Highly recommend Charlie and his team! At the initial estimate, Charlie showed up on time and sent me texts to let me know when he was on his way. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and his prices were very reasonable compared to the other estimates I had  gotten. He told me he was booked out several months, but given his reviews and price, we didnt mind waiting. He sent me a text a few days before our start date to confirm everything. Again, they showed up on-schedule (a day early even) and on time. They did a walkway and third driveway spot which extended in to our backyard. The concrete looks fantastic! From start to finish, very pleased! Charlie was very communicative, they showed up on time, did great work, and had great prices... what more can ya ask for!

Ruben came out and not only beat two previous quotes but offered to take out a tree and beat the quotes on that as well.  I had to wait until HOA approved and when we got the approval Silva Brothers started the job the very next day!  Ruben and crew were professional and definitely have experience laying concrete.  They were meticulous to detail even digging out the water meter box to make it level.  I would highly suggest you talk to Silva Brothers for your next concrete job!

Can't recommend Lumby enough. Mike and Travis took excellent care of my property from project start to finish. Their team was courteous, professional and did a great job of clean up. Their work is immaculate and beautiful and I've had so many compliments already. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had Mike's team come out and extend my driveway with pavers to my RV gate last year.  They did a great job and at a very reasonable price, so I just brought them back to extend that same job into my backyard.  Again, really nice work at a reasonable price.  I'll have them back when I'm ready for more work in my back yard.  It's been great dealing with Mike, who is very responsive.

I found Jose on Yelp and although he is new to Yelp with few reviews, dont hesitate to hire his team for your job.   I had a small paver repositioning/border job that I needed done quickly.  Jose was prompt in responding, gave me a great (very fair) quote and scheduled the job quickly.  He arrived on time, worked quickly and did an amazing job...exactly what I needed!  I would recommend Jose and his team for any Concrete/Paver work you need!

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Needed a new RV gate to replace the original 17 year old.
Abraham was the best price by far and the most timely by far. Installed within a week vs 8 weeks quoted by others.
Gate is superior quality to version it replaced. Would not hesitate to use his firm again.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Jordy and his team did a great job on installing pavers extending our driveway for guest parking.  I would highly recommend JM Landscaping Pros since they have excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and do high quality work.

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

After being burned by another landscaper I was hesitant when looking for another. Rafa listened to what I wanted, was speedy in his responses and a great communicator. Executed our project beautifully and now we love our front yard. Will definitely be using them again for our backyard in a few years!!

I contacted Green Valley via Yelp on Sunday to take care of a large downed limb and to do some cleanup around the same tree. I got a reply saying he would be there at 5pm to give me a quote. By 5:30, he hadn't shown up or messaged or anything, and it was starting to rain and blow. It is kind of hard to do a quote in those weather conditions, so I messaged him to see if he wanted to do it the next day. (If he had been there by 5:00 like he said, he would have missed the bad weather).  He asked me how early I could be available the next day, and I said 7:00 am. He replied that he would be there at 7am to give me a quote. By 8:00 am he hadn't shown up, no call or messages, so I headed in to work. He arrived at my house after 9:30am, and since I was already gone, my father-in-law had to give him the rundown of what I wanted done. He gave us a quote, we agreed, and he scheduled the work to be done at 1:00pm the next day.

The next day, I get home for lunch around noon and the crew is onsite and started. So they actually showed up early, which was great.  When they finished, we had to call in to make the payment. The lady we spoke to wasn't ready or able to take the payment, so she called us back later. Later, as we are about to make the payment, we find out they charge an 8% fee to use a credit card. This seems really high, and our original bill was $450, so it adds up quite a bit. This fee is also not advertised on their site anywhere. We asked if the fee could be waived, and we were told that the credit card processor they use charges them that much. I've worked in point-of-sale information technology and I can't say I've ever seen a fee that high. Even the big companies, like Square, charge around 3%. So this didn't seem right. I don't like the idea of paying extra on top of the quote. Obviously the business owner knows that the fee is 8%, so why not build that into the quote in the first place? This would be a better alternative to slapping the customer in the face with it at the end of the job. So we negotiated a bit and agreed on a total price of $430 if we pay in cash.

We agreed to this, and the lady said she would stop by our house between 8:00am and 8:30am to pick up the cash. Unsurprisingly, by 10:00am no one showed up. We went about our day, and got a call at noon from the lady saying she was at our house waiting to pick up the cash. Four hours late!

Based on the company tacking on fees on top of the quote and not seeming to be able to stick to a time commitment, we will not be using them in the future. These behaviors are all the things I don't like about working with these types of companies. I was hoping they would be different based on the reviews, but I was unfortunately disappointed.

The Colorworks team is amazing!! Karen designed our whole backyard, including travertine, turf, irrigation, plants, seating areas and lighting. We love it and are so appreciative! Both Karen and Jeff were on-site frequently to oversee the project and their suugestions were invaluable. Jeffs team came everyday and were very professional. There were no hiccups and it looks absolutely beautiful!

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

Heath at CSI was the best contractor I've worked with on my residential projects.  He gave me a bid, then stuck to it even though there were some price overruns.  He said My bid is my bid and meant it!  The project was a larger one for $10,000.  It was a 1600 s.f. foundation pad for a 40' x 40' steel building.  It required a building permit and County inspections.  The County Inspector said, yYou've got a good contractor here.  He has gone beyond the safety specs I would have expected to see here.  No problems with this one!  Heath was on time, and finished the project when expected.

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

Cannot get a hold of them. No one answers calls or texts. Do not know if they are even in business anymore.
