Nick did a fantastic job installing a new bathroom faucet for me. He was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Afterwards, he identified a issue with a water heater valve and verified the incoming water pressure was within recommended standards. I highly recommend and be sure to ask for Nick.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. We were experiencing a water pressure issue in all rooms but also had no water coming out in some areas of the home. When Aqualine came out they were able to immediately diagnose that the bladder inside our soft water system exploded and was leaking little tiny beads into our waterlines which were obstructing water flow at the faucets.  

Upon inspection the technician from Aqualine reported that our water system did not have a bypass valve.  He proposed what was given as the only solution and that was to weld a bypass.

We of course agreed as we have children and grandchildren in the home and needed water.

We were charged 426.00 to weld the bypass. The technician left and we were then tasked with flushing all of the lines. The technician stated that we were to remove all faucets and shower heads and flush the lines for 30 minutes. He stated that if this did not fix the problem they would meet to come back out and blow air through the lines at the cost of as much as 7000.00.

The technician then tried to sell us a 40,000 grain water softener system at the cost of $2600. We declined.

The next day we still had no water pressure and our toilets would not flush so we called Aqualine back. We were told there would not be an additional service charge to come back out. When the tech came out he said that we did not flush the lines long enough and the tank valves on the toilet were clogged and damaged from the beads. They needed to be replaced with newer valves with a removable filter on them.  He then  gave us an estimate of over $600 to replace the valves on two toilets.

I was frustrated at the cost for simply replacing two valves and also the charge of $25 for the service fee which I was told over the phone I would not pay, so I declined the toilet repairs.

We then had another plumber out who took one look at the system and asked why we added an additional bypass valve and laughed when we told him that the plumber who just fixed it said there was not a bypass valve. Furthermore, this plumbing company said to add a bypass valve is normally about $75-$85. This plumber stated we only needed to remove the toilet valves and clean them out and reinstall them and that we could YouTube it.

My husband was able to remove the valves and clean them and the toilets worked fine.

We then purchased a water softener system a 50,000 grain system for 900.00 from Fantastic company called Ameriflow!

Positives: Company was able to do a same day appointment and was on time.

Negatives: I feel we were lied to and  an expensive repair was fabricated.

We feel the fabricated repair was charged at a rate over five times what other companies are charging.

We feel the technician did not flush the lines as he should've been instead instructed us to do it ourselves.

The company charged us a service fee to come back out on the same repair and then tried to charge us $600 to fix not broken toilet valves.  

This is a very long review but want everybody to be aware of what they are getting. We feel this company took advantage of our lack of knowledge about plumbing and our  desperate situation of being in a home with no water.

Furthermore, my husband has called several times over the last week to speak to the owner who has failed to call us back to this point.

This company is a bunch of crooks. Came out
With a 75 dollar rollup fee. Pulled off 3 screws
And hooked up some gauges from the 70's got
A reading and didnt show it to me. The whole process took 5 min. He then wanted to charge me 450 bucks and said it couldn't be fixed. When. I asked him to give me a breakdown of this ludacris charge it went from 450 to 250 to 150. Fyi other companies diagnose for free. I paid the 150 told him to gather his tools and get out. Felt victimized after this. Do yourself a favor if you dont want to get ripped off. Use someone else. The other companies I called will come and diagnose for free.

Our heating broke down and we got a heating technician to come and diagnose the problem. The technician literally came to our house for only 15 minutes, could not locate where our furnace was, went outside of the house and claimed that our heating pump and compressor had broken down. He then proceeded to tell us the entire heating system needed to be replaced for $13K. He pressured us into making a decision about it immediately and not to waste his time. For doing absolutely nothing except walking around for 15 minutes, he charged us $150. I do NOT recommend this service, it's a huge scam. I got another HVAC technician to come over and he said our compressor was fine, just minor wiring issues which he fixed for $150.

Our plumber from this company was Jordan, he went above and beyond so 5 stars to Jordan  Was extremely professional, communicated the work and the process thoroughly.   SO I figured I would use them for my electrical.

BIG MISTAKE.  Angel came out to my house- first of all I told them my house had no subfloors- he showed up in skinny jeans and converse.  What professional wears that to a construction site?   Then he looked at stuff and gave me a written quote with not much detail.  I spoke with him on the phone and have asked multiple times for an itemized quote.  He left trash all over my property one day so my contractors had to move his trash out of their way to do their work, cut into the ceilings where he didn't need to and left the holes, as well as used SHAPRI on my ceiling.  He said the owner would call me yesterday but I have not heard anything.  I called the office and they were unaware the owner was supposed to call me & unaware a senior electrician was supposed to come out tomorrow.  I also was told by angel he would pull permits and have the city inspect his work- he is now refusing to do that.   So essentially he wants me to pay him $10,000 for removing dead electrical lines, running one new line, adding 6 recessed lights through the attic, and moving 2 outlets up.  

I have yet to hear from the owner.

Do you like racists? Are you a woman that likes to be put down by a poorly endowed man? Then you should definitely ask for Patrick Duane. If neither of those are your thing you should probably just steer clear of this place.

This company was called out this morning to look at my air conditioner which was not cooling. The technician charged me $525 to install a run capacitor. The condenser fan motor went out on thermal protection five minutes after he had left. I tried to call them back out and they refused to come back out and look at it again. I did get a call from the technician 7 hours later and he told me that I'd have to replace the motor and it would be about $700 in addition to the $525 I already spent this morning. This technician did not advise me that at the time of service nor wrote it on the invoice as a recommendation. My brother-in-law's an HVAC Contractor in northern Arizona and he drove 2 1/2 hours down to look at my unit. He advised me that my unit was only three years old and still has a manufacture parts warranty and that the technician should have called the manufacture/supplier(Furgeson HVAC) to verify warranty and Availability on parts and I would only have had to pay the trip charge, labor and processing fee to the technician to replace these parts. I tried to call the company again and I got a very rude customer service representative who talk to me and my brother-in-law as he tried to explain to her what was going on and she hung up on us. I had to have my brother-in-law put in a temporary motor to get me temporary cooling over the weekend because I'm on oxygen and I couldn't stay in the home. It's just very frustrating that this could've been taken care of this morning quickly by this company that I trusted to come out and take care of my problem. The technician was very unprofessional the customer service staff was unresponsive. They were giving me false information over the phone and trying to cover up the technicians mistake/scam. Thank God I have a family member in the business. I definitely won't be calling this company again and as I work for the city of Phoenix I will be advising all of my colleagues about how I was treated by this place and hopefully they can spread that word around as well because that's not how you take care of a paying client in my opinion.

These guys will say anything to get their customers money and not back it up.  They should really learn to treat customers better.  Never sign a contract with this company.  You might never get your money back.  They'll tell you your deposit is refundable but then invent hundred of dollars in fees later on.

Very unprofessional and expensive. The electrician would not provide me with an hourly rate on the estimate, and when I insisted he provided me with one rate verbally and a different one in writing.
The electrician assured me that they would submit the information to L&I right away for the electrical permit. When I called 3 days later to make sure, they still had not submitted it but promised they would that day. When I called 10 days later they still had not submitted it.

I was not only told that I needed to replace a multiple pieces of equipment in my house that did not need replacing, I wad significantly overcharged for a new hotwater heater, water softener and recirculation pump. Then when the work was not done correctly they said that I ruined my recirculation pump and that it was not under warranty and I would have to pay for another one.  Watch out for this company and get multiple quotes so this doesn't happen to you!

Another employee told me that Nick does this to everyone but they won't fire him because he brings in so much money with his price gouging and dishonesty!

Unprofessional and overpriced. They wasted a day of my time because I've been waiting and now can't get an appointment with any other company until tomorrow. Staff later told me person who took my appt on the phone didn't tell me the right thing, technician tried to estimate my sewer repipe job over the phone and when I called back they sent me to someone who told me they come out to estimate for $150. BTW, the phone estimate was at least 2 times the price of other similar work I've had done. Don't waste your time!

Don't call this company, go to the next. They show up, give you an estimate saying the final cost for everything (verbal estimate only) then they come back again claiming they bought material and equipment but one left at the store, charge you $300.00 more than the initial estimat. When requesting to see receipts for equipment and cost of labor, they don't respond, keep sending the bill as if it's unpaid, listing only part of the job, no list of materials and equipment, no hourly rate. Cost of job estimated to be between $280.00 to $600.00 was $906.00.

Had some electrical problems over the weekend and called Aqualine.  They had Leo get ahold of me who couldn't have been more helpful and talked me through the entire issue.  When Leo arrived he was super friendly and informative and didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary nonsense but gave me an honest rundown.  Highly recommend and ask for Leo!

I have been asking for a receipt for a week!  I asked the technician three time and asked the office.  I was way overcharged but I was desperate for A/C repair because it was 111 degrees the day I needed them. INot recommended to anyone!

STAY FAR AWAY!!  The worst customer service!! Very unprofessional!!
My husband and I chose this company to look at our ac unit as they had great reviews online.
John was the service tech that came to our home.
When John arrived at our house, I answered the door and asked him to give me a few minutes, as he arrived 45 minutes early and I was still in my Pajamas. He rolled his eyes at me, sighed, and proceeded to walk away.  I called my husband immediately as he was on his way home and said I do not want give business to this company if this is how they treat customers. My husband pulled into our neighborhood not 5 minutes later and John was driving away. My husband called the company and asked where the tech was going and if this is how they treat their customers then we do not want them back. We were reassured that he was just going to grab something to drink and come right back
About 30 minutes later, John had returned. My husband showed him the thermostat upstairs and then took him around back to look at the unit. John continued to go back and forth between the unit and his truck so my husband waited in the garage for him. All of a sudden, as my kids and I were downstairs, John proceeded to just walk in my house unannounced, no knock/door bell, my dogs start barking, and John proceeds to continue his way into my house and sit at my kitchen table, not saying a word. My mother was there at the home with me and we look at each other and continue talking, thinking that since he walked in unannounced that my husband was right behind him. I was WRONG! As my mother and I continued talking, not 1 minute later, John throws his hands up in the air and yells I NEED TO GET PAID NOW. I said sir, my husband has been helping you this entire time, I have no idea what is going on. My husband walks in the door asking where he has gone as he thought John was still working on the unit. I told him what had happened. At that time, John informed us what was wrong, stated that he fixed the problem already and was going to charge us 400.00. He did not inform us what the charge was going to be prior to fixing the issue and was demanding to be paid now. We paid him as we did not want any more interaction with John. The minute he stepped out the door we immediately called the company and asked for a manager. There was no manager available and was told that we would receive a call back.
My husband then went to go look at the unit and John did not even install the part properly!!! He did not remove the old part, he left it screwed in. On top of that the part that he Fixed cost 10.00, he charged 400.00.
Finally, after multiple phone calls, we spoke to a supervisor days later, and was told that John did in fact upcharge the item,  that they usually charge around 300.00, however they were not going to give us any refund and we had to deal with it as it has been days later. I asked how is it the customers problem that nothing could be fixed until we spoke to a manager and no manager has been working. I was told, most companies do not have managers that work on weekends and we need to deal with it.
Stay away!! unless you want to deal with a company who disrespects their customers, doesn't complete the job, and unprofessional.

Had an issue with my AC not starting up and determiNed capacitor was bad. I didn't have one of course just needed a HVAC guy to bring one and replace it. They wanted $385 for the install of a new one. I had one replaced a couple of years ago and it was only $160 for cap and Freon charge. I advised home that was outrageous and he said well you can't get one and I advised him I sure can and I did and installed it for about $18. I was not very impressed with there service and would not recommend them as they price gouge because it was Friday after work. Wouldn't trust them.

We had a supply line pipe break by our meter. I will give them a 1 star review  because they did show up. $400 to put on a shark bite fitting and a home depot ball valve. That's the good part.  Still no water to the house. The plumber said it needed a double ball valve assembly and gave us a $900 estimate on top of the $400 already spent. Could not be done that evening so we were without water all night. I googled the part and found it easily available for under $200. Feeling that $700  for labor was a little high and possibly a mistake I questioned him. Nope $900 was no mistake. I called a local plumber and he came out the next morning. Laughed at the quality of work done and took it all apart and fixed it correctly including a new double ball valve assembly for $700 total. My wife called the owner. He admitted he is not the cheapest company in town offered no assistance. Bottom line if you want shoddy work and high prices this is the company to call.

Not the most professional or timely. Scheduled an appointment for some time between 9 and 11 am. A representative then called sometime near 11 to notify me that the technician had been delayed and that I needed to wait until 12 pm to 2 pm. Job was pricey.

I have not used this firm, but i just witnessed an appalling interaction between one of their employees and and a customer at a Safeway store at 32nd street and Camelback. A gentleman was using one of the self checkout stands and an employee of this firm came up to him and was hovering over him for a few seconds, the guy at the cash register looked up at him and politely asked him to move back a bit and pointed out that the Aqualine employee was not wearing a mask and he felt that he was too close.  The Aqualine guy very loudly and rudely said I don't give a F$$K what you think The Aqualine employee was rather tall, older man, and was really trying to intimidate this other man who was smaller. The smaller guy was not intimidated and just politely finished his business, turned to the Aqualine guy and said Have a nice day To which the Aquline guy said some more rude things. If this is an indication of the hiring practices at this firm, i really don't want them in my house, or around my kids. Not wearing a mask and intimidation is not my idea of customer service.

This company is very unprofessional.  We had a leak in a pipe leading from our utility box underground to our house.  After discovering the pipe that our leak was occurring in, our landscaper and the city told us we needed to contact a plumber to come out.  Contacted Aqualine and they charged me $475 for 2 hours of work, plus when they ran my credit card there application asked if we wanted to give them a tip!!!!!  After the technician was done, he told us he wanted to come back out the next day and verify the fix was complete (since it was dark).  No one showed up and after the 2nd day I contacted the company.  They said they would not come and verify and fill in the hole to the pipe that they fixed!!!!  I've disputed the credit card charge and they're now telling me they won't come back and they will fight the dispute!  DO NOT use this company for your plumbing issues and don't trust what the plumber tells you!  I am fighting this and will tell everyone that I know what a lousy company this is!

Scam artists! Do not even let them inside your house. Broke my garbage disposal and after he broke it he said, I had to break it (just wanted decorative button replaced, nothing wrong with function before) Didn't have a replacement part with him and told me to go to Home Depot and buy a kit, take out the piece he broke and return the kit to Home Depot. Really?!?! So not ethical!!! Now my garbage disposal is inoperable. In addition, he quoted me on a job and after I agreed to his inflated price(3times higher that another bid, but they were booked for 2 weeks)and he took everything apart  he said he was going to have to charge me more and that his price didn't include some things that were necessary to make my faucets operable. He said if I don't pay it won't work( it was working fine before he got here, just decor) and he said, You can afford it, look at the car you drive. Finally, after arguing for 10 minutes he agreed to make it operable. Now I have a leak that wasn't there before he installed my faucet and he will only come back to fix it if I pay him even more. What a nightmare experience! Too bad you can't give -* ratings.
