The team at Envy Restoration is awesome and responsive! They can do so much. Besides cleanups and restoration, you can rent: light towers, diesel generators as well as solar generators.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I called Joe's AZ Bio for a cleanup and they came out the same day. They took care of everything discreetly, while maintaining respect and consideration for  us. Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning always provides prompt service and great services.  They have fixed a few issues at different properties I own with no problem.  Definitely recommend them.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Contacted Jill for help in a flooded room. I didn't want to involve my insurance for fear that the rate would go up. Jill was clear, professional, prompt, and very friendly. We rely heavily upon the advice and recommendations of our insurance salesperson particularity when dealing with matters regarding personal possessions.  

We had major plumbing and drywall issues at our investment property. We contacted State Farm and they provided 3 companies which could assist. We interviewed all candidates and rating their turnaround times, responsiveness, workers and staff, as well as cost, we selected Western Skies.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how well they did and were able to accomplish within a reasonable time and cost budget. The office staff was easy to work with and their workers' goal was to address our needs and satisfy our expectations.

Adam Mills and all the crew from Mission Restoration did an excellent job re-roofing the Little Daisy Motel's three buildings from the beginning, working with my insurance company to removing all the shingles and replacing all the damaged vents and everything in between to the end, cleaning up all the roofing nails and debris, to all the paperwork involved. You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Called a guy name Ken to do some demo and repair work for me.  He told me someone would
be contacting me to schedule an appt.  It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing.  So
tired of flaky contractors who have poor communication and customer service.  Two thumbs
down.

We had Ray from Hydro-pro come out to give us a quote for water damage repair.  We were either going to pay out of pocket or go through insurance.  Ray came out on time and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Ray suggested we pay $300 for a mold inspection but we declined and asked him to include that cost as part of his quote.  A week later we contacted Ray and asked if he had a quote ready for us.  Ray called us back and left a message:  i'm not going to put my time and energy in...if you're not willing to spend the money then I won't do the report. (these are exact quotes from his voice mail).  All we were looking for was a quote or estimate range, but he refused to give one.  We contacted a couple other water damage restoration companies and neither one required us to pay anything up front for a quote.

We have had Sun Bright Pool service come out on several occasions to repair our pool equipment, through our Home Warranty company. They are terrific, to say the least.  They are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean, and all very personable.  They provide excellent service and provide us with detail on what is needed or has been done each time.  This past week Jerry came out and serviced the pool pump.  He called me when he was done, explained what he did and wanted to verify that there were no other problems we wanted him to check.  A great guy!!  Just like the others that have been sent out!

I hired these guys to do dry out and drywall replacement for an air handler leak. They said they could not give me a complete estimate until they dried and tore out the drywall.  That was nearly two weeks ago.  They still haven't provided an estimate.  Their project manager, Brandon, is just plain rude when he answers the phone and constantly asks how I got his number (it was given to me by the company he works for!).  It's time to call in someone else to finish this job. Don't hire these guys.

Use this company!  Plumber noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink suggested another restoration company that they used.  They came out declared it a disaster, wanted to rip out about 10' of cabinets, tile, sink, etc. which my insurance company was willing to pay for.

It didn't sound right to me because it just didn't look like much so I got Arizona Fire to come out for a second opinion and their tech Willie was very proficient with his moisture meter, cut a small hole on the back wall and determined there was very little moisture and a simple fan would do it.  Sure learned something on that one.  I figured these other guys could have run up $25k pretty easily and we would have had a mess for 4-6 weeks waiting for new cabinets.  

Highly recommend Arizona Fire.  Oh yeah, not even the best part but no charge!
