I received fantastic service from ServiceMaster by Desert Dry. Kevin and Kevin were my technicians and they were so great. Great communication and patient with describing the work to be done. They accommodated my all of my requests and I feel confident that my house is completely dry and I'm no longer worried about mold. Recommend them 100%.

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

I hired this company to test air quality in a rental property and was super-impressed with their responsiveness and service.  I worked with Jerry, who provided updates on work progress and results even after normal working hours.  I debated whether to hire a firm that did testing AND mitigation, thinking such a firm might be biased toward finding problems that required further services on their part.  Such concerns were unfounded, as it turned out.  Lab tests showed that air quality inside the house was superior in most respects to outside, and there was no pressure or even suggestion of add'l work.  A contractor with genuine integrity.

I was invited to Abesilon USA and I have to say that it is a great place to learn Rope Access. The instructors are very knowledgeable and strive for excellence. I enjoyed the way they teach and they answer all questions with detail and will show you if applicable (i.e. knot tying etc.). No question went unanswered and all questions were answered so that everyone understood. In their training facility, they do not use just one type of device but have a variety that are used, that way everyone knows the different devices and how they are used as well as their function. Their training facility and classroom area is clean and has ample room. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and have to say that he is easy to talk to, very sociable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Abseilon USA to anyone who wants to learn Rope Access.

So sad and APPALLING that you would throw your worker Chris under the bus Corey.  Chris was professional, communicative and there was NO PROBLEM with the estimate appointment.  I think I made it extremely clear in my review that you are the problem Corey.  I know that Chris asked you to call me and you didn't.  In addition, I left three messages for you at the office that I know you got.
I made it very clear who I was and the type of customer service and workmanship I expected and you talked a big game that your company could meet my expectations until I started asking about the complaints your company has on file.
You showed that you and your company are not transparent and cannot take the heat once questions are asked about the complaints on file.  Also, you should have had the backbone to call me and tell me that yourself instead of trying to blame your worker Chris on Yelp (for everyone to see) for something he absolutely didn't do !!  If I were him I would be very leery of how you represent him to your customers !!

after less than a year from our kitchen fiasco our entire faucet that they put back in order leaked in 3 places and caused mold and serious water damage again! our whole kitchen is probably going to need remodeled again! definitely dont use! a year later and still dealing with the screw ups from them.

This company is also known as Renewal Restoration.  I hired them to do repairs following a water leak in my spare bathroom.  The damage was to the dry wall and my kitchen/bathroom cabinets.  The cabinets needed to be removed and rebuilt.  It took close to 2 months to complete.  A week after completion things started to fall apart. A shelf under my kitchen cabinet fell with everything on it, I had to repaint the bathroom wall due to blotches, drawers in my kitchen and bathroom cabinets fell off the tracks because old brackets were used and broke causing the drawers to fall, one cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, caulking around the bathroom vanity started cracking, and as recent as 4.2.21, another sliding drawer came off the track and fell AGAIN.This was repaired more than once by this company.  They also charged for work that was performed by the 1st Restoration company that provided the mitigating services.  Therefore, in addition to being incompetent they also commit fraud.  They charged my Homeowners Insurance for packing and resetting.  They didn't pack one single item.  The first restoration company did all of that.  They are Liars!
I had approximately 22 people in & out of my home while Covid was raging on.  I have underlying medical issues and was terrified the entire time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Their incompetence and dishonesty will end up costing you.

I had a pipe burst in our kitchen and didn't notice for a couple days and unfortunately it made a huge mess! The company my insurance contacted wasn't very helpful and took forever to come out, luckily when I called Rainbow Restoration of Glendale they got someone out to me fast. Andre came out and got on it really quick, it only took a couple days to get everything cleaned up, Maite made sure to stay in contact me with updates at all times. Always answered my calls and questions. Definitely recommend !!

I've been using Stanley Steamer carpet cleaners for years. They are reliable, dependable, don't use any toxic cleaners and do an awesome job. They always arrive promptly and will even give me a heads up that they're on the way. They will move furniture if you want them to and have always gotten out all stains. Carpet dries quickly. Just can't say enough good about this business. AND, I want to give a shout out to Nate, an outstanding employee - courteous, helpful and always does a great job!!

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
