Juan and his team did a great job on our front yard.  He worked with us while we waited on our HOA to approve our new front yard. The process, once the HOA gave us the go ahead, was super easy and fast.  He had the old yard removed, and the start of the new yard in the first day!  Rain did delay, but that's to be expected.  Our new front yard is beautiful, we've had so many compliments from our neighbors. Miranda in the office was on top of the quote request, scheduling and awesome customer service.  Thanks!

Someone recommended this company to us, and we are so glad they did! Jonny Murillo (the owner) and his father Jonathan Murillo came over the same day I called them to talk to us about a project. They were obviously very knowledgeable about construction and repair work that we needed. Jonny got back to us quickly with itemized quotes that seemed very reasonable. They started work on the day agreed, arriving with a crew of three (Jonathan, his brother David, and their friend Daniel). They started work early and powered through the day. They only took breaks because it was 114 degrees, and they were pouring concrete! They were good-natured about everything, very polite and courteous and friendly. We had them do more projects because they were so good, and we got to be friends with them. In case this is an issue with Thumbtack clients, I should say that they all speak perfect English. They were very respectful of our privacy while they worked. They consulted us appropriately with questions and provided us with lots of resources to decide on materials to use. The final bill was about 30% of what we expected to pay for all this work. They aren't ripping anybody off. The work they did was very high quality. The patio, the walls, the benches...it looks like the Ritz Carlton! I can't say enough good things about this company!

Highly recommend! I had a small residential project, needing some concrete removed. Other quotes were 2-4 times as high. Caesar was easy to communicate with and the work was done efficiently and quickly. We also ended up having the team come back to add some rock to our yard and remove a couple other things. I would definitely use them again.

A+++! I called to have a 13' cactus removed from the front yard of a house I purchased and they were very responsive and showed up a few days later to remove it. Quote was very reasonable and they worked with us on the price without issue, as we were on a budget. Great prep work to remove it so as to not damage any other landscape and they left the area as if I never even had a cactus there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very professional and nice as well!

I ordered a project just under $5k and they charged me in full, up front, with an estimated completion time of 5 weeks...but hopefully less. 5 weeks came and went and no contact, no update, no communication. I phoned them and they denied they ever said 5 weeks...said it is 6 weeks...blaming Covid and not connecting any dots that made Covid relevant to the delay.

I explained my frustration with the lack of communication. The gentleman apologized, and promised to keep me updated. He was supposed to call me Monday to update me on the process...7.5 weeks from the original order date.

Of course, he didn't call. I called this morning and left a message...no call back. I called back just now and I got the same gentleman who acted like he was checking on it...then the phone got silent...he hung up on me!

I called back and was put on hold. A completely different gentleman spoke to me and I explained I was hung up on and the follow up was not provided as promised. He was cold and monotone in his response...and no apology whatsoever.

I'm still waiting for a call back.

So, if you like handing over thousands of dollars to a business who doesn't keep their promises, doesn't return your calls, treats you with disrespect, and doesn't provide the product you paid for...this is the business for you.

Very responsive and works with you to get your dream yard exactly the way you want it.

Reasonable prices from a local hardworking family.

They installed a pavers patio, turf, and built in grill for me. It's still a bit hot outside but I've used the outdoor grill a few times and it is absolutely my favorite part of my new yard.

Russ installed a stair railing that had been removed during a flooring project.  It was the type of small job that many contractors don't want to tackle.  Russ's estimate was in line with others and I chose him largely based on other Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Rather than purchasing or building new railings, Russ examined the original and said that I could save money by reusing what I had.  He worked over 2 days and was very detailed.  There were a couple of decisions to be made and he shared different options for me to consider (without changing he estimate).  It's obvious that he stands by his work which drives him to do a quality job the first time.  I've got a couple of other home projects on the horizon and he will be my first call.  Highly recommend him.

Block More Masonry is a small business with professional Masons. If you need a wall built or repaired these are the right people for the job. They will help you pick out your design and materials. Todd the Mason wants everything done right. He really went beyond the call of duty when it came to finishing details. My walls and stucco are perfect.

Alex is amazing! Found him on facebook and his communication was amazing. One of the nicest guys I've dealt with! He was patient with us when one of our wheel Barrows broke. FantAstic service! Thank Fusion and Alex!

Erik is amazing! He is very helpful, friendly and worked on our project like he was working on his own - precise, thoughtful, creative. His diligent team were so friendly and took great care with everything they did. Erik truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We highly, highly recommend him! Thanks to Erik we now have beautiful grass and curbing.

Juan and Alex came out to provide an estimate. They were communicative, punctual and upfront about their schedule (was few weeks out). Unlike other contractors that I met earlier, Juan and Alex listened to what we wanted, understood the requirements, provided an estimate which was the best I got and we were scheduled.

Throughout the project, Juan, Marcelo and rest of the crew were punctual, professional and showed a great work ethic. After the block fence was installed, we noticed cracks in several blocks purchased from HD. Without a thought, they demolished the wall, returned those blocks to HD and installed the fence again with new blocks from a different store. This dragged their timeline by a day or two yet they kept up their professionalism and work ethic. Juan was open to feedback/input in every aspect and suggested the right way to do things. It's hard to find people like him who derive satisfaction from the quality & outcome of their work, you will know this while working with him.

The block fence, pavers and drain for irrigation came out excellent, much better than I had imagined. Will give 10 stars and hire them again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for masonry work in the Phoenix area!

Scheduled with us twice and cancelled within an hour of each appointment. We now lost a week in getting the project done. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
