On 04/30/20, mildew was discovered on the bathroom cabinet shelve, even though the plumbing lines were dry. Contacted Envy Restoration and Construction and on 05/01/20, Kevin a Mitigation Specialist came out. The moisture meter detected moisture under and around the cabinets. Kevin furnished a detailed estimate for mitigation, sending a copy to my insurance company which explained in detail, the cost; item per item.  On 05/02/20 the crew arrived to remove the cabinets, baseboards, molding and countertop.  They brought in fans to dry out the affected areas and a dehumidifier  This crew was very professional, carefully sealing off the area.

On 05/07/20 my plumber discovered and determined there was a leak in the drain pipe.  It was repaired and replace with new materials.

On 05/11/20, Nick an Estimator here to tabulate and itemized a repair estimate.  I received a copy and it was submitted to my insurance company in a timely manner.

On 05/20/20 Hector a Project Manager with Envy, evaluated the repairs and on 05/22/20, his assistant installed new drywall and painted the drywall.  Cabinets in and installed on 06/09/20 and on 06/10/20, cabinet baseboards replaced and caulked and countertop installed. Hector was on top of this project, organizing the job and even helping with the repairs.  He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and committed to the job.

Envy sent in their plumber on 06/11/20.  He added two supply lines and re-established the connection.

I want to THANK YOU, Envy Restoration and Construction and especially Hector, for all your help.  From the very beginning to the very end, their entire staff including the office, were very accommodating, arriving as scheduled, finishing the cabinets back to their original stain and wood grain and cleaning the construction debris.  Envy worked flawlessly with my insurance company, furnishing detailed Mitigation and Repair estimates, in a timely manner.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I was referred to Jill and Lotus for a plumbing issue with possible water damage to my home.  Jill was very informative and took a lot of time to talk to me over the phone regarding my situation.  I was very impressed by her and just as impressed by her inspector. He came to our home and gave us a fair and honest evaluation of what really needed to be done after being previously quoted thousands of dollars by another company for repairs that weren't necessary. I appreciate the time and honesty this company offers and would definitely refer them to anyone needing services or use them again if I need them.

Waited almost two years to see if the roofing job held up. It has. I was pleased with the workers, although only one spoke good english. They did a good job and fixed some bad spots that a previous roofer had incorrectly repaired, before I bought the house.
Things I didn't like, were trying to upsell me on  roof vents that weren't needed. They didn't measure venting that I had before recommending more. I measured myself and verified that I was above minimum requirements and declined the additional vents. Other item was a threatening letter from some legal office if I failed to make payment, before anything was due. I was being covered by insurance, so what was that for? They didn't even have their numbers right on the letter.  Other item was their forgetting word of mouth agreements onsite during the work, such as number of water proof layers to avoid ice dams. We're in northern AZ.
Over all I'm pleased with the roofing job, but will probably try someone else next time.

I found myself in the most impossible, stressful situation and needed help badly and fast. Contacted Bryan Swallow and from the first minute we spoke- I knew I was in good hands. I didn't realize how good until my project took many different  turns (because it was an out of the ordinary voc situation. I guess all of those are out of the ordinary but this one- for the books)!

Our roof took a direct hit from a microburst causing serious damage. Normally I am leery of folks coming to the door offering to take a look at repairs, but Kisasi and his team set me at ease. They quickly took a look and estimated the damage to the roof and showed us issues that would require the replacement of the whole roof.

Getting our insurance claim paid was no easy task, but Mission Restoration and their staff supported the claim all the way. They prepared reports and photos and spoke with my adjuster to obtain a mutually agreeable price, and handled everything.

Unlike my insurance company, Mission Restoration was extremely responsive to communications from me, even returning a call in the late evening when my tarp blew off.

On top of their stellar responsiveness and service, they also did a great job on the roof. Our roof looks great and the job was done on time.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Called a guy name Ken to do some demo and repair work for me.  He told me someone would
be contacting me to schedule an appt.  It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing.  So
tired of flaky contractors who have poor communication and customer service.  Two thumbs
down.

Had a horrible experience with this company.  They are just out to get money from your insurance company.  Be extremely cautious.

We have had Sun Bright Pool service come out on several occasions to repair our pool equipment, through our Home Warranty company. They are terrific, to say the least.  They are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean, and all very personable.  They provide excellent service and provide us with detail on what is needed or has been done each time.  This past week Jerry came out and serviced the pool pump.  He called me when he was done, explained what he did and wanted to verify that there were no other problems we wanted him to check.  A great guy!!  Just like the others that have been sent out!

Driving on the 10 W when either the owner or an employee decided that they were above waiting to get off on Avondale BLVD. Cut right in front of me (when there was clearly no room) in his lifted tan Toyota Tacoma with my son, causing me to slam my brakes on. After giving him a well deserved honk he decided it would be smart to get aggressive with his brakes. Complete trash can of an employee. Riding people's rears and flooring it on streets in and out of traffic. Then we get stuck at a light and he gets cheeky creeping up next to me going to town on his horn while waiting for the light to turn green. You guys should be embarrassed to have someone like this driving around with your logos all over their truck. If you're the owner, then you should be embarrassed to call yourself one. I'll just go ahead and pass this around so that everyone knows how unprofessional you are.

Frank and his partner came to give an estimate for some leak damage. Frank was training a newer hire and he sounded like a good teacher and was explaining things to him well. They were both very nice and helpful. Frank answered any question I had and made sure to thoroughly explain the process. The estimate was lower than I anticipated. Although they haven't opened up the wall yet or got started on actual work, the process has been excellent so far.
