Classy Closets

I called several closet design companies and Classy Closet was actually the only company I had come out to qive us a quote. Everyone I have talked or worked with in this company is so friendly and (Classy) ;D. Your first impression is your first call and that is so important for companies to understand. They don't have a minimum base cost to do business which is cool for those who need a little organizing and want something nice, but don't necessarily need a lot.

They are super busy and I had to wait almost a full month to get a quote. I am having 3 closets done adding drawers for extra storage. I was in no rush so I didn't mind at all.

Josh came out and he is just awesome. Very professional, detailed and answered any questions or concerns I had. He took measurements and came up with the perfect design for all three of our closets.

I followed up and had a chance to meet Monica at the showroom when I went to check out color/design choices, and drawer and door handles. She was friendly and super helpful. I can't believe how consistent their customer service is. Sometimes when I shop in Scottsdale employees act like they own Scottsdale and it is a real turn off. I was really impressed with the quality of their products as far as the materials and the way the drawers and doors functioned.

Right now they are booked through the end of August for installs. That gives me time to pick out the materials. I didn't realize there are so many choices. I want to make sure we pick something timeless that won't look outdated in 10 years.

Tresa helped me design our Master closet and she was amazing! Talked me in and out of exactly what we needed. The closet was (much) more expensive than all of my other quotes but we were on a time crunch and they had the shortest lead time. I'm so glad I ended up on the splurge. The final result is perfection!

I am terribly disappointed with this company. The product quality is poor, and they are overpriced .

We purchased our home and needed more storage for shoes. Classy closets originally remodeled the bathroom in this home so we called them for the shoe addition inside the closet. Taylor helped us and she was friendly, knowledgeable and always got back to us in a timely manner.

The picture shown is for the woman's closet which has 2 sections and my husbands closet has only one section instead of two. Total cost was about 3k and they did a phenomenal job.

You know when someone claims to be classy and spends lots of time telling you how classy they are and you soon find out that they are the exact opposite? Well, welcome to classy closets. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and it's literally maddening trying to communicate with them. You can take my word for it because I've never talked to the same person twice to get my closets done. After a very long and painstaking process (they sent inexperienced installers that did things that I can't even explain, including going to the bathroom in my master bathroom and not flushing it, which is the least of the horrors I experienced), the $14,000 closets we installed starting breaking apart a week into use.
I was spoken to like a child over the phone. I was patronized and had so much anxiety anytime they had to come into my home. Stay away. I mean, far, far away. They'll send you a nice talkative sales person to come give you a quote and send the most inexperienced people to do the job.

Everything was amazing start to finish. Kimberly was the consultant we worked with and we were so impressed and happy working with her. She was flexible about meeting with us when it was convenient. Her design ideas matched what was functional and practical for us. The contractor who came to install the closet was professional and respectful of our home. I can't say enough good things about them because we've had so many bad experiences in the last year with remodeling companies, but Classy Closets totally gave us hope that not all home improvement projects have go be a nightmare. We can't wait to do our next project with them!

I usually don't post on forums like this. However, we had a terrible experience with this company that I feel I should share.  

Our initial experience was very good, we worked with Dave and he helped us to come up with a very good design. His communication with us was fairly good. We were given a install date at the end of September and we paid a large deposit.

Because of COVID and reported supply chain issues I just wanted to make sure we could have our dream closet installed on time as it had an impact on when we could finish our master bath also. I reached out twice in August and early September confirming that everything was still on schedule.  Dave assured us that everything was on track.

Less than 1 week before installation - Dave called and told me sorry we won't be able to install the closet as they don't have the materials and they were just told this information.  He offered to have us change our materials selection to hopefully have it installed by December as our dates/installation was given to another job.    We were not happy with this option. The owner called us only once stating that he would try to get a November date for us.

We were upset and told them we would be looking at other closet companies. We have not heard from the company again. We ultimately switched to California Closets which provided a better design and experience.

We chose to use Classy Closets for our new home because they were able to build and install the closet months before the other companies we talked to. Unfortunately, they have been out 7 or 8 times over the last YEAR and it's been a never ending nightmare. They send out techs that have no knowledge of the history so they aren't prepared, many of them have been incompetent, and NEVER have they had the all the parts (or the correct parts) to complete the job. All of them agree that the previous crew (or the shop) clearly didn't know what they were doing and say they're going to let management know. Calling them does NO good because when you actually get someone on the phone, they are understanding and sorry that we've had to go through all this, but they have no power to do anything about it. Again, they say they will let management know, but clearly communication in this company is abysmal if it's existent at all, or management just doesn't care, because a year later, we're still waiting for our closet to be functional and complete.

I find it interesting that according to the dates on the reviews more recent orders have been completed with no problems and yet they can't finish our project.

I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of Classy Closets. There is nothing they have to offer that isn't available from other more upstanding companies.

To Classy Closets: DON'T bother responding to this with please give us a call so we can work this out. We're WELL beyond that point and you can expect a call from the ROC. You know what you need to do to work it out. Just DO it.

I am over the moon happy with my new kitchen!  Classy's quote was right in line and included everything; they GC'd the entire project from demo through punch, which was important to me.  Both Carl, the Designer, and Justin, the Project Manager, were available and responsive throughout the process, including on a Sunday evening before Monday cabinet install to for my last minute change order to add lighting.   Carl designed the optimum use of my space, accessed dead corners, etc., as well as designed a matching custom cabinet to my vision adjacent to the kitchen to accommodate a laptop shelf, charging station, etc.  They gave me a schedule and would call to confirm when a crew was coming out - and then they showed up.  The cabinets were built and installed with precision craftsmanship.  My few punch list items were resolved.   I could not be happier with my new kitchen and I highly recommend Classy Closets!

I've never posted a bad review, but I've had the worst experience with Classy Closets in Scottsdale. Long story short, the installation was totally botched. We called customer service every day for 2 weeks and they sent out a more experienced installation crew to fix the closet. This crew told me the entire closet was installed incorrectly and would need to be removed and start over. He took lots of pictures and took measurements and told me he would go over this with his boss and we would get a call Monday morning. No call. In the afternoon we called them and left 2 messages, but no call back. Called the manager today and still no call back. This is a $13,354 master closet that botched and have not made right. Go anywhere else if you want quality and good customer service.

I am SO grateful for Classy Closets! We live in the Arcadia area where the closets and bathrooms are SMALL! The rest of our house had been updated when we bought it but the closet sizes remained the same. Yikes! Our master closet is a standard reach in, with one bar across the center and a shelf above the bar with a TON of space above the top shelf. That said, I was taking over our entire master closet and the guest room closet and my husband is in the office closet. Crazy, I know! We had loads of wasted space in the master closet.

We have a baby on the way so it was time to move my stuff out of the guest room and Classy Closets came to the rescue! The best part, I requested a quote on Yelp and heard back within minutes!!

Charity was the designer - She visited our house, I showed her some inspiration from Pinterest, she took down some measurements, and then whipped up a drawing/plan of exactly what I was looking for within a few days! Definitely pay attention to all dimensions as I noticed the original and standard shelves were only 12 feet deep but I wanted 18 to allow for as much extra room as possible! The deeper shelves allowed for more shoes, which was totally necessary! It did cost extra because it required special cutting/ordering but 100% worth the extra money. It was that or not having enough room for all of my shoes.

The actual install was SO smooth. The guys showed up right on time and had it done within 2 hours! I was shocked. They were so friendly as well.

My closet looks AMAZING, is great quality, and I was able to combine 2 closets into 1 (and still have some room!). I'm a VERY happy momma! Unfortunately my husband is still in the office but we're okay with that for now - until baby #2, then i'll have to get real creative! ;) Maybe built-ins? Thank you for making my closet dreams come true, Classy Closets!

Our friend is having a home built in Azure and gave us the name of this company and told us to call and speak to Robert so we called him and he came to our house the very next day.  He was professional and on time and knew their products inside and out.  He was honest and transparent and didn't try and sell us their most expensive lines.  His integrity was stellar and he kept his word on getting back to us when he said he would.  I would recommend anyone that is looking for closets or pantry shelves to call Robert first.

This is the second custom  closet that Tresa B and Classy Closets has designed for me and nailed it both times! This time was even better than the first because I have more room to work with. Individual jewelry drawers, tall and long rods designed specifically for the amount of clothes I have, and I was left with an immaculate room. From the lady answering the phones, Teresa the designer/sales lady, the tear-out young men , and the installers, I had another outstanding experience with this company! I highly recommend having them do yours.You will Not be disappointed

I had a very bad experience with Classy Closets. On 8/2/21 I signed a contract with Classy Closets to build & install cabinets in the office, garage, laundry room & linen area of my new house, for a total of $14,867. I paid half up front on my credit card with the balance to be paid after installation. Installation was the week of 10/25. The 1st day they installed the office cabinets, but didn't bring the counter tops, the 2nd day they installed the counter tops in my office, pulled out the shelf in my laundry room, (he stated he would paint that area) and installed the linen cabinets but didn't bring the doors to the linen cabinets, the 3rd day they hung the doors to the linen cabinets & left. The 4th day another installer came to install the garage cabinets & brought 4 handles which were the wrong handles plus I needed 8. They also installed the laundry room cabinets. When I asked the 2nd installer about painting the area in the laundry room he said we don't do any painting . I was told by the designer (Lisa P.) that there would be minimal markings on the wall, it is definitely not minimal.

I have markings/chips on all of the walls, the area where the shelf was in the laundry room wasn't painted, the cabinets in the laundry room were hung too high, I can't reach the back of the bottom shelf. The linen counter top looks like it needs caulking along the edges. I verified measurements with Lisa that containers would fit in the cabinets but they don't. Lisa sent me 2 emails saying she made mistakes on the pricing and sent me a third one that was supposed to go to another customer. I was waiting for someone to call me about the issues I had, (the 2nd installer said he would tell/ show the pictures he took to his supervisor), but no one called & when I checked my credit card, the balance was automatically charged on 11/29/21.

I have left 3 messages on the managers voice mail (11/4; 11/9; 11/19) stating I had issues with the installation, he has not called me back.

Amanda Moore and her crew did an amazing job with my closet! I could not have asked for anything better! I will be back to do my kitchen!

Sometimes it takes a village to make it right. Shout out to the Management for making it right.

Everyone we worked with from the initial consultation to the Installation was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. The installation was completed very quickly & the team was extremely tidy. I would highly recommend using Classy Closets!

Could not have been more pleased with this overall experience and the finished product. Even with the delays due to COVID our install took place well before we were initially quoted. Lisa Peterson is an incredible designer! We were very open about shopping around, and Lisa earned our business by taking the time to truly customize something we were going to love. Rather than just do what we *thought* we wanted, she offered recommendations that were much better suited for our needs. My wife and I don't have the biggest closet in the world and our wish list probably required 4x the square footage, but she was able to get everything we wanted. Definitely use Classy, and most definitely use Lisa!

Charity designed and measured our daughters closet and our sons built in desk. Love the way it turned out.They layout and colors are perfect for the space.
Classy Closets takes pride from start to finish. The communication was great and they were always available to answer questions. The installation process was professional, efficient and quality  workmanship! Bert was the installer and converted the space in no time.

Charity and her team did a fantastic job of designing / installing our new closet. Charity was patient with us through the process while helping us determine an effective specification for our space - one that would both add value to the home, be aesthetically pleasing and suit our particular needs. I felt that, overall, the value was on-par for the experience and final product. They did a nice job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!  They screwed up their measurements so they couldn't finish our project. Promised to finish in a few weeks. Have been ignoring our follow up now for months. I shouldn't have to sue to get what I contracted for but it appears to be the only way to get my project finished. Shameful!!!!!

We definitely recommend Josh Reams as your He was absolutely incredible! We just LOVE our new closet! He definitely knew what he was doing. We had two other closet professionals design and give us an estimate.  Josh's design and price point was so much better & we didn't have to sacrifice anything!

My closets are beautiful and it was easy to design, start to finish a piece of cake.  I feel like my entire life is organized with my new closet.
My sales rep was professional was Marie and she was efficient, cost effective and wonderful!  I would highly recommend classy closets to anyone.  This is my third closet and every experience is an A plus!

Kristyn created a great design to make my teenager's reach-in closet more organized and functional. I wish we would have done this years ago! The installation was clean and quick. We really enjoyed working with everyone at Classy Closets.

Classy Closets (Tucson) did our closet organizers.  They were very professional.  We initially visited their showroom to see samples of  their products.  Everthing is custom designed and built.  Liking what we saw, we scheduled their representative to come over to our home and measure the 4 large walk-in closets.  At that time, we also discussed generally what we wanted to do - various shelves, drawers, etc.  From this, their designer sent 3 dimensional drawings for us to review and give feedback, making any changes we wanted (we suggested a few minor changes).  We then met again at the showroom to pick out the specific hardware and to finalize the order.  We had also gotten another estimate from a competitor, whose estimate was almost twice the cost for the same design.  The installers did a very nice job installing everything - it took three days to complete the job.  We were so pleased we also had Classy Closets install cabinets and a work bench in our garage.  Again, this was well done.  Finally, Classy Closets designed and installed bookshelves in our library, and cabinets, file drawers, and desk top in our nook area.  These look beautiful and were exactly what we wanted.  We have since referred our son as well as sister to Classy Closets.  Joseph Bowers and Daisy (in the showroom) were wonderful to work with, as was Jared, the lead installer.

I had a great experience with Robert and putting together a master closet. I had 3 estimates and 3 different design options. I went with Robert and Classy Closets based on the professional design and price. It was a cad design and not one that was hand drawn...like I received from another estimate. I also changed my mind a few times and when he was not available, his team was equally as helpful with the design.

I love my closet and wish I had done the remodel sooner! No more one hanging bar and one shelf in my closet. Now I have room for shoes, bags, long and short hang. Love it!!!

My designer told me she had the same thing happen recently to her here. Switching to her custom builder. Really sketchy.

I have worked with Lisa on numerous occasions with all my custom home builds and she is fantastic. All my clients love the before and after once Lisa is done. I would only choose the best for my customers and that is Lisa with classy closets.

I was having office cabinets and counters put in my Scottsdale AZ. home.  The work has been dragging on for 5 months now.  Rather than showing up and just doing the work they piece meal it.  One day someone comes and installs a few parts. Then weeks go by without hearing anything, so you call to find out what is going on. You call your sales person 4 times, send emails and you don't get a reply. Very unprofessional!

I think they are contracting out all of the work from what I can tell.  The workers that have showed up have done half ass work. I freshly painted my walls and installed new expensive baseboards.  I come into the room and see they cut out the baseboards where the cabinets go rather than notching above them.  They didn't even cleanly cut my baseboards instead they hack cut them and then didnt caulk next to the cabinets so you see all the rough cuts it looks like crap.  

I open the cabinets and you can see screws holding them on the wall along the back of the cabinet.  Several screws are showing, none are filled, some are sticking out and are crooked and none are patched, in addition where they used their their nail gun to hold the cabinets together they never used matching putty. They just left the nail holes everywhere so you see nail holes everywhere.  

They came to hang the crown molding in month 5. It is sticking out so far it looks ridiculous and has to be redone.  I am still waiting to hear when they are coming back to finish the job.  But as usual no one answers phones nor calls back nor do I get status from my sales rep. I have no idea when they are coming back nor am I kept up to speed on anything.  This was a very small and simple job and they billed me 12,000 for the job.  So far I have paid 6k. I am now thinking of hiring another company to fix all the problems with the work done and finish what is left and deduct that from Classy Closets bill.

For what Classy Closets charges you would expect real quality and professionalism but that is not what you will get.  Instead you get over priced shoddy workmanship, no communication and a job that never ends.   I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Classy Closets transforms your ugly clothing space into a glamorous room all on its own. My consultant Kristen Howard was hands down the absolute best to work with. She has the eye to be able to create a very organized and ( classy closet) . You may think oh it's just a closet not with Kristen designing it for you. I couldn't be happier, when my friends come over I show off my closet. Thank you Kristen Howard your the best.

Charity Owens-Shill was my designer, she went above and beyond in helping me design the perfect closets for my new house.  She helped me understand the process.  I have recommended classy closets to my friends.  They are the best, great quality and great customer service.

I love my closet! Marie was such a fabulous consultant. I have a wonky shaped closet and I had no idea what to do. Marie came over for a consultation. Not only did she Stay within budget, but she came up with an excellent layout that I could not have even imagined. She stuck with everything that was important to me and explained why I needed certain hanging sizes based on my wardrobe. We ended up going to the show room and working with her to put the final touches on the custom closet. A month later, it was installed seamlessly. The closet is absolutely beautiful, beyond my wildest dreams. I can't believe that I got what I wanted for the budget that I allotted. It looks like something in dwell Magazine, but for definitely not a Dwell price point LOL. Thank you so much Marie and Classy Closets!

Not enough words to express how I feel about Josh, the closet designer.  For years, I've been trying to decide what to do with my closets.  The lack of storage in my home and oddly shaped closets has been a constant cause of struggle and irritation in my home. Forced to work from home, during this pandemic, there was no longer an escape.  The chaos in my closet was staring me in the face each and every day.  A quick Google search brought me to Home Advisor, Classy Closet and Josh. We quickly connected even behind the mask I could tell he was genuinely interested in helping me. He listened and quickly assessed my needs. Now I have to admit, I'm not the easiest customer to please.  Growing up in SF, I had a lot of practice tetressing small spaces. The closets I have here in Arizona are oddly shaped, and lots of things once stored in the garage have to be placed indoors because of the temperatures.  One closet in particular is wide and narrow with barely any depth.  The spaces to the right and left of the closet were difficult to access, but somehow I had managed to utilize every inch of space - or so I thought.  Josh drew up designs, and came up with ideas for all of my storage needs.  But one idea led to another and another and another.  What if we did this - that would give me an extra inch here or an extra inch there?  I lost count of all the emails and texts but through it all Josh was patient and understanding.  I must say, my anxiety was quite high worrying if I would lose space to fit the Halloween pumpkin, Christmas decorations, Amazon boxes, duct tape and glue. I'm a borderline hoarder.  I worried about the noise level during installation as my entire family has been forced to work at home. But Josh gave the installers a heads up.  They too, were amazing, keeping noise levels to a bare minimum! EVERYTHING fits and I'm finally organized!!!  There was actually something to feel good about during the chaos of 2020!!  Thank you Josh and Classy Closet for having amazing employees and stellar customer service!

Had a great experience with Classy Closets contractors and setting up the design for my new closets and laundry room.  

Had several other companies come out for bids but ultimately landed with Classy Closets because of my rep, Josh Ream.  

I take forever to make decisions about things and I need a ton of information and reassurance in that process. Josh was so knowledgeable and informative in the process. When I did not understand what his sketch looked like he took hours to put my design into a 3D image so I could better visualize it.  He was always happy to speak with me and never made me feel like I was asking to many questions. I had my 3 year old with me both when he came to my house and when I was in the showroom and he was so understanding and patient of my attention being diverted.  

In my opinion, there are so many companies for any job you can choose and I ultimately like picking companies who take care of their clients. Josh, was not just trying to close a deal with me and talked me out of several changes that would have increased my price because he thought I would be happier with the lower cost option. He also met me at the show room 2 hours before it opened to show me product to accommodate my work schedule. I just had such great customer service that it made the design process fun and not stressful.

My closets are not installed yet but I am expecting them to be beautiful. If not, I know Josh will take care of it for me.  Will update when installation takes place. Thank you Classy Closets and Josh Ream!

I had a great time working with Classy Closets designer, Marie Roviello. She solved the puzzle of how to create a balance of space between my husband and my storage needs in our joint closet. We are thrilled with our new closet and with all of Marie's help.

Working with Classy Closets was a pleasure. Marie is a great designer and implemented my needs into her plan that resulted in a closet that really has become a functional part of my home. The installation team was both friendly and fast as well. I would definitely recommend Classy Closets to anyone that needs a custom closet and plan on using them again in the future.

Working with Classy Closets was such a pleasure. I was fortunate enough to have Marie as my designer. She was well organized, efficient, and knowledgeable of her products. From start to finish the project was seamless. I would highly Recommend this company and this designer.

Tried getting an appointment with a designer Shellie who my general contractor recommended.  She was very rude on the phone even saying negative things about the fact I live on top of a mountain.  Which is a high end neighborhood behind two gated communities. The night before the appointment she text me that she was sick a week ago and doesn't have time for me.  Told me if I'm interested to use them call another designer that works there.  No thank you! Went to another company guess they didn't need my money!

Josh is the best! He really understands the need for space, design, budget and dreams - all in one reasonable package. He give great ideas, works with your limits and completely lives for closets. His enthusiasm and knowledge is why you'll choose Classy Closets - he will make sure you get what you want!

The installation was done in a day - amazing, since we had 2 standard closets and a custom closet to go in. During the process, Josh called to be sure all was going well. The installers were careful, clean and even swept the floors! Afterwards, I had a very late additional request and Josh was completely accommodating and professional.

I have not had a previous experience with Classy Closets, but I will certainly use them again!

Final note on my OmniTrac install - the 2nd installer used short screws, which I discovered when it all came crashing down one night. Luckily nothing hit my car, and the next day my handyman secured everything with long anchors into the studs. Been good ever since, no thanks to CC.

We are so happy we chose Classy Closets; Marie did a fabulous job designing the space for both our office and master closet.  We love the  organization and it looks so pretty too.  Thank you Marie, you are the best!

I have had the pleasure of working with Robert at Classy Closets for many years now. Our first meeting was after I came in looking for a second quote for the closets in my home. The pricing was so much better than the other company's I initially questioned the quality, but the price was too good to pass up. From the first meeting through to installation there was nothing less about it. Robert was, and always has been, professional and extremely fair. The end product has always been exactly what I anticipated, leaving me with a sense of satisfaction knowing I chose the right company for all of my closet organisational needs. I have called upon Robert and Classy for many years now and will continue for many years to come. I have referred Robert and Classy Closets to countless colleagues, clients and friends with the utmost confidence. Thank you for never letting me down.

Classy Closets does much more than closets and they do it well. I wanted a library in my new condo and Carl the designer from Classy Closets understood what I wanted and made a great design. A few weeks later Jason and Mike came out and did the installation. They installed exactly what what was designed and I couldn't be happier. The workmanship is excellent, the cleanup was perfect and the guys attitude was refreshingly positive. I highly recommend Classy Closets.

I would not recommend this company.  Our initial install was a mess.  Installer did not follow directions and reversed cabinets plus made the workbench look like it was on stilts.  Second crew sent out did a better job but still did not have all the correct parts.  Overall the quality is decent but the follow up by our rep Sharon was very poor.  She never checked to even see how the 2nd clean up install went.  You may pay a little more through Premier Garage or other companies but they are probably worth the difference.

Now that we're slowly moving in we are finding that we need a little more hanging space. Tanya, the manager at the Scottsdale showroom, was so helpful. Both time I came in she pulled up the design to get an accurate measurement. She had the right size rod and brackets each time and gave them to me at no cost. I told her that I decided to put velvet in two drawers. She got in touch with Tim, my designer, and he called me the next day and explained the process and cost. I am so grateful for everyone's help.

I walked into a gorgeous showroom & walked out with an appointment for a closet installation. That's when I had the good fortune of meeting Josh Ream.  He came to my house on a Saturday morning to measure & give me advice on what would be the best choices to meet my needs.  What a great guy!  Very personable, yet professional.  I really felt he had my best interests at heart.  He also spoke very highly of the company he works for, Classy Closets, which made me feel good about my choosing them.  I can't wait for the work to get done.  Really looking forward to it!  Thanks Josh!

Classy Closets of Scottsdale completed three projects for us - office, laundry room, and the garage.  Our project manager, Sharon O'Reilly, did an outstanding job and kept us in communication with each step of the process.  The installer, Steve, and his assistant, did an beautiful job and we are very pleased with the way everything turned out.  This was our second major closet organizational project and this company employees highly skilled professionals and their attention to detail and customization is flawless.  We highly recommend Classy Closets of Scottsdale, AZ.

Have to definitely give a shout out to classy closets this is the second time using the company and was extremely happy with the outcome of our closets. Our sales rep. Awesome closet at a very reasonable price.  We used Cristin and she was very professional, talented, and designed us exactly the closet we wanted.  All of the removal and installation was done efficiently as well.  Hard to believe that we have such a beautiful functioning closet now!

Classy Closets did all of our bedroom closets, and two offices in our new build home and I was very pleased with their work.  Tresa Broeder, their designer in Scottsdale, was very knowledgeable and thorough in her design and follow up.  She is very talented and I would recommend without hesitation.

I have loved working with Classy Closets! It was super easy to schedule a time that worked for us and the guy came on time - which totally surprised me. I thought for sure it would be one of those windows of time you get from a service tech where they always come even later than stated but nope - right on time (ok, ok, maybe 5 minutes late :)). We only have one closet by Classy Closets right now and I'm pretty sure my husband and I are going to convert the rest. So much nicer to have a functioning, organized closet.

We worked with Charity Huston in the Scottadale location and she was exceptional to work with.  She helped design 6 closets and a garage unit in our new build and was personally involved from start to finish even through the entire installation process.  The quality of work is beautiful and the attention to detail is extremely impressive.  We love our Classy Closet selections and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hard worker that is knowledgeable, talented and friendly!  Thanks Charity!

Stopped by here yesterday after work. Owner was really nice and even gave me free metal pegs for my closet rods. Their closet system is superior quality and highly customizable. I bought my current house in N. Scottsdale in large part because it came with Classy Closets!  I recommend this business.

I had Classy Closets design & install a murphy bed system in our guest room about 3 years ago. I had heard that Classy Closets stands behind their products & service with a lifetime guarantee. I was skeptical though because many say that but end up wiggling out of it somehow. My husband called them about a damaged piece of the murphy bed & they came out and replaced 2 whole panels!!! Brand, spankin' new!!Wow....what great customer service! We will be buying another house shortly & will certainly use them again. It's companies like this that I will do business with over & over because they stand behind their word!!

What a great result we got from Marie and Classy Closets! We expanded our master suite mostly to add closet and bath space. We spent a LOT of time trying to come up with a DIY design but even though our new closet footprint was 10'x11', we just couldn't find a way to utilize the space in a functional manner. We first met with the major (big name) competitor and then with Marie from Classy Closets. The proposed design from the competitor didn't come close to meeting our needs and the quote was outrageous. Marie came into our construction site, interviewed us with insightful questions and promised to have a design for us to review in a few days. Mind you this was the week in between Christmas and New Years. We met with her in the showroom and were blown away by what she had come up with. Things the competitor had told us were impossible, Marie found a way to incorporate into the design and her quote was 40% less! We could not be more pleased with the end result, although the process was not without problems. There were two incidents of the shop floor making incorrect cuts and the drawer pulls were not on hand at the time of installation. I feared that since the sale had already been made, Marie might be slow to return my calls but that was not the case at all. She was tenacious in escalating our problems and getting them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Now all that's left is for us to start enjoying our new, beautiful closet!

I interviewed 6 closet companies for design and installation of his and hers master closets in our new home. Josh at Classy Closets was above and beyond all of the other designers I interviewed.  I was impressed by his knowledge, ideas and personality on our first visit. Josh didn't disappoint with his prompt and creative approach to customizing all of my needs and wants in a closet. I would highly recommend calling Josh for your closet systems. He has followed through and completed our project to our full satisfaction.

I have used Classy Closets in 2007, 2008, and 2017 for both remodels and smaller projects.  The process is easy, the designers are capable, and the products are quality.

Our wire closet system that we installed ourselves -- fell because of all the clothes and miscellaneous items I stored in the closet.. not once but twice!! My friend recommended Classy Closets.  Lisa came out and created a closet system that she said would give us more room than needed.  My husband agreed to have it installed but was skeptical. He thought,at that point, he would still have to put his clothes in another closet  in another room.  Today, it was installed-- he can not believe everything is back in the closet-- and there is room left!! He keeps walking in the closet saying, I would have never believed it! Classy Closets is amazing!! He now wants to do the laundry room!! This is the third time CC has done our closets.  This time, Christen designed three closets for our new condo in Ahwatukee, perfect!  Quick, professional and competitive, a painless experience from design through installation. We'll call her again for our next prefect!
