We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. We used them to replace our baseboards. Excellent job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Very organized, cleaned up as they worked, and very easy to work with.

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

Home makeover completed our kitchen remodel 2 years ago the entire job from start to finish was done within two weeks. They were thorough, reliable, friendly, and even worked on Sundays. I can't say enough about how awesome they were. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and their patience with them and their millions of questions was also amazing! Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

Working with Built by Grace was a wonderful experience. They recently re-roofed for us and patched a water-damaged wall inside the house. After a big storm, we were panicked homeowners having a hard time getting a contractor to call us back-- BBG promptly returned our call and remained attentive and easy-to-reach through the entire process. Their attitude was friendly and the work was quality. Not once did they make us feel unimportant because we were a relatively small project. I have nothing negative to say about any part of our experience. They will certainly have our business in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

ridiculous business model with zero customer service. The storefront at their show room screens "open" to the public which presumably means they would like to encourage foot traffic to come in. However , it's staffed with one person who has zero information about what kind of work the company CAN do, how much any of the products or materials cost and any sort of timeline on appointments how long consruction will take etc.
it appears that her sole function is to schedule appointment for a salesperson. she went on to talk about a second and third appointment in the future. they should have a sign on the door that states open to the public by appointment only.

Tiana and Glen did amazing work on my kitchen remodel. They delivered on everything I requested for with quality workmanship. Their communication was top notch throughout the entire project and it really gave me a sense that they truly cared.

They put a lot of effort in getting into all the details of the project and we're thorough with all aspects. Because of of this, we did not encounter any major unexpected issues on the project.

They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.

I have been completely satisfied with their work and would without a doubt recommend them for home remodel projects. They are respectful, professional and charge very reasonable rates. I am looking forward to using their services again for a future bathroom remodel.
