On a Sunday of all things my GFI failed for my KOI pond. I remembered Vince from our Nextdoor app having used him long ago. He answered and stated he had a pretty full day but would work me in.
He came out, removed the failed GFI, did some re-wiring and educated me on a couple things.
Great work, very professional and friendly.
Highly recommend.

We had hired Barbagallo Electrical to install a medium-sized chandelier in our dining room. First contact with Vince was really pleasant - he was kind, informative and direct. Even the technicians that came out to the service site were very friendly and professional.

However, due to scheduling conflicts they left before we were able to review their job - which was less than ideal. We called Vince back explaining that we weren't satisfied with the job as the chandelier looked noticably slanted and uneven. He was able to relay what the technicians had explained to him (as to why it was that way) but promised to come back and fix the job as he wanted us to be satisfied!

We had set another appointment to get this fixed, and were met with a no-show. Unfortunately, it's now been almost a week since he stated he would come back to the house and despite multiple attempts to contact him we've not been able to get a hold of him to fix the job. While the people at Barbagallo Electrical were pleasant upfront, this has been a very unprofessional, and now even more expensive experience. Cannot reccomend Barbagallo Electrical.

I had some wiring issues in the circuit
This electrician showed up to fix it and created even more issues in my house .
After he left I could see EXPOSED WIRES and hour later I smelled burning wire ,job not done as he promised.
My property is unsafe now because of his careless and messy work and lack of his professionalism , Horrible job !!! To use their services is on your own risk !

The owner, Vince, came to our house and gave us an estimate while he knew we were in rush. We agreed that he comes and start the job the day after but he disappeared. I called him couple of times and he didn't reply. I called him with another number, he picked up the call and said call me tomorrow. Guess what? He didn't pick up the phone again. This behavior is not professional.

This was the first time I have used Barbagallo Electrical. I phoned them at 8:12 this morning. It is now 9:25 and the job is done, all is fixed, and they even did an extra repair that I asked them to do, so long as they were here anyway. Wow! Eric and Ryan came out for the job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good people, good company and I will call them next time something needs to be repaired.

I called Barbagallo Electric to disconnect a broken external pond pump. I called on a Monday and he and his crew came to complete the job quickly--in just 2 days. They showed up wearing masks..which was thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised that in addition to disconnecting the electric (which is all I asked) they actually cut out and removed the pump. The job was completed quickly and they left everything clean, even raking the area after digging. In addition, Vince, the owner was pleasant to work with, he took the time to go over what he'd done, as small a job as it was and his price was reasonable. I would use him again.

Tried unsuccessfully to schedule a simple electrical task (20-30 min) in my home with Barbagallo but finally gave up. He scheduled several times to do the job but didn't show up and didn't call. Unprofessional!

Just had my complete panel replaced by Barbagallo Electrical. My box was over 40 years old and needed replacement. They were very professional, seamless, and provided quality workmanship. They even provided a Solar Ready box at no additional cost. Great local electrician that will get the job done.

I will never do business with this company for the primary reason that their company truck was driving recklessly on the 51 and I-10 from downtown Phoenix to Tempe today. After tailing us, they switched lanes every minute without signaling and tailed every single person in front of him. I tried calling the company # on the truck but it went to a full Voice mail box. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint about company drivers. He was so reckless, we almost called the police.

For someone who represents a service company to behave this way certainly doesn't represent my values and I'll do business elsewhere.

I had two electricians out to fix a problem with a GFI breaker & kitchen light issue. Both could not fix the problem. The second guy told me about Barbagallo Electric. They QUICKLY found the problem, replaced 2 GFI outlets, fixed loose conduit attachment & retired another light switch all about an hour & changed a very fair price.
I would highly recommend them for your electrical issues.

so I needed to have electrical work done in my home. and after about two or three other electrical companies flaked on me. I was referred to Barbagallo Electric by a friend in Fountain Hills. Vincent called me back the same day and was able to run by and give me an estimate the same day. this quote was great and fair and we sent up electrical job for the next day. him and his crew came by mid morning and they took a few hours or so (I had a medium size job) and finished in late afternoon. they did a better job then expected, I was amazed and they craftmanship is superb, and they were very professional. i would recommend Barbagallo for any of your electrical needs. I look forward to working with them on my next electrical project.

My review is similar to Tandy's review below. The company truck just ran a stop sign while speeding though a parking lot and almost ran into my car, but I stopped and they just kept going. I will never work with a company with such unprofessional people who have no pride in the company they work for and no respect nor care for those around them. It puts a very bad mark on your business. Shame!

I try to keep my business local to Fountain Hills, so I called 4 different electricians in the area for a bid to add a sub-panel in my garage and hot tub connection in the backyard. Barbagallo Electrical was the first to respond and show up to provide a quote. Two of the others did not respond. The quote I received was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. The owner, Vince, oversaw the entire job and the guys he had working for him where very competent and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up the mess to appear like no one had completed work in the two areas.

A big shout out to owner Vince Barbagallo for sending his team to fix a tripped circuit breaker and I only called this morning! He called me back and assured someone would come out this afternoon. I had 3 service reps arrive at 3:00 as promised and they were very professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. I would go on but you all get the point. I'm so happy with this company and he will now be my go to electrician! Thanks all and thanks Vince for your competent team! Added note, he was recommended over and over by residents in Fountain Hills via Facebook so I now know why! He's amazing! What customer service!! Lights are on again! A++++++
