I had to do grading floor around our house for drainage issue and remove old tree stump from the ground. I got quotes from 6 different companies. All Terrain Landscaping gave me the most affordable quote. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Adam listened and communicated multiple times with me regarding my concern and goal of the project and applied every single little detail requested. Adam and his crews were on time on the project day, and they started the project right away at 6 am and finished everything before 12 pm. His crews were extremely professional. They kept checking with me about their progress, and gave me multiple chances to tell them my input. Could you please add more dirt here? Could you please make slope steeper here? Could you please dig these area deeper? Whenever I requested something regarding the project, it was done instantly and the crews would double check with me. Is this how you wanted? Wow, wow, wow. The crews were so professional and, I was extremely satisfied and happy with their work.
Make sure you get a quote from this company before you make your decision on any project in landscaping. Excellent on everything!!!

We contacted this company because we had heard really good things about them. They responded timely and showed up when they said they would.....even early. They were very friendly.  We went over with them everything we wanted. When they were leaving, they said they would get back to us with a quote within The next two days. It has been over a week and we have heard nothing from them. Crickets. We sent them a text message because that's how we had been communicating, and still absolutely nothing. Totally went dark.

We had a plan. Jose helped us improve on it while keeping what we wanted in mind. Came when he said he would...reliable. Did what he said he would do...dependable. Very good with communicating with us thru phone calls texts, photos and videos.He came to us as a referral and we've already given his info out to another neighbor. His work was spot on and his price was reasonable. We are very, very pleased with our experience with G & S Landscaping and Jose. 5+ with us. We'll hire him again for another phase. Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. ~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

Updated review: After Happy Tree missed our initial appointment, they reached out and offered to reschedule for a time that was convenient to us and offered a discount for the inconvenience. Paul was very friendly and professional regarding the whole matter.

Bless Tierra installed a new patio with surrounding seat wall and pavers. The job included a paver pathway to the backyard, pavers on the back porch and a small seating area for a fire pit. They also replaced our irrigation system and installed additional exterior electrical outlets and landscape lighting on the patio.  They did excellent work, provided great design suggestions, and completed the job at the agreed price despite inflationary pressure. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend them.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October.  They delivered it to my patio already put together.  After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing.  I immediately called the store and reported the missing items.  I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of.  Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

Quick, informative, and helpful staff! Honestly just did not fit in my budget. My home needs way to much concrete work. Sadly I underestimated what the cost would be by licensed professionals. Still looking for a quality local company to fit our needs.

I just had a concrete pad done and the job was done perfectly. Check them out if you need any concrete work done. I'll be using them again for other projects!

I left AZ Dreamscapes a voice mail message on June 17, 2022 at 4:25 p.m., indicating I needed an estimate for a backyard landscaping project and dreaming of a call back. It's now July 16th and I've never heard back from them. Must be nice to have so much business you don't need to return calls from prospective customers!

Kendall and his team completed our project on time and on budget.  Really happy with our landscape and travertine patio deck.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.
