Emailed this company asking for potential of bathroom cabinetry. Within a half hour, received a very detailed email about potential delays and inquiring on timing to assure the project would align with our timeline. We have an open timeline so we have opted to speak with sales and hopefully obtain cabinetry. Professionalism is amazing, as well as response time.

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. Our 1992 kitchen was in need of some updating. We found Right One Cabinetry and Connie and Jeff made the process easy, from design ideas, renderings of what it would look like and all the choices for cabinets, counters, and hardware. Any issues or change we came up with they took care of. They handled it all, even scheduling the contractors and counter people around our schedules. I would definitely recommend them for your remodeling needs. They do such a great job we have hired them again to do some remodeling of our master bathroom.

I'be just gone through a kitchen remodel and can honestly say I've had the best people working for me. Dave and his son Chris built custom cabinets for my kitchen and they are fantastic. From the high quality of the hardware to the amazing custom paint job, I couldn't be more pleased and I truthfully believe I would have paid more from any of the big box stores. We have high praise and a lot of emotion for designing, building, and installing a Custom Home Media Wall.
We came to Paul Rene out of frustration and bile-wrenching anger. We had a year-long mess trying to get a custom home entertainment center designed, built, and installed by one of Phoenix's most reputable furniture builders. After many redesigns, installation delays, and finally successful litigation, we were after five years of humbling saving and waiting for that Right Piece, that piece of furniture that screams us. We were looking for simple elegance, a look, and functionality. We wanted a substantial understatement, a unique look, a texture, and a feel.
Paul Rene delivered In spades.
After our legal victory over the prominent custom furniture manufacturer, Frustrated and not feeling so victorious, we began our search for a replacement custom furniture manufacturer. How wrong we were to think of fulfilling our desire with a replacement of a failed want. I thought or sheepishly believed we wanted a home entertainment wall. What we wanted was an expression of our souls embodied in pieces of furniture. The prominent custom furniture manufacturer did not understand this nor even attempted to understand us nor take the time to listen to us.

The Basics.
Paul made two house visits. You pay a retainer with 50%  of the retainer should you decide not to move forward with the Process. This part of the Process is fair because Paul is actively designing your furniture for your space. He is working to please you, the client. He does not spend countless hours designing for you for free. Paul gets paid. Pay him for his enormous talent. Pay him for dragging out of you what you want even when you don't know what that is. You pay Paul of Paul Rene furniture for making all the Processes go so darn easy.
There were no surprising issues. Paul had to suspend his business to appear on a well-known syndicated TV program, but our furniture's build work continued. Some deadline supply chain delays occurred, but a pandemic slowed down the supply chain, impacting everyone.

In summary, if you want the same home entertainment system wall as everyone else has, STOP turn around. Paul Rene furniture is not Status Quo items that need sales to survive. We have used them twice.  Once to paint our oak cabinets in the kitchen off-white with a dry brush of light brown. It's beautiful- like a work of art! The second time to paint the oak bathroom cabinets black.  They have always been on time and cleaned up.  They do quality work.  Highly recommend.

Tim is knowledgeable and genuinely excited by his craft. He took the time to walk me through all of my options when it came to installing my vanities as well as toe kick options/vanity finishes. I came into this project frustrated by lack of accountable contractors only to be met with someone who cared to help me find solutions and ideas to make my ideas come to life!

We recently built a contemporary custom home. Unfortunately, our Builder switched out the original custom cabinet builders to put more money in his pocket with some inexperienced cabinet builders.   At the end of the day we have to redo all of our cabinets. We heard about Wonders of Wood from a friend that recently had their kitchen remodeled. Their kitchen is  now gorgeous and it only took a very short time from start to finish. Graeme and Jeff are perfectionists and were able to complete the work in a couple of days. Our kitchen island looks incredible just the way we envisioned it originally, when we designed our home. Jeff from Engrained Cabinetry in Cottonwood was wonderful to work with initially, however when we decided to not go with the contractor who referred us, he adamantly refused to do business with us. He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't step on the toes of his good client. For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. We have many more projects and hope to have a good relationship with Prescott and get our home updated. Thank you again Seth for your additional insight.

Update:

Owner Tom called and reported he refuses to do business with me stating he does not deal with threats. I simply expressed I would write reviews and spread word of mouth about business integrity. Explaining to individuals to seek a company that listens and works with you is not a threat. Reviews are ways to expand business. Total disappointment.
