I contacted Envy for what I thought would be too small of a project for them. We needed two outdoor decorative lighting fixtures installed and electrical ran to them.

Jordan came out and gave us a scope of the work involved and even made a few smart suggestions.

He was even able to squeeze us in before a New Years party we were having. (Last minute work on our end)

Once the work was started, we were updated on every single aspect of the job. They were all very friendly and even put up with our Great Dane running around.

Jordan and his team went above and beyond for us.

We will now be reaching out to them for other home renovations for the year.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. He also offered to drive my son to the hospital there in Tempe if needed. Joseph was truly my angel that day. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning come to take carpet ripples out of two rooms. Their representative, Brandon, was punctual and professional. They sent me a confirmation email with Brandon's picture as soon as I made the online reservation and then Brandon texted me 30 minutes before arrival.  I would definitely have them come back for future needs.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

They were scheduled to show up on a certain day for shower remodel, I took the first 3 days off, so I could be there, not only did they not show, they did nothing to make up for the lost income!  They showed up the following week, so I had to ask my dad to go hang out at my house.  They did admit fault, and claim they didn't charge me for extra work, but I didn't see any extra effort.   And no masks were worn.

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. Great service, work was excellent, clean up was good.   They worked with our insurance so all we had to pay was the deductible.  The initial estimate sent to the insurance company was low, and  had to be revised, so the process took longer than expected.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Ken came to our house and fixed multiple issues as the house is a rental and we just moved in.  He was kind, helpful, and he got everything done with quality work.  We will definitely be using them again and will most definitely be using them again.

We had Ray from Hydro-pro come out to give us a quote for water damage repair.  We were either going to pay out of pocket or go through insurance.  Ray came out on time and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Ray suggested we pay $300 for a mold inspection but we declined and asked him to include that cost as part of his quote.  A week later we contacted Ray and asked if he had a quote ready for us.  Ray called us back and left a message:  i'm not going to put my time and energy in...if you're not willing to spend the money then I won't do the report. (these are exact quotes from his voice mail).  All we were looking for was a quote or estimate range, but he refused to give one.  We contacted a couple other water damage restoration companies and neither one required us to pay anything up front for a quote.

We have had Sun Bright Pool service come out on several occasions to repair our pool equipment, through our Home Warranty company. They are terrific, to say the least.  They are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean, and all very personable.  They provide excellent service and provide us with detail on what is needed or has been done each time.  This past week Jerry came out and serviced the pool pump.  He called me when he was done, explained what he did and wanted to verify that there were no other problems we wanted him to check.  A great guy!!  Just like the others that have been sent out!

THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM THAT SEND CONVICTED FELONS TO YOUR HOME.

I hired Water Fighters to handle my mold problem.  They told me that they would remove everything until the air quality test came back as livable.  Well the rest came back as unlivable and they did everything correct and the air quality tester messed up.  They then said, they can come back and renegotiate the price after I already paid them $2500!  

Up to this point I was dealing with their Project Manager Brandon Beckett.  I then, went to their owner Cesar Ontiveros and explained the situation.  He told me he would look into it and get back to me.  He has since ignored all my communications.

I did some research and found put their project manager they sent me, is a convicted felon for drugs, grand theft, and leaving the scene of a hit and run that resulted in a death.  See below for the link to his record and yes that mug shot is 100% him.

Bottom line, unless you want to throw away money, pick someone else.

I use AZ Fire & Water Restoration on many of my properties, and recently used them for my personal home. These guys are great! Free inspection, and they won't sell you anything that you won't need.
