Diamond Kitchen and Bath, Inc. has been professionally serving the valley since 1986 and we are a family owned and operated business. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's owners came from the home improvement center's and have been in the industry non-stop since the 60's. They are still actively involved in the business today. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's retail showrooms first starting sprouting up in the late 80's with their original showroom on Grand Avenue in the west valley. We have 5 convenient locations to serve you valley wide.

Randy is the longest tenured employee at Diamond Kitchen and Bath.  He has been a lead Design and Sales specialist since 1988.  

Randy worked in a few different fields before joining the Diamond Kitchen and Bath team including being an electrician.  

Randy was born in Globe, AZ and has been in the state his entire life.  Randy's favorite hobby is traveling the world.  His most recent exotic adventure was a safari in Africa!  Stop into the store to ask him about it...

I ordered my kitchen cabinets through Diamond Kitchen with Karynn sale rep and everything went really well.  Installation was superb, our installer Kevin did a fantastic job.  What a great installer to work with.  Very nice, polite and courteous.  We found out Karynn left and Randy took over.  Randy was very helpful with scheduling and getting the project moving along for us.  Today we found out a piece of trim was sent in a different color.  So they will reorder that part and hopefully everything will be completed very soon.

Had a partial bathroom remodel, cabinets and countertops. Performance by all elements of this job were great. Bill hung in through our extended moving in. It was a great result. Happy with this new bathroom.

They never finished the job! I paid for the project in full when I ordered the cabinets. Then I waited and waited. When the cabinets came they were unloaded into my house reclassly. Some received damages that have never been addressed. The installer placed some crooked, the countertops were left dirty, and they never came back to do any repairs, touch-ups or trim. Nor will they return my calls or emails.   What should have been a 3 day job start to finish had more than one person arrived for the install and worked for more than 4 hours has now strung on for months. We paid a lot of money for a very sub par product.  ​

Worst possible experience, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. Mismeasurments, cracked cabinets, mis-hung doors, shoddy trim and on and on and on. Zero customer service, asked the Tatum store manager Randy to come out to assess the issues and we were told that when the reordered cabinets arrived they would fix everything but not before. Well the cabinets arrived today after ANOTHER 12 weeks and of course they're the wrong color, 2 doors were never even ordered at all and the slide outs don't fit in the cabinet delivered. Truly unbelievable ineptitude and awful customer service. We filled a complaint with the BBB and the district manager will come out tomorrow to see the mess that is our new kitchen.

We place the order for our kitchen in nov'21 with Bill Bahling.

The cabinets were delivered in mar'22 with a lot of missing pieces but they asked for a full payment. Few of the missing pieces were delivered in may'22. However, we were still missing our microwave shelf. We got a shelf soon afterwards but it was the wrong color. We were then told that we would get a new one in a few weeks but we didn't get it. We contacted Bill and he provided another ETA of aug 10th. I have tried to contact him repeatedly but haven't gotten a response.

This has been really frustrating and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath is a very professional, customer focused company . My sales person was Josh who left before my cabinets arrived but his patience and detail was outstanding. Colton was the installer and he was kind and a pleasure to have in my home . His attention to detail was outstanding and he takes pride in his work . I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath .

Recently had my new kitchen cabinets delivered. Anthony and Jerry are Fantastic!!
Anthony is personality plus!! Jerry is right up there too! They were very cautious and careful with unloading the product.
The cabinets thus far, not installed yet, look good. Only a couple damaged . That happens during the packing/ shipping from factory.
I'll complete this after all is complete.

I have a hard time giving Diamond any sort of good review with the way the whole process has unfolded. Mike was my sales person who was very helpful in designing my kitchen and getting my order placed. We knew the lead time would be about 10-12 weeks which was fine with our timeline. After completing the demolition on our own we noticed a change that needed to be made to the order and Mike was able to accommodate. This extended the timeline an entire month which was frustrating but it is what it is. I was getting a much needed update to my kitchen after all. Then about 5 weeks prior to install I had a conversation with Mike where I was told he would follow up with me. Crickets. About two weeks later I called back asking for help and was told Mike retired, which by all means is good for him. However, it's hard to understand how a business wouldn't have a sales person reach out as a courtesy to tell you they are retiring and handing the project off to someone else. After some run around I finally got ahold of someone and it was time to go over final payment. I got the payment set up and had follow up questions communicated in an email to a character named Bill and he did not respond even after follow up. Delivery guys show up and don't know how to process the payment through the method I chose and was given the sign off on. So the delivery guys (who were by all means pleasant and understanding guys) had to stand around wait for the accounting department to scramble to send me a final invoice and sign off on in a timely matter. Our character Bill finally gave me a call and gave no apology as to why he blew my emails off and gave no apology for the time that he had wasted by doing so. Next was the installation which was probably the only easy and pleasant part of the experience. Our installer Kevin was incredible at his craft and handled Diamond's measurement issues with grace and was by all means a wonderful person to have in my home. Now, exactly two weeks later, I have tracks to the pull out garbage cabinet that have completely fallen out and countertops that are still two weeks away. The best part of it is, the fix that'll likely take no more than an hour, is scheduled to occur 3-5 weeks from now. It's hard to not even have a completed kitchen and already be experiencing issues with the cabinets that I paid quite a pretty penny for. The excuse of a back log due to COVID is quite a lame one in my opinion as we are close to three years removed from said pandemic. At this point I'm questioning whether my cabinets are going to outlast this COVID backlog that has become a canned excuse by most businesses. In short, if you are looking for decent customer service, quick communication return, and most of all quality product, I would look elsewhere from Diamond.

I was Refered to Diamond Kitchen an d Bath by my general contractor and I was asked to speak to Randy Smith.  I enjoyed meeting Randy and he was extremely helpful in selecting my kitchen cabinets.  Once cabinets were chosen he asked me if I had picked out sinks and hardware and I hadn't done so.  He helped pick all of that out and I was so excited I didn't need to go anywhere else and look for the sinks, faucets, and even the cabinet door handles.  This was a one stop shopping experience, this saved me tons of time.  I really appreciated worked with Randy.  Thank you Randy for taking my needs in consideration in helping me select the perfect cabinets for my new kitchen and two new bathrooms.

Our kitchen cabinets were installed today. They are gorgeous. Our installer was Colton Swan. He was prompt, professional, polite and did a great job.
This is the second kitchen that we have used Diamond Kitchen for and we are just as happy the second time around as we were the first time.

More so ZERO STARS - I love supporting local- but NOT THIS PLACE-
My family have been dealing with this company for almost a year now and still have an incomplete kitchen. They have placed an incorrect slab of granite,  bad and expensive mistake,but not by our part. They are very argumentative to solve this issue....won't own to their mistake.
UPDATE-
STILL INCOMPLETE kitchen over. Year later...paid in upfront. Of course needed more $ to finish? A bunch of BS.  Biggest mistake is giving them ANY $ to get no work done.

I have been wanting to revamp my kitchen and master bathroom, since moving in to our home over a year ago. I was finally able to get it done this past fall and I was so happy with the results! I love waking up to our new cabinets and countertops, which have made such a difference in my home. The process did take a little long, because of delays due to COVID, but our sales guy, Nicholas, always kept us in the loop. He listened to our vision and created a beautiful design. We lowered our bar countertops to be the same level as our countertops, which opened up the kitchen/living room space. We went with the crown molding above and below the cabinets, Calcutta quartz, soft close cabinets, and so many more details  thank you for making our home feel more special and gorgeous!

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them.

Randy Smith was super helpful, very knowledgeable and help my husband and I through the massive kitchen remodel.  He was patient and made the process fun! We spent more than we thought, however the end product was worth it and so beautiful!!  You cannot go wrong with Randy. The professional that came to do install, Greg Phillips, was wonderful.  He is a wizard and so hard working.  He aims to please.  All good news!

First a little about me. Whenever I buy something, or get a service, I always shop around, get multiple offers/quotes, and ask for discounts/sales.

This place was recommended by a good friend. We worked with Logan. He set us up with a game plan and a layout for our kitchen. (we were working with a completely empty kitchen because we did demo on everything. Started from scratch).

He came up with some very nice suggestions that was both in the budget and looked amazing. He said regardless of we go through his company or someone else, he would help us out. That was amazing.

The prices were better than all other places we looked at, (cabinets, counter tops, install) and the service was great! This place was not the cheapest, however for the quality, it was by far the cheapest. We could have bought some crappy cabinets and only saved a little money.

Very poor quality. I trusted RICH at the Bell Road Store . Big mistake. The cabinets might work in an RV just dont get water on them. Totally disapointed.r. If you want more info on the place go next door and ask the salon owners !!!  I was a customer of DKandB. Next time I will go anywhere else. YOU Dont Want Theese cabinets. My home smells like a camper. Please shop around.

I walked in before they were closing. The gentleman that served me was more than happy to set up a complete quote for me and even designed what my kitchen would look like. They also sell granite and quartz countertops there. There were many other customers in the store so I imagine they are a very busy place.

I had a really good experience with Diamond Kitchen. I was oriented to the process of designing my small kitchen island from Randy. He was very attentive to my preferences and helped me with picking a granite for my countertop, which he also helped waive some of the fee. He came to take measurements the very first day I went into the store. The whole process was fairly quick, and the installation went off without a hitch. The man who actually completed the installation was friendly, professional, worked efficiently, and I felt safe having him in my home. I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen, and would definitely work with them again in the future.

We love our new bathroom cabinets! The quality, beauty and functionality are all excellent. Service has been fantastic throughout, beginning with Randy in the showroom, the installation team, then the final wrap up finishes with Junior. Junior expertly took care of several trim items, including working with a challenge in part of our existing flooring. We contracted with Mike Johnson at Diamond Kitchen for kitchen cabinets/granite in March 2021 at the Tatum/Thunderbird branch with several thousand dollar deposit. We were told by Mike it would be 10-12 weeks until installation. Emptied kitchen end of May in preparation. Contacted Mike end of May and he said the cabinets had never been ordered because he had not charged us enough in the first payment. After giving more thousands we were told the cabinets would not be here until Oct 19th (we ordered in March!) Our kitchen remained empty. We got our cabinets Oct 19th without drawers, molding and other missing pieces. However we had to pay in full or the delivery people would not leave what they had. Mike Johnson has been no help in telling us when we might receive our missing pieces. The tear out crew, Cornell and his team, were great as was the installer on what we received. i Do Not recommend Mike Johnson or Diamond for these reasons.

Have been sourcing all our Kitchen & Vanity cabinets from Diamond Kitchen for a while now. The quality is great & so are the prices. They have never given any reason to complain...Micah, the customer service rep is an amazing person and always ready to assist and help with anything that you need! JUST AWFUL!!!!  Bill the salesman was fine but when it came to install the installer spent all day trying to install just some bottom cabinets. Then when that was done wrong I was given the runaround when the escalation manager can come out without even a phone call from the manager. All communication was through the salesman and I am still sitting here waiting for them to come back out and the install was 4 days ago. I would not use this company as it does not seem the work to be performed or the customer is important to them as it is to get the sale.

First of all I was designing my entire galley kitchen and I was being my own General Contractor, which I had no experience but I knew what I wanted.   i had an overall good experience with Diamond.  I had a few other quotes and cabinet options from other places.  So, Diamond had a fair price for the cabinet that I desired.  I was able to get the cabinets, sink and faucet at Diamond which helped me not running around to other places.  

I think the only fault with Diamond was that I was working with a salesman with not a lot of experience and also (my fault) not paying attention to details.  When, the cabinets were installed, I realized I lost 2 small silverware drawers when I chose stock/large drawers for pots and pans.  Also, I chose very large washer and dryer and there were 2 original cabinets above my old washer and dryer.  The new washing machine lid when lifted was so high, I would not be able to open the lid due to low cabinets.  I had to order a smaller door and then the installers had to customize the cabinet.  It worked out but cost my more money for door and more time to install waiting for the door.   All I am saying is (PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS).  

So, once the cabinets were installed completely.  The Icing on the Cake was Jedd Stephenson, The manager that oversees the installers.  He is Excellent. He worked out all the flaws and small issues with the cabinets from the original installer.   He came up with an excellent option for losing my silverware drawers.  The drawer was cut down and a small pull out drawer was installed,  Yea, my silverware drawer issue was resolved.  I highly recommend Jedd.   Overall, he followed up with me and came through for me with all my requests.   Susan

We had Diamond Kitchen and Bath install a small bar area for us and everything was great! Randy Smith was excellent at walking us through the design phase, and handling all the scheduling. Our install was quick and did a great job. One of our doors and he noticed and ordered us a new one without us even having to ask!

This cabinet company has provided us with an estimate. We're saving for it but in the meantime I recommended Diamond Cabinets to a client. The clients demo of their old cabinets & their installation of the new cabinets & quartz countertops were well priced and a perfect job. Diamond Cabinets was super clean, friendly and professional. Cornell came to take out my old bathroom.  He was fast and very professional.  Adrian and Will came to deliver the new cabinets.  They were also extremely fast and professional.  They all explained everything they were doing and why.  This is the second time we have used this company and we are extremely pleased with their quality.

As a small design/build contractor, I had a satisfactory experience with this location...granted, I brought in measurements and drawings as I had designed the new layout myself. The price was right and my customer is thrilled with the product.

Good low-cost, in-stock cabinet line - Glenwood Beech. I was able to pick up everything I needed from the warehouse near downtown Phx.  I installed the cabinets, Diamond K&B installed the laminate countertops, which was done well.

I will likely do business with them again.

I contacted Monte Lang directly for assistance is completing a couple of custom counter tops and sinks for our community center.  He came out, looked at what we needed and took very precise measurements.  Since the available left no room for error, it's was critical the tops were exact.
 
We got them back from the fabricator and they looked even better than described!  We chose a Formica laminate and instead of piecing together back splashes they were all molded so no seems!  We chose to install them ourselves to save and they slid right in with little to no modifications.  It took more effort to get the old ones out, than installing the new ones.

We've gotten many positive comments from staff and clients already.  Now we're getting ready to get an estimate on our kitchen remodel, because we were so pleased with the service and quality!

My experience with this company has been a very frustrating one! I found them online with all the great 5 star reviews. I had to look for new cabinets due to a water flood from a burst pipe in my kitchen. This is all new to me and I expect the experienced company to be guiding and telling me details about the cabinets I am ordering. Upon delivery of my cabinets there was damaged pieces. And the toe kit (which I have no idea about) was never even ordered.  They did work with me to get them replaced. Mind you this process started in March and it is now the end of May. The toe kit finally arrived and one of the  new skins that came to replace the damaged original skins was also damaged with a large gauge at eye level. Very poor quality control from their cabinet supplier. Also the cabinets ended up all being smaller inside once they got installed and a lot of space in my kitchen was wasted the way the cabinets were built and not extended all the way to my walls. Lots of lost storage room compared to my old cabinets that I wasn't expecting.  Now I have to store kitchen items in my garage. They didn't inform me that certain shelves were 1/2 shelves for the bottom cabinets. When I found out I was stunned and ask why they didn't tell me about this. I was able to get full shelves but, they would cost more. I need as much storage room as possible in my smaller home. They do not give you all the information needed and being new to this buying of cabinets I had no idea what I am suppose to ask or be aware of.
I have to say their installer, Cameron, did a great job at putting in the cabinets. Very even and great at detail! He was very nice to work with.
When the replacement skins came and the toe kit, the next installer did a terrible job with the trim work. It's a joke, so unprofessionally done. The top piece was attached angled with a large open gap between the cabinet and trim. Now I have to go and complain and get that fixed. The one new skin also had a gauged area( looked like termites ate the wood) at eye level and he's trying to get me to accept this after I pay thousands of dollars for new cabinets. Excuses were damage with being delivered, natural knot in the wood, the next piece may also have issues as it's natural wood.
Now they are telling me 6 more weeks to get a new skin and finish installing!!! Do some quality control and maybe you wouldn't have to return over and over to the customer. All I want is my kitchen finished. Stop bringing me damaged goods! And send me an installer that knows how to do trim work. Please.

I have never been so turned off by a retail outlet in my life. James started out by throwing big numbers at me before he even knew the size of my kitchen and what I wanted. It was if I wasn't taken seriously as a customer. I guess if you come from got rock family this is the store for you! If you are the average hard working American then take your business some place else. Also never ever talk dirty about another place of business and James just slammed The Yard stating they don't offer installation. First off they do offer installation and second I'm not stuck with more granite than I need. The Yard does cut to order and they have a way better selection of granite or marble than this store. So maybe James you need to fine tune your customer service skills because you just lost a sale.

This is just a review of their terrible customer service.
I emailed the company with a description of the job, estimated linear feet of the countertops, and the laminate brand, color, and product number. No reply. So I called the next day, and he seemed very annoyed and too busy to deal with me. I began by telling him the retro laminate I have chosen is special order, and he was condescending to me, and kept interrupting, as if he didn't want to deal with it.

When I asked if he could give me an estimate on this particular laminate, he told me, I need you to do some work for me. You need to measure the countertops and email those measurements to me before I can give you an estimate. I was very taken aback--I'm not the contractor!!! And I began asking him questions, because my kitchen is NOT standard (plus I want to change the layout of the peninsula and need a professional's advice, and one corner has funky hexagonal walls!), and he was in such a rush and kept repeating just measure it, that I just ended the call and hung up.

Clearly he didn't need my business.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Diamond Kitchen, and most especially with their salesman Logan Peterson. He has been so helpful in coordinating the delivery and install of my kitchen cabinets! I ran into several delays during the renovation of my property, and he was able change the dates for me so that things went more smoothly. He was courteous and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with my cabinets. They look great, and I would most definitely recommend both Logan Peterson and Diamond Kitchen for your cabinets!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I am a seasoned cabinet purchaser as I rehab homes all over the valley. This is THE WORST STORE FOR Customer Service and cabinet design. My mother had decided to remodel her kitchen so without thinking twice I referred her to a Diamond Kitchen and Bath. She picked out her cabinets got a quote and scheduled a measure of the cabinets in her home. Bill came to the home measured, DID NOT EXPLAIN that he switched a 36 inch sink base to a 33 inch making two options, one to cut out a portion of the sink base to allow a normal size sink or get a smaller sink. Since she signed off (because remember they are the experts and she is 74 years old) Randy the so called manager on a high horse will defend his employee for not making this mistake and he definitely told and explained that to her (FALSE! And how do you know what the convo was with two people without consulting your employee?)

Secondly Bill failed to have the sponge tip out on a sink base. After 5 phone calls and ZERO call backs I have finally had to escalate this issue to Kenny J which is supposedly a district manager with no phone number to give out. This is a horrible experience for someone who spent over $10k on cabinets along with myself who has ordered at least a dozen set of cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath.

Trust me on this go see Travis at the 43rd Ave and Grand location. It's worth the drive for people who will actually care that they get your order correct!

To update my Review from yesterday I will give Diamond 5 out of 5 stars but the Tatum and thunderbird location is lucky to have 3/5. Kenny J the district manager called me right away after calling the corporate office and he made everything g right. I explained that customer service at this store was poor and I likely would not come back to it but will continue to use Diamond Kitchen and Bath for my remodels. Thank you Kenny J for restoring my faith in a great company I will continue to use Travis!

Had a full kitchen cabinet designed and installed by Diamond.  They made sure everything was right and sent a couple of cabinets back to be remade. Logan was attentive and patient during the design process and personally made sure everything was correct and we were happy. I highly recommend using Diamond.

If I could give ZERO stars or negative STARS (like they owed me stars) I would! I've never been so blatantly ignored in a store in the United States before!
I went in to this store around 4:30pm on a Thursday for the first time to see what they had to offer. I found them online so, I wasn't sure what to expect. There was a man working/ talking with a couple at one of the desk/ counters and a woman working/ talking to two other men. No other customers besides us were in the store.
No one greeted us so I took a look around with my two kids (4 year old and 2 year old). The woman walked by us and headed to a back office. She wasn't done with the other two men. Okay. We continued to walk around and look until someone was available to help us. While the woman (short dark hair, slim and older with glasses) was in the back, one of the men she was helping smiled at us and commented on how cute my kids were.
The woman came back out and finished up with the two men. She started putting things away and walked passed us again without a word.  Still no other customers, besides us in the store. No hi, no have you been helped?, no I'll be right with you. Nothing. We lingered a bit longer waiting to be helped. Still nothing. So we left the store.
I guess you don't need anymore customers.

I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath for all your cabinetry needs. Ask for Logan Peterson! He was absolutely amazing assisting us with the process. He understood what we needed and was able to deliver everything we asked for- quality product, lead time, budget!! He far exceeded our expectations with his impeccable customer service skills, vast knowledge, follow up and quick response.

I bought both cabinets and countertops from DK&B at the end of January 2018.  The install of the cabinets went smooth, the gentleman that installed them was very professional.  That said, the install of the granite was not so great - the granite was incorrectly cut for the sink. Took another week to get the rest of the granite installed and, yes, the granite also looks great. However, the appliances are still sitting in my dining and living rooms and still no faucets installed for the sink so I have to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes. I was told the whole process would take about 5 weeks, instead it has taken almost 3 months. This is my first remodel and it scares me to think about another project, such as my bathrooms. Very frustrating.

Working with Randy Smith on our kitchen and master bath was a genuine pleasure.  He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience.  We especially liked that he could translate our rough descriptions and drawings into something meaningful that we could see clearly.  The store has a lot of product, displays, and samples so the choices were initially overwhelming.  Since there were many decisions to make we greatly appreciated Randy's patience and guidance.  Additionally, he steered us to what best fit our requirements and budget instead of pushing us in a one-size-fits-all direction.  No hard-sell pressure - just good, honest salesmanship and a concern for doing right by the customer.

I also want to mention the great installation job Leroy did.  Not only is he skilled but also very meticulous about his workmanship.  It was a large installation that took a week but he always cleaned up at the end of day.  When he started, there were empty spaces and no trash.  When he left, there were beautiful cabinets and no trash.  BTW, Home Depot was one of three options we were considering and the rep we were working with recommended finding our own installers.

Finally, the out the door price was not the lowest but the quality of Diamond's products and the service made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision.  Now that everything is complete and we are enjoying our new kitchen and master bathroom, that feeling has not changed.

Mike Johnson at Diamond Kitchen and Bath has designed two amazing kitchens and four fabulous bathrooms for me!  He is such a friendly man and does exceptional work.  His suggestions on colors for the cabinets were spot on!  I absolutely love doing business with this store and Mike in particular!

William was assigned to me,  he was to design my kitchen,  he didn't put a spacer where one was needed so my counter tops had to be clipped at the corners in order for my cabinets to open,  I paid thousands of dollars for cabinets and counterparts and have a kitchen I don't love.  All because he was to lazy to send his installer back out to put a spacer in.

I used Diamond Kitchen & Bath to install new vanities and countertops in all three of my bathrooms. In all cases, I went in and discussed what I was looking for and went over options with them. They were patient and took their time answering all of my questions. The delivery and installation of the vanities went without any delays in the timetables they established. The quality of both the products and the installation was great. I was very happy with the entire process.

Will was my salesman, and it was the worst experience of my life.  I understand there will be snags, however there were way too many snags.  It was the worse customer service I have ever received, and actually I am still waiting for resolution on some things.  I started this process in April, and am still not done.  I will never recommend this store to anyone.

Had my kitchen in my new house redone, as well as the laundry room.  We went to several places, but we chose Diamond Kitchen and bath because of Tina Harms.  She was wonderful to work with, helped us realize our vision.  The process was very easy.  The prices were very reasonable and we stayed within our budget.  Would work again with Tina and the whole crew there.

Randy Smith has always provided me and my referrals the highest level of service.  He takes the time to find out exactly what a client is looking for, creates a custom layout design that provides a visual confirmation, offers fabulous suggestions and ideas and Diamond has excellent prices and quality.  Randy is always pleasant and courteous to work with and I love referring all my clients to him.

Diamond deserves zero stars.  I wish I would have looked at Yelp prior to selecting this company!  When you work with Diamond you get great service in the store.  Helpful, draw up plans, details are discussed.  All was good until it was time to execute on the installation.  Promise date for install was missed by 6 days.  I understand and can deal with it.  After the cabinets installed, the counter top is then measured and then made to be sure the right fit.  Another week goes by and we call and ask when will counter top be installed.  Turns out it was ready and sitting there; no one bothered to call us.  It is then installed but it was incorrectly measured.  I called Diamond to say we have drawer interference.  Here is the kicker...they tell me to call their supplier and work with them to resolve the issue.  Diamond totally disowns working the issue and wants me to work with the supplier directly.  Amazing!  They will take your money but if problems happen then you get to deal with their subcontractors.  I am now playing phone tag with their supplier and Diamond has not bothered to check up on me to see if the issue is resolved.  Never use Diamond.

We were recommended to seek out Randy Smith (manager) at DK&B by a friend who had a great experience with the company and Randy in particular.  As native NY-DIYers we were reluctant to use any service since these days people no longer take pride in their work. However, our kitchen renovation was a project on which we chose to eschew our usual fears and let professionals handle it so we don't have to look at our novice mistakes for the next 25 years.  Not only did Randy help us find better cabinets than the best others had to offer in our price range, but he was meticulous about making sure the configuration was exactly what we wanted and there were no ambiguities regarding what was to be expected.  He was warm, accommodating, professional, knowledgable, and treated every question as important.  Not only did Randy meet our budget, he then proceeded to accommodate changes and add-ons we requested with no fuss and no penalty-type mark-ups or inflated pricing.  We chose Kountry Wood, Jamestown, Shaker, Full Overlay with Slab drawers & Scribe mldgs AND finished and trimmed bottoms on the wall cabinets w/solid surface countertops.  Randy beat the competition by almost $3k including installation!  
Still, we prepared for all kinds of disillusion, disappointment & dissatisfaction anyway after hearing horror stories from other people who went with the big name competitors.  Not only did the quality & hue of the cabinetry exceed our expectations, but the cabinets were delivered promptly as scheduled; as the delivery truck pulled away the installer parked, introduced himself (Regis - the most detailed and efficient worker I've encountered since a handyman for our apartment complex in NY in 1998) and set to work.  Our installer was diligent AND undaunted by my hovering and my hubby's critical eye and astounded us to the point where I teared up with joy. Every single thing was done WAY BETTER than we imagined and we are not easy to please.  The ONLY hiccup was one of the base drawers arrived with the wrong guides for the cushion close mechanism. However, I emailed Randy and he handled it.  Everyone who comes into this kitchen is going to be recommended just like I was!  They are hands down THE BEST!

We are extremely pleased with the service and products provided by Logan Peterson at Diamond Kitchen & Bath.  We replaced the cabinets and counter tops in our two bathrooms.  From the very beginning at the store to the finished product installation, everything went very smoothly.  Logan was able to quickly provide us with a design and price.  And everyone else involved in the process, including demolition, drywall repair, cabinet installation, plumbing and granite templating and granite installation, was always on time, efficient and polite.  We will definitely recommend Logan and Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

We have had the great good fortune to remodel several kitchens over the years so we have learned the ropes. We found Diamond Kitchens based on the recommendation from friends and used them to remodel our master bath and about a year later our kitchen. It is rare to find that perfect combination of great service and great value but after 2 experiences with them, they hit it out of the park both times. We had a wonderful time with their designer Tina, she helped make sure we got everything on sale (twice), rolled with us on changes and their installers and subs were both very talented and fun to work with. We would highly recommend Tina and Diamond.

All the workers involved with my complete kitchen remodel were excellent.  The cabinet installer was amazing to watch.  The only thing that was difficult was that the kitchen was in the remodel process for a month.  The quartz countertop took a while to fabricate; however, it is just beautiful!

I was extremely pleased with the service and products of Diamond Kitchen and Bath.  My sales representative, Tina Harms, was pleasant and professional from the very first minute she greeted me in the showroom!  Her follow up and communication with me was excellent from the beginning and walked me through the process.  Her knowledge and expertise were evident from the onset. She was in contact with me throughout the entire process and made certain I understood all the details of an entire kitchen remodel. I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the installer, Leroy, did an excellent job and made certain everything was perfect with the installation and it was. Tina Harms at Diamond Kitchen & Bath was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the entire process. The delivery was fast as well--after opening a box we found two doors that needed replacing and Tina was on it. Tina called and checked on the progress of the install (I didn't have them do the install as I already had a contractor) even though her company wasn't the ones doing install! The cabinets are beautiful and I love my new kitchen! I highly recommend going to see Tina for your kitchen and bath remodels.

I was doing a complete renovation of a kitchen and bath in a rental property.  I worked with Will who made sure everything was in stock, delivered quickly and everything was done to my timeline.  I had shopped other discount cabinets and Diamond was the least expensive for cabinets and granite.  I asked Will for design advice and he was on target.  I have done several renovations and I can recommend with hesitation.

My wife and I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath (Tatum and Thunderbird) on 7-31-15 Looking to redo our kitchen.We were met by Randy and Tina , they took the time to see what we were looking for .We advised they were the first place we stopped and would be shopping around.We ended Up going with them the same day, We worked with Tina, We gave her our budget and she did an Excellent Job in designing/ choosing a great cabinet layout and granite counter tops.One of the Items we had to do as well was move some A/c duct work and add new vent in the kitchen area,We didn`t have an A/C person and Diamond gave us a reference for UHC(Ultimate Heating and Cooling) Great Guys! They were very professional and courteous Would recommend them to anyone. We were promised a specific date for the cabinet install and they delivered on time and the Installer was very professional and nice person ,he did a great Job on the install. The counter tops were delivered right on time as well and again Great Installers.The following day the Final install of appliances, plumbing Etc..Again Very Nice and professional install....Diamond Kitchen  Did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said and as Far as We are concerned the Entire Project was A Grand Slam , a  perfect Job on all fronts. We actually have more usable cabinet space in the same area due to the great  cabinet choices and design that Tina did.
This wasnt the biggest Job on earth but it was our Project, and it was seamless.

Great experience resulting in a beautiful kitchen!  We worked with Kim and she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.  Working with her was easy and enjoyable.  She made some great suggestions and did not get flustered when we made some changes.  All of the subs who came to our home were on time and did good work.  When all the work was completed we had a couple small things needing fixing and it was done promptly and correctly.  We are very happy with our kitchen and would recommend Diamond to anyone.  We were referred to them by friends who also have a great kitchen and were very happy with the service.  This is the Tatum store
