Rosie and Kevin did a phenomenal job on a fire damaged home.  The home had extensive smoke damage, from a heating blanket that started the master bedroom on fire.  The entire house required smoke remediation due to the smell.  Kevin's crew was professional and completed the work according to the timeline we agreed upon.  Kevin even took the time to pull permits with the City of Phoenix, which was a big time saver for me.  I am a licensed General Contractor, but soon realized that Envy and Kevin knew the proper means for handling the damage.  I would recommend Rosie and Kevin to anyone in my situation.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. Thanks Kingship, this nightmare has turned positive with your help!

When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I would like to thank BOBBY for the outstanding service that he provided at my home. It's nothing but miraculous what he can do. He did the replacing of the area that had been done to include the final stage of painting. I'm going to post some pictures so that you further understand exactly what I'm trying to say. BOBBY was very professional and he made sure he kept me abreast of each step. He also cleaned up any mess that he made. My hats off to Lotus again what a wonderful team of employees they have. I must say that I feel compelled to mention The receptionist that answered the phone. Her name is Kiley. She has the best communication and telecommunication skills that I have had the pleasure of speaking with her on many occasions. Kiley you are great !!!!!!!

They were scheduled to show up on a certain day for shower remodel, I took the first 3 days off, so I could be there, not only did they not show, they did nothing to make up for the lost income!  They showed up the following week, so I had to ask my dad to go hang out at my house.  They did admit fault, and claim they didn't charge me for extra work, but I didn't see any extra effort.   And no masks were worn.

My new roof was install earlier this week and I am extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, Ryan Temple and his team are professional and trustworthy. The roofing team arrived in time, finished the job in 1 1/2 days, and left the outside of house spotless.  Tempel Roofing is a small locally owned business that delivers personal service and a superior product.

As good as it gets if you are looking for honesty and integrity look no further. I have been working with AZ Environmental for over 5 years now.

I was looking forward to having Mission Restoration come take a look at work I needed done to stop a leak. I booked an appointment on their website's Inspection Scheduler. I waited and despite my receiving texts and emails confirming the appointment - they were No Show. I tried to leave a voicemail, but their system is not set up for messages. I sent an email and no reply. So did not use them. Most likely would not put them on the list for future project inquiries.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Called a guy name Ken to do some demo and repair work for me.  He told me someone would
be contacting me to schedule an appt.  It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing.  So
tired of flaky contractors who have poor communication and customer service.  Two thumbs
down.

Honesty and responsiveness are two important qualities when looking for a contractor and Hydropro is both of those. Jennifer is awesome to work with! She responded quickly to emails and was more than patient with us when we had to postpone our project. In the middle of our project we had a separate issue that occurred and Ray gave advice on what to look for, questions to ask and a price range of what to expect. Our project was seamless from start to finish!

We have had Sun Bright Pool service come out on several occasions to repair our pool equipment, through our Home Warranty company. They are terrific, to say the least.  They are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean, and all very personable.  They provide excellent service and provide us with detail on what is needed or has been done each time.  This past week Jerry came out and serviced the pool pump.  He called me when he was done, explained what he did and wanted to verify that there were no other problems we wanted him to check.  A great guy!!  Just like the others that have been sent out!

So we started with them, which we felt kinda pressured to start the whole tear down, since it was the bathroom that both me and my sister use. However it was a problem since my moms surgery was coming up. That was around 3 months ago now. It still hasn't been fixed, but not only that Water Fighters won't give us a quote on what the cost will be until they figure out how much USAA gives us. I find it unprofessional and very scary. We don't know if we're getting screwed and they seem to want to talk ALL the money, which is not what the money is all for. It's for getting back things we lost in the water damage also.

The MITIGATION IS $11,000! This whole company is complete bullshit and I CANNOT recommend not going to this company ENOUGH!

I'm asking if anyone has had this problem before with this company.

For context on our experience, we had a hot water heater rupture and flood half of a bedroom and a closet. We called Arizona Fire and Water Restoration Inc for help as per a recommendation from our insurance provider. They came to the house and immediately began assisting with the water that had flooded one general area. The water was removed, and then the drying process began (two fans and a dehumidifier). After a couple of days, they came back to remove the equipment. Upon departure, we were provided a written estimate/quote for the services rendered for $625.00. This seemed fair, given the time and work. We subsequently filled out the survey that came the following day with a positive review.
About 30-days later, we received a bill for $2052. I promptly contacted the company to discuss the discrepancy between the quote or estimate I had been provided vs. the bill we were being charged. The customer
service rep said she would get back to me. Getting back to me constituted them continuing to send the same invoice and me continuing to remind the person sending it to me, of the previous conversation I had had.
Finally, when it seemed no one was paying attention, my husband called and requested to speak to the General Manager, Dean Hamilton.  He was told he would get a callback and didn't. He did speak to the Controller Earny Sweeny, who said he was new but would look into the matter. Again, there was no follow up. Scott sent two more subsequent emails to the controller for some resolution and got no return reply.
Several weeks later (now today), I received a text from the General Manager, Dean Hamilton, whom my husband had tried to get in touch with previously.
He said we needed to call back and pay today. Trying to work from home as everyone is right now, I immediately replied while in a virtual meeting that my husband had already responded and please follow up with him. He couldn't figure out my husband's phone number, so a few more texts ensued. Finally, I had to tell him that my husband was handling this fraudulent charge and to please quit contacting me - to which he replied: If your husband doesn't call me back, you will hear from me again. I immediately left my virtual meeting and showed my husband the texts.
Scott called the number that was texting me, extremely upset, of course. The GM said we needed to pay, and my husband asked about the 325% discrepancy between what they were billing us and what we were quoted. The GM then asked my husband if he understood the meaning of an estimate. My husband asked if this was a typical discrepancy to which the GM asked if we had a homeowner's insurance policy. Not waiting for an answer, he then asked why we weren't just submitting the bill to our insurance company. My husband noted that this was irrelevant and poor business practice regardless of who was paying, to which the GM responded: Oh well, I guess you need to pay the entire amount today, or I am filing a lien on your house tomorrow'. While shocked that a company we thought to be so reputable would treat a customer this way, there was no recourse but to pay the remaining invoice with a credit card. When my husband said he was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the GM responded, that would be fine as potential customers or insurers would only see the complaint was resolved with the customer as the bill was paid.
This is the first negative review I have ever written, on any platform. I have also contacted the BBB.
