Carole's House Cleaning contacted me to find out why our service wasn't up to their standards. They sent out another crew, Alecia & Monica, to make sure we received the services we paid for. Alecia & Monica did an amazing job on our home, paying attention to all of the small details. We are so pleased with the service we received. We are very grateful that this company cares enough to follow up!! Carole's House Cleaning will be the company that I hire once I'm ready to hire again.

Used this company for a custom cleaning service and was very pleased that I did. Kevin arrived shortly after the projected window which was great. I briefed Kevin on the custom service needed and gave him a tour of the house.

Kevin immediately started the service and it didn't take long to realize how detailed, thorough and conscientious he was in doing the job. Kevin fallowed instructions to the letter and completed the job in exactly the amount of time I projected it would take.

I have used numerous house cleaners in the past, but Kevin without a doubt outperformed each and every one of them. His company should realize what a professional asset Kevin is to the company. Kevin will be my go to guy for future cleaning services.

I wanted to update this review because the company reached out to me for a free cleaning to try and make my bad experience right. I really appreciate companies that do this. Destiny was our cleaner and she did a great job and was a total sweetheart. I have teal colored hair and my bathtub always has a bit of a blue tinge to it and she was able to get it out!

I did round it up to 4 stars and definitely appreciate the job well done, but I can't help but remember how mean the original man I spoke to was (I was pregnant and he definitely made me cry). It seems that he may no longer be with the company or I was lucky to speak with another manager. It you speak to that person or get Destiny as a cleaner it'll be a job well done.

As an update to my review nine months ago, I am pleased that I finally got a call from the owner at Carole's, wanting to make the situation right. He explained that the prior problems occurred with a previous manager who was no longer with them. He reimbursed me for the blind repair and offered two free cleanings. I appreciate the proper resolution...though disappointed it took nine months to happen. I'd be willing to give them another chance, given the hope of new management and the apology for the previous handing of the situation. I'd have rated them 5 stars if it were handled this way initially. I'll update my review if I decide to keep using them and things go well.

I did think the cleaning was good previously. I'll feel better when I hear more positive feedback from the cleaners about their work environment.

We really wish we had done this earlier! Maci did a great job cleaning our place in the 3 hr time frame. Price was also very good compared to other quotes I received in the area. We did set up routine monthly cleanings from now on. The manager Brian is also very responsive. We did originally have an issue with the cleaner not showing up due to a car issue or something happening on the highway. Brian was able to get us rescheduled and offered a discount. Overall we are pleased with the experience.

My parents house needed a good deep cleaning. Carole's House Cleaning was the first to respond to my project request. Very reasonable - $250 for 2 people, 3 hours. They were able to accommodate the date and time I needed and were very communicative.

They did an excellent job - everything was clean and the house smelled great!

Watch out, great cleaning ahead! Carole's house cleaning is spot on. The team, Brian and Cassandra, showed up on time and went right to work. They did a great job and were very professional.

The service also helped schedule a carpet cleaner. The cleaner did a great job.

I do not usually leave reviews but I rely on them so I thought I would leave one for this service so others can use it to make their decision in selecting a cleaning service.

The previous cleaning company we had did a WONDERFUL job but they were late repeatedly and we could not keep delaying plans we had, so I decided to look for another.

I was out of town on a work trip, so I requested a DEEP clean via Yelp and we were scheduled for that Saturday under my fiancés name and number with an arrival window of 1-3pm. They did not show up.

My fiancé called them and the person who answered admitted to the mistake himself saying he forgot to put us on the schedule. We were then booked for next day for a reduced rate for their error.

Two cleaners were sent, one named Tammy but not did catch the name of the second woman. Upon their arrival at 9:15, they got on the phone with someone back at their office and thought they were at the wrong house, so they had to get that cleared up. So far, two instances of disorganization.

When I returned from my work trip, I did a walkthrough of the house. They threw away our bar soap that was in a dish in the shower, and our toothpaste by the sink as well. Both almost done but still useable. My loofah and razor were outside of the bathroom on my nightstand. They were probably taken out to clean the shower but forgot to put back. What an odd spot to leave it. I would have understood if it were left on my sink or something...

In the kitchen, there was still grease on the oven and microwave, and soap build up on the sink.

To conclude, if you would have told me that no one showed up, I would have believed you. This Yelp deal we received was very cheap but we decided to give it a go since there are many good reviews, but I guess you get what you pay for. I could have done a better job myself, but I do not have the time, hence hiring a cleaner while out of town. I had requested a DEEP clean and this wouldn't even pass for a routine cleaning. There were TWO cleaners that were here for three hours and it looked like no one came. Our previous company always sent one person and she completed it in less time, and did a better job.

We will be using our previous company again. I would rather deal with their tardiness than receive a subpar cleaning.

Scheduled a cleaning over a week in advance for our house warming party. The cleaner showed up to our door, then claimed she needed to get her cleaning supplies. She went to her car, hopped on a phone call, and drove away without saying a word or completing any service. We reached out to management and they said this wasn't the first time it's happened with her, and that they could send someone a few hours later. This cleaner was also late, meaning our house cleaning wouldn't start until 6PM. The night before our party we ended up having to do our own cleaning instead of setting up as we had planned. This was the first time we tried to work with them and they are clearly not reliable enough to use for a big event, or maybe at all.

My gut tells me this business is under new management and needs some fine tuning. I used them twice. The house cleaners do a very good job. But, what I learned is that each cleaner is responsible for their own equipment and supplies and they all use different products. Two different cleaners had to be briefed each completely on my preferences. This is time consuming and I ended up having them use my products, which I was not expecting. The owner couldn't get Zelle to work last month and said he would waive the 4% chg. He didn't and when I told him, there was no offer to reimburse. This time I paid cash which requires the housecleaner to drive to Tempe to deliver to their office. The owner did not inquire on whether or not they did a good job I am not sure this business owner is aware that they should actually be doing SOMETHING to earn their portion of what is paid. Training, equipment, supplies, coaching from reviews should be part of their service. They are not inexpensive so this was disappointing.

Right before the holidays, I hired this company for a Move In cleaning. Shawn said it included everything from ceiling to floor, he repeated that twice. I asked about walls, baseboards, bathrooms, drawers, he said EVERYTHING, adamantly. He said I had to pay in advance, $550.00, and I did.

The next day 2 cleaning people came and stayed 2 hours, but literally did not clean anything. They wiped a dirty rag across countertops and windowsills. I tried to explain to them what needed cleaning, but they just didn't do it.

I took 20 pictures and had 6 phones calls with Shawn and Cristina. They were rude and full of excuses. They would not budge on any kind of refund.

I have since filed a Consumer Complaint with the AG office of AZ. I also see many others have had the experience that I did with these people. A few pictures below... zero stars is the true rating.

I have used Carole's Cleaners 2 multiple times on various properties. I hired them to do a move out clean when we sold our home in Ahwatukee, I hired them again to do a deep clean when we moved into our new condo in Chandler. I even hired them to do a cleaning after our middle child left a short term Airbnb. Every time they have been responsive, professional, and affordable, and every time they have done an exceptional job. Because I've been so pleased with my past experiences, I decided to set them up on a regular cleaning schedule. Although they couldn't guarantee that I would have the same cleaner every time, we did pick the same day and time schedule and it is likely that I will have the same house keeper. So today Brian came to clean our condo. Brian arrived ahead of schedule and came prepared with all his own supplies and cleaning tools. He is incredibly positive and checked in with me frequently to see if there were any "extra" that I'd like to have him do since he was ahead of schedule. Brian also checked in with me to verify what cleaning supplies I was comfortable with him using on various surfaces throughout the home. He was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job!

I used this service 3 times. After the 3rd time I cancelled the service. The 1st 2 times, it was exactly as contracted, they were great. The 3rd time, the cleaner spent much of her time on her phone. Cleaned exactly the same amount as the last 2 times, but then had the nerve to charge me for the extra time.

I was given the option to limit the time of the service in the future so that it wouldn't go over a certain time. They were rude about the fact that getting less area cleaned by a person that wasn't using her time well was not a satisfactory option. I wanted the same service done the prior 2 times in the same amount of time. Not unreasonable. I paid them the extra. (They discounted by 1/2 for the extra time and acted like they were doing me a favor.) Never using them again.

I requested a quote for a deep cleaning which they quoted me $175 . I asked them several times for a list of what was included in a deep cleaning it was never provided.
The owner/manager said that I would have to do a walk-through with the person who came to let them know exactly what I needed to have done.
They gave a one hour window for their teams arrival time. When the first person got here I was in the middle of a conference call. When the second person got here 10 minutes later it was still on that conference call.
I reached out to the owner/manager and asked for the list of what they do in a basic cleaning. They responded in the same way as before that I would have to tell their people exactly what to do.

I gave general instructions as to what I wanted to have completed. I never expected to have to provide a detailed list to a crew of house cleaners.

They didn't Windex any mirrors or sliding doors, the stove was barely touched, none of the wall items were dusted, left footprints all over front entry area. I asked them to clean the baseboards, which they mostly did. This was definitely NOT a Deep Clean.

I will not use this company and do not recommend this company even for basic cleaning.

The excuse- I must have texted them off hours. Well, I did and when they asked my to text during office hours, I did that as well. They asked for my address, and confirmed my booking.

So I chose them because of the high reviews that they got on google, and when I called them I asked them for a good cleaner they told me YOU WILL BE EXPRESSED . The maid came and cleaned for 2 hours only instead of cleaning as agreed which is 3 hours!!! She just left the house saying that she's going to get a mope and she didn't come back!! And she didn't even clean properly and when I informed her that the toilet is still dirty she said that she cleaned it already, the dirt was soooo obvious!!!! So unprofessional and they don't even clean properly , I don't recommend them at all.

The estimates were given as per the house area, number of bathrooms, bedrooms etc.
The first three hours are for the price quoted. It is not possible to do a deep cleaning in three hours so the work as to be done rushing to complete in three hours or be ready to pay extra for each hour to complete the required area cleaning work. Only one person came and tried to do the work in four hours but it's up to the expectations.

The issue came when the cleaner from Caroles House Cleaning spent an hour cleaning just the vanishing blinds. The cleaner spent 4 hours cleaning two bathrooms and the floor of the master bedroom. It was confirmed from the cleaner that I was going to get charged for the 4 hours since it took some time explaining what I wanted.

The manager, Christina, then called me being very rude telling me I am being charged for 4.5 hours disregarding what my cleaner told me. Then refuses to contact the cleaner to get an explanation from her that we had discussed in detail what I wanted done. She threatened to report me if I don't pay for the extra half hour. In the end, I paid the extra half hour even though she chose a hostile approach but I would recommend staying away from this company. She also told me the wrong Venmo account, so I had to go and call Venmo to get back my money, instead she could have just charged me on Venmo.

This service has gone from bad to worse. Each cleaner they have been sending out does less and worse than the last one. One cleaner didn't clean an entire bathroom or the kitchen. Another spent 4.5 hours and only got half the house clean. The best was when one left the stove filthy and when I complained about it, they sent another cleaner the next time who left it the same (see pics). When I ask for them not to send one of their bad cleaners out, they agree and then send them anyway. One cleaner stood me up TWICE.

We needed a last minute clean before a weekend visitor so I reached out to Carole's and they were quick to respond, with really great prices! Yessenia cleaned our apartment so well and was so nice. I work from home and she was very considerate of whether or not I was on a call, and not to disturb me. Additionally, we just moved from San Francisco, and adjusting to the Arizona bugs has been a challenge. Yessenia added vinegar to the floors while mopping to help keep pesky bugs away! I am so grateful!

I have hired them twice. First time they charged for deep cleaning, they were 2 hours late, and did not clean. Person had bad attitude. Second time I did not recall they were the same company. Person arrived, but cleaning was superficial. I sent photos after cleaning showing left dirt and lack of cleaning. They did refund my payment this time and offered another free cleaning. Sorry, no 3rd chances will be given.

I hired this firm expecting a team of cleaners , based on the fee, and my desire to have a thorough post-construction cleaning job done. Instead, two lovely women showed up and did a mere surface cleaning, requiring me to spend the rest of my day scrubbing. They left streaks on the appliances and the floor and I found spiderwebs and dirt throughout my house.

Update: The owner of the company reached out to me following my negative review and offered to refund all my money . He additionally gave me the equivalent amount of money in credit to be used for a future cleaning or to give away as a gift to someone else. I respect an owner of a small business making every effort to rectify a situation. I was terribly disappointed in the cleaning, however, I appreciate the refund and the credit.

We had Carole's come do the pre-move in cleaning for our new house, and they did an awesome job. The pricing was much cheaper than anywhere else we had gotten quotes from, and they really took their time cleaning the house and all the spaces in it.

We don't plan on moving out any time soon, but if we did we would call Caroles. We may also look into them if we ever decide to get a more regular housekeeper! Totally recommend

The communication on Yelp for this service is excellent. I got my questions answered quickly. Also, the text message reminder was good and the phone calls from the house cleaner, Destiny, to inform me of her arrival was excellent. They were horrible. When the owner called he was argumentative from the beginning. Threatening us. They were supposed to be here today and they said they had already come out.
We were so upset over the job they did, drawers hadn't been touched windows weren't washed floors were filthy. But the biggest problem was the attitude of the owner. I wanted him to come and see the bad job but he said "I'm not doing that
" I asked why?
He replied"because I'm in California"
So if you want a locally owned business, don't call Carol's Cleaning!

If this is the best reviews out of the entire house cleaning places I won't bother, the last place I hired was horrible and wanted paid up front, didn't do anything they said just like I'm seeing in these pictures of Carole's. If you can't hire good people don't have a cleaning business, and wear booties or take your shoes off in people's house.

Very quick response! I asked for a quote on a deep cleaning and explained what needed to be done and was told that it would not be a problem and was quoted a price. The day of the cleaning there were two cleaners that came out because one was in training. Cleaners were there for three hours. After they left I noticed that hardly anything had been done accept surface dusting and cleaning. The kitchen had not been touched and there was still a lot of dust and dirt throughout the house, not to mention urine stains on the toilet. They were very good at rescheduling and getting somebody out to finish the job. When the cleaner arrived I was told that they do not move things to dust or clean and that most of what I had ask they did not do.. IE clean blinds, cupboard etc... I also noticed that the cleaner did not have a scrub brush to clean the bathtub or the toilet and all that she did was "wipe" things down with the a cloth and cleaner ( the house hadn't been lived for over a year and was dirty... all to which had been explained in our initial conversation) . When given a list and explained what needed to be done the cleaner acknowledged and said it wouldn't be a problem, however, most of it was not done at all. The cleaners were very kind, however, the job was done haphazard. I spent several hours cleaning up what should have been done the first place by them.
If you need an easy, light cleaning, because your house is already clean, I'm sure this is a great company, however, if you need a deep cleaning USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! I will add that the company did apologize and offer a free cleaning, however, finding that I had to go through and re-clean everything that supposedly had been cleaned, I'm choosing not to take them up on their offer.

AVOID! They were here FOUR HOURS and did what I can do in less than two. They are NOT experts in hard water stains or in deep cleaning at all. When you try to complain or voice your concern you're talked over and censored by their politicians they call managers. Terrible service and even worse staff. The chemicals they use stink like urine. They left two hours ago and it still smells. I was forced to redo my floors with my own mop and simple water and vinegar. Thank god it's nice out and not summer, so I can leave my windows open. They basically wiped counter tops, vacuumed mopped and dusted with a cheap swiffer brush that just flew dust everywhere. In that order btw. Who does that!? Scrub, wipe, dust, Vacuum then Mop should be last. Take a wet damp cloth and professionally dust! You're a supposed professional cleaner for gods sake. FOUR hours of lazy slow incompetent work. The last cleaners I used were done in two hours and they even wiped windows, walls, doors handles, the little things that go above and beyond what you can do yourself. But she retired. Because she probably did such a great job she had more business then time. You will be disappointed if you use them. I guarantee it.

I had a terrible time finding a service to replace my trusty cleaning person, who is out with a serious injury; I had people ghost me, show up and not be able to complete the job, and cancel the day before after emailing me with incessant reminders. So I was immensely relieved when I was able to book a cleaning within a reasonable time, at a reasonable price, and no fuss. The cleaning person, Michelle, sowed up on time, was polite and delightful to deal with, and went through my house efficiently. She did a great job, made sure I was ok with what she was doing, and kept me informed on rates. After she finished, I received messages for feed back and they responded positively to a small issue I brought up. I have booked them again and asked for same person!

Very satisfied with our deep cleaning service. The lady that came in to do the job was very nice, appropriate, professional, & asked us to check the house to make sure she didn't miss anything.
However, after she left, we noticed 1 wheel to our vacuum was off. I'm sure it was a total accident but we wish we would've been told about it, even if it wasn't the cleaner's fault. This way we could've fixed the issue. Maybe even remove vacuuming from the tasks because it made the cleaner take longer on finishing. Anyway, we called the company to notify & we found out the cleaners are supposed to bring their own vacuum, so Carole's House Cleaning discounted how much our vacuum cost from the total price. :)

I hired them for a move out and this has to be the worst cleaning I have ever seen! They left the home filthy! It was moving day, so I didn't noticed how bad it was until my walk through with my landlord a few hours later and it was incredibly embarrassing to say the least! They must not have used any cleaning products because there was so much dirt left behind that I had to hire cleaners to redo the entire house. Toilets were still stained, tubs surfaces were black when wiped, dust bunnies on counters and closet shelves, the house didn't not have any scent of cleaner being used at all...even the movers made a comment about how they couldn't possibly have used cleaner since they didn't smell any. My landlord, myself and the new tenants were all in awe...so embarrassing!

It was Friday afternoon and when I called to notify them I had to leave a voicemail. I followed up with a text message the following day and still no reply. I had no choice but to hire someone else to redo the entire house. I finally called them again on the following Wednesday only to have the manager claim the house was cleaned and she would send me pictures to prove it. She sent me over 30 pics of a house that was not mine. When I sent her pics of the filth left behind she offered me a $100 credit. I ended up paying $325 to them plus an $80 tip, then an additional $300 for the 2nd cleaning to another company! That is over $700!

I've tried to keep my condo clean for years, but after moving into an 1,800 sq. foot home, I finally admitted defeat because I'm just too busy and lazy to clean it the way it needs.

Enter Carole's. I did quite a bit of research into cleaning companies before moving forward with them, and I was not disappointed! They're very affordable, and their workers do a fantasy job doing a deep clean. I love how it feels after they're finished.

The first time they came out there was a weird scheduling issue which added more time to a deep clean, but they gave me a fantastic discount and fantastic customer service to make up for it.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the last maid wasn't communicative at all. She didn't check in with my husband to see if he was satisfied with the finished work like the last maid, and in fact, he didn't even realized she'd left. It was odd, but a very minor complaint. It's more my personal issue for being very particular about how I like things.

I hate to say this but I am perplexed how this company has such a great Yelp rating with the amount of bad reviews and service they provide. I made the unfortunate mistake of unknowingly booking this company twice (almost 2 years apart), and both times I received absolutely horrible service. In both situations, the basics of the cleaning job weren't done and I spent 1.5-2 additional hours afterwards cleaning the same areas. In the most recent visit, they were asked to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They didn't touch the bathtub or kitchen sink at all. It seems like the only thing they did was vacuum, mop, and wipe the countertops down, which I could have accomplished myself in 1/4 of the time. Additionally, I was originally quoted $175 for 3 hours and one cleaner showed up and was here for less than 2.5. After complaining about the first cleaning I had with this company, they indicated they would discount my next cleaning but no mention of that happened when I booked this second appointment- they said they didn't have record of me but they honored my word (and I had prior texts to support it). I actually feel like folks may be getting scammed if they aren't sure what a true cleaning service should look like. The only reason this even gets one star is because they offered to discount the price and provide the next cleaning for free. I have to imagine even the employees get fired of coming back to clean up their colleagues messes based on the amount of reviews that state this as their solution. Please do better- our money is hard earned and we expect to get what we paid for (the first time).

We had Carole's do a monthly cleaning for six months and working with them has been beyond frustrating. We chose them, in part, because they marketed green cleaning products. Workers either came without green products or the schedulers would want to reschedule because the right worker was not available.

We had set up a consistent time (Tuesday mornings on the second Tuesday of the month) and changes kept happening to the schedule for other reasons as well. Again today for the 3rd time in 6 months!

The cleaning was generally well done, but we just can't continue to manage a service team we are paying to help us simplify an area of life.

These issues have already been addressed with them directly. I can't recommend them. Keep looking.

I needed a deep clean for visiting relatives and, having recently had surgery, could not do it myself. I received very prompt responses through the Yelp messaging service and was able to follow up and confirm my appointment for the next week. Our cleaner, Tish, was an absolute joy. She showed up on time, ready to work, and did a great job on all of the areas I wanted targeted, as well as touching up a few areas I had forgotten. She's also a pleasure to talk with.

I originally hired Carole's to do a deep clean on my home so it would look great for listing pictures and showings/open houses. They quoted a price around $350 for a 1650 sqft home. I didn't call around because they had come recommended to me. The ladies who showed up were very nice and polite, and congenial. I showed them a couple things I really need done- specifically I wanted the walls and cabinets in the kitchen wiped down and the stairs vacuumed. I injured my back, and can't really get to either. We had dust on our walls and cabinets from having the floor replaced, so it was pretty obvious. They worked for fours hours, but rather than vaccuum the stairs, she swept it, but that didn't really get it (it's carpeted). She said she couldn't do a real deep clean because we still had furniture in the house. I had told the company we were still living in the house through messaging, but they indicated that would not be an issue. After they left I noticed she never did clean the walls as I asked or even touched the blinds, door handles, light switches, baseboard, etc.

Long story short, I have never hired cleaners before and didn't know what to expect, so after consulting with some friends, I realized I hadn't gotten what I paid for. I contacted the company, and they were quick to respond and offered to send another cleaner out the next day which wasn't going to work for us, and then they offered to have someone come out to do a three hour clean at another time. I wasn't able to list the house when I wanted to because even my realtor agreed they hadn't done the job well, so I ended up doing it myself, and listed it weeks later when my back was better recovered. I don't think I was expecting miracles, but I wish they had some kind of checklist I could see to know what would have been expected. I had the second cleaner out recently to do a standard three hour clean, she spent the vast majority of the time in the master bath, and did a better job than the two ladies for 4 hours. I am still left wondering what I paid for in the first place.

We scheduled a move out cleaning and two cleaners showed up. The arrived late because their other job ran over. They used no elbow grease whatsoever. They did not clean baseboards. The job wasn't even done and they were getting ready to leave; one of the ladies told us she had to get going because she doesn't see well at night...we had to ask them to vacuum first! When the owner called to take payment, he didn't even ask how the service was. Our cleaners told us they have to pay for their own cleaning supplies and get very little per day for gas mileage. Doesn't sound like they are treated well and it showed in their work. We had to re-clean the house ourselves after spending $300 and giving them each a $40 tip.

I just moved here and have been looking for a good reliable cleaning service. Carole's house cleaning really did a good job. My apartment is not the easiest to find but she was able to find it no problem and start the job a few minutes early without even calling for help, (I am blanking on the name of our cleaner I'm so sorry but she was great!) We even have two cats and she was great with them too. Also, because I'm crazy with how well things are cleaned when advertised "deep clean", I put some bottles in my shower to hide some dirty spots, and our cleaner most definitely picked everything up and cleaned underneath things which I was very excited about. She left the house smelling great and looking brand new.

We hired Carole's house cleaning for a 1,000 sq foot condo that we were moving into. It seemed like they went though and just wiped a few things down, swept a little. The house cleaner came when there was very little furniture in the condo prior to us moving in. We were told that it was full "top to bottom" house cleaning. When we moved in the baseboards were not wiped down (we were told that would be included) & the fans had not even been dusted. The base of the toilets had not been cleaned. The whole reason for hiring the cleaning service was so that we would not have to do the baseboards, dusting, & cleaning toilets so it was disappointing that none of these had been cleaned well. With such a small area to clean, we expected more to be done than what we saw. It was the best price out of the 3 other quotes I received but, you get what you pay for.

I had such high hopes for this business given the reviews. I called at the beginning of the week to make an appointment for someone to deep clean my dad's condo in Fountain Hills. I wanted to schedule it for an afternoon cleaning but was told it really needs to be in the morning due to the location, which is difficult given my dad's work schedule and that I have a sleep disability. Nevertheless, we complied and scheduled it for this morning, Black Friday, since we are having a party later this evening. We were given an arrival time of 9 am to 10 am and my dad made sure he was up early for it even though today is one of the few days he could sleep in. It's now 2:45 pm and no one ever showed up. No call, no email saying they weren't coming -- nothing. Just a complete no show and now we're left in the lurch because we are having a gathering at our house tonight and there's no way we can get it cleaned on time. So unprofessional. Very disappointed with this business.

We requested 3-hours of deep cleaning as a trial run with the intent of scheduling regular monthly cleanings. When we originally requested the quote, we specified that we wanted someone to pay special attention to and scrub the tile and grout in one of our showers. Victoria A. came out for the initial cleaning and we were very disappointed. She did not come prepared with the proper equipment and clearly did the bare minimum. There were still visible dust bunnies and dirt throughout the house - like she had only vacuumed the center of the rooms and not bothered to reach the corners or under furniture. She also didn't clean the shower at all. I was very frustrated.

However, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the company and they quickly scheduled us for a re-clean. Kevin came out a few days later and did an excellent job. He was polite, thorough and efficient. If we decide to move forward with monthly cleanings, we will definitely be requesting him!

We recently moved in and needed the house to be cleaned, so I reached out to Carole's House Cleaning to see their availability. Luckily, they were able to come out in a few days to do a "move in" cleaning. Victoria, Brianna, and Chantel arrived on time at 9am and came with all the necessary cleaning supplies (i.e. broom, vacuum, mops, cloths, cleaning sprays, etc.). They cleaned the whole house in 2 hours and everything was sanitized. I appreciated that they wore masks since I am 7 months pregnant and I wore my mask the whole time they were in the house as well. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and dusted liked I had asked. Will probably use them in the future since having a newborn will not leave me with much time to deep clean regularly like I used to. Prices are reasonable and services were good.

We've been using Carole's cleaning service since we moved to Mesa a year ago. I appreciate the text communication and flexibility, as well as reasonable pricing. I work full time and have two kids, and it's really helpful to have someone come in every couple weeks for maintenance cleaning like floors, bathrooms and counter tops. Using the extra helps makes my weekends much more enjoyable as I'm not losing a day cleaning! I was promised by the landlord the condo I was moving into was cleaned literally the hour before I moved in.... but when I got there the house smelled like a garbage can had been left out, kitchen sink visibly dirty, food debris in every cupboard, dishwasher was disgusting (actual chunks of food in the bottom), upholstery dingy, the bathrooms hardly wiped down, bottom of the bathtub stained brown, it was so disappointing when I was promised by the owner it had been cleaned.

I called easily 8 companies looking for someone who could come out ASAP, only to have to leave voicemails, or told nothing sooner than 3 weeks without exception, Carole's answered the phone and immediately had me on the books for two days later.

The cleaners came while I was at work and even called when they arrived to make sure they understood exactly everything I wanted done in their visit. When I got home every cupboard was spotless, glasses and plates nicely displayed, beautiful carpets, upholstery clean, in the bathroom all the towels were so nicely folded, the tub perfectly white, bed made, and the house smelled great! The care she took was wonderful! I cannot be happier!

I requested wood blinds cleaning (I'm just too tired to waste a half day off on them anymore) and a very polite young lady completed the job. The blinds never looked so good. I don't even know what to say. After reading great reviews I thought they'd be the perfect company to clean my parents home. For the first clean, a girl showed up with a bucket & a bottle of dawn dish soap and pushed dirt around for 2 hours. The company sent someone else the following day to clean again and that person did okay. Missed a few spots but still busted her butt. My parents had another clean today and the house was still filthy when the cleaner left. Tons of areas left with dust, only half the kitchen counters were cleaned, floors still dirty, smears on the stove, etc. I was willing to forgive the first time not going well and I respected their willingness to correct the situation, but a second time is unacceptable. There are some serious training and quality control issues going on and unfortunately we will not be using them again.

I hired this company to so a simple 3 bedroom house cleaning about a month ago and during the process of cleaning my master bathroom the employee shattered my sliding glass shower door. I understand that accidents happen but the owner has now refused to work with me to get this damage fixed and is now no longer communicating with me. I would be very careful who you hire to clean your home as now I am going through the process of filing a legal claim against the company. It is disheartening that the owner has refused to work with me to correct the damage caused by their company.

These guys were the first to respond and were able to schedule everything through messaging which I really appreciated because I was busy at work and couldn't hop on the phone. I was very hesitant on getting a house cleaner for multiple reasons. One: I never wanted to admit to have someone else clean my house but Two: It's scary having a complete stranger in your home when your not there.

Caroles House Cleaning has blown me away! We have been using them for a little over 3 months now and everytime they do a perfect job! Communication is my biggest factor with working with companies. They communicate when things are going on, getting into the house is hassle free, and payment is simple.

Once they are done cleaning the home, Shawn the manager takes payment directly over the phone.

We use their service every 5 weeks which is pretty good for not cleaning it at all during that period of time. His team is there for a total of 4 hours!

I have had them do 2 move out cleanings for me in apartments. The first one some issues came up with one of their cleaners doing a horrible job. But the response from the business when I told then was phenomenal! They immediately scheduled to have their best cleaner come over and fix it. As well as apologizing profusely. Their top employee was also horrified at the job the one cleaner had done. And also apologized for what had happened. I was so impressed at how well they handled it I decided to uses them a second time a few months later for another clean out in an apartment. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of apartments move out cleaning.

Do NOT hire. Left my house completely disgusting and dirty and paid $250 and they refused to refund us. Landlord ended up charging $300 from my deposit to clean the house after. They didn't even vaccuum. they basically scammed us. said they would deep clean house including carpet and appliances which they didn't even touch. Ended up paying $250 for them to mop the floor and wipe down counters. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!

We called this company at the last minute when our scheduled cleaner ran into personal problems and had to keep canceling our cleaning. They sent Allison over the next day (one day earlier than promised due to a cancelation) and she was here for about 6 hours. She did an excellent job. She was very communicative, wanted us to check over her work and mention anything that we wanted done that she hadn't done.

We scheduled a "deep clean" though we have no pets and there were only a few areas that I would describe as very dirty. She had her own supplies, but I did give her a wood floor cleaner that I wanted used.

We got the Yelp discount, so paid $180 which I feel was good value for the money. I recommend this company and will most likely call them again.

Charged me $350.00 to clean an empty house for sale,Clean ok but left all the cobwebs around the ceiling area stating they couldn't reach it???? but managed to clean cupboards 2 feet from the ceiling."We don't use stepladders" so how did you reach those upper cupboards "we charge extra for cleaning walls" I now have to get some taller cleaners with longer handles,one of the lamest excuses I have ever heard.You should have told us you can't do the job properly,and cannot reach high places,we would have got someone that would/could reach..What an outfit,I needed it cleaned and it wasn't....But still charged me full price,now I have to get another person in,what a waste of my time..."We can get someone there tomorrow to do it " she said So it's bulls**t that they couldn't reach,why would you send someone in tomorrow!!!! right!!!!! I used this service to clean my RV. There is a 3 hour minimum, which kind of sucks. They did manage to fit me in on a Saturday, which was nice. The lady that cleaned my house did a decent job, just not as thorough as I am used to. Little things were missed, but that is fairly common with cleaning services. I will use them again, as the cost is comparable to others I contacted. Decent service at a decent price. Can't expect them to clean to an army inspection level. I am still searching for the company that does that!

Wow! What a great company! We decided to get a monthly service to help keep our new house looking new. Since day one we have been wowed! The cleaners are friendly, energetic people who listened to what WE wanted done and not just a preset list. They arrive on time and have always appeared to truly to care about their work and take pride in what they do. Every month my wife has a area (baseboards!) she wants done. They always finish it up and do so much more! I truly recommend Carole's, from my own personal experiences. Even when I had to change our cleaning time at the last minute they were quick to respond and reschedule. I don't leave many reviews, only when someone is extremely bad or good. Carole's is AMAZING!

Wowow... Recently contacted Shawn to have a clean out/deep clean done to my 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom. I got 2 other quotes and while i'm sure they did great work their prices were a good amount more than what shawn quoted me. He also mentioned that they did carpet and tile/grout cleaning and would give me a discount if I bundled all together which I opted in for. They arrived promptly at 9:00AM did what they had to do and called me for payment (as i just moved to California) When Shawn gave me the price I was a bit skeptical because it was so low, but who am I to complain so I paid it and he sent me over some photos and i'll let them do the talking! Shortly after he called me back and said he actually forgot to include the actual cleaning but was a man of his word and said what he quoted me was what was due. Not only did he win me over as a repeat customer i'm telling all my friends.

I would have otherwise rated the cleaning services a 5 but I am writing a review for myself and a friend as I recommended their services and was present during the cleaning.

I scheduled move-out cleaning services for both she & I as we were moving out of our apartments. The lady that cleaned my friend's apartment was very pleasant and eager to begin cleaning. I left for a while to take care of other things and when I returned 2 hours later she was already done although scheduled for 3 hours. No biggie because the apartment didn't look lived in as my friend is always working. I noticed the drawers and crisper in the fridge were not cleaned out, then I noticed the glass mirror in the bedroom had not been cleaned. Those things that were pointed out to her, we addressed. It wasn't until the next day that I returned and noticed the light fixtures had not been wiped down and there was still an accumulation of dust & hair on the baseboard in the bathroom that I ultimately cleaned.

I called Carole's Housing to provide feedback (well received). Fast forward to my appointment.

Arrora was my cleaning lady yesterday. She and I did a walk-thru and I pointed out some areas that I wanted her to pay attention to. She did a fantastic job. I don't think I could have done a better job myself. If I had to hire an individual regularly, it would certainly have been her. The only thing that was not done but it's my fault I guess because I failed to request it specifically, the couch cushions were not removed and cleaned underneath. I didn't even think of that but now that I think about it, I would think that to be standard in a move out clean.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! The employee was KAI, he could not tell me what kind of service "standard" was. I requested DEEP cleaning to the service when I booked them. KAI spent a great deal of his time on his cell phone. In the living room he mopped before he dusted. He did not clean out the waste baskets in any area of house and then said he had run out of wipe to clean them. He also had to be instructed to dust the living furniture. A five years could have cleaned better. I tried to call the main number when he arrived and left a message for someone to call me back but no one called. I called them and they were not even sympathetic about the sorry service that they would send someone immediately to correct the wrong! The home that I requested to be cleaned is my daughter 's home who had just been discharged from the hospital.
The master bathroom shower looks just like it did before he came. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!! I will also report this service to the Better Business Bureau. Please use another house cleaning service than Carole to save you money and time. I did not tip Kai!!!!

I was very disappointed in the outcome of using Carole's House Cleaning to clean my home.

I asked for a quote on yelp to clean my 3600 sq.ft., 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home.

First, I was quoted a price of $150 for 3 hours of cleaning, with $35 for each additional hour. Since I was unclear what services I would be getting for that price I called to ask how many cleaners would be in the cleaning crew and whether the 3 hour estimate was reasonable for the size of my home.

On the phone, it was confirmed that this original quote would be for a single person for three hours for $150 -- which seemed both expensive and an unrealistic amount of time to thoroughly clean a large home. So, we discussed for a while how many hours would be necessary and what reasonable pricing might be and we finally agreed that I would get a crew of two people for 5 hours for $250. 10 hours seemed a reasonable total estimate for the man hours required to thoroughly clean the house, having done it myself more than once. However, it seems we had still not come to an understanding... I thought I was paying $250 for 10 man hours (2 people for 5 hours, or $25 per hour;) but in fact it seems the office thought I had agreed to $250 for 5 man hours total ($50 per hour). That would be silly since it was more than originally quoted ($50 each for two additional hours, not $35 each for two additional hours). In the end, the two cleaners spent 3 hours total (6 man hours) in my home and I was charged $250 after some debate (since I thought it should be less since they worked less time than the 5 hours I had agreed to). In the end, the final price was very close to the original quote of $150 for 3 hours + $35 for each additional hour, which would have come to $255, so I got a whopping discount of $5 by calling to request a larger crew and negotiate a better price!

Even more sadly, however, than the misunderstanding about the price, was the fact that my home was not thoroughly cleaned!! Instead, there was obvious lint and debris on my floor that I could walk around and pick up by hand and spots of mud that I could wipe off with a damp paper towel. Also, the next morning I noticed that the the whole floor felt a bit gritty when walking around with bare feet (gross).

I called and spoke with the office because I was quite angry, and they did offer to send someone to clean my home again for free to "make it right"; but I decided to just chalk it up to a bad experience and a lesson learned and move on. I wanted a reasonably priced cleaning crew that would come every two weeks and do a great job, not a company where I had to argue about what services I was getting for the price and check on the work myself to make sure my home got properly cleaned.

So, I hired a different company that sent a team of 5 ladies for a couple of hours and they did and excellent job for less than I paid Carol's House Cleaning to do a poor job.

Pay attention to all the reviews that say they did a bad job but then gave them more stars when the company did extra to "make it right". Personally, I don't have the time or money to waste on a company who can't do the job right the 1st time.

We booked Carole's House Cleaning services for the first time a few days ago. We communicated ahead of time that we really wanted the floors cleaned and the furniture dusted, and the bathrooms cleaned. We came home to find partially swept floors that hadn't been mopped, and very sloppy dusting. One bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. The cleaner's vacuum broke so she just didn't vacuum. We called Carole's right when we got home and they sent another cleaner over within an hour (they were very responsive). This cleaner did a fantastic job on the floors but was clearly annoyed she had to be there, and she tried to get out of there as quickly as possible (she only stayed about 20 minutes). The dusting never got done. One whole bathroom never got touched; our mud room never got mopped or swept; and one of the bedrooms didn't get vacuumed or mopped. I'm sure the second cleaner would have cleaned it all if we asked, but we didn't feel like it was our job to explain it all to the second cleaner when we had just called Carole's to explain it. Plus the second cleaner was annoyed and in a rush. To Carole's credit, they gave us a credit off the initial price and offered to give us a credit for the next cleaning service, which we declined (because we won't be using them again). Giving them three stars because the bathrooms they did clean were done well and they were very responsive to our concerns.

Where do I start.. this is the worst company I've experienced here in Arizona. I was quoted $350 at first, with two cleaners coming. The manager said it would take 4-6 hours to complete the cleaning. I asked for a $50 discount, and she said ok. On the day of cleaning, one cleaner arrived at 9:00, and the other one came at 9:40. I watched them clean, and there were many missing spots, so I had to do it myself. 2-3 hours passed, and they said they should leave since they are done with everything. I knew the second floor was not vacuumed nor mopped at all, and the hair and dust were everywhere. I asked them to fix it, and they seemed mad at me. I told them they were supposed to clean for at least 4 hours, but they said it is not. I asked the manager about it; she also was kind of angry at me, asking for the final lists I want them to do. I had to beg them to do everything that they should've done at first. In the end, they spent more than 30 minutes at my front yard doing nothing, just filling the time they are supposed to spend here. I wish I could give a lower rate. This is a total rip-off, and the future buyer should know this. This company has a big big problem with their service quality and attitude.

I'm so torn on this company. I booked a cleaning days in advance for a Moveout special. I was quoted $175 for it. I assumed it included carpet because he asked how many square feet. To confirm the cleaning he asked me to text him my address and info. Odd, but fine.

Time arrives for the cleaner to show up and no one comes at 9am, the agreed upon time. I call after 20 minutes past the agreed time. The main guy on the phone explains his calendar got erased over vacation and that he would send someone between 1-2pm and give me a $30 discount off of $250 because the $175 did NOT include carpet as I was led to believe. So I prepare to pay $220.

I go home to my new apartment and wait for a text saying the cleaner is at the apartment I'm moving out of. 2:00 passes and I call again, "Where is she?" He tells me he told me 2-3pm and when I correct him he doesn't acknowledge that...but says "Fine. She'll be there by 3pm and here's another $40 discount." So by that math, $250 minus the $70 discount puts me at $180 for the whole job. I don't even care at this point because my walkthrough is coming up and I can't have them come another day!

So they finally get there at 3 and then don't finish until 6:15, which makes sense since the cleaning lady said it would be 3 hours. But still, this is much later than if they had just started at 9 and finished at 12.

Then, I get a text saying I have to pay. I had to ask for an invoice (for my landlord and for my own records) and he sends $215. That's only $35 off. Not the $70. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn't recall giving me the discounts. I felt really gaslighted by this company. Why would I make up discounts? I am just going by what he told me and then waiting hour after hour for someone to come and do the job I hired for.

I read so many reviews about this company's customer service but I got almost none. I would definitely hire this company's CLEANERS again but I struggle to think of why I should ever call their service line again.

This experience was truly stressful and unprofessional. I would never blame the cleaning lady or the carpet cleaner who came. They did excellent. It was only their customer service phone I had trouble with.

They did end up charging me the correct amount and gave me a credit. But I'm not sure I will use it after this fiasco.

Outstanding service. I called Carole's for next-day full cleaning for a property I had just vacated and they made it happen with no problems whatsoever. The cleaning included everything that was needed -- top to bottom cleaning of everything in the house so that it can be shown and sold, including carpet shampooing. They did a phenomenal job in every aspect of the cleaning.

Shawn organized the cleaners to come and was excellent in communication. The team went above and beyond -- I screwed up and left them a key that didn't actually open the door to access the property. They called me, couldn't get in touch with me, and couldn't get inside the property. They made time to come back to the property same-day and still got the whole job done.

I will use Carole's again and I will refer all of my friends and family to them. Awesome. Service.

I was so impressed by the reviews of this company, but my experience wasn't so great as others... granted, customer service to solve issues was good.

We hired this company for move out clean and carpet clean of our rental home. We had some issues initially with the housekeeper not showing up, when she did finally come after calling the company (several hours later) she was extremely slow.... took 3 hrs for just a bathroom. Obviously she didn't finish. Anyhow, they told me this was a new person and quickly offered to refund almost the entire amount for that day and finish another day, which I was impressed by.

We rescheduled for a later date. This time, the cleaner again was not on time (9am). We called a half hour later, and then she eventually showed up at 11am.

The actual cleaning job is decent, some spots definitely missed. Overall I appreciate the companies willingness to respond to concerns but disappointed that this was not the streamlined process we anticipated.

And The carpets were very dirty in all fairness, but the carpet cleaning did not get up nearly as much of the issues as we hoped.

Shawn reached out after my review and discussed the cleaning and offered to make things right. A very classy business and wonderful manager.

We had a great experience at the beginning of setting up the cleaning. Shawn was great in setting up the time and notifying us the cleaner was on the way. When she arrived, she was very kind and went through the home as we showed her what we wanted for the deep clean of moving into a new home. When she left we were happy with the look of the home. Later that evening we noticed the inside of the oven had not been touched, which was one of the main items we requested, as all major appliances had been used by the previous owner. I wrote Shawn a text but had not received a response back yet. This morning when everything was in the light of day, we realized none of the baseboards were cleaned and the shower and bathtub still had dust inside. We can run our hand along the tub and it covers the fingertips. This was a large sum of money to pay for someone to have done a very basic cleaning job. The cleaner was very sweet, but showed up without a mask, did not have a mop, and did an average job. I hate to write a bad review, because I blame management not the cleaner. She had only been with them for a little over a month and obviously was not trained or set up for success. Again, she was as nice as could be and when I pointed out areas she did not clean, she took the time to clean them. I overall would not recommend this company for what I paid.

I have to tell you that customer service is very important in this day and age. The service I have received is top notch. On time. Courteous. Professional. The cleaning professional not only showed up early, but impressed my wife so much that she demanded a cleaning twice a month. We compromised for once a month lol. Update: Today I had Li Ly and Irma clean my mother's patio home as a follow up cleaning to the previous one I posted about. The two of them were incredible. They actually arrived early. How disappointing! I see so many positive reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn't great at all. I only had a short time frame for a move out cleaning service for my boyfriend's condo and the business that was recommended to me was unavailable. Shawn contacted me from yelp and had availability. They explained what the service would entail and a flat rate price. Communication with Shawn was wonderful and the cleaner came on time and was very friendly. I was surprised that only one person was there to clean when other companies described a crew of 4 for their move out service. Unfortunately the low price was too good to be true. We have to last minute clean over her work before photos are taken to sell the house. Some things were done well like ceiling fan, oven, and refrigerator, but blinds covered in dust, kitchen sink untouched, dog hair and dust on surfaces, windows still smudged, closet untouched. So if you want to cheap out and get a just okay job, here's your company. I need to schedule another move out service for my own house sale soon and I will be glad to pay more to a different company in exchange for a thorough job.

Not only was my cleaning coordinated efficiently and in a timely manner, Sulema did a fantastic job. The floors/bathroom were sparkling clean, and any and every little piece of unwanted trash was gone. She even took clothes I had from the washer/dryer and had my closet completely reorganized.

I scheduled a Deep Clean with House Cleaning by Audrina. I provided the square footage of my condo, 1342. I was quoted $175 for the first 3 hrs and then $35/hr. They were to arrive between 9-10am. The woman called at 9:33 saying she was here from Carole's House Cleaning. She had never heard of Audrina. I didn't specifically ask, but I did think it would be a cleaning crew for a deep clean. Had also said that I would need the carpets cleaned. The response about carpet cleaning was that they have a person they could call. (Turns out this is a "sister" company to Audrina.)
I had one person to complete a deep cleaning in 3 hrs. She worked hard but was here for 10 hrs and still wasn't done. Therefore, it was much more expensive. Ultimately the stairs did not get vacuumed and the tile flooring did not get mopped. Too much for one person. Just inconvenient to have an appointment that should be 3-4 hrs last 10 hrs and still not have a completely clean house.
I will not use this company again.

Wow!! This company really cares about your home! They really paid attention to detail and put my needs first. After they cleaned my home and did my carpets everything smelled amazing! I was almost afraid to touch anything because I didn't want to ruin what they had done. We have used people from Carol's a few times now and we were very happy with the job they did. I mean .. we have a regular (every 2 wks) maid but she is out of town. I have to say Carol's has set the bar much higher now though! We had a sink that had what the regular maid said was a "stain" and said it could not be removed. But once Carol's came, that "stain" was gone! FANTASTIC job! Very thorough .. they went above and beyond what we have come to expect.

I had some problems with these guys regarding my initial cleaning in terms of scheduling and payments (the cleaning job itself was excellent).

To their credit, after some back and forth, they offered to refund the entire job AND give me a free future job. Most places wouldn't go that far. They are obviously serious about customer service. Update: The owner reached out and sincerely apologized. He credited for another cleaning. It's rare to find people who apologize and wanna make things right.

The cleaning was okay, she wiped around a majority of the items, so underneath the objects it was still dirty. The shower had streaks of cleaning products. In conjunction with the cleaning I had the tiles professionally cleaned. There was some residue left over which required using a swifter. The downside to this cleaning was that they left marks on the wall from hoses, and two hand prints, which left dirt and stains on the wall. Wasn't the greatest service wasn't the worse. Having to go back and re-clean isn't fun when you already paid a hefty amount to get it done.

I've been searching for a move out clean for the past week and had a very bad experience with one of the company here in the valley. I called up Carole's house cleaning and Shawn was very accommodating to my last minute request. They did a very thorough job. When the lady was done (took her 5 hrs to complete a 1600sqft home), she did a walk-thru to go over everything she had cleaned! She even found a check that was hidden underneath the fridge!!!!
Now that's a true and honest company! Everything smelled cleaned and fresh again! We should be getting our security deposit back for sure! I will be using them again for my future home cleaning. Also, I believe customer service is #1 priority for businesses to become successfull. They definitely have the customer service! Thank you!

My mother was Very satisfied with the owner of this company, as well as the employee/ separate service that she paid for to clean the tile and carpet. That was fine. Very informative as well as diligent in the process. However.... the woman that was hired to clean did a horrible job it brought my amazing, kind, hard working mother to tears! She spoke to the man who cleaned the carpet/ tile. "Mr. Clean carpet Care". He said, "I'll call the boss" welp.... the boss took advantage of my mother and offered to have the same lady come back and do a free hour of work. Again, the carpet/ tile man was worth money. The one woman show was a joke. I get it. people work hard for money. I watched my mother work her tail off her entire life. To then treat her self to have an entire / bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room cleaned & hallway cleaned.
She should have been elated to see the progress of her home. Could NOT be farther from the truth. Not right. she had to contact the owner of the company, who after seeing pictures that were texted to him he offered for the same women to come clean for a FREE hour.
So.... the free hour was for her to come wipe some things down at a glacial pace again?
Because that's how she cleaned/ worked.
Dang! If I got paid working hired at an hourly rate and had low standards I'd work for this company too.
Really think about that. $10.50 being minimum wage in the state of Arizona.

SCAM!!!! I respect her for cleaning and working hard, however... I'd like to see her home as well as the Owners home to see what the standards of a "clean home" Is. customer service guaranteed on the website... by you can tell by this review... less then satisfied is more like it.
The woman that cleaned washed the outside of a stove and oven for about 45 min. Cleaned a toilet bowl for at least 15 minutes, but left the bathtub, sink, floor, baseboards, Ect... untouched.
However... the after math shows otherwise. Zero dusting was done either time.
I realize this is a service. A paid service, so they should do this basics. IE dust, vacuum, scrub a toilet. The master bathroom was cleaned sup par. The 2nd bedroom has only the carpet man come and clean. NO joke! Zero dusting, wiping, pretending to clean a mirror. (Which my mother haven't inspected until after Sean's employee had been called back for a second time. The man that cleaned the carpet should open his own company! More satisfied customers, he was honest! This is a joke. We are infuriated by the standards this company holds themselves too.
I'm assuming all the positive yelp reviews are fake.
If you think that a dusty hotel room full of hair is clean? Give this company your business, if not... look elsewhere. Spend money wisely people. "Dusting" one tv does not a clean house make. My god!
Hygiene, VERY important. She used the same rag to was/ rinse/ dust the crap job she did do. I am all for the environment, but this next level. Moving dirt around doesn't make a counter top clean Sean.
I would highly NOT recommend this place. She should have known this was not a good fit when a Toyota Yaris with 1 bucket of supplies showed up to deep clean an entire home from top to bottom. My mother, has been out of town helping her friend go through cancer treatment. She's. Great human who paid for a service to help her out so she could maintain it. The house was in bad shape!!! that's why she called in "professionals". Long sorry short, the woman came back for the free hour and cleaned the inside of a microwave.... for one entire hour! I now understand why so little got done in the 3 hours she paid for. $135 down the drain. Goodbye
$175 for carpet/ tile cleaning... ok- but pass. Again buyer beware!!!!! What a waste of my mother's time involving herself with this business. We could not be more frustrated as well as dissatisfied.

Wow!!! Absolutely amazing company! Called many places and received VM's. Asia answered my call right away and gave a quote that fit my budget and she was extremely friendly. Since I work from home I wanted to be aware of when the cleaners were coming. I was texted if they were going to be early, which was great.

Now to the cleaning! If you want your house to look brand new you need to call them!!! We've had two cleanings so far and it's only gotten better! I met Maria and Melissa the last time and they were so sweet and friendly. They cleaned things I didn't know companies would even clean! That's how good they are! Washed our sheets and made the beds, cleaned the inside of our oven, my cutting board was even oiled and they pulled out the fridge to wipe it down. They found things that had fallen on the side of the fridge I didn't think I would ever see again. I told my husband I wanted Maria to move in! Seeing her walk by with the toaster tray to empty it made me want to hug her! Talk about above and beyond!! Most cleaners just wipe down what you see, but they truly want your house to be spotless from top to bottom. Not only that Sean has been amazing to work with. He's answered every time I call or text with questions. He's also been so flexible with our schedule. I can't recommend them enough!! I'm so glad we found them. You have customers for life.

When I posted the review I was contacted by the office (phone then text) immediately. They offered a full refund + $200 carpet cleaning credit, and apologized for the experience. Updating the review to reflect their willingness to make it right. Leaving the original review below as is, but I do appreciate when a company makes an effort like this.

So, my experience closely mirrors the review by Cassidy T. I was impressed by the reviews, but the experience was a little iffy.

Cleaners scheduled for 9am, no-show by 9:30am or so. I text the company, guy says they messed up the calendar or something, here's a $35 or something discount. Okay sure, whatever. They do eventually arrive at around 10:15am, an hour and fifteen minutes late.

Overall, I was mostly happy with the cleaning that Teresa did, with the exception of the tile floors which still had a lot of debris/crumbs/etc on them. To her credit, the main bathroom and kitchen were pretty bad and looked fantastic after she had finished.

Overall I'd say "good but not great," and the odd scheduling issues other people seem to have experienced lead me to think this company needs to hire either more reliable cleaners, or get someone competent to manage their backend operations. Likely would not use again.

I had Carole's come to clean my brother's house for the first time. Sean called me and confirmed, and Blanca showed up right on time. She did a wonderful job and was very thorough. I was referred to this company from my realtor to clean a rental upon move out. The night before the scheduled appointment, we discovered that one of the bathrooms was not functioning, so I sent a text to the company that the toilet wasn't working. Thinking that it would be skipped and that I would take care of it this weekend. Much to my surprise and amazement - my neighbor let me know the lady working on the house stopped by to borrow a plunger! She then proceeded to clear and clean the clogged toilet!!! Amazing initiative and such a nice surprise! Unbelievable! Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

So... I found Carole's House Cleaning on Yelp. I read reviews and therefore I give reviews. I have been very impressed with their customer service from the start. They were able to get someone out to my house the next day after my initial request. When I felt something wasn't done correctly they immediately remedied the situation. And now I have an amazing house cleaner, Rebecca! She came in today for a touch up clean and I'm so impressed by what she did! I absolutely recommend this company and would recommend requesting Rebecca because she's awesome!

I've used this company for years on many of our properties. Whenever there was even the slightest issue the matter was always handled with prompt attention. Frankly being a business owner myself, you can't avoid these Yelp posters with some kind of perks who seem to have all this free time to post Yelp reviews almost like it's their job. This really hurts the integrity of the whole process. My review is based on the integrity of the company and the service and I don't leave a lot of reviews. I would use this company anytime and know that I can always get a hold of them.

I'm delighted to give a 5 stars for Carol's house cleaning. When they sent Sulema to clean my condominium Scottsdale , she was on time and had very pleasant smile. When I gave her a tour of the condominium and asked for specific things to be done she was very pleasant to acknowledge that was her job and she would most definitely clean it to my satisfactory!! My property manager stop by after she was done cleaning and send me pictures and indeed she did what I specifically asked her to do. I definitely want her to return to clean my property. She had me check everything and truly cared that it was to my expectation. Best pricing I have found and will only charge you for what they work, only company I have found that will just charge you the half hour if that's all it takes. Christian was at my house early, and we talked for a few minutes so she knew my expectations. She spent the full time cleaning everything, down to baseboards, all completed to my very high standards! Lupe did an awesome job, this was the first time we used their service and we were very pleased. She worked very hard for the three hours she was here in order to get as much done as possible. I had specific things that needed attention and she listened and completed these things as I wished. She even noticed that I was a veteran and offered a 10% discount without even blinking an eye. Also, Shawn, who I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. He even called a couple days after to check up and make sure that we were happy.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and our own customers from our business.

Milka went above and beyond what was required. She did an amazing job. We had a plumber arrive to flush the vents on our roof as Milka was finishing up. Then water came up through the bathtub and shower drains. She stayed longer to reclean them.

10/10 would recommend this cleaning service. I just moved here from California and have two properties in the Scottsdale area. One is vacant and needed to be move-in-ready, the other home my boyfriend and i just moved in to after being vacant for some time and needed a deep cleaning. Firstly, Sean, the man who answered the phone for the business was incredibly friendly and professional. He accommodated our needs and special requests being that we had two properties, in one day and sent us an amazing cleaning associate. Secondly, Ty ; Ty was our cleaning professional and let me just say- she was on time, kind, knowledgable (we needed the first property spotless to rent and she, a well as her family, have been in the business a number of years ) , hard working, and thorough. Update: just had a third cleaning and this was definitely not as good as the first 2. I had requested the previous lady specifically, but they sent a different lady who took an hour longer than the first 2, and did a worse job. Didn't mop outside the bathrooms and noticed a lot of surfaces weren't dusted. I would have kept her longer but I was tight on time. They were going to charge me for the extra hour, but after I explained, they dropped it down to my previous price. So definitely hit or miss. Still happy with 2 out of 3 uses.

Absolutely incredible service!!!!! Recommend them to any one!! My carpets were definitely in need of a massive cleaning due to dog hairs, and just stains from wine and just super messy. This company could be another diamond in the rough. We have only used them once but the person that cleaned our house used the old fashion elbow grease. She was able to remove stains, calcium build up and a weird mirror substance that other cleaners couldn't touch. We do prefer one person to clean the house and this company provides that service.

My experience with this company was negative and very poor. That began when I called and received the secretary on the phone who placed me on hold multiple times, she had loud background noise, a commercial of mouthwash was playing. I even commented about the commercial thinking she would get the hint to turn it down. Finally, after about 20 min. I was able to have an apt. set. I scheduled a deep clean with two girls at my home to begin on a Saturday morning. I did call on Friday the night before the apt. to verify. I received Shawn on the phone who is the owner. He was polite and accommodating. Saturday morning promptly at 8:50am a woman named Helen arrived. I showed her my home, told her two rooms were locked not do them and a few other simple instructions. She began to work upstairs in my 3000 square foot home. I was at home until 9:30am at which time Shawn called to tell me the other lady was late because he decided to send three people to help. But, I would still be charged the rate I was quoted even though it would now take less time. The two girls did arrive at 10am as I was leaving the house. Helen gave the new girls the instructions. I returned home for a moment 2 1/2 hours later to find Helen still upstairs, and the other two women downstairs all of them cleaning. I then left and returned approx. 2 hours later, to find the two additional women were gone and Helen was still cleaning. The two additional women were to deep clean the downstairs until the job was complete, Helen was to join them when she was done upstairs. Helen was unaware the other two women were gone. Upon inspection of the downstairs, there was many, many, things incomplete as well as an important figurine broken. The home was defiantly not deep cleaned or finished. I told Helen she can call Shawn, or I will right now. She did call him and preceded to explain, he did cut her off and asked to speak to me. I proceeded to speak to him. He would not let me finish my sentence and continued to say, "I will give you a free hour." I tried to explain it wasn't the free hour I was after, I wanted the deep clean to be completed before anyone left the house as agreed upon. In the end, Helen stayed an additional 4 1/2 hours, she completed the work, I gave her an additional $100 and her tip the other two women had taken. Helen did a marvelous job. This company however, has very poor customer service, their employees are not professional in communication or in appearance by any means ( with the exception of Helen). I have had many cleaning lady's come to my home. This is by far the worst. I was shocked to have such a terrible experience because I did review all the five stars that were left, and I typically do not leave reviews, but this needed to be expressed so that future costumers can be protected.

My first experience with this cleaning company was BEYOND WONDERFUL! Shawn, the owner was so awesome with communication from my initial call for a quote up until our cleaning lady arrived. He even called to follow up with us after she had left! We had Mika clean our home. I did not expect the cleaning to include all that she did!! She not only cleaned every inch of our home, but she even reorganized any clusters that were throughout our home! My makeup vanity was even completely cleaned and organized! We own a kitten and dog. She cleaned the litter area and put the litter box back together. Its the little things that really stood out. I came home towards then end of Mika's cleaning and was just in complete awe with how wonderful the place looked! I will definitely be using Carole's House Cleaning monthly and will specifically be requesting Mika every time. Thank you so much for the great finish in such a timely manner Mika!

Needed a move-out cleaning done for a property. Tried Carole's House Cleaning for the first time and I have to admit I was impressed. Lupe was the one who came out for cleaning and she did an amazing job. She removed stains I didn't think would be possible. It was also great dealing with Shawn, the owner, getting things scheduled and handling the payment. Was glad to see I was still billed the rate I was quoted even though it seemed to take much longer than expected. They made sure the job got done right. Kudos to this company!
