Quick Response Garage Cabinets

We are extremely happy with our new garage cabinets.  I did a lot of research and shopping around before deciding to go with Quick Response.   The name is accurate as within the week Alan come out to provide a competitive quote and Ruben R was out to remove the old damaged cabinets.  They could have been installed that day but Alan did a great job working around our schedule to install the new cabinets as we needed a week to paint the garage.   We made a few adjustments on color combinations via email and Alan was quick to respond with updated plans.  Ruben R came back and did a fantastic job on the install.  Everything went smoothly.  We are planning on doing our garage floor next and won't hesitate to contact these guys.  If you are looking for new garage cabinets I'd recommend using Quick Response.  They also offer a discount for Veterans, so be sure to ask if you are a Veteran!

Reached out to a few places for quotes, and pricing was not too far off from anywhere else. The pricing for Quick Response was just slightly better, but we decided to go with this one as the tech (Scott) that got our measurements seemed more knowledgeable. They were quick and friendly in their communication, and got us on the books the same week.
Evan S came out to install our cabinets, and he arrived a bit early, which we had no issues with. They send you a text with a picture of the rep so you know they are on the way. Evan was very helpful and flexible as we made a last minute adjustment. It required more trim to satisfy our needs, and Evan was able to do it for us. Love our cabinets, will definitely use them again and 100% recommend!

This is the second time I've used Quick Response and l can't say enough about how great they are and the quality of their work!

Bought a smart garage door opener and needed someone to install. They replied quick to my inquiry, gave an unbeatable price, and came out same day. Took them just over an hour to complete the install and looks/works great!

Overall I'm happy but bummed out on 2 things:
- the edges around the doors were chipped to begin with / the material on the front of the door doesn't go to the edge..end result is it looks chipped/unfinished and it's getting worse quick.
- I didn't know that the way these are designed you have to open the right side door first before you open the left side. This makes it annoying if you want to get in the left side of the cabinet you always have to open the right first then close the left first every time when you're done. The pro of this is you have a little more space for wider things because there's no center bracket so that will benefit some. I wish there was a center bracket as some of the shelves are already starting to warp in the middle.

Overall I'm fairly happy but would probably go a different route next time and get metal.

Love our new garage cabinets! Both the rep and the tech were friendly and professional. I will be adding more garage cabinets in the future. The price and quality is great!

Great doing business with this local company! They truly live up to their name -- prompt communication, punctual & hassle-free installation, and quality product.

They epoxied our garage floors in our brand-new home last year and also installed a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling garage cabinets for storage. We couldn't be happier with their product. The epoxy is holding up well and protects our concrete slab. The cabinets add tons of storage options to our garage. Will be back for more garage cabinets in the future.

I personally want to thank Bryan for having a very through conversation with my wife prior to installation about why we were getting a new unit and what we expected to achieve by replacing an opener that was only 3 years old.  This might sound crazy because it's a garage door opener, but him taking 4 minutes to ask those questions changed the outcome of this investment in a very positive way, resulting in a 5 star review.

We have been wanting to replace our garage cabinets for several years.  After reviewing a number of companies we selected Quick Response. There were a few companies that we requested a quote from that never bothered to return our calls. Quick Reaponse as the name indicates were very quick to set up an appointment and provide a quotation on the spot. They also were able to set up the removal of the old cabinets and install the new ones.  Rubin was our Installer. He was prompt and did a fantastic job.

I'd referrer Quick Response for any garage cabinet needs.

Terrible workmanship, unprofessional/immature staff.  I purchased both epoxy flooring and cabinets with them and they were scheduled weeks out. Epoxy first then the cabinet is supposed to be a week after the epoxy.  I Paid $1600 for epoxy flooring and it's a C product at best. Very rough with sharp pieces of the chips sticking up everywhere. Uneven la y of the chips, bubbles, areas that have a very thick clear coating where it pooled then areas where it looks like no clear coating at all, uneven coloring and missing chips in several spots.  I was flexible with them and accommodated their schedule to return to fix it.  They came out and only sanded some areas, leaving others sharp to step on. Didn't fix anything else and it left the floor with powder texture everywhere. Still uneven and missing, still no topcoat.   It's been 7 days and it smells still so bad that you can't be inside the garage and that's after leaving the door propped for four days.

On the day of the cabinet install, I get a call an hour beforehand canceling because the tech had a migraine.  I asked if they could pull techs off of other jobs for mine instead because it's my only day off until next week, they refused.  

So I started an online chat with the company to tell them about the dissatisfaction with the flooring and canceling at the last minute the cabinets.  The office manager got on and began yelling at me. Epoxy is not a perfect science, we cannot control illnesses. If your floor was so bad why would you have us do cabinets? Then told me she's canceling my order for cabinets because I was dissatisfied with the flooring.  I told her to stop messaging me but she continued with I am still baffled that if your floor was so bad why would you want us to do cabinets? That is puzzling.

Just extremely immature, unstable staff here.  My original review was deleted, probably by the company.  It did have a response from her on here that said she's glad they didn't do my cabinets.  Just terrible.  If you're going to spend $3000 on a floor and cabinets, go somewhere else because this company is nuts.

This place did a fantastic job, got a quote about a month or so before install of the epoxy floors and cabinets.  They came on the day they said they would and arrived on time to start both jobs.   Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their garage floors done and or have cabinets installed.

We just got our garage cabinets installed on 8/18/21 and we are ecstatic! Justin H did a phenomenal job all by himself. I've had cabinets installed in a previous home and they were not flush. This job was seamless! The gray and black color went perfect with our epoxy floors. They also replaced my almost 20 year old garage door opener...next day! My garage was completely transformed by adding these beautiful cabinets! Quick Response Garage Cabinets did a great job. ((602) 935-5598) I got a few other quotes - one was just a little lower, but the final product look very cheap. Another was over triple the cost & said they were booked out 3+ months (they also spent 2 1/2 hours at my home doing detailed drawings...seems unnecessary for an initial quote).

Alan came out to provide a quote right away & had an estimate in minutes. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. The work was scheduled fast - only 2 weeks out.

Justin came for the install...wow. These cabinets are truly 100% custom! Justin built these out from scratch & completed them in a single day! A lot of hard work & great quality. The cabinets are solid, beautiful & everything was put together well, including drawers & hinges. (The cabinets at my last house didn't close all the way because the hinges weren't quite right.)

We love our garage cabinets! They did 3 areas for us and they look amazing! We added sport cubbies for our kids, a work-bench for tools and normal cabinets for storing all the things!

I had two garage door openers that I needed to have installed.  Quick Response was only able to install one (not their fault, I had to make more room in my second garage).  I made an appointment for them to return today to install the second opener.  In the meantime I was impressed with the install and communication so I was considering having overhead storage and custom built cabinets installed as well.  My window for install today was 2:00-3:30.  No one showed up.  No one called asking to reschedule.  I get that things happen and I would have been understanding if someone called or texted, but zero communication and really disappointed.

Update: Quick Response saw my review, called me, explained what might have happened, scheduled someone to come next day. I appreciate the error correction.

Amazing service we had with Fernando, he was efficient,  polite and went above and beyond the normal service call.

Our garage door springs broke in half and my wife was trapped. She called them as their prior company sticker was on our garage door and they were ready to roll, gave us a time frame and they were on time.

We had our garage floor done and cabinets installed. Love the cabinets. Evan did a great job with building and installation to fit perfectly with some existing built-ins that were already there. So amazing to have the extra storage space. The epoxy flooring we are not so excited about. We should have done the full broadcast but we were trying not to spend so much. And it seems to scratch very easily. So not sure we made the best choice here. But they did a good job in getting it done.

The owner Danny came out on New Year's Eve day and gave me the lowest quote of anyone.  Less than two weeks later the job was done.  It was Danny's idea to wrap my existing work bench.  That idea saved me $400.  I am so very pleased.  My install guy was Robert and he went above and beyond.   He did things for me to make the job perfect that I myesf would not have even thought of.  I am one happy customer.

I LOVE my new garage cabinets!!! I have used Neil's Garage Cabinets several times over the years, but I decided to give Quick Response Garage Cabinets a chance after reading the reviews.   The Quick Response bid ended up being less expensive than Neil's AND it included options (adjustable shelves) that would have been an additional expense with Neil's. Additionally, the shelving is thicker and it has a protective wrap on the edge of the shelves.  I was impressed with them from start to finish! Great company!

Working with Jeff and Justin was a mind bendingly good experience. Jeff came out at exactly the appointed time, helped me design my garage cabinets and set the appointment. Prior to the appointment he provided drawings and an exact cost. Prior to the installation some adjustments were necessary and he addressed them immediately. He then came back 2 weeks prior to the install to double check measurements. Who does that???
Justin came in and literally built and installed my cabinets in one day. We ran into a challenge or two during the build and he rolled with them and provided exactly the cabinets I had planned with Jeff. He was a total machine and went as far as to move my very large refrigerator back into its new spot.....alone!

We were in dire need of a garage makeover! Quick Response was wonderful in helping us achieve our goal! The floor had older epoxy which needed to be removed first. Danny did a great job of evaluating what needed to
be done, suggested technique and colors. We also contracted with Quick Response for a wall of cabinets. Again, Danny planned it out perfectly, and even help create an enclosed kitty litter box cabinet, with opening, to match cabinets. After the floors were beautifully completed, Robert came to install our cabinets. He was skilled, professional, and personable. All of our projects were completed beyond our expectation, with communication being my number one compliment-  emails of confirmation, texts of timing reminders, automated phone calls when technician was enroute.

I had QR install three sets of overhead garage storage. Three+ years later they are reliably strong and useful. Great service and quality.

They have no customer service. They said they called and emailed. I have email confirmations confirming the day we were scheduled for install. I have emails confirming they ordered the product. I called them when they were 3 hours late and they said that I hadnt paid them in time and they still hadnt ordered my product.  Well I have the confirmation emails. And I paid last week. I asked when they were going to be able to install and they pushed me back to next week. They were also scheduled to do my business floor next week. I asked for a discount for lost time they cost me and they said I could just go ahead and cancel. So I1 agreed to just do that. They put me on hold and Danny the owner picks up the phone and proceeds to berate me and say I was jerking him around. Ive responded to every email and pre paid by almost a week and Im the one jerking him around. What a baby.

The tech who arrived to service our recent garage door fix was a great problem solver and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. He was friendly, fast, and thorough!

Quick response is a great name for this company.  They quickly returned my request and set up estimate in a few days.  Within 72 hours, we had installer at the house installing new cabinets and an overhead rack.  Very professional and great looking product.  

Will request additional work for workbench and garage doors.

We were nearing the end of a VERY long Renovation project.  Other companies including the closet company that just installed our closets were booked out several weeks, even months before they could get to our garage.    I found Quick Response here on Yelp and am very pleased with just how fast they are able to come out to talk through what's needed on the job site.  They are way more cost effective as well.  They did a superb job on our garage floor.  Listened to all of our concerns and walked us through everything.  Next they installed garage racks for storage.  These racks are a lifesaver and get all our stuff off the ground and neatly stored above our cars.  The final job was our actual garage cabinets.  We had a tricky space and they had no issues making it work.  Doing a complete renovation project and ordering lots of furniture has been tricky with covid..  Their communication far out does any of the other trades or delivery services we have dealt with in the past 18+ months!!  Kudos to Quick Response for dialing in top notch communication!  The day of services they email a reminder with a photo of the tech so you know what to expect.  You then get a txt with ETA and then a phone call as well.

Great communication and always kept us informed on arrival times. From the office personnel to the technicians, they run an organized, professional program and provide you with all the information and details of what they will be doing. Would highly recommend them to service, repair, replace or upgrade your current garage doors.

Just had a 6'x12' set of cabinets installed in my garage. Although Mike said he was a rookie with the company he installed them like a veteran. Very professional and meticulous. Highly recommend.

Danny and his team did a good job with our garage. We got in contact though yelp auto quote send and initally was a bit more skeptic since it did not have much reviews on yelp and I myself did not find them. I got quote from couple of other companies, and their quote was competitive. One thing I liked about them was they are literally quick response guys. The lady over the phone is always there when I called. Danny was also easy to reach for quote things. Also, the guys who actually did the work were always in time and finished thier work swiftly. These guys were amazing!! Everything exceeded my expectations and they fully understand great customer service!! I received 4 quotes from different  places. When I called they were quick to come and give me a quote, schedule my install way quicker than anyone else, and their prices were better. Installer was very nice too. I am so impressed with the friendly staff, the quick quote and speed of installation.  We called on Tuesday, a rep came out Wednesday to provide an estimate, and by Thursday at noon we had garage cabinets and two overhang storage units in our garage.  Everything looks great and we're still in shock over how quickly the installation was done.

We had quick response out to give us an estimate on installing garage cabinets and coating the floors. Their estimate was very reasonable so we hired them to do the work. While talking to Scott our salesman we asked him about installing an insulated garage door and new opener . He said the could do that too and gave us several options . We ended up having that done too. We are so happy with this company from their initial response to our inquiry , which was quick! ( the next day) . Their salesman Scott  gave us options with no pressure tactics or up-sells. All of their installers were punctual and neat. Their office staff kept us up to date and were pleasant to deal with. A special shout out to Brian who installed the garage door, he had to come back to put the light bulbs in because my husband couldn't get them to work. He did so without complaint. Such a positive experience.  Our garage looks great.
