new cabinet in our master water closet and install granite on niches throughout our home. The gentlemen who came to our house to install were nothing but courteous and efficient. From day one until the end Tina was always very responsive and friendly!  The final product is amazing!!! Working with this company was such a pleasure. We will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to other friends and family.

As a real estate investor, this is the worst experience I have had with a company so far during my career.

There were problems throughout, but the climax of the problems occurred during and after install.  On the day of the install, I went to the property to check on the work.  The work itself looked fine, but as a side issue, I noticed my AC system was not functioning.  Evaluation of the AC system revealed a freon leak from a pipe behind the wall where the countertop work was done, and after the wall was pulled apart, a screw from the countertop work was found to be puncturing the copper pipe.  The AC company contacted me and said, "Have you had new countertops put in lately?  It looks like the problem is due to one of their screws."  (See attached picture with the screw penetrating the pipe).  Two weeks after I notified Diamond Granite regarding the problem, I received the official response that the case was reviewed with Daniel and they were not going to provide compensation for damages as they did not believe they did the damage.  Of course I laughed at the irony that the AC stopped working on the day of the install, and no one else had been doing work on the counters or driving screws into that wall!  Despite the overwhelming evidence, they say there is a chance it wasn't them.  Not even a penny returned!

Service was poor throughout.  When I went to the appointment to meet my sales rep at the granite site to choose granite, he said, "I have to go to a job in Scottsdale, but ... will take care of you."  He handed me off to someone who was not their employee who proceeded to show me 2 pieces of extremely veiny pieces of granite as my options.  I called my sales rep and told him the granite options weren't going to work and that I wished to cancel the job.  His response was, "I don't think the company allows that."  He eventually sent me a picture of another piece of granite that I found acceptable.  He realized later that he forgot to have me sign a large part of the contract and paperwork and asked me to drive the 40 miles or so to the office, which I wasn't going to do.  He ended up bringing it to my house.  I think he didn't realize he could easily email or fax the paperwork.

In summary, once this company receives your entire payment up front, you will never see it again.  They do not back up their work.  If something is done incorrectly, or damage is done, you are on your own.

I highly advise steering clear of Diamond Granite.

We just completed our granite install with Diamond Granite and worked closely with Alex.  We did receive 3 other quotes but ended up choosing Diamond Granite as we felt comfortable with Alex and their prices were comparable.  We also noticed that their prices were all disclosed and we didn't feel there was any hidden charges.

We went to choose our granite slabs.  We also had our appointment set  for the template and we were ready to go.  Two days before we were to have our  counters installed, Alex called to say the slabs we chose (from Arizona Tile) were cracked and it looked like they had been repaired. I was extremely upset and frustrated (it took a long time to decide already)  but Alex was phenomenal and stayed calm.  He talked us through it, and He said to go pick new slabs and he would talk with Arizona Tile directly to ensure a smooth trade.  He recommended someone specifically there to take care of us and he did.

We were back on track.  We did end up losing one day-- however-- Alex ensured  we stayed on track.  The installers showed up within the designated time frame and were friendly and efficient.  They took their time making sure it was in place properly, sanded down one side near the stove as it didn't fit quite right, and cleaned all the surfaces as well.  They were meticulous and we are absolutely thrilled with our new look.  It was not a perfect process-- but I must say we felt well taken care of, and the small issue we had was promptly taken care of.

I will recommend them in the future and have already done so.

Thinking of using Diamond Granite for your kitchen remodeling project? -  THINK AGAIN.

Our experience was extremely frustrating, working with the team, from planning to execution.
The salesperson was either late or a non-show for several appointments. When we did meet with him, he was totally unprepared and misinformed on the project that he was heading. When we finally got a sketch, the measurements were incorrect and some were even missing. All we got from the company was - sorry for your troubles, we will speak to the salesperson.

Upon installation, the salesperson neglected to write down that Diamond Granite was responsible for the plumbing, even though it was authorized 2 weeks prior. The installer than advises that there is a plumbing piece missing that we were responsible for purchasing. When the office manager was contacted - all I got was - sorry that the salesperson did not tell you that it is the customer's responsibility. To top it all off, on that conversation, we argued if the installer could get a $40 part, I would have to pay for his 20 min travel time to Home Depot.

This was a multi-thousand-dollar project and we were arguing over a $40 part that the salesperson forgot to tell us!!!!!!

So sorry Diamond Granite that I need to write this review. Your organization is staffed with people with poor sales customer service skills.

Overall very pleased with the team at Diamond. I had a tight timeline that they were able to meet and the end result is flawless. We did have an issue on the initial install which turned out to be correctable. They did this within the same week and were very accommodating to ensure timelines were still met. Chris was a my sales rep and did a great job. He is a former installer and that was very helpful for my project as we were able to discuss specifics with respect to the install and seams. Having an educated sales rep is a great service to customers. The installers were very professional, worked to keep dust and debris to a minimum and communicated with me during the process.

***Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with a nightmare.***

ORIGINAL SCHEDULING
Countertop installation was scheduled for Tues 11/11, with an arrival time of 8-10am.
We scheduled a plumber to complete the sink installation for the afternoon of 11/11.
My husband scheduled the day off work for 11/11.
Backsplash tile installation was scheduled for Wed 11/12, with an arrival time of 8-10am.

COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION
On Mon 11/10, I received a voicemail message from a scheduler at Diamond Granite indicating that our scheduled arrival time was 12-4pm.
I returned the call to indicate that 12-4pm would not work for us, as a plumber would be arriving in the afternoon. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call back.
The installation crew arrived at 7:50am on 11/11.
The crew dismantled the kitchen counters, removed the sink, and disconnected the dishwasher. It was at this point that they noticed that the sink cutout was the wrong shape. (I don't understand how that could happen; I gave Diamond Granite the template for the sink when they came to do the final template measurement.)
The crew installed the island and the satellite piece and let us know they would get back to us with when they would be able to complete the full installation. We received a call later that day that they would return between 1-2pm the next day, Wed 11/12.
We rescheduled the plumber for later in the day Wed 11/12.
My husband took the afternoon off work for Wed 11/12.
Diamond Granite rescheduled the backsplash tile installation for Fri 11/14.
I scheduled myself to work from home on Fri 11/14.
The crew arrived at 530pm. (In the meantime, we had moved the plumber to Thu 11/13 - which required my husband to take even more time off work.)
They completed their work around 830pm, and while they did sweep the floors, my husband had to mop up after them, and we are still trying to clean sawdust off the cooktop, cabinet doors, new sink, and pantry floor.
Most importantly, it appears that the sealant was applied improperly; there is a film and a residue on top of the countertops, and we cannot seem to clean it off. This residue has a milky appearance and is sticky to the touch. Diamond Granite indicated that this would come off if we cleaned it more, and refused to return to inspect the work. They dropped off a bottle of granite cleaner on my doorstep, which, needless to say, has not done the trick.

BACKSPLASH INSTALLATION
On the morning of Fri 11/14, Diamond Granite called to indicate that the backsplash installation was being cancelled for that day, as someone on the installation crew had a "personal issue" and could not come to work.
At this point, I cancelled any further installation work I had scheduled with Diamond Granite, as my experience so far had proven Diamond Granite to be unreliable both with regard to scheduling and quality of work performed.

Just had a Quartz hall bath, master bath and bar countertops installed. I LOVE how it turned out. We went with Frost White with square white sinks. Chris was very helpful and the pricing seemed reasonable. The installers were great too. I would go to them again when we decide to update the kitchen counters as well.

One month ago Danny came to our home to do a quote on granite counter tops.   He stressed over and over after we picked a granite that had movement (as opposed to speckled) that we get book matched slabs since we needed two.  That way the seam wouldn't show because the pattern would match and flow.    We paid for 50% and the next step, he scheduled an apt for us to go pick out our slabs. I requested he be there with us to make sure we got book matched since it seemed so important and this was new to us.   So after driving an hour and half in bad traffic from the far west valley to S Tempe, we met him there and the only two slabs were the same, they weren't book matched.  (it would have only taken a phone call/drive by since his office is real close to make sure they had what we wanted in stock)  He proceeded to tell us how they could still match and the next delivery would be gray not the cream color we wanted.  So we caved thinking we didn't have any other option and trusted him that it would work.  I couldn't sleep that night, I didn't see how it would work.   So I asked him the next day if they can get granite from other places, I didn't want to settle for what we chose.   He assured me he would cancel the order and they could work with any company in the valley.   I found a place that had book matched exactly what I wanted.  He told me we didn't need them, more had come in at the Tempe store.   I asked if he could take pictures, if they were in my color and book matched, I was going to move forward from the picture.   He said he would "tomorrow," he said that every day for a week.  I finally got fed up and made an apt to go look myself.  Before I left I called his office, they told me they had already cut the original slab and I was scheduled for an install the next day.   I tried to explain what was going on to Rachel because Danny hadn't told her anything.  I thought to be fair, I would see how they looked at the seam and if they were ok, I would accept them....of course they didn't match, not acceptable at all.  Danny text me a couple hours later and told me to go to Tempe and pick out new slabs.  Although I wasn't happy about having to do the drive again, I was relieved to set things right.  The new slabs were NOT gray and they were book matched, just what we wanted all along.   I called the office the next day to make sure they knew and to get it scheduled but was told they couldn't install for another month.  WOW, I was really surprised!  Rachel told me she would call by the end of the week (this was a Tues) and schedule a time.....she never called.  I called her Monday and it was scheduled actually 5 weeks out!  Two months from meeting the salesman to the start the job.  Meanwhile, I'm stepping around a stove hood and boxes of backsplash I was told to purchase and have ready to go.  I'll post how the job ends up but so far, it's been unnecessarily frustrating, taking a lot longer than we expected and overall disappointing.

Love this place I inquired online they got back to me right away. Everything was super easy they give me a time line of a 2 hour window when they will be at my house so much better than a 5 hour time line. Picking out what I wanted and the install went fast and easy I love my new vanity top.

Daniel and the Diamond team did a great job in our kitchen. We had looked at about 10 different vendors prior to finding Diamond and they were the only ones who could deliver our project in the short time we had to get it completed. Their price was competitive as well.

The process was easy and although we live in Sedona and Diamond is in Tempe (about 2 hours away), Daniel came to our house exactly when he said he would to take the measurements and then the installers came 6 days later to install the engineered quartz counter tops we had purchased.

The installers were very professional and careful and did a superb job with the installation. They did not scratch or damage anything in the kitchen and they even helped move some stuff around. The counter top looks beautiful and we are very happy with Diamond's job. We highly recommend them. Thanks Diamond!

I recently wanted to upgrade my kitchen and bathrooms as well as my front patio.
I called Diamond Granite & Remodelling and made an appointment immediately. I worked with Kim with the entire project and she helped me greatly and saved me some bucks on the granite I purchased. The installation went well and one mistake in granite measurement was rectified and replaced correctly. My patio was just completed yesterday and the whole job went smoothly and is done beautifully. I highly recommend Diamond and if you want good service give Kim a call. You will be happy you did! I will post pictures soon.

We live in northern AZ (Prescott) and received numerous bids on our granite countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. Like others I'm sure we felt a little nervous about using an out of the area company in case of major issues. We called them and the owner came out to give us a job bid. He was very professional with no high pressure tactics. I felt confident in his companies ability to provide a good service.

The price was very competitive and so we committed. Communication prior to the work was great as it was through out the entire project. The installers that came out were professional and had great communication and follow through. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend that you consider this company if you are in the market for any of their services. You won't be disappointed. We are very happy with our countertops and the work that was done.

I was in the market to remodel my 2 bathrooms .  One bathroom needed a complete overhaul. I spend hours researching various companies . Chris came out to give me an estimate on the countertops and left giving me an estimate on a full bathroom remodel and 2 countertops. I was shocked when they could start my shower so quickly . I'm very impressed through some bumps Chris and Daniel stepped up and had a solution.  The contractors were very courteous and tried did their best to maintain a level of cleanliness . Chris and Daniel were always in communication with me and I never felt at any time I couldn't reach out to them for anything or any questions. I would highly recommend Diamond Granite if you are unsure of a company that might be right for you. If you consider using the companies that are a one day install for acrylic showers think again. They are just as expensive if not more .  Natural stone is well worth the wait !

Diamond granite recently replaced my granite with white quartz.  It was a large job, full kitchen & 3 baths.  They were professional, fast and full service.  As they are a contractor I didn't have to coordinate plumbing, purchase of new sinks, they do it all.  And they removed and replaced on the same day.  I'm in Tucson and was leery of getting a co. out of Phoenix.  No need, they were all terrific.  Highly recommend!

Chris Demary was our Consultant for a bathroom counter and sink installation. The first thing I liked about Chris was his knowledge of the construction business. I also appreciated the installation process as he described it to me. He took the measurements for the install and then sent another person out to re-do the measurements once again. That shows a level of detail and I appreciated their work processes. He sent two crews out to do the job. One crew removed the old counter top and sinks, and the second crew did the installation of the new counter and sinks. Again...you have crews doing the same job day in and day out, which should translate into a consistent good job each time, which in fact did occur. The crew took caution in the way they prepared for the job, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. If I have any construction related work in the future, I will contact Chris first.

Had Alex Bores come to the house and take measurement for a built-in bar. He said he would send out a quote. It has been 5 weeks and still no quote. I even emailed him as a friendly reminder but still have not received anything.

We used Diamond Granite and Remodeling to upgrade our Kitchen. We found their people to be very professional and accommodating. From Chris that helped us design and select the elements,  to Mark that did the templates, Felipe & Richard that did the install and Renee that did the plumbing where all the very best. The work was done to specification, every step was done on time and the fit and finish was great. The cost was what the estimate said it would be. Diamond Granite was less expensive than many of the other bids and performed work the other bidders would not do for us. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone doing a remodel project.

We had a great experience with Diamond Granite.   We were remodeling, so we were on a timeline. They completed the project in less than 2 weeks from the initial call, to choosing the product, to templating, and finally installation.  We are well pleased with the end result, and feel that we got a good value (for granite).

Diamond installed new granite counter tops and a new tile back splash in my kitchen.  Chris in Sales was very helpful in explaining the process and helping us choose the granite and tile.  The project was scheduled for 3 days but took 4 days.  There were some minor glitches but in the end the kitchen looks GREAT!

We did our kitchen/bathroom counters and kitchen backsplash. Very pleased with the result.  Customer service was very good.  I was happy with the open line of communication.  There was an issue with the initial measurement that caused the project to take a bit longer than expected, but the company more than made up for it in the end.  I will call them again when its time to do the next project.

Do not even deserve one star. Not only did they 100% mess up the countertops we discussed they also damaged multiple cabinets and broke a drawer. Then on top of that they lost our water filter that what next to our kitchen sink and refused to fix any of it. Completely unsatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone. TERRIBLE service and everyone at that company is rude. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience, never use this company.

What an awesome experience! I could not be happier with the countertops installed by Diamond.  The sales rep Alex, the template guys and the final installers where all extremely professional. You could tell they really enjoyed what they do and the company they work for.  And it definitely showed it their work. Alex was always available and would respond to my calls and texts within minutes. After install there was one small adjustment needed to fit my sink and Alex had someone out the same day. I highly recommend this company! Extremely fair price, great install, great service! Great job Diamond!

I have taken a lot of time thinking about this review and truly feel I would be doing a disservice to future customers if I didn't write about my experience with Diamond Granite. As you look over their reviews you will see inconsistent reactions from past customers. If you are someone who needs communication and a clear understanding of what to expect then this is not the company for you. I can say their fabrication work is good but their attention to details and customer service is poor. If you are able to work with Alex and Rachel then you might have a decent experience...however the company as a whole struggles with details and communication. I was contacted several times by them but never about my project. They made miscalls and texts to me about other projects and once about what an employee should be doing for the day. I asked them for suggestions on an island and indicated my budget and time line and they suggested I work with someone else. I had them fabricating my granite for my island and really didn't want to use several companies..so I talked to Daniel about it and he came to the house with his designer...who definitely wasn't happy with me and it showed....they came back with a BIG PRICE ...$1000 dollars over my budget not including the top!  Sent me a clear message they weren't interested in my business just my pocket book! I went with a custom cabinet maker and he delivered  a better product for $1500 dollars less...
At time of install they gave me a 2 pm time and showed up at 4pm stayed til past 9pm and I did most of the clean up! I asked if Daniel was going to show up and he texted he would if he had time! Well he did...shows just in time to give me my bill and take payment. No concern for the time frame or for my time....the counters were done well ...the install was average...and then when the plumber came the next day...they forgot to drill all the wholes and they had to send somebody back the next morning! Just very disorganized and unapologetic. His partner Alex showed signs of wanting to come back and deliver a back splash piece for behind my range and it bothered Daniel....told Alex he could do it now that he opened his big mouth...I felt unappreciated.  I could go on and on about the lack of customer service. I needed another small piece of counter top and Daniel said he might have something and would call me the next day to let me know....what do you think happened? The next time I heard from him was a text wondering if I found someone else to do my island... I was really scared about having them finish my island top but more scared about trying to find someone else so luckily I called and spoke with Alex and he was nice enough to make the appointment to measure. I received a call a few days later from the office...they didn't know what the appointment was for? Again no communication in the company and I am having to fill in the blanks. The appointment was set for 4pm and by 4:20 no one called or showed. So again I call and ask if someone is on their way...they call Alex and then he calls to let me know when to expect him.... It was a full time job managing them and my install and I had to pay them!!!  Again the top came out great and was happy with the fabrication. But again I expected to pay one price and Daniel slid in his final gouge!  $545 dollars for them to move an outlet on the same wall to a lower position for a beverage cooler. They added some trim....but it wasn't made of gold!

If you don't want to go through all this I highly suggest you do your research and try and find a company that is more professional, concerned about communication and really appreciates your business....this company does not!  And they will prove it by not responding to this review or trying to make anything right by me....As Daniel told me when I was concerned about the install....they aren't PERFECT!  Far from it!  Please don't use them....their has to be someone better for your time and money!

Alex and the entire team were great to work with.  From the initial meeting to the final walk thru - all members were responsive and completed the tasks beyond expectation.  Each person ensured the final product turned out to our liking.  The initial install had some punch list items - like most construction projects - and they were on top of getting the items fixed immediately.  We appreciate the attention to detail, knowledge and excellent customer service.  We enjoyed working with the entire team and will definitely be referring you to others!

Sorry folks this is not the place to go for your remodel or granite.  I have had nothing but problems with the granite seam on the installed counter top.  They have been out three times to repair and it still is rough and very obvious.  Stopped in to see them and it took a second call three weeks later to get them back out.  When they came out, they argued with me about the industry standards and said that a 1/8 inch is considered acceptable. They then said they would come out one more time but that would be it.  With that I stated I did not want them in my house and said good bye.  The only thing they want is the contract.  Customer service is supposed to be pleasing the customer but they only want to talk down to you and argue with you in your own home. Oh, and my under counter sink is also separating and needs to be re-caulked

From beginning to end our experience with Diamond Granite and Remodeling was a wonderful experience.  Alex Bores came to our home and from moment one we knew that we were in good hands.  He was very professional and pleasant to work with.  He was very patient with me through the selection process of our granite slab.  Dealing with Arizona Tile was also wonderful.  When I had to go back to select a different slab, they were extremely helpful and courteous having to pull multiple slabs out for my inspection.  The one I selected in the end was perfect.
I was impressed with every group of contractors who entered my home.  Felipe and Richard were amazing.  There skill and problem solving was very impressive.  Turns out we had very crocked walls to work with.  There finished work was perfect.  Sebastian and Jim came in with a huge problem to deal with in installing the back splash.  Because of the wall problem they had almost a one inch gap to deal with.  Sebastian, the perfectionist that he is, handled it with no problems.  He included me in all the decision making and the end result was just beautiful.  I couldn't be more happy with my new kitchen and bathrooms.  Daniel, the owner, and Alex were involved with all aspects of the install.
Daniel has a wonderful group of employees working for him.  They were all professional, courteous, pleasant and respectful.  My home was left clean and beautiful.
I would recommend this company to anyone.  I am now having them replace my Master bedroom floor. I am sure that it will be as well done as the rest of my home.

Just had our new granite counter tops installed yesterday and they are gorgeous!  They look wonderful in our kitchen, just what I was looking for. We dealt with Alex Bores and were totally impressed with his professionalism  and his ability to coordinate granite color and pattern to our kitchen. Instead of sending us to the "granite yard" to pick out our slabs, he actually took the time to meet us there and helped with our selection.  The results are wonderful!  Felipe and Richard, our installers, also did a fine job, making sure we were happy with their work, as well as keeping dirt and dust to a minimum.  We had a slight problem with the dishwasher sitting to low, leaving a gap at the top.  Problem was resolved quickly with a piece of plywood, which they had right on their truck. I will highly recommend your company. Thank you Diamond Granite, Alex and crew for a pleasurable buying experience!!

We attended the Home & Garden Show in June, and were looking to upgrade our Master Bathroom from tile counter tops to granite.  We talked with the associates at the show, and received a call from Tina to meet us in person.  She really was well versed in how to handle and size our job.  The pricing was very competitive and gave us options when deciding on whether to keep an existing glass tiled back splash or bringing in the granite for a total finished look.  We got to pick the slab with Tina's expertise, which made our new vessel sinks standout.  We had guest arriving from out of town, and, they met our timeline with ease. This team was excellent throughout the process, and you really sensed the pride they take in their work, and how they value your business!  Next step, removing carpet and installing tile throughout.  If you want a dedicated team of professionals for end to end service, call Diamond Granite & Remodeling!
