Best Cabinets in Phoenix, AZ

Purchased high gloss laminate cabinets for two rooms. Their quality control leaves a lot to be desired as about 1/3 of the cabinets had serious flaws. To their credit, Distinctive did replace the flawed ones, but that added a lot of time to the project and was an inconvenience, to say the least. In addition, one of the facings was not cut to the proper dimensions. Ideally, this should have been re-done offsite, but that would have necessitated significant delays to other parts of our project. So, we were forced to have it re-cut onsite with the seam ending up off-center.

I was lucky to work with Hope at Studio 41. She provided exceptional service when I recently updated my guest bathroom.  Studio 41 was a one stop shopping showroom that represents many manufacturers including plumbing, hardware, sinks, vanities, toilets, mirrors etc. Their showroom has products that range from the very high end to products that fit any budget.  Working with Hope was the best experience.  She has been in the industry for over 15 years and was able to accommodate all my needs.  She was knowledgeable of products and answered my many questions, and she communicated product updates and status of orders consistently. She was available whenever my contractor gave her a call. I would highly recommend Hope to work with you to give you excellent service and support, and to streamline the remodel and design process. Hopefully more people give this spot a look. I can see it being a go to for flippers or do it yourselvers. The prices were a fraction of what similar items were at other home improvement store and the staff are super helpful. I literally got everything g I needed to remodel a bathroom here in one stop.

Purchased a desk two weeks ago and am impressed with the quality vs. other adjustable standing desks associates have and ones I looked at purchasing.  I am 6'7 and the solidness of the Modesk Pro at full height  is great and it allows me to stand up!  Others do not extend as tall or are very shaky at full height.  Plus my interactions with Nicole were timely, professional, and courteous.  Cant recommend MultiTable highly enough.

Hard Rock Tile and Stone did truly impressive work for me recently when they installed the tiles in my walk-in shower. I was pleased with the honesty and caring attitude of the owner, Blake Jolley.  He frequently checked in with me to be sure that I was satisfied at each step of the process.
Not only that, but I found their price to be reasonable,  their customer service excellent,  and their work to be professional. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, and the installers did an excellent job.
They also were very willing to take back unused materials and deduct the cost from my bill, which is a testament to their honesty.   I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tile or stone work, and I will not hesitate to call them if I need this type of work again.

I had a small laundry room that needed new cabinets, but also a new look.  I wanted to add some large drawers where there were cabinets.  Most companies would not even be interested in doing such a small job.  Paul came out gave me an estimate and a time frame.  Theywere every thing we were looking for in a contractor, they showed up on time, the work was fantastic, and they cleaned up after themselves!

After 18 years my JETTA tub (with 14 jets) is still working as good as new.  Quality product, highly recommended for anyone building a new home ir remodeling one.

From start to finish, everyone at Burdette was amazing! Easy to work with. Great communication. Beautiful cabinets! Came out after and did amazing touch ups after dog scratched our cabinets. Highly recommended!!!!

Did not get actual work done but felt that since my project was not big enough maybe was not worth my business.  Richard returned my call promptly and I talked to him about what I needed, he really didn't seem interested and went through the motions and ask that I send him dimensions, which I did but after that I got no acknowledgment, no reply, no nothing.

The owner of this company is a joke! Very unprofessional and wont come out to give an estimate only over the phone because he doesn't want to come out to be told we will get back with you. And the fact that he is so cheap is very worry some and the fact he will give u a quote over the phone with out even asking dimensions and seeing what you need done. I will never recommend this guy to anybody. Very cocky over the phone as well.

Got several quotes on kitchen remodel, decided to go with CHITWOOD cabinets due to their help in deciding our design and products to use. They came to our home to meet with us and general contractor to design layout and discuss options before making  final decision. Drew up plans signed  paperwork and informed us 6 to 8 weeks and cabinets would be in. 12 weeks later cabinets came in incomplete!!!! CHITWOOD neglected to fax in the special order items with the order. Finally another 12 weeks later the final pieces arrived.  Our general contracter took the lead and customized our kitchen above and beyond.  When we called        Chitwood for any updates on our cabinets it took days to get a call back. We are very happy with our end product but the miscommunication and lack of urgency and customer service was annoying and disheartening! We will not be recommending CHITWOOD Cabinets!
