I am very happy with my new kitchen thanks to Dan and his team.  We were very hesitant to start the remodel process since we had a past botched remodel leave us without cabinet doors or drawers.  After sending an initial email to Dan, he immediately called us back to explain his company and services available.  Right away we could tell that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the kitchen business.  Dan gave some ballpark estimates over the phone and requested us to send measurements and photos so he could give us an accurate cost breakdown.  Within two hours after we sent them over, Dan had a detailed estimate ready.  The estimate included pricing for just doors and drawers as well as pricing for refacing the exposed frames and panels of our cupboards.  We also had a third pricing for building new drawer boxes.  Dan provided all the details we needed to feel comfortable about what we would be paying for and the value each part of the proposal entailed.  We gave him the go-ahead on a Monday and he came out to our home the same week to measure the kitchen and show us color samples for the finish.  Three weeks later Dan's team was back with all the cabinetry pieces which were installed over three days.  Dan made sure that we were satisfied with the final result.  The team that installed the drawers (on the first day) used the wrong slides; Dan had it corrected the next day.  We also noticed that our lazy susan was rubbing a bit and having trouble turning.  Dan arranged a visit at our earliest convenience to get it back to perfect working order.  After working with many contractors in the past that failed to hold up their end of the deal we are thankful to have used Better Than New Kitchens for such a large and important project.

Quick Response has made our garage livable.  Numerous companies didn't respond or were very pricey for what they were selling.  Alan came to the house worked with us for cabinets, overhead storage and floor coating.  Helped us to design the garage we needed for all of our valuables...

This has been a great experience. Dealing with Chris and Trey both. They are thorough and help through the process of design if you need it. And we did. The cabinets are beautiful. There was a little miscommunication from the manufacturer. But Chris was very quick to resolve it to our complete satisfaction. They deal with a number of cabinet manufacturers which gives you a wide variety of styles to choose from. We are very satisfied!

We had Chris complete a wine fridge/bar build-in at our home and it came out fantastic.  He was great to work with, had good design ideas and the installation went very smooth.

These cabinets are solid. You have many many selections to choose from, different colors and styles. They will custom design whatever area you're looking for. They are made with solid wood, soft closing, don't waste your time with IKEA or a lesser grade.

David does tremendous work. Over the course of a year we made multiple changes to our project plan and he was always quick to arrive to update pricing estimates. He's very responsive to calls and texts and is very helpful when you have questions. The prices seem unbeatable. The turnaround is fast. The results are eye-popping.

I wanted to work with an experienced, professional and friendly team who could help us bring our small closet space to life with more functionality and customization to our specific storage needs. I loved being able to plan all of that out with their team, see a rendering before getting our project in the works, and although it was a long wait -- it was so worth it. I can easily say I am obsessed with my closet and feel so much more organized and aesthetically pleasing (even in our small space!) Pricing was very reasonable and installation was seamless and it was finished in one day!

We've been contracting in Arizona for almost 20 years. Specifically, working in the kitchen and bath market for the past ten. A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.

We recently purchased an older home that required a full kitchen remodel. We went into the Camelback store with a sketch of our kitchen and came out with a custom kitchen design. Mike, the store manager, was most helpful in giving us our dream kitchen. The cabinets arrived in a timely fashion, and were easy to assemble and install. I contacted Monte Lang directly for assistance is completing a couple of custom counter tops and sinks for our community center.  He came out, looked at what we needed and took very precise measurements.  Since the available left no room for error, it's was critical the tops were exact.
 
We got them back from the fabricator and they looked even better than described!  We chose a Formica laminate and instead of piecing together back splashes they were all molded so no seems!  We chose to install them ourselves to save and they slid right in with little to no modifications.  It took more effort to get the old ones out, than installing the new ones.

We've gotten many positive comments from staff and clients already.  Now we're getting ready to get an estimate on our kitchen remodel, because we were so pleased with the service and quality!

Perfect solution for us.  Our builder wanted over $8,000 to finish our laundry room with cabinets.  I was able to get a better design and more storage for a lower price with Diamond.  Amanda, our designer, was extremely responsive and we were able to finish the designs and selections efficiently.  They then sent out someone to measure who noticed a potential issue with air vents.  We were easily able to resolve this before ordering the cabinets.  Jordan, our installer, completed the job in one day and it looks great.  I couldn't be happier.
