She provided exceptional service when I recently updated my guest bathroom.  Studio 41 was a one stop shopping showroom that represents many manufacturers including plumbing, hardware, sinks, vanities, toilets, mirrors etc. Their showroom has products that range from the very high end to products that fit any budget.  Working with Hope was the best experience.  She has been in the industry for over 15 years and was able to accommodate all my needs.  She was knowledgeable of products and answered my many questions, and she communicated product updates and status of orders consistently. Purchased a desk two weeks ago and am impressed with the quality vs. other adjustable standing desks associates have and ones I looked at purchasing.  I am 6'7 and the solidness of the Modesk Pro at full height  is great and it allows me to stand up!  Others do not extend as tall or are very shaky at full height.  Plus my interactions with Nicole were timely, professional, and courteous.  Cant recommend MultiTable highly enough.

Hard Rock Tile and Stone did truly impressive work for me recently when they installed the tiles in my walk-in shower. I was pleased with the honesty and caring attitude of the owner, Blake Jolley.  He frequently checked in with me to be sure that I was satisfied at each step of the process.
Not only that, but I found their price to be reasonable,  their customer service excellent,  and their work to be professional. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, and the installers did an excellent job.
They also were very willing to take back unused materials and deduct the cost from my bill, which is a testament to their honesty.   I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tile or stone work, and I will not hesitate to call them if I need this type of work again.

Great showroom, but really disappointed to see one of their employees walking around the showroom with customers without a mask.  They do have reminders in the door that their is a mask mandate and that everyone must wear a mask to enter. We do not feel comfortable returning since this is clearly not enforced by the management.

Burdette Cabinets has such an artistically beautiful custom kitchen that everyone will want to hang out in (or closet or dining room or office or anywhere!). Absolutely gorgeous cabinets or built-ins with incredible craftsmanship. I'm going to post a review not on actual work but on the level of service received when inquiring. This place got rave reviews by a fellow Realtor on yelp, so I thought I would consider them for a project I had. Sadly, Richard couldn't even be kind enough to look at the full details of my project. He just said that if I wasn't going to replace all the cabinets in my kitchen, he wasn't interested. : (

The insulation of Jason and his crew were great.
I had to replace 14 windows in my house. They arrived to do the estimate on time and even gave me a discount if I paid chase they and stuck to the quoted price.
We had two companies come out and give me quotes, and the quote from Wholesale Window & Door was about $2,000 less than the other company, so we went with them. The guy who initially came to do the measurements wasn't overly pushy on the sales or anything, he was pretty matter of fact about it he gave us the pricing, showed us a sample of what the window would look like, and let us make the decision. We didn't feel any pressure at all.
The office said they would be there on install day between 7and 8:30 and they showed up about quarter to 9 so that wasn't that big of a deal. They introduced themselves and pretty much got right to work. They were able to finish installing all of the windows on Friday and had to come back Saturday to do the door and patch the stucco around the windows.
We've had our new windows in for just installed and I'm super happy with them. The bedroom in our house that faces west seems to be substantially cooler (the true test will be those 100+ degree days that are here now) and I can't believe how QUIET our house is with all the new double pane windows.
Really the only things they could improve on is maybe a little more attention to clean up. I had to give the windows and door a once-over with some water and white vinegar when they were done to clean off the smudge and smears from installation. But overall I was pleased with the results. I would ask for Jason and his crew to do the work they were all some as a team. I gave Jason and his team a 5 star as well as the company.

Got several quotes on kitchen remodel, decided to go with CHITWOOD cabinets due to their help in deciding our design and products to use. They came to our home to meet with us and general contractor to design layout and discuss options before making  final decision. Drew up plans signed  paperwork and informed us 6 to 8 weeks and cabinets would be in. 12 weeks later cabinets came in incomplete!!!! CHITWOOD neglected to fax in the special order items with the order. Finally another 12 weeks later the final pieces arrived.  Our general contracter took the lead and customized our kitchen above and beyond.  When we called        Chitwood for any updates on our cabinets it took days to get a call back. We are very happy with our end product but the miscommunication and lack of urgency and customer service was annoying and disheartening! We will not be recommending CHITWOOD Cabinets!
