I contacted Envy for what I thought would be too small of a project for them. We needed two outdoor decorative lighting fixtures installed and electrical ran to them.

Jordan came out and gave us a scope of the work involved and even made a few smart suggestions.

He was even able to squeeze us in before a New Years party we were having. (Last minute work on our end)

Once the work was started, we were updated on every single aspect of the job. They were all very friendly and even put up with our Great Dane running around.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. My experience with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning was outstanding!!! My carpet had severe buckling in every room and was badly in need of cleaning. I was pretty certain it was time to replace it; however, I wanted the opinion of a carpet repair expert first. I conducted a Google search and found Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I viewed their website, liked what I saw, conducted some additional research, and gave them a call. I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I contacted this company while assisting my family with a very difficult situation.  I found them to be extremely responsive, compassionate and organized.  Someone was always available to answer my questions and provide me with updates.  I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them clients given the high degree of professionalism I encountered.

Western skies did a fantastic job on replacing our water heater and repairing the pedestal which the water heater sits on that had extensive water damage. They came out within a few hours of calling and gave me a quote. Great pricing! A+ for customer service as well. Joanne was always prompt at getting back to me and answering any questions. The job was done in a day so we didn't have to go without hot water. Highly recommend!!!

Tempel Roofing just completed the installation of a new shake roof on our house.  We cannot speak highly enough of the people we worked with and the work they did.  From the moment that Nate came to our house to provide an estimate, we have been amazed at the knowledge and work ethic he displayed.  In evaluating our old roof, Nate discovered storm damage which he assured us our insurance policy would cover.  Although skeptical, we turned the matter over to Nate to deal with our insurance company.  He handled our claim and dealt with the adjuster.  His hard work and persistence paid off when we received a sizable insurance coverage payment.  We next proceeded to make the necessary decisions on replacing the roof.  Although we had shake on the house, we asked Nate to explore other types of roofing to make sure we knew what was available and what would work best for us.  He found other available substitutes and provided us information on them.  We also asked him to look into certain additional work we wanted done when the roof was being replaced.  He researched each request and came up with several good ideas.  When we came to the decision to have shake and certain other work done, we turned the matter over to Nate who worked very much like a contractor.  He ordered the additional item/work we requested and scheduled everything including the start date to correspond with a trip we had to take out of town. We then left town on the start date for 2 weeks and left the entire matter to Nate to handle.  Nate was amazing.  Whenever there was an issue he contacted us with questions and options.  He took care of everything.  His effort was amazing.  Everything we asked for was handled with results beyond expectations.  Nate is a true treasure.  His work and effort was amazing.  The actual roofing work was excellent as well which Nate oversaw as well.  The roofers were professional and diligent.  The roof looks great.  As stated above, we cannot recommend Tempel (and Nate) enough.

Best service ever! I was completely impressed.  we came home to what we thought was a small issue that turned into a huge issue. I was in complete panic mode and then I called AZ Environmental contracting. Bryan was amazing. He was so completely detailed, kept me updated every step of the way. He called my insurance and worked with them and the adjuster so I didnt have to do anything. For as awful as the situation was, they made it a great experience and if we ever have any troubles in the future, they will be the first place we call.

Mission Restoration came out to evaluate the leak on our flat roof and after its inspection determined that it did not need to be recoated- just a repair around an old microwave dish that caused the leaking.
Another company had also come out the day before and recommended an entire roof  recoating which would have been much more expensive. Chris even cleaned up the debris which had collected from a nearby tree and reattached some loose tiles.
I can't recommend them highly enough- their integrity is evident and we will certainly call on them again!

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

We have worked with Ken and Marymargaret on many projects. They are both very honest and hardworking and easy to work with and for.
We look forward to working with them on other projects as they arise and give them a high thumbs up for others who seek their services!

Had a horrible experience with this company.  They are just out to get money from your insurance company.  Be extremely cautious.

Our pump was not working and Sun Bright Pools said they would be here between 7-9... their tech showed up 7-730and had our problem fixed within  half hour!  We needed a new capacitor!!  Thank you Sun Bright Pools!!

Cesar and his crew at Water Fighters Restoration were professional, punctual and helped explain the whole process thoroughly. We were really nervous about what the end product would look like as our leak was pretty bad, but they made it seem like nothing ever happened and left it nice and clean when they were finished. We are very satisfied with this company and recommend Cesar and his crew at Water Fighters Restoration any day.

I waited almost 2 years to review this company.
It was the most stressful aggravation I have ever experienced.
We had a significant flood in our kitchen which was a total loss along with damage in the garage from the water.
The clean up was fine, and when I was approached for them to do the restoration, I agreed. That was a horrible mistake.
They do not answer the phone when you call, having an outside service to leave messages, which were never returned.
Granted, it was during the time of Covid, but the workman ship was sloppy. They abandoned the job for a month, I was told their employees left since the company was so poorly run. They had a difficult time finding contractors. Most of which were subs.
They never cleaned up after leaving each day , all the trash from the kitchen was left on our polish marbel floors. My husband and I spent many days cleaning after them .
They damage our floors , dragging the appliances to the living room, with no protection.  They also left wood glue dripping on a piece furniture and damaging it completely. The garage was a heap of a mess with our new washer and dryer put there unprotected with construction material piled on top.
I could go on, but I'm sure whoever is reading this, gets an idea how irresponsible they were with a total lack of respect they had for the homeowners and their home.
I was able to finally able to settle with Lyle the owner in the end , apparently he had no clue what was going on or did not care.
It was a mess and had I read the reviews I would have not used them .
I do not recommend , in fact if your insurance agents recommend them , do not use.
