Best Concrete Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Very quick to respond and provided our quote at the agreed-upon timeframe. Any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. We were very grateful Scape Tech was able to take over our project after our previous contractor left us high and dry. The team worked 10 hour days, 6 days a week to finish our project in a timely manner. We will be recommending Scape Tech to all of our friends and family.

This place has everything you need to build an amazing backyard. We all had such a great time looking around. The staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of things. The selection of vegetation is immense and almost overwhelming. All the plants inside looked happy and healthy. I'm not an experienced plant person but I was not overwhelmed because they were there to help.

I went on Angie's list to find these guys for a backyard landscaping project including gravel, irrigation for lawn and plants, and a quote on doing various border/paver projects to separate the lawn from gravel.  Project manager and owner (I believe) Luis Cuevas was humble, honest, helpful, and never pushy about making a sale. He was very friendly and clear about what he could and couldn't do. In short, he was able to price out everything for us in less than 45 min and then talk us through options. We ended getting about half of the work done as he gave us options of how we could save money doing some things ourselves. It really felt like he was a friend of the family.  I will DEFINITELY be calling him in the future for more work. Everything was very professional and done at the highest of quality. Every time I spoke with him, I was able to get dates scheduled and he always showed up on time.  He works with his guys to inspect the projects as they are going and he walks you through each step. I'd recommend this man and his awesome team to anyone looking for high quality work at a very reasonable rate.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

I realize a 2 star (I'd give them 2.5 if allowed) rating is not a terrific rating and is low compared to Crash of Rhino's previous reviews here on Yelp so I will explain. First, Crash's owners, manager, and crew were all extremely nice, responsive, and easy to work with during the job. Mike, Kim, and their project manager are super fast to respond to emails or phone calls. Mike got an estimate within a couple days of contacting him by phone. I didn't get other estimates but their price seemed very reasonable. So why the low rating? My house is a typical valley home built in the 50's or 60's. The primary reason I hired professional painters was the amount of professional prep work needed on a vintage home that had been painted many times over the past 50+ years. Unfortunately this is where Crash fell short. The prep work was minimal and not thorough enough for this type of older home. Basically prep work was a thorough pressure wash and and some caulking (and of course lots of taping). There was minimal (if any) hand scrapping or noticeable priming of raw wood or exposed masonry/concrete. The spray work on doors and the house was complete and very clean. Unfortunately the lack of prep showed quickly with areas showing signs of lose paint and even some obvious painting over loose dirt and debris on the stem wall and window frames.  As well as spray painting over loose paint on the wood structure that should have been hand scraped after the pressure wash.

Overall: if you have a newer construction stucco home say 1980-2000's that requires minimal prep so that a pressure wash and paint spray will do the job then definitely consider Crash of Rhinos for your house. Mike and Kim and crew are very friendly and easy to work with and quick to set up and complete the job. But if you have an older home from the late 1950-1960's requiring more intensive professional prep then I would hesitate to recommend Crash based on my experience.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

Juan is responsive and did a good job on my yard without any direction from me in person.  We only exchanged photos and texts.  He completed work on time for a fair price in this market.

I have not used them personally but my experience with one of their drivers was uncomfortable

They apparently are doing a job here in our community in Buckeye.

Driving up Indian School in the middle of the day / this particular driver switched into my lane without signaling and very abruptly. Had I not of been paying attention and slammed on my breaks / he would have hit me. I hit the horn to get his attention / he started waving his arms around and gesturing at me. I was wondering what in the world made him get over like that. When I looked ahead about a 1/2 a mile the lane was ending but he had plenty of time without cutting me off.

As I passed him / he again gestured and was laughing while looking at me.

This is not a guy I would want representing my company so I wanted it out there. Bullying a woman alone in her car - not great

We recently had our backyard patio and basketball court acid stained and they did a fantastic job. The work done on our concrete looks amazing and we love it! The crew was immaculate too. They taped off the entire area where they worked so there was no overspray, and when the job was completed in just a few short days they left the yard spotless. We couldn't be happier with their customer service, the communication, and the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their concrete stained or finished.

I felt really comfortable having Rick work on my foundation problem. He was very thorough and explained everything throughout the free inspection, but didn't push any work and told me all my options (including wait and see). His contract and emails were detailed and professional and didn't leave me wondering about anything. It's clear that he loves his work and he's an expert in the field.

Please ignore the mess but I had to share: George from Astonishing Landscape & Design, LLC and his crew did AMAZING today. Truly exceeded my expectations on price, quality, and responsiveness.

Valleywide is a family owned company. We had a great experience and will be referring this company any chance we get. Very refreshing to do business with somebody who cares and is dependable.

If 6 stars was an option, I would give Advanced Concrete Lifting six stars! We had Charles come to lift our slab and fix numerous cracks throughout our house, and a very, very blown-out stem wall. He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.
A few weeks later, we noticed some new cracks in a completely new area of the house, right before we were scheduled to have our new floors installed, and he came out last minute and spent the weekend fixing it so that it was taken care of before the installers came. That meant working on the weekend. Not only do we greatly appreciate that he came out to fix the issue, but he did so quickly, on the weekend, and did a fantastic job.
If you have any issues with your concrete, I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting.

They poured our extended driveway leading to our backyard. They were prompt with the quote/estimate and showed up when they said they would for the prep work. They were however, one day off when they said they would pour the concrete which prompted me to have to take an additional day off work. They removed the rock, and redistributed it to other parts of our landscape so we wouldn't have to pay for removal. They did an amazing job and it was quick and clean.
We are getting ready to put a misting system in our backyard and possible making changes to the layout of the yard and will use this company again in the near future. Two thumbs up!

I caution everyone about using these guys to repair your foundation.  He scarred off my buyers and cost me sale of my house and the purchase of my new home by telling them that we had extensive damage and was even rude to them while he was at my property doing the inspection. I have since had two other Foundation companies inspect the property and both of them have said that the damage is moderate and there is no current foundation issues and will better than new post repair.  Both of these companies are half the price and offered multiple year warranties for their work.  One of them said Concrete Repairman is using sub-par materials and doesn't do quality work, which from the other reviews, sounds about right to me.  Anyone that posted a 5 star review either got lucky or didn't shop around to see what other, more qualified companies are charging for this type of work.

Shop around and buyer beware!
