Ron Casey really takes pride in his work! He recently completed a front entry way project that required demolition, cement re-pour, and brush finish.  Couldn't be happier with the finish.  Ron is meticulous and just an old school professional at his craft.  He even took the time to drive out and provide a bid on site. I would recommended Ron and will use him again for any future jobs.

Robert did a wonderful job with my yard. He was very professional and I felt like he went above and beyond what I expected. I posted a project on Yelp to get quotes, he responded within an hour and was able to come the next morning! Will definitely hire him again.

We were preparing to put our downtown loft on the market, and as we pulled up an area rug that had a rubber anti-slip pad underneath, we found that the pad had fused to the finish on our concrete floor.  We called Premier and spoke with Adis- he had me send some photos and measurements of the area to help give us an estimate.  Adis and his partner showed up to do the job within a week and worked until the job was complete.  He came in right on point with the estimate, and the work was outstanding.  He seamlessly​ matched the damaged area up with the undamaged area and we were able to list our home quickly.

Finding a contractor who stands by his word and his work (and who actually shows up to do the work) isn't an easy task.  We highly recommend Premier if you need any flooring work.

Waste Management punched a hole through our block wall with the forklift thing when they came to pick up recycling for our patio home community. We chose to work with Eric at Apaez Pro's Construction for the repair and they were wonderful.  Eric was really helpful, responsive and prompt in getting us a quote and the work was quality!  If we have more wall work in the future, we'll call Apaez for sure!  5 star work & customer service!  Thanks, Eric!

I was very disappointed with the first few interactions with Naji.  I originally reached out to the company on Octotber 7 to request a quote on a large backyard remodel.  We spoke on October 9 and due to his schedule he was unable to get out to provide a quote until 10/20.  This is completely understandable and expected.  When we discussed a time, he wanted to give me a 'window' of an entire day. I explained I had pockets of time during the day and I was free between 9 and 9:30.  He said that would work and he would arrive at 9:00.  I then provided my address and thanked him for understanding.  

Today is the 20th, and we were scheduled for the consult at 9:00.  at 9:15 I called just to check in and see if he was still planning on coming by.  There was no answer.  He then called me back about 5 minutes later and the conversation went south fast.  Naji asked for the address.  I had provided this when I scheduled the appointment.  He also got heated pretty quickly when I asked if he was still coming because our appointment was at 9:00. He said 'I never promise i'll be anywhere at a specific time I give a window.  Now, I need your address.
I asked where he was at so I would have an idea of how far out he was, but he wouldn't say.  That is when I told him I would look elsewhere for work on the yard.  If this is the way he communicates and works, I know it's not a good match for my expectations of someone I will be paying 10's of thousands of dollars.

Salvador came through as promised and did an excellent job installing the sprinkler system for a side yard project that I have been working on recently.
I appreciate that he offers suggestions and listens to my ideas and concerns. We came up with a good solution for the sod installation. Also, he has been consistent in keeping me updated with dates/times when work will be performed. I did not have to wonder if he was going to show, he scheduled a new appointment when timing changed. That is professional and means a great deal to me.
He also is taking care of my monthly yard maintenance. The crew did not cut my plant watering lines, which was a frequent issue with other yard maintenance crews so I appreciate that very much. He discussed maintaining the lawn areas (watering requirements and fertilizing) which shows a concern to help me maintain the yard properly. The yard is looking good again!
I'm looking forward to working with him long term and can finally keep the yard in decent shape while I focus on other responsibilities

We did a complete remodel of a 1960 house and of course our plans included the floors. Our general contractor put us in touch with Jed and we are happy he did.

Luckily most of the house had been carpeted and the floor was in good shape. Jed came out, looked over everything and outlined the process. The floor was a colored concrete (brown) and we were originally thinking of leaving them that color. Jed took the time to show us different color samples and make a recommendation on what color he thought we should go with. We were still unsure so after they ground down the first layer, he did a couple color samples in the area we knew the fridge would go. We decided to go with Jed's recommendation and make the floors a little darker than the original color and it looks great. It was the right call for sure.

One area we were concerned about was the dining room, which had old linoleum squares laid on with thick black glue. Jed was upfront and told us their may be ghosting from the old tiles but his team did a great job and there is no sign of the old tiles at all. They also filled in all the cracks and holes left from carpet tacks, etc. in such a way that their appearance is minimal (and if anything adds a little historical character to the house).

We are very happy with the way our floors turned out and highly recommend Jed and his team.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

We decide to have 1400+ sf of bricks installed on the side of our house. We had a few bids and actually had one lower than Copper Sky. But we went back to Daniel Baeza and he was able to come up with a more competitive bid and we gave them the job. And we're glad we did! We had good communication through the entire process. His team was prompt. They were even at our house early one morning when it was pouring rain. And they did an excellent install, even with the bad weather. If you're looking for a good, professional install these are the right guys.

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

I had Roman Landscape out to trim a few tall Mexican Fan Palms in my back yard. The process started with quick clear communication and a competitive quote. They arrived right on time as scheduled, did excellent work, and did a very thorough cleanup of all of the tree trimmings, including those that landed in and around the pool. Very professional and top tier service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will hire him again and recommend to friends in a heartbeat.

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. I hired Mel to put in a concrete patio and he and his crew did an excellent job.
Very reasonable on price and extremely professional.   Highly recommend.

I give enough negative reviews when justified.  But when a company/contractor is good I MUST report it.  Dave came out for an estimate.  We had received 1 other estimate and it was almost 2x as much.  I was in shock!  I had another company quote me based on square footage.  Dave's price was still a few hundred less than the person that quoted without looking based on square footage alone.  We had kool decking applied on our large back covered patio (which had a large crack and just needed some love) & a small front entry way patio.  They were only a week or so out from when we called to schedule.  The two guys that laid down came early and finished it all in one day.  We were told it would be a 2 day project but the weather conditions were just right to get it done in 1.  We could not have been happier with the finished product.  Don't bother shopping around.  Trust me, I always try to get 3 or 4 estimates but I can assure you this is the only one you need.

Bob and his crew are not just contractors, they are craftsmen.  From the time we met and received an estimate until the time the final speck of dust was swept up, BBM was nothing but professional and their work was impeccable.  Being close enough is not something that you will ever hear Bob say.  He wants things done right to his high standards and to his customers' satisfaction.  And, indeed, they were!  Thank you Bob for the great work and we look forward to using you on our next project.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.
