Best General Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

So, I am in the middle of a remodel with Schott.  I have to give them extreme credit.  I am redoing my kitchen and building out my fireplace, as well as replacing all the counters in my bathroom.  To begin, they were very much on time and reliable during the quote process.  Their quotes were detailed and extremely easy to understand.  There were no hidden costs or details.  They ran through the project with me a few times, making sure that it was what I wanted and even made a few suggestions.

His right hand guys are Shane and Jim.  Both of them are amazing.  Shane will come out and bid the job and Jim runs the job.  Shane initially came out with Chris and we went through the job.  Then, he came out again to check things out.  THEN, he brought Jim and met with my interior designer and went through the job AGAIN to make sure that everything was correct.

Jim runs the job and he literally texts and calls all the time and gives updates.  He stays on schedule and really tries to accommodate the living situation for the person in the home.  For example, I needed my stove for Thanksgiving but we were installing the granite.  He made sure that I had a working stove so I could at least cook after the counters were installed.  It was just a kind thing to do, that he really didn't have to do, but he made it work just to make me happy.  I mean, that says a lot.   I seriously can't say enough about these guys.

The reliability and honesty factors are two of the most important things to me.  These guys won't walk off the job.  They have a portal where you can track progress and Jim is CONSTANTLY in contact with you, explaining what is going on and where the project is.  Sometimes, he will literally call me first thing in the morning to make sure I know what is going on for the day. He has even sped up some of the timeline, which was remarkable.  And through it all, he makes sure that his guys clean up as best they can, each day.

A remodel is a daunting experience, so it's really important to have people you trust running it.  That's actually really worth something.  These guys are not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, either.

There have been some minor bumps with the remodel, but I was fully expecting that.  And, fyi, anyone should expect bumps and bruises during a remodel.  What is most important is that, whenever an issue popped up or a problem occurred, they immediately call and advised me.  They didn't try to minimize the issue or cast blame on anyone.  They just said, "don't worry, we will fix it."  And they did.  You can't really ask for more than that, either.  Mistakes will happen - - but the question is how are those mistakes handled.    I will update this review when the remodel is done.  But, thus far, I would recommend them to anyone...

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Manny was awesome to work with.  He helped me fixed a nasty leak on my roof and did full drywall work on my Garage ceiling.  VERY FAIR Prices and super honest kinda guy.  Hit him up!

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

Jerry and his crew did an amazing job!   I am in Texas and needed to find someone to move beds at my parents house in Goodyear.  They moved one king bed up stairs and set it up and then assembled another with electric frame downstairs.   My parents were thrilled with how friendly and helpful Jerry was.  They are so happy they now have someone to call for any other repairs or help they may need.  I would HIGHLY recommend JNB for whatever project you may have.

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

These guys did a great job on our kitchen remodel.  They did a great follow up after the job was done to make sure we were happy.

This place is great! Everyone is super helpful and creative showing us the design. I love it! They have so many choices and for a great price too. I can't wait to get them in to upgrade our whole bathroom to give us the bathroom we've always wanted. We had a tub replaced with walk-in shower.  Was not cheap, but did not expect it to be.  Sales rep was at our home for over 2 hours taking measurements, reviewing materials & products available so we could choose all finishes.  He was about 15 minutes late for appointment but called at least a hour before he was due.

The job went smoothly, on time in fact only 21/2 days start to finish.  Protected all our floors & cleaned up at the end of every day.  Kevin was the lead & Eric was his assistant- both fantastic & professional. We decided to go with Marbella slabs as I hate grout!  
I am thinking about re-modeling kitchen & will definitely consider using them for that job also.

Tiana and Glen did amazing work on my kitchen remodel. They delivered on everything I requested for with quality workmanship. Their communication was top notch throughout the entire project and it really gave me a sense that they truly cared.

They put a lot of effort in getting into all the details of the project and we're thorough with all aspects. Because of of this, we did not encounter any major unexpected issues on the project.

They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.

I have been completely satisfied with their work and would without a doubt recommend them for home remodel projects. They are respectful, professional and charge very reasonable rates. I am looking forward to using their services again for a future bathroom remodel.
