Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I had a small delaminated area on my carpet.  They showed up when they said they were going to.  I had to pay a small trip fee because I live in Florence but it wasn't a big deal as I am out here and getting quality workman can be a pain.  They repaired the carpet in about 45 minutes and it looks good as new.  A bit pricey, but better than having to replace the entire carpet at a cost of thousands of dollars.  Highly recommend.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I had a leak appear under my Kitchen Sink that had damaged all of my cabinets just following Thanksgiving and was hosting a celebration at my home for the Holiday Season near Christmas.  Jill, Nichole, and all of the staff at Lotus Restoration definitely understood the need to get this job done quickly and they walked me through dealing with the insurance company each step of the way as this was my first experience in my recently purchased home.  The company was quick, efficient, and they completed all of my repairs just in time for me to host my party.  If I ever have another issue, Lotus Restoration will definitely be the first company that I contact to help me get the issue resolved quickly and with excellent work.

When our roof started leaking I began calling around to get estimates for a repair. Tempel roofing was both the quickest to get out to our house and came in with the lowest cost estimate (and they didn't try to nickel and dime me after the work was done either). Ryan was able to answer all my questions and concerns and gave great advice for changes I should consider making. Yousef was super easy to work with for the actual installation and even when I got nitpicky during the inspection afterwards, without hesitation he had a crew back out the next day to make my requested changes.

10/10 I would highly recommended to friends and family.

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. I was looking forward to having Mission Restoration come take a look at work I needed done to stop a leak. I booked an appointment on their website's Inspection Scheduler. I waited and despite my receiving texts and emails confirming the appointment - they were No Show. I tried to leave a voicemail, but their system is not set up for messages. I sent an email and no reply. So did not use them. Most likely would not put them on the list for future project inquiries.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Called a guy name Ken to do some demo and repair work for me.  He told me someone would
be contacting me to schedule an appt.  It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing.  So
tired of flaky contractors who have poor communication and customer service.  Two thumbs
down.

When the Tuesday storms hit in Mesa. Ray and the team at AZ Hydro Pro jumped into action mitigating the water damage quickly and efficiently! These guys know what they are doing and never tried to squeeze me for extra $$... something that is hard to find in this industry.

I will happily recommend this company for any of my friends going through water damage. But one word to the wise... get flood insurance :(

We put a claim  into  first american home warrantee for a filter issue. It was straight forward. Sun brights  service rep came out to inspect he unit. He said there was evidence that there was no de in the filter and I explained that we backwashed to remove pressure. He said that the insurance probably would  not approve.  He the looked at pop ups and said they were spongy, I told him they ere less than 6 weeks old. So rather than fix with low cost solution he was trying to up sale a $1250 cartridge system   I am sure he would have recommended the pop ups to be replaced as well. The insurance company sent out another company and the issue was resolved in our favor.  I would be very suspicious of anything sun bright said

Just met the guys from Water Fighters Restoration and they couldn't have been more pleasant to work with.  Ceasar and his father are certainly professionals.

This is the Worst company I have ever done business with.
After nearly 3 months , I have to wash dishes outside with the garden hose because they haven't finished a simple repair.
salesmen from this company came out on march 12th to asses some damage in the kitchen due to a hot water pipe leak.
They were eager to get the job...started by removing my cabinets..piled everything up in the garage which I haven't been able to park my car in.
They don't return calls on a timely basis.
They have excuses about how they are busy and not enough employees.
They have angry and disrespectful employees....one of whom threatened to walk off the job if I didn't stop harassing him about the completion date. He literally said I don't need this and I'll just leave
My house and garage are a mess and I'm literally washing dishes ioneer stile in the back yard.
The management of the company is awful...no coordination with their staff about completing things and they just don't give a S---.
So heads up to anyone out there needing professional restoration work.
