HISTORY

Established in 2019.
We started a company called Arizona Shade Masters in January of 2015 right here in Phoenix, Arizona. The owner of our company has been in the patio cover business for over 35 years. We have changed the industry with a product we offer exclusively to our customers, and because of that we have grown into the company that we are today. We often get asked, Do you know of a good place I can go look at spa's? Do you know anyone who makes or sells BBQ Islands? Where is a good place to get patio furniture? In the end, we were tired of other businesses not treating our customers how we like to treat them, which is like family. In 2019 we are taking matters into our own hands and becoming the one stop shop to fulfill your backyard dreams. We currently offer Spas, BBQ Islands, Patio furniture, Fire tables, Pavers & Travertine, Artificial Turf, Patio Covers, Pergolas, Room Enclosures, Screen Rooms and more! Hope to see you soon.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Travis' number one goal is to make sure that every customer that uses our services is 100% satisfied and happy with their final product at their home. Whether it be for the patio covers, furniture, bbq's, spas or patio furniture, he will go above and beyond to assure all customer needs are met. He feels that customer service is lacking in today's society and wants to be sure his customers feel like family from the first time they step into our store and from the minute their project is complete.

On a whim last September my husband and I stopped in to investigate the possibility of upgrading our backyard. We knew kinda of what we wanted and just wanted to see what was out there. We met with Cindy. She listened. Then Russell came over to introduce himself. What I wanted was a one stop shop. I got it. Selected patio cover, travertine pavers, shades. Arranged for an onsite inspection with Russell and got a price. We requested drawings for the HOA and they were delivered electronically. January 6, 2021 was start date & completed by January 20, 2021. We did wait 4-5 additional weeks for shades which we knew about in advance. Kudos to Cory the GC. No surprises. Shot out to all the installers Justin & Tyler for the education and top block install. Note: We asked Cindy that we wanted a start date that would get all the demo & installs done in a row. That happened. Now with a broken arm that keeps me at home - that space is a welcome addition! THANKS

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October. They delivered it to my patio already put together. After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing. I immediately called the store and reported the missing items. I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of. Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

This place is a true diamond in the rough! I can't remember the last time we encountered a business that practiced actual ethics! The owner and employees are all very nice, they enjoy their jobs, and are always eager to help. The prices are not bad at all either. We were incredibly impressed by their awnings and the fact to do an install they would not require a deposit. They are very proud of their standards in business practices and it shows!
