There isn't enough stars for Schott Development, they deserve 1000x1000. Chris and his team are amazing and the work they do is beautiful. They take pride in ALL there jobs they do big or small. If you can think it, they can build it. I highly recommend them on your next project you have.

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Outstanding quality and couldn't be happier.  Before and after photos:

Tony did our parents outside steps with pavers and was very meticulous and is a huge improvement over the aged concrete.

Reyna, Debbie, Tom and everyone I encountered was nothing but a pleasure to work with. I found them through Yelp and they responded to me extremely promptly. Not only that, but they provided the best rate and most detailed bid in my opinion. Debbie had great recommendations and suggestions as far as selecting finishes that would be cost effective and look great. She took the time to meet with me in person on multiple occasions and was proactive about making sure everything was in place for the project to kick-off. They kept to the timeline I needed and went out of their way to squeeze my project in with their already busy schedule. I was somewhat nervous about such a big project, but Debbie kept me in the loop with everything that was going on from day to day which was wonderful! I never felt like I needed to call them to check up on where things were at. Not to mention, the end result looks amazing! Huge thanks to everyone involved.

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Giving this company this rating since one of the trucks (with a male driver) tried to run me + kids off the on ramp to the 101, rather than let us on. Not exactly the kind of company I'd welcome into my home.

They changed workers on a bath remodel every couple of days
They put wrong edges on my walls and had to redo them
Measures mirrors incorrectly and refuse to fix
I had to have them fix the shelving in the closet as they put what they thought I should have instead of what I asked for and could not rip it all out
They were friendly this was a 3-4 week job and took them more than 5 to complete because of all the mess ups
Was told on Friday some one would be here on Monday to fix a couple of problems and I had to call them at noon to find out they were not sure where to person was that was to show up and so they called me back at 4 to say they would have to call again tomorrow to get an appointment scheduled

Our 2-week bathroom remodel was an incredible experience! From the design experience with JR Crider to the daily work done by our remodeling expert Romualdo Duarte, everything went so smoothly. Romualdo checked in with us every morning and was here when he said he would be. He gave us an update every afternoon - with pictures! - to tell us what he accomplished and what he would be working on the next day. And the craftsmanship...BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't be happier  Thank you!!!

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.
