Best General Contractors in Phoenix, AZ
We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.
Their customer service, speed and quality was incredible! Their team replaced our roof underlayment and restored ceiling within 4 days. I highly recommend Schott Development. Save yourself the time and trouble of comparative quotes. Their responsiveness, price and quality is unmatched!

I purchased a condo in 2014 in Scottsdale as a second income property. I reached out to get estimates from a couple contractors, but I clicked with Debbie right away. They understood what I was trying to do.
I needed to make some big aesthetic changes to the condo to get it rented quick, but just enough to bring up the value. I felt like the other companies that quoted me were trying to pressure or trick me into spendy upsells. I never once felt that from Debbie and team.
Some of the improvements I thought I needed to put money into, these guys actually talked me out of putting money into those places. I was kinda shocked. The cool part is that Debbie is actually has a background in real-estate, so she wasn't just trying to make things look pretty. She knew what improvements were needed to make a big impact to my renters.
We ended up doing the kitchen - cabinets, backsplash, granite, and new flooring. The lighting they did really made a big difference too.
The cool thing was that Debbie recommended renting the place for $200 more than I was originally going to rent it for. I'm glad I trusted her on that part, because I ended up renting the place within the week.
Anyway - it was really easy working with them. I thought it would be a lot of work on my part - managing people and stuff - but really I just checked in now and then. It was easy.
Highly recommend!

I was referred to Ron at Home Heros by the Monique Walker real estate team when I sold my house and had to make some
warranty repairs before closing.
Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless. I highly recommend this handy man.

Jerry and his crew did an amazing job! I am in Texas and needed to find someone to move beds at my parents house in Goodyear. They moved one king bed up stairs and set it up and then assembled another with electric frame downstairs. My parents were thrilled with how friendly and helpful Jerry was. They are so happy they now have someone to call for any other repairs or help they may need. I would HIGHLY recommend JNB for whatever project you may have.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had Jason Schumacher (owner) come in and give my kitchen an update. I made initial contact and he arranged to come by the house on my schedule for him to assess the remodel we had in mind. Very professional and insightful. He even saved me money by telling me he didn't think I needed to redo my cabinets which would've been more in his pocket at the end of the day. We did granite countertops and island as well as a full backsplash in granite. He needed to fabricate one of the cabinets to attach a microwave I didn't have there previously. He was done in a day and it was the most seamless project I have ever witnessed. I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a remodel. I can't wait for him to come back and do my next project.
You just get the strong feeling he is just trying to run a business built on honesty and the idea that helping the client will get him more business in the end and it's working because I've already referred a few friends to them.

Do not give your final check until absolutely everything is done and fixed.I agree with Diane S review. We are very happy with the results and most problems were minor. After giving our final check, we are no longer hearing back about cabinet repairs still needed and our dishwasher being broken. The job was done before Christmas with final touches in January when a cabinet needed to be added( measurements were done incorrectly). We are still waiting and they seem to have ghosted us now.
the workers were all nice but they do not care for your stuff.Make sure you cover everything in the garage or any area where they are working. Communication is not the best at times though during the construction they were pretty good. They gave us price information and good advice. The times we were meeting to give them money were the times communication was the best of course. When the workers were here we could get more information from them which was helpful. Also with communication, be sure to write down or even record not ape everything you are having done so that if there is a problem you have the proof. When we had problems they were good about fixing them until this point when we haven't heard back.
As far as the kitchen, they did a big remodel and in the end it is gorgeous. If it weren't for them ghosting me now to finish some things, important things,I would give them at least a 4 or 4 1/2. Considering other horror stories form friends, the difficulties were not that bad and fixable. Jerry and Chari were enthusiastic and made us feel excited about the job.
They raised our hallway and added lights, removed popcorn ceilings and cut out am archway to brighten up the place.Chari had great design ideas and helped me with areas I would not have known. She helped pick out the design with my input always added.
Overall, the kitchen looks great though we will have to pay another cabinet guy to fix the missing piece and we will need to hire a dishwasher person because ever since they put it back in the dishwasher doesn't work.I have brought this up several times but they are ignoring me now.If these things were fixed I would definitely raise the rating even though it is frustrating to be ignored. One last thing. they did do a good job finishing within 7 weeks but the end was rushed and we found problems after. Again, do not give the last check til all the work is done to your satisfaction. They will light pressure you for it .

All these negative, 1 star , 0 star, etc...reviews are accurate with Re-Bath. ABSOLUTELY LACK OF COMMUNICATION ISSUES THERE. I will review AGAIN, on Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google and Facebook. 1 year and to this day have not received any paperwork I have requested several times. Stay away from this company Re-Bath only if want/need communication and customer service. There most definitely needs to be a way to give 0*s for a review, especially $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.
