I received fantastic service from ServiceMaster by Desert Dry. Kevin and Kevin were my technicians and they were so great. Great communication and patient with describing the work to be done. They accommodated my all of my requests and I feel confident that my house is completely dry and I'm no longer worried about mold. Recommend them 100%.

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys, not just for mold but disinfection and odor also!! Mold is not something I want to mess around with or have an incompetent company handle!! We needed a company to test for mold in a new home that we were purchasing. We had a very short inspection period window and Pure Maintenance acted fast! They were able to come out and test/inspect for mold and I got the mold report back way faster than I would've thought. Turns out the home didn't have mold, BUT I hired them to fog the home anyway because of the sanitizing/disinfection ability of the fog. So cool!! Anyone who is moving into a new home should have the home disinfected this way. Also it gets rid of all the previous owner's smells. It's like being able to make an old house new and FRESH again. Thanks Pure Maintenance!!!

I was invited to Abesilon USA and I have to say that it is a great place to learn Rope Access. The instructors are very knowledgeable and strive for excellence. I enjoyed the way they teach and they answer all questions with detail and will show you if applicable (i.e. knot tying etc.). No question went unanswered and all questions were answered so that everyone understood. In their training facility, they do not use just one type of device but have a variety that are used, that way everyone knows the different devices and how they are used as well as their function. Their training facility and classroom area is clean and has ample room. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and have to say that he is easy to talk to, very sociable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Abseilon USA to anyone who wants to learn Rope Access.

Tyler, is absolutely awesome!  The professionalism and fast response shows that Tactical stands behind their work.  One of their sub-contractors made a severe error in rebuilding a shower, but Tyler is of the utmost professionalism and fixed the problem as soon as he was made aware...  Thank you so much, Tyler, for all of your help!!  Talk with Tyler and Tactical Restoration is the place to go!!!

I cannot write enough positive things about DC Restoration.  When our new house burned down days before we were to move in, several people- from the fire investigator to the insurance company to friends recommended DC Restoration.   They gave us a detailed timeline (and have stuck to it religiously) and we have weekly meeting to walk through the house and discuss the progress and renovations.  We work with Derec Bradshaw and Brandon Cluff and trust them implicitly.  They are honest, fair, kind and ON TOP OF IT!

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar.  We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Mark makes a point to over-communicate on timelines and ensures that everyone on job sites have what they need.

Don't let this guy scam you, does insurance fraud without you knowing, google his name Marc táseles and look for your self so many people got scammed by this guy, he doesn't finish the work and then takes you to court to collect money

Just had my carpets cleaned for the first time. I have to say Afrim did a great job on the carpets. They might be a little more than others but I guess a company isn't around for as long as they have based on price. I rather pay the little extra and know its done right.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
