Diamond Kitchen and Bath, Inc. has been professionally serving the valley since 1986 and we are a family owned and operated business. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's owners came from the home improvement center's and have been in the industry non-stop since the 60's. They are still actively involved in the business today. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's retail showrooms first starting sprouting up in the late 80's with their original showroom on Grand Avenue in the west valley. Today they boast 5 locations conveniently located all over the valley!

Chris Devore has been a part of the kitchen and bath industry for over 20 years!  Chris got his start at a big box retailer in the Midwest and then became a representative for a large manufacture for several years.  Chris' experience in the industry and his positivity is what makes him a 5 star leader.    

Chris' store boasts six staff members who are all ready to create the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams!

Perfect solution for us.  Our builder wanted over $8,000 to finish our laundry room with cabinets.  I was able to get a better design and more storage for a lower price with Diamond.  Amanda, our designer, was extremely responsive and we were able to finish the designs and selections efficiently.  They then sent out someone to measure who noticed a potential issue with air vents.  We were easily able to resolve this before ordering the cabinets.  Jordan, our installer, completed the job in one day and it looks great.  I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I went in and put together a list of items to be quoted with James. We were told we would have the estimate the following day by phone call and by email. Didn't receive a phone call until I called late the following day and never received an email. Called back to start the order process and give them the down payment and I was told by James that he was with another customer and would call back later. Never received a call back so I could get my cabinet built so I guess they don't want our business. By the way I was working with James at the 5710 W. Bell store.
Evidently they are too busy to work with me. I realize that my order was only for one vanity but a little courtesy would have been appreciated.
Thanks for nothing!!
Customer service is absolutely terrible and promises made are forgotten.

Super shady. Felt decent rapport with first sales person. Other guy, James, got very aggressive when I indicated I already had slabs and pricing from AZ tile.

After I spoke at length with first sales guy and was informed of demand of 1/3 estimate paid up front before they even set foot in a home to do measurements, James came up, rudely yanked other guy away, claimed it was other guys last day tomorrow, and I'd need to do a whole nother appointment with someone new.

Very rude. Very unprofessional. Sketchy beyond belief. James was scary.

The worst craftmenship ever. I bought cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom. After less than a year later, I started seeing chips on the bathroom cabinets. Then I  started seeing how easy it was to see the lower cabinets getting chipped by just cleaning the floors. I ordered the same material so my contractor could frame the bathroom mirror to match the cabinets. The mirror was actually the first time I started seeing paint chips. I took the mirror to two different paint stores to see if they could match the paint color. I was told by both stores that the reason for chipping is because they didn't prime the cabinets first. They do not follow up after the installation because they don't care...they already got paid. I'm disappointed in myself for trusting them. Please think twice before using this company, especially if you want another color besides the original wood.

To anyone considering going to Diamond Kitchen for cabinetry remodeling, please reconsider your decision. A year ago we went to Diamond Kitchens to have our kitchen remodeled
Before they will start any work you have to pay in full up front, half when you place the order and the other half when they deliver the cabinets before installation Then we had a bathroom and a laundry done as well.
What a disaster. My kitchen is still not complete, the laundry from the start has been an absolutely disaster , I am still unable to use the cupboard in my laundry as they are such a mess. Shelves are broken, the shelf holder they use are impossible to move, so it is impossible to adjust shelves as I don't want to damage the cupboard. We went in many, many times and many, many calls and still no progress. Before they completed the work we asked have a small cabinet to be installed in the laundry to be installed, and they want to charge us $ 2300 to do it after all the problems we had you would think they would have done at a minimal cost. Oh no they would not even consider it.  To make matters worse  they cannot remember that we are waiting for the Warranty work to be repaired and certain sections to be replaced. Bear in mind it all has to be paid up front so you have no hold over them.
From our experience from the time the order is placed and the salesperson gets their commission they don't care.
After sales service is non- existent and management is incompetent and hands off
Be advised contract with them at your peril

We ordered from Travis in the showroom in November. He was responsive throughout the design process and moved quickly. Originally we were told 15 weeks so we're pleasantly surprised when they came in 9. Communication about install was great. Hector (and another guy whose name I didn't get) were super careful unloading and unwrapping and prepping for the installer. Cameron installed and was awesome. Really careful and perfect. Showed me how to use the touch up stuff the company sends. Installed a cupboard but then didn't complain about pulling g it so my husband could fix a problem behind it and then installed again. Couldn't be happier. Waiting now for counter tops! Freddy measured today - right on time and provided helpful information about production. Would recommend!

We waited 4 months for our cabinets to arrive and they were not the color we wanted.  When we called Diamond, the salesman was rude and argumentative and said the only possibility was that it was solely our fault and the only remedy was to order new cabinets and pay for them again.

Update:  I received a phone call from Greg, the manager at our local Diamond store.  He understood there was a miscommunication with the salesman and hooked us up with someone to paint the cabinets.  He also offered to split the cost with us which seems very fair.

We worked with Jess and he was amazing. Always great at getting back to us and following up. Set realistic expectations of the process.  Straightforward pricing. No games like we experienced elsewhere (even another DKB location).  Cabinets took a while to get but that's just the way it goes these days. Install guy was great.  The only hiccup we had was with Marlam for the counter install. But even then Jess was helpful and got involved when we needed.

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them.

We hired Diamond as part of a major remodel project for our home. And we couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of our new kitchen and bath cabinets. They are great quality and look and work wonderful!
However, the installation was a little problematic.
Multiple mis-measurements and mis-communications, and wrong and missing parts, caused multiple unnecessary delays that caused the installation to last three months.
Bottom line is we have beautiful cabinets, but at a unnecessarily high cost in our frustration and unnecessary delays.

We recently purchased our new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops from Diamond Kitchen and Bath located at 5710 W. Bell Rd.  Denis Ryan assisted us throughout the process of ordering and delivery. Denis was very helpful and professional, giving us some ideas for planning our kitchen cabinets.  

The cabinets and granite were of excellent quality. We had a contractor install the cabinets, as we had some renovations to be made.  Our contractor had no problem during the install, as the cabinets fit completely accurate.

We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Denis Ryan as your consultant at Diamond Kitchen!

Remodel is beautiful.  Dealing in-store was a pleasure.  Installation scheduling went like clock-work.  However, one cupboard door was missing at installation and two doors did not match the others.  REPEATED emails and phone calls have been to no avail.  Each time we're told they're on their way, let me check and get back to you, and let me get with the warehouse.  Really disappointed with the follow up on this.  We've been dealing with this since October 2021.  Today, Saturday, Jess tells us the warehouse is closed and he'll do his best to get with them on Monday and find out if our cupboards are in their February 8th shipment that's coming in with a bunch of back orders.  February 8th.   I realize there are problems with the supply chain, but this has gotten just ridiculous.

The salesman at this place is very standoffish. He is a dark-haired gentleman who wore a plastic face shield. Never smiled. Came out of the back room and acted as though we were bothering him by being in the store. We brought in a picture of what we wanted and rather than show us cabinet options he said come back when you have all the measurements. We were only missing one measurement and could have called that in later to get exact pricing. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, which we think made him happy anyway. I don't know how this place stays in business with that approach to customers.

Today was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had going into any store.  The salesman we dealt with today was not considerate or helpful.    His attitude and personality were inappropriate.    I never felt more rushed and uncomfortable with trying to get information on a product.    It seemed like I was doing him a favor by leaving the store.     Do yourself a favor, go to a different company that will give you the time and day along with  respect and listen to what you are looking for.

I recently purchased a new kitchen's worth of cabinets from Diamond. Everything installed last week and is perfect. Aaron and Izzy delivered the cabinets. They were very professional and careful not to damage anything. They left everything very clean and well set up for the installer. Calin was the installer that got everything in. He did everything absolutely perfectly. The cuts were exact, everything perfectly level, and all completely trimmed out as needed. These guys did a fantastic job and I'm quite thankful that they helped me realize my new kitchen.

This is the second time I've used Diamond Kitchen & Bath located at 57th Ave & Bell Rd. I've worked with both James Arellano and Rich Cline, both great guys. This time they did all the cabinets in a condo I gutted and am remodeling. There was one cabinet installed in the wrong place and they were on it and were going to send the installer out asap to change it. Once I thought about it and really decided I liked it the way he did it I chose to have him leave it. They are great to work with and kept to my schedule. Great product and great prices too! Thank you and Great job guys!

We made an appointment, went in to talk and pick out our cabinets colors and styles. Greg, who made sure we knew he was the GM told us he would work up a design and get back to us. I emailed him the info and he responded he would be out of town for a few days, I respond and said no trouble at all. A few weeks went by, never heard a word from him. So my husband made a phone call and asked him what was going on and if he would get a quote back to us soon. He said yes he was busy and forgot about it but he would get us something and now it's been over two weeks and he hasn't even contacted us. I wouldn't even waste my time at this place!

Used Car of Cabinets
Called them to ask questions and was reassured that they have special relationships with cabinet makers therefore they get better quality items and lower prices. I made an appointment and went in. I already had 2 bids from other stores for kitchen cabinet replacement. My experience here was awful. I felt like I was at a used car dealer. Took 2 hours to come up with a schematic of my kitchen (which is small) and a bid. The bid was DOUBLE of the first 2 I had. The salesman could not give me a price himself he kept having to go to the back room behind closed doors to speak to the managers to get pricing. Then I asked for an itemized bid and was told they don't do that. My other 2 were itemized. When I showed my other bid to the salesman at half of his price he got mad and threw his pen and started putting down the other store. So unprofessional and I felt very played.

I have been patient over the last 5 months. Much of my time was wasted waiting on Diamond's employees & contractors to do (and redo) their work. I regret not checking their Yelp rating first.
I scheduled my countertop installation for before I moved in, July 6th, so that I would have a working kitchen. I moved in July 11th. I still don't have a working kitchen. It's quite inconvenient to cook out of boxes, because you don't want to unpack just to repack whenever they happen to decide to call to fix their faulty workmanship as promised. Plus, I don't want them to damage more of my property when they come back. They told me 14 days ago that they would tear out/replace my new countertop a week from then. They haven't scheduled anything with me; nor have they returned my calls. I need my kitchen finished before I can refinance, which was the whole point of renovating my kitchen. They are costing me a lot of money and time. My tile backsplash was supposed to be installed over a month ago. It can't be done until the countertop is finished. That contractor is frustrated as well.
The seam by the window was ground down on top of the quartz, instead of from underneath, leaving a large unpolished indention that is very noticeable. Their contractor agreed that they need to replace that entire section of the countertop after sending a tech to my home during a 6 hr window to inspect it. Another 4 hr window: they came to template again, because they threw away the original. My last message from them was that they forgot to remeasure my sink (standard sink sold by Diamond & brought to my home by the contractor at installation,) so they need to come by again to measure their sink. That means another long window of waiting for them, but not the last. When is this remeasure? When is tear out/installation? They won't return my calls. After they install the new quartz, they said I will also have to reschedule to have my sink reconnected with their plumbing contractor, which is more of my time. My next step will be a Registrar of Contractor complaint against the contractor, but I know that's a lengthy process.
They were messy, chipped my wall to the metal at installation. They chipped paint off my newly refinished cabinets. They embedded gray caulking on my newly painted walls and cabinets (not where it belonged.) I had to scrape product off my windows. All of the counters are not shiny, some from caulking spills, some I'm not sure what from... I'm hoping they will make it all feel and look shiny and new when they come to redo the rest. They also left the sink box on the side of my front yard on top of sawdust with cardboard, sticky rags, loose razorblades inside. I almost cut my hand open cleaning it out.
I have called Diamond many times. A different salesman than mine returned my call after I went down there in person to complain about not getting a call or email back after my poor installation when my salesman happened to be on vacation. Once the salesman who handled my account returned from vacation, I didn't hear from anyone at Diamond. I had the same problem trying to get a quote from them back in April and again, trying to pay in May. I was ignored and had to go down there to get my quote in writing. Unfortunately, even though my friend and I picked out the sink type and color at the salesman's instruction during the quoting process, the salesman didn't itemize it on the quote. When I went down there in person (because I couldn't get a call or email back as usual) to pay and sign my contract, I ended up paying more than I expected, because of that error. The manager said they would do the initial tear out right away, within a week. He said they'd call me, but they didn't. After a week I contacted the number on my receipt, reached a manager who emailed my salesman. It was the best turnaround time I had from them getting a return call (2 days.) It turned out my order hadn't been entered in their system, so it was just sitting there.
All of this trouble might be understandable if they were a discount shop with ridiculous deals. They're not. I paid over $6K for my quartz countertops. I did not receive any discount for this mess, my time, trouble, headache. I can't even get an I'm sorry call from them after all this... or any call for that matter.
Why? My friend recommended Diamond. What I have been told since I experienced this nightmare is that they used to be great, but they are trying to expand rapidly, piling work on the salesmen from floor sales to following up on purchase orders, and they can't keep up. In essence, the customers can't get serviced.
The sink contractor, who also does the tear out, was wonderful. He estimated within a 2 hr window, was on time, professional, thorough. I had incorrect measurements for the sink from Diamond and he gave me a sink strainer that would fit their sink. He even reconnected my dishwasher to the new countertop. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team.

James Arellano was excellent in guiding us to a completely new kitchen with cabinetry and counters.  The detail with multiple levels of cabinetry, rope trim, glass doors, and more made our kitchen look so great.  The best part is the presence of the drawers in all lower cabinets.  They are silent automatic close and deep.  Truly a quality provider with knowledgeable sales personnel.

Remodeling our family room last summer, we tried two (2) other businesses to find cabinetry for our old wet bar area & a new vanity cabinet for the small, guest half bathroom. One business no one ever showed up, another had a man show up & take measurements but, we never heard from him, or the business, again. One day, driving through the area, we saw Diamond & stopped in the next day (as they were closed when we drove by). Not only did they WANT to help us, they came to the house, measured the wet bar area & half bath &.... Within just a couple of weeks, we had a new hutch where shelves once were & a beautiful new vanity in our half bath. I'm sorry to say that I cannot remember the name of the young man who helped us but, we're getting ready to redo our master bath & this is definitely the place we will go to for new cabinets!!

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Diamond Kitchen, and most especially with their salesman Logan Peterson. He has been so helpful in coordinating the delivery and install of my kitchen cabinets! I ran into several delays during the renovation of my property, and he was able change the dates for me so that things went more smoothly. He was courteous and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with my cabinets. They look great, and I would most definitely recommend both Logan Peterson and Diamond Kitchen for your cabinets!

The initial install was great as well. Often thats where it seems that this is where the service ends. This has certainly not been the case with Diamond with the small followup adjustments. Thanks again.

Went into this location after being a recurring customer for years at the Grand Location. I would not suggest going into this location. Horrible Customer Service from the moment I walked in. I was suppose to receive a quote that same day and never received a quote. I followed up 3rd day and the sales rep was off and I asked James who answered if someone else could help me and he was rude and said no I needed to come in and see a new rep or wait for original sales rep. I understand that but it was his tone like whatever. I told him I have been waiting and customer service has not been the greatest and said that was my only option . I then stated I should possibly take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I called back spoke to manager Gregg and he listened and stated he would address it but don't think they care much. I totally don't recommend this location. I can't imagine how it is ok to hang up on a customer. I wish I could give it a zero star.

We used Diamond Kitchen and Bath as part of a larger home renovation. From the initial consultation thru scheduling, installation, and follow up it was an outstanding experience. Kenny was great to work with and went out of his way to smooth out the experience. Cannot say enough positives about him. The job was cabinets (uppers and lowers), building an island, granite, and follow up. All was well coordinated with the prime contractor and was smooth and on time. Cudos to Kenny and Diamond KB. Would definitely recommend.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced with quartz counters from Diamond Kitchen and Bath 5710 W Bell Road in Glendale.  Greg Harms was the sales agent there at the store and he was friendly, helpful and fun to deal with.  Great experience.  The process was easy and straight forward.  Questions were answered quickly and efficiently.  The tear out, done by two guys, were very professional and wonderful to deal with.  Their work was exceptional.  The installation of the countertops was very well done as well.  We are very satisfied with what we paid, the quality of work and how each work group made the process smooth and easy.  The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, was the requirement to pay the entire amount owed prior to any work being done.  We could see paying for the countertop, which was the majority of the bill, but they required the full amount.  My wife and I do not usually do business this way and it was a bit uncomfortable.  Based on the length of time in business we decided to do it anyway.  As it turned out, we had no worries.  They work was well done and we are glad we did it with them.

Ordered a new kitchen and countertop around April of 19. Everything went smooth until wife decided to change door pulls. After some miscommunication between James and I he solved our problem quickly and professionally. Rated 4 stars, will update after install.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received at Diamond Kitchen and Bath.  Logan Peterson took such wonderful care of me and guided me through the whole process, even when I was unsure about my sink color he reassured me it was a good choice.  And I LOVE my sink. From design to demo to installation I received professional service from everyone.  Where others companies source out their demo and installation, Diamond Kitchen and Bath employ their own workers, it's like one big family.  I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!

I got a phone call that my bathroom was being delivered and installed tomorrow...great news.  Then I got a phone call that the countertop people needed to come out next week and make a template for the countertop.  Delivery of that would be another three weeks.  What is really messed up is they are demanding full payment for the job with the delivery of the cabinets.  There is nothing being held back for the completion of the job.  They could take months to complete the job or never complete it at all and I was just told this is not negotiable.  This 'fine' point was not disclosed previous to today.  I'll let you know what happens.

I always am one to give the local guys a shot at my money, that's why I went to DKB instead of Lowe's or Home Depot. That turned out to be a sad mistake.
It's a very long story, but bottom line, without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered in making a purchase as large as the bathroom vanity I purchased from DKB, almost $10,000. They do not communicate, it takes days if they ever return your call. The only way I could get an answer, and rarely a timely one was through email to the Salesman, Jess.
When they brought the vanity out the delivery person was great. The installer was great. I pointed out that the crown molding on the centerpiece was wrong, it was a 6 molding that should have been 3. When I contacted the salesman i was told it would be weeks before I would get the final installation of the new moldings. I asked why the factory couldn't FedEx or UPS the moldings so they could finish it. His response was the factory will only send it on a truck with new orders.!!?? Are you serious, They wouldn't box up 3 pices if crown molding and send it to keep the customer happy!!?? I was dumbfounded, I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Anyhow, he was right, I waited for weeks for the new moldings, and total it took almost 4 months for them to complete the project.
Now I have a soft closing drawer that won't close properly, can't wait to see how long this will take for them to come and fix it.
I'm reasonably sure I could have had someone custom build the same vanity for much less money, and I'm sure the builder would have enough pride in his work to make it right, ASAP.
Bottom line, go to Lowe's or Home Depot YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER!

What an experience. I'm remodeling a small 14x8 kitchen. I went in looking for cabinets. They had signs up having a sale for 40% off their prices. I looked around and chose some ideas. They guy added up the specs and I saw the cost on their invoice documentation showing around $8,000. I don't think this screen is supposed to be seen by customers. He didn't notice I saw it then went to confirm with his manager I was getting the best deal. He came back with $17,000!!!! He says well you picked the absolute most expensive cabinets we have. I said what about the 40% off. He said that's with it. Keep in mind that doesn't include any countertops, didn't include my kitchen island, any specialized or outside the normal cabinets designs, or accessories. That also didn't include delivery, installation, or tax!! Plus he said it'd take 6-8 weeks after they came out and took measurements which would take another 1-2 weeks to schedule!
Absolutely ridiculous do not go here and be ripped off!!!

We've used Diamond Kitchen and Bath 3 times now and are extremely happy with the cabinet's and the service that we have received each time. We worked with Kenny @ the store on Grand ave over 10 years ago to remodel the kitchen and then the master bathroom in our first home. Now we are working with Rich at the Bell Rd store to remodel the kitchen in our current home. Even though there have been some issues as with any remodel Rich has literally gone above and beyond to ensure that we are completely satisfied with the finished kitchen. We love the new kitchen and would recommend Rich with Diamond Kitchen and Bath two anyone looking for new cabinets. This review would have been 5 stars but there was a hiccup with the original salesman that we spoke to at the Bell rd store in which our initial plans that were supposed to be designed were never created and we were not contacted by that salesman nor Diamond Kitchen and Bath to notify us that he was prompted and no longer working on our design. When we finally returned to the store Rich assisted us with our plans and has been great to work with on the design and installation of our new kitchen.

We love Diamond Kitchen and Bath, more specifically Kenny Jackson, so much we have used them 6 times!!!  Each phase from design, construction and installation was seamless.  They worked with my vision and ideas to create a luxurious finished product.  It never fails when guests visit our home, they comment on the extraordinary cabinet quality and aesthetic.  My kitchen, bathrooms, home office, library and rec room are exactly as I envisioned and the best bang for my buck!  I received such personal attention from Kenny and look forward to the next opportunity that we have to work together.

Seemed like a decent showroom. Customer service was pretty awful. I've never had that kind of experience anywhere. We had a friend helping us do some research before we wasted time going in anywhere. Our friend had emailed someone and got a very generic quote so we decided to go in an check it out and customize what we want specifically. We lived closer to the one in Glendale so we decided to stop in at that store. We spoke to 2 different people that basically brushed us off because the person that our friend emailed was at the phx location. While I understand they work on commission, we had not met with or spoken with anyone or given any kind of description of what we wanted. We were physically there and were told to go to the other store to work with the other guy. I understand they were busy and trying to help that guy get his cut but it was very disappointing and frustrating. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Kenny Jackson is a rock star!  When we suffered the loss of our new home in an attic fire, Kenny was patient and understanding as we waded through the process of rebuilding.  He drove clear out to our house at the other end of town on several occasions and went above and beyond in his customer service.  We cannot recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath enough!  Thank you Kenny!
