Frank came out to assess the requested work the same day that I put the request in. He and his partner removed an underground boulder where we needed to plant some roses. They moved the boulder to another part of the yard as a display piece. They also were able to dig through rock hard ground to plant two vines and a peach tree on the same visit. All of this done at a very fair price. We will most likely be using his service again in the near future.

Frank and his crew were simply a god-send.  After 30 years of babying a very old lagoon style pool, it told me it was done.  I loved this pool.  I had polio as a child and the water was extremely beneficial...swam twice every day in the summer.  Frank showed up on a Sunday and in 10 days, the job was completely done.  Professional, inventive, creative and kind...one of a kind, in my opinion.  He would talk to me about my ultimate design and as soon as I mentioned tree or patio, he said We'll do it!!.  And they did.  Never missed a stitch.  Reasonable prices, a delight to deal with...what more could you possibly want?

From a nightmare to a dream! My new home had MAJOR water drainage issues on all sides of the home. After a quick search, I found Frank's Demo Grading and Hauling, he had great reviews and his team came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! Frank is personable and made me feel that my grading issues were his issues! He went above and beyond with his expertise and recommendations, even moving a ton of river rock into the backyard for me. I called this AM (the day after Christmas), got a response immediately. Frank and his crew were out within hours. I had heavy furniture, a shed full of junk and some stuff in the garage. He got it all on the truck and was gone quickly. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to.

It's hard to grade this. He responded to my request right away; then didn't show or text or call. After 3 texts to him, he did respond and apologized and offered to pick it up next day for free- which he did. So I appreciate his apology and the free removal! But it left me wondering.  It may have just been a mistake on his part.

I never write Yelp reviews, but Frank and his crew were so helpful and professional they really stood out to me! We used them for a pre-grade for our pool and under our patio for pavers. Frank was very responsive via phone/text, and his pricing was better than any of his competitors for the same project (and he could get us on his schedule within the week, which was super quick during the COVID labor shortage!). He makes a point of cleaning up and making sure not to damage the driveway with his equipment- he even replaced our fence for us after they were finished hauling away dirt! He looks out for his customers and I'm very happy we used his company.

I shopped around for quotes and Frank was hands down the best rate for our backyard renovation project. Frank was super responsive throughout the entire process, worked with us on our weird schedule, and was in and out in a day. In the event I ever get bored and want to redo the backyard again, much to my husband's chagrin, I know the first person who I am going to call to help pave and clear the way! My husband and I are planning on remodeling our back yard by installing pavers and artificial turf. However, before we tackled that project, we needed to remove approximately 50 tons worth of dirt, gravel, grass, weeds, pavers, and wood from our back yard in order for it to be level enough to ad the pavers and turf. Frank and his team were all so very pleasant to deal with as we tackled this large project. Frank was extremely communicative throughout the process of scheduling, when him and his crew would be available to start, when they could arrive, etc. His pricing was extremely fair and his team took very good care to do the job safely throughout our home, as they had to haul approximately 5 truckloads of dirt and deberes from our home. My husband and I would highly recommend Frank and his team for your grading jobs, very positive, professional, good attitude, fair pricing, and above all very high quality final work! Frank and crew did an excellent job helping me grade my brutal back yard that hadn't been touched in 30 years! They brought in a ton of clean dirt, even trimmed one of my trees that we wanted kept, yanked out 5 stumps and busted up 120 sq feet of concrete for an amazing price. Back yard is completely flat, compact and a blank slate thanks to Frank's bobcat skills.

I needed to fill in a pool that was deteriorating & Frank came by late in the day, gave a me a good price & came the next day. The soil he got was very clean & when he was done my backyard looked like a backyard again.

I called Frank after seeing his Yelp reviews to come out and give me an estimate on demolition of a patio and grading my backyard for paver installation.   We walked the job, he seemed knowledgeable, and said he would send a quote later that day.   I never heard from him again.  I'm guessing it's because I pressed him on whether or not he was licensed and insured.   I will not hire anyone to work on my property that isn't.   When I mentioned I would call 811 to have utilities marked before digging he said I didn't need to do that.  Well, it's the law, at least in Litchfield Park.  Some of the digging was exactly where there are utility lines.  I also could not find his DOT number or company listed in the US Dept of Transportation database.   I was actually glad not to have heard from him and got the job done by a licensed, insured person.

I would highly recommend Frank's Demo. I had a shed in my backyard that had been an eyesore for quite some time. Frank offered the cheapest quote. His team was quick, offered great communication and was friendly. I requested a quote and the next day my shed was gone. Also, I had a pile of junk next to the shed that Frank's team kindly offered to remove, free of charge. Very pleased with their business!

Frank and his crew removed a large amount of brush from my yard and removed my lawn.  They left it a blank slate ready for the pool company.  They did a great job and were very professional.  He went above and beyond by moving rock around to where I wanted it and basically saved my back by removing some large stumps for me with his bobcat.  I would highly recommend Frank for any hauling/demo/grading needs you have!

I hired Franks to remove some rock from my front yard. I was very happy with them. They came in and did exactly what they said they would do.

I have a backyard approximately 20 x 20 That had way too much dirt and stone on it and wanted leveled, graded and the excess material removed. I contacted a few vendors thet claim to be able to handle cleanup and Haul away of this material, but either got no or little response. When I called Frank he was very attentive and interested, and texted me back saying he would be there within the hour to look and see what could be done. He took a look at the job and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate.

He arrived on the agreed to date, with his assistant Vince. They offloaded the bobcat and after  some unforeseen disassembly of a gate for access, Frank got into the backyard and commenced with his magic. It took some hours to get all of it removed but when it was completed it was a great job. The area was well leveled and they did a great job of cleanup as well. All in all to accomplish what he did in a few hours would've taken the crew many days with a shovel and wheelbarrow. Frank is very nice and easy to work with as was his staff, And they did a great job! Highly recommended.

After getting scammed by many people on Craigslist and Facebook I decided to seek professional help and came across Frank. I Initiated our conversation about grading/removing/hauling rocks away Saturday evening. Frank quoted me pricing and informed the type of work that will be done. After having time to think about it and receive  quotes from other companies Frank's price was unbeatable. Monday morning spoke with Frank again scheduled a date and had his crew out by the next morning. They did a great job restoring my backyard back into a blank slate. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They notified me if any additional or recommended work needed to be done before going a head and doing it and catching me off guard with additional charges. I appreciate the stellar work and amazing pricing and even cleaned up the site before they left.

I wanted to leave a great review for Frank because he was very nice and friendly.  He helped me find another trade to help with our job and he and his team worked really hard on our job.  For an extra fee, he even hauled the gravel from our yard to a friend's house when they decided they wanted to use it.   However, we hired him to haul away gravel and remove fake turf grass from our yard. He did that but neglected to remove the quarter minus that packed very firmly under the turf.  When we asked him about it he stated that the people who were coming to plant our grass would want them to leave it. We were left with hard packed quarter minus on part of the yard and a very uneven surface elsewhere.  When the next crew came and told us that the quarter minus needed to be removed and the yard needed to be leveled, I tried to get back in touch with him. I left a message and texted and still have never heard back from him. I ended up having to pay someone else $500 to complete this part of the job.  That day I also realized that Frank's crew had made several holes in our block fence.  It wasn't until today, a week later, that I realized that they'd also sheared off the main clean out for our plumbing.  I now have a plumber on his way to my house....  As I'm adding up all of the added expenses, the price I payed Frank is not seeming so reasonable...  Sorry Frank, at the end of the day, my expectations were not met.  I really wish that I had read Jonathan W's review here before making this choice.  We definitely had similar experiences.

I had Frank out to the house to remove a few tons of rock and a large bougainvillea. He made quick work of the detailed project, thoroughly cleaned up after he was finished and even hosed off the driveway and sidewalk. He was easy to work with, professional and offered a fair price. I would definitely use Frank again.

One of your drivers needs to be spoken to about safe driving. Just now, on Tatum and Bell, one of your trucks was approaching a yellow left turn arrow and was really far from the light but decided to speed up. Then realizing they weren't going to make it, slammed on their brakes causing smoke and screeching and they ended up in the middle of the intersection. Then they decided to turn left on a red arrow when there was almost no room in between cars. I dont know what kind of people you hire but they almost caused an accident. I didn't get the license plate but I hope this reaches a manager so all staff can be spoken to.

Super Happy with Frank's team!  What I really liked about this company is Frank was quick to respond to my request, provided a competitive quote and even confirmed the day before letting us know when Donald was going to be onsite.  As promised, Donald showed up on time and did an A+ job on removing our desert rock landscaping. I was very impressed how hard Donald worked and he was very polite. Nice guy. He did a very complete and thorough job from rock removal 3 trucks (10 tons each) with the bobcat along with smooth raking out the backyard.  Frank's Demo were absolutely the right contractor to hire for the job and I will absolutely recommend them to family and friends. Frank's guys did a fantastic job clearing out the rock from my front yard and prepping it for new landscape. It took 2 truck loads, approx 10 tons each (the attached photo shows about 2/3 of the yard). They used a hauling truck, a bobcat, shovels and rakes. They didn't just take and haul the existing gravel, they graded and raked the dirt to make sure it was ready for the next phase. I would certainly use them again, in fact I probably will for my back yard.

We hired Frank to remove rock and grade our front/back yards, move the smaller rock to our easements, and remove a few older stumps. Pricing was very reasonable and the team arrived promptly and removed the rock/stumps. That was the only thing that went well with this project.

Here's the list of what went wrong:

1. A worker drove one of the front loaders into our block wall, crushing the wall and damaging our custom metal gate. It took them 3.5 weeks to repair this and unfortunately it was not repaired well (still damaged) and we had to hire a third-party and pay hundreds of dollars to fix additional stress fractures throughout the block wall.
2. We paid Frank extra to have the yards graded and unfortunately this was not done. We had to hire a third-party company and pay an additional thousand dollars to get the yards ready for landscape.
3. The demo crew ripped out beautiful mature cactus from our front yard that we told Frank and his crew to not remove. In fact, we told them four separate times to not touch the cactus. Frank promised to replace these plants and never did.
4. Another worker drove the front loader into the body of our house in four separate locations causing damage to the stucco/block which we had to pay a third-party to repair and paint (another $1000).
5. A worker also hit a metal-framed custom built awning (worth $7000) with a front loader, bending the frame and they never fixed it even after promising they would.
6. Frank's team never moved the rock to our easements and we were quoted $3000 from another company to have this work completed.

Please note that several attempts were made to contact Frank in order to have these damages remedied. Unfortunately he did not respond and has left me no choice but to leave this terrible review. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and over 2 months to make good on the promised repairs.
The fact is this company caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to my property that I had to pay out of pocket to other companies to fix. Currently seeking legal council for next steps and hope no one else is taken advantage of by this company.

Frank was amazing. He was on time and got in and out. Price was very competitive for pre grading my backyard. He cleaned up and washed everything down afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Frank is extremely professional and gives great service. He knows not just demo but how to handle unexpected issues that I did not see (like electric outlet in wall we discovered). I hired Franks Demo to bury our 30 X 15 foot pool. Frank came out and discussed how it would be done and quoted me a very reasonable price. Frank is easy to talk to and I felt good about hiring his company. His crew showed up the next day to start on the project. They used a masonry saw to cut large holes in the pool floor (for drainage) and a bobcat to break up the cool deck and move additional dirt into the pool. His men are hard workers and in two days they took down a cinderblock wall, buried the pool and rebuilt the wall with the original cinder block. Unfortunately, the old cinder block was too brittle and had to be patched. When Frank saw the patched wall, he had his men take down the wall and rebuild it with new cinderblock. Frank delivered on all he promised and I would definitely use them again.

Frank and his team did an amazing job grading our backyard for preparation for artificial turf and pavers. They hauled away 5 truck loads of dirt. Frank was very upfront about the cost and estimated accurately how many truck loads would be needed to accomplish the job. Before hauling away the dirt, they are very honest about involving the homeowner to come out to check the truck to make sure it is FULL before hauling away.  Frank is also very knowledgeable about grading that we received at the initial consultation!  I would highly recommend frank and his company to anyone and if needed in the future, we will be using his services again without any hesitation!  Good guy, good workers, excellent services!  Our yard looks amazing even though it's just dirt right now!

I needed a mattress removed ASAP and guys were here within hours. They were nice, no nonsense, and quoted me the best price out of 5 other places. I appreciated the quick service at a decent price and highly recommend them. I will definitely do business with them again.

Franks hauling and grading is a top notch service I have used them twice now and will probably be using them for a third time. I had a ton of complicated landscaping to remove including small tree stumps, pavers, large boulders etc. Franks came out removed it and graded my yard no problem. My load was even a little over and they took care of it anyway. Frank is also really responsive I called the day before and they would of come the next day if I needed.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape removal or any kind of grading.

We came to Frank's business after making a huge mistake in hiring a local landscaping company that was shady. Long story short, we paid them way too much for work they didn't do. We were stupid! Can't recommend Frank's Demo/Grading & Hauling enough. Excellent pricing, good communication and the guys that came out to do the job were courteous and friendly, and really took their job seriously. This type of work is tough sometimes to find good people, and you never know what you're going to get but my husband and I were very pleased with their work and the fair price we paid.

Frank sent a crew out to our house to clear out a bunch of gravel and rock with dog poop and trash in it.... they cleared everything quick, graded the ground, cleaned everything up in a few hours! I tipped the guys extra because they worked their butts off to get it done quick even though it was about 6:00pm.

I just called for another job, as we remodel our yard more trash and debris come up, so we called Frank to come haul it out. Super easy to get a hold of him through Yelp. He answered right away.

I would hire franks company again! I had a garage project that I needed cleared out and had trash and items I needed hauled away. I wish I could provide a better review but unfortunately when I scheduled an estimate no one ever showed. When I reached out to Frank I was told that his partner that works on our side of town was not answering his texts. I tried to reschedule for another day, but no one bothered to reply back to me.

WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN!! I hired Frank and we talked about the plan for the yard. There were many details that had to happen and he was great, understood what needed to happen. When he was supposed to come over, two random other guys came who had no idea what was going on. I tried to explain but they were clueless. They were supposed to be there at 7 and didn't show up till 10. They worked for 30minutes then were gone for 3 hours then slowly worked till it got dark enough to quit. I was very upset that they didn't even know what they were supposed to do but their lack of workmanship was crazy!! Not level at all!  I talked to Frank after telling them many times what I wanted. He talked to them but by the time they started it was almost to dark outside. Them they left expecting full pay!!!! Ugh. So mad and upset.

Needed my backyard scraped clear of all the rock and shrubs so I could start over with a clean slate. Franks team got in there and got my yard scraped clear and graded in a day and a half! Would definitely recommend him and his team for your excavation job.

Frank was quick to respond when I put out a request for help. They came and took care of the job for a reasonable price and they worked around my schedule. Not only did they clear out the debris but they cleaned up the site without being asked. They left the area better than they found it! Great team, easy to work with, highly recommended!

Great experience, Frank communicants well and quickly. they arrived on time and frank even texted me when they were on the way prior to the arrival. these guys were great , hard working and detailed. i hired frank and his crew to take down a 25 ft long block cement fence in my back yard and  they did a great job !! not only did they work hard all day removing the heavy blocks and cement but they leveled out the bottom so well you can't tell that a block wall ever existed. they are as good as it get !!
