Joe Garza and his crew just finished a sidewalk and patio pour for us. He came out and gave us a bid and a lot of good advice in order to have an even better finished project. The forms were lazered to keep water draining away from our home. They also put plastic up to keep any splatter off of the walls. We will be recommending them to all of our friends. Really nice people to work with. Randy & Michele Flink Phoenix

We hired Manuel Reyes of Just Right Masonry bc of his excellent reviews on Yelp & he didn't disappoint. Manny did a courtyard block wall for us & was very professional & over delivered on his commitments!! We will continue to use him for our contractor work bc he's so great!! Highly recommend!!

We have had them put in new curbing (six different areas!) and re-lay our front walk. Every piece of work has been impeccable and the guys that come out are so nice. I can't recommend them high enough. Very economical too. You can't get any better than this company for response time, quality of work and price.

Gordon and his crew did a wonderful job constructing a new block wall around our backyard. He was even able to have two new swinging gates installed while the wall was being constructed. Looks great!

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

I hired Art to extend my driveway. He was way cheaper than all the other quotes I got. His team did a wonderful job and cleaned up nicely. I couldn't be more happy with the completed job. I would highly recommended them. I will be using them later for my other concrete jobs.

Great job by We Cover Ugly team with a rubber stone made with stones application. We had missing patches of cool deck which was horrible. They were able in only two days to prep and replace.. thank you to Curt for excellence

We had AZ Foundation Solutions install their fan system almost a year and a half ago. When it was installed, we were very excited. We were told that the foundation would be ready for us to install new flooring in approximately a year. It's managed to move about 20% of the distance it needs to.
That aside, once you've had the work done, it's almost impossible to communicate with anyone there. They say they will come out and check your progress at six months. We finally called them at 13 months and got no less than three different excuses as to why they hadn't been out. The first was that it was never scheduled. The second was that it was but one employees' schedule was mysteriously deleted for a few days, and the third was that our problem was so bad they decided to wait a year before checking up on us. I should note that, when selling us on the fan system, our sales rep. told us multiple times that our foundation wasn't nearly as bad as many he had seen.
After we contacted them, it took another few weeks and another phone call to schedule the check-up. It then took well over a month and yet another phone call to get the updated engineering report. The engineering report said that everything was proceeded as expected. So, either our sales rep. grossly misstated the amount of time it would take, or the engineer was trying to spin unimpressive numbers. Which is true? We wouldn't know. The engineering report we received well over a month ago said that our rep. would contact us to review it. He hasn't, and I'm about done trying to chase down a company who has little interest in maintaining communication with their clients.
To be fair, I should have known this would be a problem before the work was done. It took far longer to get the original engineering report back than had been stated and that was after calling multiple times once the estimated return date had passed. However, if we hadn't gone with AFS, we still would have had to pay for the report. I totally fell for their assertions that we wouldn't get an engineering report from other companies and the risk seemed to outweigh paying for another company to asses our foundation. Lesson learned; if a company is constantly trying to convince you that they aren't pulling the wool over your eyes, they probably are.
Update: I keep seeing that people found my review helpful, and I'm glad you're taking the time to read it. I should have written this a year ago, but better late than never, right?
I see the owner commenting on reviews (like mine) and congratulating himself for doing a great job? For instance, in my comment he says the system they installed was working fabulously. That is literally laughable. It turns out the shifting that happened was due to the real problem with our foundation that we have since fixed but had zero to do with anything AFS suggested. In fact, when we mentioned that it may be an issue, they said we were wrong.
I will say that AFS offered a discount on the further work that needs to be done now that the problem has been solved, but their discounted price is $2-5k higher than other bids. Oh, and also, the system they installed? It's still running constantly. No one ever connected it to whatever it is that was supposed to shut it off, nor have they ever followed up. And no, the little tubes of liquid that are supposed to tell you when things are happening? They haven't moved.
