Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Great attention to detail and finish work.  Great value for a curated experience. Use JR you wont be disappointed!

Product is of good quality, thicker wood used then other places.  A few problems on the install but the GM came out on a Sunday to replace a few pieces and make it right.  Can't ask for better service than that.

I walked into a gorgeous showroom & walked out with an appointment for a closet installation. That's when I had the good fortune of meeting Josh Ream.  He came to my house on a Saturday morning to measure & give me advice on what would be the best choices to meet my needs.  What a great guy!  Very personable, yet professional.  I really felt he had my best interests at heart.  He also spoke very highly of the company he works for, Classy Closets, which made me feel good about my choosing them.  I can't wait for the work to get done.  Really looking forward to it!  Thanks Josh!

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.

Yonathon & Edith were a dream to work with!! Our kitchen cabinets look like they came from a factory painted white!!!! We couldn't be more impressed!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! They take such pride in their work and it really shows! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new kitchen!!!

Horrible Service!  Horrible Attitude toward customers and very untruthful about what they offer.  I would never go back and looking to file something with the Better Business Bureau.

Ah and Jennifer try to operate this business.  I foolishly spent over $10,000.00 here and will tell everyone to stay away.

Here was the classic, when I told them the soft close on my cabinets didn't work, they stated, we didn't charge you for them, so we can't help you.  They threatened and acted as if we were a pain to deal with because we wanted the soft close to work.

Take my word for it, DON'T GO HERE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After much research and shopping around we chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen and Bath for many reasons.
Our first time in the showroom we felt completely comfortable with him and his wife, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, he also had great input about things that I hadn't thought about.
Let me tell you, he transformed not only my kitchen but my whole house!  Everyone that was involved in the renovation was so amazing! The workmanship of everything was spot on, never had to call anyone back out to fix mistakes as it was done right the first time.
I have ZERO complaints.  
Jeff was very professional, always answered my calls and emails.
Everything he told me was what took place, there were no surprises or excuses. He was a man of his word and delivered an amazing end product!  
We are beyond happy and would happily recommend him and definitely will be doing our bathroom with him next.

I think for exceptional companies like this there should be an option for more than five stars because that would be a true reflection of the job that Palo Verde did in our new home.  The owners Scott and Maureen Parker go the distance when it comes to customer satisfaction and craftsmanship on the cabinets they deliver. We've been in the completed house several months now and I wake up every morning and our kitchen is the favorite part of my house. Palo Verde is all about the details. From Scott actually helping to redesign the original kitchen on our floor plan, to helping us select cabinets that would best fit our style, to the on time installation I just can't speak highly enough about this company. We had picked out hardware on our own that at the time seemed to match the cabinets. Maureen made some suggestions and selected a different hardware that she thought we would be happier with and when it all came together the end result far exceeded our expectations. If you want to support a great family company who has been in the Valley for years, if you are looking for exquisite craftsmanship and high end results then I would highly recommend Palo Verde cabinet company. They made our house a home.

Steve and Steve are awesome! They have done a couple of projects for me already and I have been very satisfied with everything they've done. They're  very accessible and really want to help make your ideas come to life. I would definitively use them again and would recommend them highly!

After not being listened too about what we were looking for, for our bathroom and being quoted and outrageous price we found Irving. He communicated with us through out the whole process and had a fair price. He even helped us out with some additional tasks. Highly recommend him for bathroom remodels!

I called s & s custom cabinet , I talk with Sabin and his team to build me a kiosk for my Business at the mall .there are very professional !!!  , very nice persons,   he did for me very nice job for my Business , everything was on time .
All the time that I'm calling he  respond very quick , i'm definitely keep working with them for my next kiosk , and very recommend it !!!

We've done several kitchen remodels over the years in the Phoenix area and each time it was kind of a pain trying to decide which cabinets to choose.  Our experience with Chris was a welcome change.  He knew immediately which type of cabinets would look right for the house as well as had great advice on how to tie the entire kitchen in with the rest of the house.  He also made some recommendations to save us money throughout the project (i.e. which sizes were standard and which ones would cost more to custom cut).  His installers were very professional as well.  We will be calling him back when it's time for our next project.

I spent 7 years dreaming of a kitchen remodel that was focused on a flat packed cabinetry line as that would fit my budget.  Then my contractor introduced me to Elite Kitchen Cabinetry.  I had no issue getting a quote, but was certain my original cabinet choice would be the most economical.  I was wrong. The moment I walked in I was greeted like family and there was 3D rendering of my proposed kitchen with exact pricing ready to go.  Not only was this design competitive with my preferred cabinetry line but it included installation! (my other cabinet line pricing did not include install).  My decision was made.

Marco and Ryan were a dream to work with.  Marco's design knowledge is astounding and every one of his ideas turned out to be perfectly functional and elegant. The breadth of selection and customer service I experienced was so incredibly comforting to me at the beginning of my first major home remodel project.  Once installation day came, again the customer service was fantastic.  Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would and the installation took exactly how long he said it would.  I could not be happier with my kitchen and continue to receive compliments from everyone who sees it!  I've referred Elite to my friends and each has enjoyed the experience.  Elite is first class!!

This Company is a joke.  My husband and I drove to Mesa to check out HG Cabinets Direct showroom, if you could call it a showroom.  It's hard to tell that it is a business let alone a showroom for customers.  We should have turned around and walked out rather than venturing inside to speak with the Office Manager, Johnathon.  We told him that we were interested in a kitchen remodel.   He said he'd give my request to Nathan who would come to our home and give us an estimate.  After calling the wrong telephone number a number of times, Nathan finally did contact us.  He arrived at our home and said he was going on vacation for two weeks and would be back on March 27th.  In the meantime, he spent almost two hours at our home measuring and preparing a design.  He said he'd email the drawing and an estimate before he left for vacation.  We never received anything from Nathan.  After Nathan returned from vacation, I called HG Cabinets Direct and no one answered the telephone.  I left a message asking for someone to contact us in response to our appointment with Nathan.  It is now three weeks since Nathan returned from vacation and weeks since we left our voice message at the business.  No response period!  Beware of this Company!!!

Thought grandma's antique desk was a goner.  Gouged in a move.  Looks like new!!!!!  So very happy

Felt great at the show room but once installation started went down hill.
When we had questions, are sales rep (S.M.)
Was on vacation, when we called the store front
Said they could not help and acted as they knew nothing of installation. Then the installation did not
Get installed as explained in the before meetings.
The installer did not have the island sink lower cabinets in proper center position or shined high enough to the half wall. When counter top installers came the next day, they just put the counter tops on the way it was cutting the MDF that so it was not to the edge of underside of granite.
This left a horrible visual effect. Instead off removing counter top and fixing correctly
The wanted to use trim to fix, which they later wouldn't install and just dropped off to the house.
Other issues, installed one broken cabinet and said they would refund me some (never did)
Cabinet door alignment poor 1/4 difference between two sets of doors.
Lack of MDF to bottom edge of granite left gap
Between countertop and the corbels.
After 6 months hinges and handles are becoming loosened And not shutting properly.

Classy Closets is truly a class act!  We are super happy with the quality of the office we had installed.. From  design to installation was better than imagined.  We are in our home office all the time and the details the are included make working extremely functional!  Josh did a great job with the design and follow up.  We even had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be fixed, without question they were taken care of.  We will probably get another room done as well and would use Classy Closets again without hesitation.  Thanks!!  Julie
