As a journeyman electrician in California, Tim has worked on a variety of prestigious electrical projects including the construction of Miramar Naval Air Station and the remodel of The Commodore Hotel in San Francisco. He received his electrical contracting license in 1989 and started his own business TL Bear Electric. Tim has been a Fountain Hills resident since 1997 and currently works throughout Rio Verde, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale & Paradise Valley.
