David with Discount Granite did an excellent job in my kitchen and I am so happy with how it turned out!
After getting a quote for my countertops from a different company, I decided to reach out to Discount Granite.
David responded right away and came out the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
He gave me a quote that was MUCH less than the other company, AND he was also able to do the counter and sink in the half bath with the leftover piece from the granite slab from the kitchen. His company does the fabrication so there's no middle man saving lots of money.
Less than 2 weeks after his on-site estimate, they came out and installed everything and I LOVE my new kitchen!! I highly recommend David with Discount Granite . They did a beautiful job...quickly and efficiently, and very affordable!

David and his team did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen and bathroom granite countertops with quartz. He is very professional and communicative. We had a supply chain issue with the slabs we chose and he was great about keeping us informed and minimizing any disruption to our household. The install was quick and clean, and the price was reasonable.

If you're on the fence about replacing your countertops, do it and go with Discount Granite! For the cost of a new refrigerator you can have a completely refreshed kitchen. I'm in love with our new countertops!

He was very knowledgeable on all the products when discussing with us and explained the project in detail to us.  He was very prompt with responses. He finished our counters in a few hours and they came out better than we were expecting. Very happy we chose this company.

I was expecting more since we met few times and went over what we wanted. I had to hire another person to finish the job.
I have met with David myself twice so that he can take measurements and not once did he mention to me that this will look like it does in the pictures. He also forgot to add the hole where I specifically told him we need for the computer cable. Also, if you promise your clients after talking all the measurements that the slabs that we got would work and then later after installing half of it stating that we need another, just tells me that that they can even do the basics correctly. Would not recommend, please seek another company!

Loving our quartz countertops! David was wonderful to work with. We reviewed the website he orders his slabs from and were able to stop by and pick up a sample. Once we made our selection, the process was easy. We purchased a sink on Amazon and shipped it directly to his shop so he could measure to fit. He was able to install the countertops within a week and did an exceptional job. The countertops are flawless! He even set up a plumber to come by to hook the sink and faucet up. We also got a great backsplash referral from him. High quality work and great service. Very highly recommended. See the before and after pics!

David and his team did a fantastic job! I had shopped around for quotes and Discount granite had the best pricing.

Our first meeting:
- David came out and took measurements of our kitchen, master and guest bathrooms.
- He was able to provide us a quote on everything from the countertops, labor, sinks, and plumbing.
- He educated us about the process, recommended some finishes for our countertop edges and also names of wholesalers where I could go and pick out what color slab I wanted.

Our second meeting:
- He came out a second time after we chose which countertops we wanted to confirm the measurements he took were correct and to pickup the faucets and kitchen sink we had purchased.

2 weeks later as promised David had the countertops finished and was able to install everything and it turned out great! I have already recommended him to my sister and parents who are currently in the process of updating their countertops.

David was a pleasure to work with for installing my new granite countertops. He responded quickly to all inquiries, was very informative and helped me to make my final selection ( I knew I wanted black counters, I just wasn't sure if I wanted granite or quartz ), and he and his crew were complete professionals and did a fantastic job.  Another big plus was that the removal of the old counters, haul away and installing the new plumbing was all included so there were no added costs or need to hire another contractor.

David was very prompt and professional during the initial estimate. They showed up when they scheduled, they spent extra time taking out a cabinet in a corner that they did not plan on removing and David texted me back when I addressed him about my concerns.
I have only had countertops put in twice, the first was on the initial build of our home. I wish I could post pictures of the finished work. There is a 3/4 gap of damaged drywall above the entire countertop in the kitchen and areas where the drywall has actual holes where they hit it with the countertops. David told me this is a job for a good handyman to repair. Under the cabinets and in all the drawers there is drywall debris along with all the grout that they removed and all the dust from the old countertop removal. I guess a job for a good house cleaner. I don't know if I'm overreacting but I have contacted a few reputable companies to get their input and share some pics. I was out of town during the installation so I was extremely disappointed to come home to this. I do not like to post bad reviews for people who I think are trying to do their best but wanted to give a heads up to anyone planning on using them that there may be a lot of additional work and cost once they finish the job. I guess that's why there Discount Countertops

I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience. They were running behind for my initial appointment so we rescheduled for another date. They cancelled my second appointment without asking me. Instead, David asked if he could drop by my home while I was at work.  I asked to reschedule for another date, because I wanted to be present for the appointment. They didn't give me a third date and  asked me to take my own measurements and order my stone from their wholesaler. He was essentially asking me to do his job (IMHO).  After this response, I went with another company on Yelp (see my review)

I'm sure David is a nice guy and does great work. At the same time, if you are going to pay thousands of dollars for new countertops, you want to work with a company that will at the very least meet with you on time, obtain measurements and order the slab.

Great job working with us to give us options. We decided on a square rather than oval piece to save money and they accelerate the completion time because I had to go out of town unexpectedly. Sergio took good care of us. We will go back for future granite needs

Skip shopping around and hire David right now!! He beat other prices by about half, was punctual and efficient, and did an absolutely awesome job on our kitchen counters. The plumber appreciated being left the drains and fixtures to make his job easier also. Cannot recommend highly enough and when guests give us compliments, we're sure to pass them his number. The website might be pretty broken, but this is a first class business.

Six years ago I gave Discount Granite 5 stars.  This year only 1.  As a repeat customer, I thought David would have been happy to fabricate and install granite on another BBQ and planter.  I was dead wrong.  I totally understand contractors are extremely busy these days however it should not come at the expense of decent customer service.  If he was that busy, he should have declined the job.  There is a drawn out story leading up to the install that I will skip but none is good.  David was and still is uncommunicative, uncooperative and frankly, intimidating.  Everything had to be on his terms, his time.  No flexibility, at all, to anyone else's time or schedule.  After many texts (he will not talk on the phone or return phone calls which would have made everything easier), we finally scheduled the install.  He was very standoffish upon arrival.  No greeting, no eye contact, nothing.  I left him alone to do his job figuring at least this part would go right.  The results?  Terrible.
First, the back splash to the BBQ was left out.  I dont know if he forgot, since I never got anything in writing or if he ran out of material.  He never informed me so I dont know.  Secondly, the granite is not secured to the base of the BBQ or planter.  If you lean, step or sit on it, the granite will tip off.  There are small globs of glue underneath that obviously not holding it.  
David was paid in full!  He was told well in advance I would be out of town the month of August.  Before I left, to texted and left voicemail of the problems and requested to pencil me in for mid Sept.  I've texted a couple of times since I've been back.  No response.  
David owes me an apology and reimbursement for a job not completed.  I now have to pay another contractor to finish his job in order to move forward with the project that has taken several months too long to begin with.  I gave an honest account.  You decide if you want to hire Discount Granite.

This was a GREAT experience with David!  He was nice and professional!  Very prompt and knowledgeable.  

He showed up and showed us pics and samples.  Gave us a quote for ALL services (counters, backsplash, new kitchen sink), no hidden costs.

We went and picked out the slab and let him know we were ready.  We than gave him half down payment and than half when they finished.

We did a big remodel and he made this part of the process very easy!

My wife and I started with a few other granite countertop companies and frankly was a nightmare with no shows, high prices and unprofessional dealings.

Discount granite guys did the work noone else wanted to undertake. They replaced my cracked undermount sink without touching the marble countertop. They did an absolutely outstanding job and I highly recommend them. They were responsive, professional, and on time. Extremely satisfied!

How do you recommend someone that doesn't return calls or texts. We called four times and sent a text to them.  No reply. It's too bad as they just did my neighbors house within the last ten days. One of the installers gave me their business card.

Very good and what I liked about working with David is that he did exactly what he said he'd do, showed up on time, provided accurate information and installed without any hassles at all.  We had purchased a half slab from The Yard, David picked it up and cut it for a bathroom counter top and we had the remaining piece cut for a shelf on our rooftop viewing deck.  All good, I'd recommend David and Discount Granite to anyone interested in a reasonably priced good quality result.

David does tremendous work. Over the course of a year we made multiple changes to our project plan and he was always quick to arrive to update pricing estimates. He's very responsive to calls and texts and is very helpful when you have questions. The prices seem unbeatable. The turnaround is fast. The results are eye-popping.

We interviewed other companies but no one came close to putting us at ease like Discount Granite. Some of the quotes we received were more than double what we ended up paying. David's quote was the final price. Even with some minor changes throughout there was never a change in cost.

We are very pleased with David and Daniel's quartz installation in our kitchen.  I initially emailed David with the general size (over 80 sq ft) and the color (white).  He responded quickly with a list of costs for 3 different white slabs.  

After checking out several other installers we settled on Discount Granite. I contacted David and he came to our house with samples, measured, and gave us a written quote.  He suggested we check out the quartz slabs at the Arizona Tile before making our decision.  We did.

David arrived again to do the template and within one week he and Daniel installed the quartz.  We love it, it is perfect,  and it fits our redo of our kitchen.

David arrived all three times to our house when he said he would and on time.  His craftsmanship is evident in the install.  Very professional and honest.  We highly recommend Discount Granite.

David was always on time, followed up quickly, answered all our questions and was spot on from the get go. He laid everything out in writing so there were no concerns before hand, explained everything from start to finish, brought a ton of samples and even answered 1000 phone calls when we decided to pick out a slab (which I would highly recommend doing and not going by the samples if you want a lot of movement in your granite.) He even went above and beyond in every aspect explaining how we could save money and we are so thrilled with our new countertops. He even provided a plumber and we have had no issues with any leaks and everything works perfectly. We got a bunch of quotes and even though David was the cheapest the quality was amazing, outstanding, and highly recommended. We will definitely call him again and refer him to anyone who needs new counter tops.

I would give this company a higher rating but we did not end up using them for the job. I will say that the owner was very responsive and showed up quickly to give us a quote. Unfortunately, he could not get out kitchen done with one slab so it was going to cost us $14000 more. We did find a contractor that was able to find a slab that would fit our whole job. Thank again to Discount Granite for being responsive.

I had a funky island/tabletop feature in my kitchen, and enlisted David to replace and extend the island. He was extremely responsive to texts and emails, and researched several suppliers to find the perfect stone to match my existing counter tops.  The quality of work is excellent, and I could not be happier! Highly recommend David and his team!!

These guys are The BEST!  We had three companies bid on our counter top and we picked Discount Granite because of the terrific reviews they had on Yelp.  
When it came to laying out the template David gave us many great ideas on how to lay out the design.  He truly is a craftsman like other reviewers have said.  
David helped us with the layout of a very difficult island snack bar.  We had lots of angles and strange placements of cabinets to get the most out of the space.  With David's suggestions we got a better looking counter top for this area and the entire kitchen came out beautiful.

Discount Granite did a great job installing my new replacement kitchen under mount sink. David goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with his work. Before installing the sink he noticed the countertop was going to overlap the sink corners to far so he offered to cut the countertop to make the new sink fit and look good.

I have used other companies  for granite in the past.  The service I received from David  at Discount Granite in July 2016  is absolutely the best.  David  came to my home to give me an estimate.  He did not try to sell or pressure me into anything.   I truly appreciate the straight forward all inclusive pricing of Discount Granite.   They do not charge additional fees for   demolition, removing of trash,  installing sinks, or type of fabrication like other  companies.

David is a master craftsman who will bring your vision to life. He is extremely knowledgeable and  took time to share his knowledge so I could make a well informed decision.  He helped me choose the perfect stone and  showed me exactly how it would look when it was  fabricated.   David installed granite counters in my kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms.    I chose different granite, edges,  and sinks for each room.   The granite I chose had a lot of different patterns and movement which can be difficult to fabricate.   David's fabrication is top notch with all seams, edges, and patterns matching perfectly.    I am extremely pleased with the work of David and his installers.   They were on time, installation was perfect, and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived.
