If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

I recently called and spoke to "Bill" about obtaining a quote for replacing two exterior doors on my home.  He told me it would be an "expensive proposition" and that I should go on their website and fill out the intake form.  I told him I had already done business with this company a couple of times before and shouldn't have to be put through the screening process again.  I found Bill to be rather off-putting and blunt in how he handled the matter.  Long story short, I wound up hiring a different company to do the work.

From beginning to finish Maxum Construction treated like family. Jerry Henry consulted with me. He worked hard to give me what I wanted within my budget. At the office, Brian and Dave put my ideas into a 3-D computer program, adjusting things to look even better then I'd explained. When construction started on my bathroom remodel, Jeffery Beckham, (lead), navigated the timing of each stage of work, the details along with keeping me continuously informed. He even went the extra mile on some areas the previous owners didn't install to code. Every worker was trustworthy, allowing me to feel safe. I love my bathroom! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done, with the utmost of care.

Tiana and Glen did amazing work on my kitchen remodel. They delivered on everything I requested for with quality workmanship. Their communication was top notch throughout the entire project and it really gave me a sense that they truly cared.

They put a lot of effort in getting into all the details of the project and we're thorough with all aspects. Because of of this, we did not encounter any major unexpected issues on the project.

They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.

I have been completely satisfied with their work and would without a doubt recommend them for home remodel projects. They are respectful, professional and charge very reasonable rates. I am looking forward to using their services again for a future bathroom remodel.
